親切丁寧衛生的とても良かったです

周りを気にせず過ごせるログハウス

率直な感想としましてはとても快適に過ごせました。大自然の中にログハウスが数棟、他の宿泊者はおらず私達1組であったこともありとても静かで自然の音も楽しめました。ルスツ豚等のお肉から季節のお野菜を楽しめるBBQ、持ち込みした手持ちの花火を満喫し一夜を明けた後には美味しい朝食もいただきました。
なによりチェックインからチェックアウトまで対応して下さったスタッフの方の愛想の良さに打たれました。
ログハウス内は、洗面台の照明が付かず少し暗かったですがベッドはとても清潔で寝心地もよく疲れも取れました。

少し残念だった点を申しますと、事前に拝見していた写真とは違うお部屋（1番大きい部屋の写真しか無かった（？））であったため少しだけ戸惑ったこと、ソファの横に蜂のような蛾のようなよく分からない奇妙な虫の死骸があったことです。
しかし、マイナス面を考慮しても10点満点中9点の楽しみを味わう事が出来ました。
また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

夏のゲレンデ

よくあることですが、画像が奇麗なので期待が高すぎました。ロマンチックな雰囲気ではないので、カップルよりも家族でワイワイが似合うと思います。

多忙中の夫婦の息抜きに利用させて頂きました。

お互いに仕事で忙しい中、ゆっくりした夫婦2人の時間を、と、食事の時間や内容に縛られたくないので、着替えのみ持参で利用しました。
この時期のBBQ、気温も低く、雨でしたが、パラソルを用意して頂き、BBQ1式用意して頂き、1人3千円ちょっと。。2泊なので、14000円ちょっとでしたが、
1日めは15時の到着してすぐ用意して頂き、ダラダラとビールを飲みながら楽しめました。

2泊目もBBQ希望で、朝食時に、15時には始めたいとお伝えしておいたので、近くの道の駅や商店でドライブがてら、魚介を購入し、楽しみました。
夕食のBBQ食材が前日と同じ食材内容だったのと、道の駅で同じ食材が売っていたのが残念でしたが、ジップロックにて持ち帰り、カレーにしました。

夜は静かで、
動物達の鳴き声をハラハラしながら堪能出来ます。
月明かりと星を楽しみにしてましたが、外灯が明るく、期待通りでは無かったですが、この時期ならではの空気感と、紅葉と朝晩の寒暖差、景色、とても良かったです。
ホテルの方の対応は、良い距離感で、とても良かったです！

近くにコンビニもあり、便利です。


また来年も利用させて頂きたく思います。

私達のような夫婦にはピッタリな宿でした。。

朝ごはんは、嬉しいテイクアウト風で、
本当に美味しかったです。😊

また来年まで、楽しみに頑張れます。😊

事前の予定より早く到着してしまいましたが 気さくな対応でありがたかったです
非日常の緩やかな時間が過ごせて楽しかったです

お風呂のお湯の消毒の匂いがちょっときつかった。


朝食の会場の窓（ドア）のガラスの虫がすごかったから掃除したほうが良いと両親が言ってました。

この度は有難うございました。
不便に思ったのは部屋のコンセント。
テレビの裏以外にもう2、3ヶ所あると良かった。
あと、地上デジタル放送も観たい。
ニセコや洞爺などの中間地として利便性を感じました。
大人数で来てGolfやBQQなどの楽しみ方もありますね。

スタッフの皆さんはとても好印象で、何よりもお部屋が広くて快適で、ホテルとはまた違う感覚で、とても良かったです。朝食も丁度いい量で、楽しく泊まることが出来ました。また利用してみたいです。

雰囲気がよい宿

お部屋も綺麗で、大浴場はいつでも入れたので朝夕とゆったりと入れました。
レストランも雰囲気がよく、私たちはバーベキューをお願いしましたが、留寿都産のお野菜やお肉でとても美味しかったです。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。ホテルの方もとても親切で子供にもきさくに接していただいて、家族で楽しませていただきました。
また伺いたいです。

また泊まりたいホテル

友人同士4名で1泊させて頂きました。非常に過ごし易く、また泊まりたいホテルです。
　1.客室 / ホテルの清潔感
　　コテージタイプのお部屋で、建物は比較的新しく綺麗に清掃されていて快適に過ごせました。
　2.サービスの質
　　オーナーの方が気さくに話しかけてくれます。周辺の観光についてアドバイスを貰い、助かりました。
　3.ホテルの設備
　　大浴場にはサウナも完備されていました。
　4.ホテルの場所
　　コンビニは車で10分以内の位置にありました。また、近くに牧場があり、立ち寄る価値ありです。
　5.その他
　　夕飯のバーベキューは是非申し込むことをお勧めします。地元産の野菜やお肉を用意してくれます。
　　特に野菜が美味しく、友人と感動してました。

Villa Rusutsu

Villa Rusutsu was probably the best lodging we ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t wish for anything more. Always help with transfer to the skiing slopes and also help with suggestions, booking and transfer to restaurants at night. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks and if we ever go back to Hokkaido we will no doubt try to stay at villa rusutsu.

Nice service and staff were very helpfull! Sento needs a bit of cleaning smells funny. Overall it was good very licky with the weather over our stay.

Hotel was to far from facilities and the abilty to have to organise meals at resteraunt more than 24 hours in advance was frustrating, so we didn’t go. Pictures on the internet exaggerated the room size, beds were hard, towels were not changed once in 6 nights. I wouldn’t deifinitely not recommend this villa complex

Villa Rusutsu is a nice place!

Yoko is a nice person. She will recommend which is good place for dinner and also suggest the route for us. The villa had beautiful view. The house was big same with the photo. Also, we can have a spa in the villa. At last ,we forgot to bring something to leave,Yoko is really nice .She send us email and ask us which day we want to come to get back it. This 2days1night was really perfect .Thank you .

酒店設計很特別，全是由木材所建造的獨立屋，空間感大，舒適。
適合家庭遊，冬季及聖誕節假期入住更佳。
鄰近大型渡假村，食店選擇較多，價格可接受，另外附近有便利店，購買日常所需沒有難度。

Stay at Villa Rusutsu!

Villa Rusutsu was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 8 people and divided easily into two rooms of four (one cabin). The villa is comprised of several cabins situated next/close to each other in an idyllic and relaxing setting. We were there during summer so tourism was at a low given the town is a ski village. The rooms are large and perfect for four with one double upstairs and two singles below (these can be arranged to your group's specifications). The town itself is a quick <5 min drive away. There is an onsite bath open 24h (gender separate) with sauna which is really nice to relax in.

Yoko, the onsite manager, was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk with. She came and offered us suggestions for day trips for the surrounding areas without us asking, and actually gave us information on some coastal sites we were unaware of which changed our itinerary for the day! The breakfast was some of the best we've had using some local ingredients.

Our family also decided to take a family photo at the villa given we hadn't taken one in over 12 years. Yoko and staff were extremely accommodating, even in helping move some of the dining room furniture around to frame the perfect picture.

Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would highly recommend Villa Rusutsu to anyone traveling through the area.

非常棒的環境與設施，老闆夫婦相當熱情，非常開心的住宿經驗

一定要去住過，才算是去過留壽都，一生必住的小木屋，我們一家四口入住，早餐由澳洲籍廚師掌廚，精緻美味早餐，大廳充滿歐式鄉村原木氣氛，感覺超棒。老闆娘是日本人，相當親切，沒有大飯店的營利氣息，只有像朋友般的熱情招待，謝謝他們。

Ski trip rusutsu

This was a ski trip with 4 adults. Our room was clean but there was a used soap in the bathroom. Rooms were not cleaned consistently during our stay nor tea and coffee filled up. The room was freezing when we arrived so it would help if staff turned the heaters on prior to check in as it took a full day to warm the room up (but afterwards it was toasty warm - only the bathroom was cold). We used a towel to block the draught under the front door. There were only 6 hangers for the entire place and outside shoe are is unheated so we had to bring all skiwear and boots inside into the small shared lounge space and hang jackets from bannisters, knobs, door handles etc etc. A hanging area inside for jackets would help to make this villa more ski friendly. Dinner dishes although tasty, were tiny for hungry skiers and came out very slowly, one at a time- we did not eat at the hotel again. Breakfast however was excellent and plentiful. western options only.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. shuttle service is excellent- you need to book your shuttle times (for ski drop off and pick up). They also will drop and pick you up from any nearby restaurants/seicomart. 24 hour onsen was a treat after skiing. Note- twin beds are in the lounge area downstairs and other beds in open loft. there are only tea/coffee facilities- no kitchen. This place is really a hotel but not quite managed the same way. Overall a great stay because of rusutsu snow but a few practical things missing for skiers

great villas and loved the Japanese bath

A great place to stay to ski Rusutsu and get away from the resorts being a kilometre down the road. The staff were very helpful with use of the free shuttle to get us to the resort and restaurants. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the week we were there due to the chef having a ski accident, but the staff were able to make dinner reservations and shuttle transport for dinner each night.

Very nice private villa

Very cute private villa with beautiful surroundings in winter. Breakfast is very good and delicious. Room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for family with children.

A very special hotel

Enjoyed my 1 night stay on 16 Sep. Very friendly host keeping me posted on the typhoon. Breakfast is great. Don't miss the fresh milk from a local farm. Couple of minutes driving from the major resort so that you can enjoy some quiet away from the crowd.

Most enjoyable experience in Japan

The villa's manager Yoko and 健雄san make my stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings are extremely beautiful. Very relaxing. It looks exactly the same with the picture. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfy , food and bath and everything are authentic. All staffs are being so nice and caring and make it like a second home to me.

Not exactly ski in/out, unless ur doing backcountry. It takes around 15 mins for walk to the ski resort. But free shuttles are always available from the villa to the slope. So location is not a problem at all.

There is a western restaurant inside the villa. And also several restaurants in a walkable distance. Great options and great quality of food.

Highly recommended. I enjoy every moment of my stay.
