客室も広く、天井に少し蜘蛛の巣が張っているところありましたが、特に気になるところもなく快適に過ごせました。

家族旅行で利用しました。
客室の設備等は古さを感じましたが、清潔で気持ち良く利用しました。
スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。
漫画の種類も多く、駄菓子の詰め放題など、子供が楽しめました。

部屋に入るのが大変

バリアフリールームを予約したのですが部屋に入るのに急な登りのスロープでドアも鍵で開けるタイプのドアなので手にも麻痺がある人は1人で車椅子で入る事は出来ないです。横開きのドアやカードキーにするとか改良が必要だと思います。

設備は綺麗とは言えないが、マンガやお菓子、カラオケや卓球、夕食時の飲み放題などサービスが良くコスパが高い。お風呂も良い。
マンガの種類も多くセレクトも良く、オーナーのマンガ愛を感じる。

チェックインが少し遅めになってしまったのですがスタッフの方々は快く対応してくださり全て良かったです。
ただ部屋の中の湯呑みに口紅が付いたままのがあり　少し残念でした。数が沢山用意してくださっていたので　使わずに回避できたので何の問題もありませんでした。

スタッフの方々の対応がいい

スタッフの方々は親切丁寧な対応で気持ちが良かったです。お風呂が温泉で、露天もあり色々な雰囲気を味わえました。1泊でしたが部屋は静かでリラックスすることができました。

モダンな感じ？

窓から河口湖が見える素敵なお部屋でした。
二階のお風呂からも河口湖が見え、気持ちが良かったです。しかし、二階のスチームサウナがいつまで経っても「準備中のため低温です」と書かれていて、少し残念でした。お部屋の窓は閉め切られているにもかかわらず、換気扇が弱かったのも気になりました。従業員さんたちはフレンドリーで雰囲気が良い方が多かったように思います。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Lovely place to stay!

Cozy and picturesque. A lot of families with children. Really loved the views of the lake, the onsen, and the dinner. Staff was friendly, attentive, and fluent in English. Only downside is the location is not very convenient, it's about a 20 minute walk into town. There's sidewalks and the walk is pleasant, but the buses don't run very frequently, so keep that in mind if you won't have a car and are opposed to walking.

La struttura è un po' datata, ma molto confortevole, con camere spaziose dotate di futon. Bellissime le terme in stile tradizionale giapponese molto attrezzate. È presente inoltre una magnifica biblioteca di anime a cui possono accedere i clienti dell'hotel. Situato proprio fronte lago gode di una vista magnifica.

This hotel was nice and had some great amenities, but it is located pretty far from the train station and it seems the buses in the area stop running at 6:30 pm. Most businesses (like restaurants) also close around this time, so at least you can enjoy the onsen in the evening when there’s not much else to do!

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the lake, within walking distance to Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and other spots for a good view of Mt. Fuji. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean with a big window towards the lake, it is a bit old and dated though. Breakfast and dinner are included, Japanese style. Hotel includes onsen bath, but I did not have time to enjoy.

We wanted an authentic Japanese hotel experience in our visit to Mount Fuji. It was that and could have been a great hotel when it was built long ago. The rooms were smaller than we expected - even for an old Japanese hotel. Functional with tonsu area with two mats made up for it beds and a little table next to the windows overlooking the lake. Fuji mountain was to the left and just out of view but viable a short walk away. I would have probably chosen a hotel further up the lake as they appear to view Mount Fuji and the lake if I had been able to see that before arriving. Two nights allows for the long train ride to get there from Hamada, check in (nice snacks, robes, and amenities from the hotel), eat dinner, walk a bit in the area and check out where the cable car goes up the mountain behind the hotel to get to a great view of Fuji and buy some fruit for breakfast at the Lawson’s that is about a -0 minute walk away. The next day we did the cable car, a boat ride on the lake, and took the bus to station 5 on the mountain. That was our full day - the next morning we checked out and their shuttle took us to the train station for our transportation that Narita or head home.

不錯

整體來說不錯的日式旅館，乾淨、大浴場有半露天、飯店人員也很親切，飯店本身正面對河口湖從房間也看得到。自行打電話去加晚餐跟早餐(+JPY 8500)，料理本身很豐富吃很飽，但有些料理不是很合個人口味...然後這家旅館明明有漢字的名字叫"湖龍"，不懂為什麼Hotels.com要幫他取一個名字叫做"復古旅館"，讓人找了很久...

Was a great spa and lovely views from my room. Not much English spoken or written down so I wasnt sure what staff were saying although they were very friendly. Pillows are solid and very uncomfortable but great stay and id recommend it!

Good stat overall

The service was great. The room and places needs an upgraded but still stayable condition. They charged me 150 Yen for each person for the usage of the hot pool (need to check the fine print) again for this charges...free shuttle service to the train station was an added bonus...there is a nearby restaurant which is at a walkable distance....breakfast was great and service must be complemented

Hotel Koryu is excellent in all matters; helpful, caring staff in particular. I am vegetarian and was catered for with imagination and style. If I visit Fujikawaguchiko in the future I will definitely stay at Hotel Koryu.

Very nice Ryokan for quality/price

This ryokan offers a really good experience for the price (usually ryokans are very expensive).
For sure it is not luxury style but the service and food offered for breakfast does level up to luxurious ones.
If you havent booked the dinner with them, you can get dinner next door at Tsujiya (only restaurant at walking distance) but be sure to arrive early as they close at 7:15pm.
There are 2 onsens: a big one on ground floor with indoor and outdoor baths and another medium outdoor one on 2nd floor with a nice view.
Staff speaks basic English and it is enough to communicate (Thank you to Miss Aoruki for her great service).
They provide free pickup and drop off service, you just need to go to the tourist information center at Kawaguchiko station and ask them to call the hotel for you.

傳統日式店，有露天風呂，交通方便，近red line 淺川站。酒店位子的房間雖然看不到富士山，但行出酒店外再行十至十五分鐘就有極佳位置了

如果是自駕遊這裡是不錯的選擇，性價比頗高。酒店很有復古的精神，有不錯的體驗。
酒店溫泉也很舒適，職員有禮。
房間大小適中，有比想像中來得漂亮的湖景。

Einmalig, empfehlenswert.

Aussergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in spiritueller Umgebung und besinnlicher Andacht vor dem Frühstück auf japanische Art. Die Komforteinbusse bei WC und Dusche und der hohe Preis haben wir bewusst akzeptiert.
