2일 숙박하였습니다. 공용시설(화장실, 샤워실, 주방, 라운지, 옥상 등)이 상당히 깨끗합니다. 종업원 분들도 상당히 친절하십니다.

옥상에서 후지산이 상당히 잘 보여요! 2일동안 저녁에는 옥상에만 올라 가 있었습니다.

清潔な館内とフッカフカの布団

最強に綺麗。お布団フッカフカで深い眠りに即落ちです。スタッフの方々がとんでもなく親切。ハンモックや、秘密階段の先に秘密の富士山展望デッキがあって、冒険心をくすぐる家の構図に子供たちは大興奮でした。

トイレやシャワーは共同だけど、新しくて凄く清潔なので、全く問題なく心地よく滞在できました。お客が困っていたらスタッフの方々が、通常の業務の枠を超えて、一緒に寄り添って問題解決しようとしてくれたり、観光地の招待券もくれましたが、そこが凄くまた良かったです。

天気やサンライズ&サンセットの時間を毎日調べてくれて、黒板に出してくれてるのも客想いでありがたいと思います。

スリッパも新しくて清潔だった。

キッチン用具で、フライパンのテフロン加工がものすごく取れていたので、誰かがゴシゴシしたのだと思う。
スタッフの方々がここまで徹底的に、お客さんが気持ちよく過ごせるようにと館内を隅から隅まで綺麗にしてくれるのだから、今度は滞在者の方も、借りる道具を綺麗に大事に使ったら良いかと思う。

外国で旅する感じ

ただ泊まるだけだったんで、全く無駄がなくベッドに入るだけと考えていたが、食事を作ったりできるようで、海外から来た人は、作っていました。
調理器具は、洗って返しておけばいいようになってました。
24時間出入り自由で、玄関の鍵は、暗証番号であけられます。
飲食は、大きなロビーみたいのがあって自由にできます。
私は、1人でしたが、外国人の夫婦が同室のベッドにいる感じで、ベッドにはカーテンはなく、その意味で安全に寝る事ができます。
シャワーは、自由に使えますし、バスタオルは100円でした。
部屋は暖かく快適で、窓はカーテンがしてありいつも暗くしているようで、お互い寝室で話をするような感じではなく、ロビーにいるときに外国人と話をして盛り上がりました。

フェスで宿泊しました。施設内がとても綺麗でした！ラウンジ？からは富士山も見えましたし、セルフサービスでコーヒーが飲めたのは凄く良かったです。駅からちょっと遠かったですが別段道にも迷わず、またスタッフさんも気さくな方ばかりでした。 他のお客さんも声を掛けてくれたりと優しい方々が多かったです。
また来年もフェスに行く際はぜひ利用したいです。

下駄箱が空いてなくて玄関にそのまま置かせて頂きましたが、ちょっと良い方などは履いて行ったら心配だなと思います。

夜中に着いてシャワーと寝るのみだったのですが、自分で布団を引いて寝るのが修学旅行気分で 布団も清潔だったので良かったです。

非常に暑い8月に宿泊しましたが、エアコンは問題なく稼働していて非常に快適。施設内も共有スペース・部屋ともにきれいでした。食事はキッチンを自由に使えるので徒歩5分以内にある近くのスーパー、コンビニで食材を買ってくればある程度のものは作って食べられる。面倒な場合は、スーパーの中にあるフードコードか、スーパーの敷地内のすき家、スシローを利用すれば問題なし。部屋の中にロッカーがあるので、チェックインしたあと荷物を置いて、周辺を散策できる。シャワーは簡素な浴槽なしのシャワールームとなるので、風呂に浸かりたい場合は、周辺の温泉に行く必要あり。河口湖駅は徒歩25分、富士急ハイランドは徒歩20分くらいの場所にあるので、どちらからも歩きでもそこまで苦にならずに行くことができる。宿泊料はリーズナブルなので、全く不満はなく、ぜひまた利用したいです。

ドミトリーとしてはプライバシー保ててよいほうだと思います。

ドミトリーでも別途横は壁なので限りなくカプセルに近くて快適。
ただ、カプセルでも同じだけど同室の人がうるさいとどうしようもなし！
台所や食堂は広々していて、備品もそろっているので申し分なし。

居心地のいいホテルでした。

和室の畳と快適な寝具、申し分のない富士山の絶景、とってもよかった。インターナショナルでアットホームなくつろぎの空間が居心地良かった。快適度は利用者のマナーによるところが大きい。隣室の笑い声やおしゃべりが深夜まで続き寝不足。食事の後にテーブルを拭かないでそのまま去ってしまう等、互いに気遣いあうマナーが利用者には必要。チェックアウトが8時前の場合の鍵の返却について困った。コーヒーがセルフサービスが嬉しかった。スタッフも親切で良かった。駐車場の一角が家主さんの出入りのために駐車禁止であることを知らされなかったので、初めに教えていただきたかった。

Beautiful Mt Fuji view

Comfy stay overall, stayed just before we climbed Mount Fuji, perfect location. Shared fridge, washing machine, drier, lovely view point from upstairs to admire Fuji. The people at reception were friendly & helpful. Bedding was crisp & clean.

Only downside was air conditioner in the room. Did not work at all even switch was on, needed to take a filter out & washed ourselves then started to work fine.

今まで泊まったカプセルホテル型の個室中で１番広いﾍﾞｯﾄﾞでした。河口湖駅まで30分くらいかかりますが歩いていけるのでとても便利でした。

ゲストハウスということで、宿泊者は外国人客がほとんど(私がいた間は外国人のみ)でした。値段が安いと客の層が低くなるという私のバックパッカーの経験とは裏腹に、宿泊者は礼儀正しく、夜のゲストハウスはシーンと静まり返っていました。家族づれが多いのも特徴だと思います。また泊まりたいです。

結構大きめのゲストハウスです。宿泊客はたくさんいましたが、シャワー等が混み合うこともなく使えました。洗濯機、乾燥機、ドライヤーなど必要な機具は一通りそろっていた印象です。スタッフの方も明るく接してくれて不便を感じることはありませんでした。靴がびしょ濡れだったのですが、ヒーターの前で一晩乾かすことが出来ました。コンビニなども近くにありました。

ファミリーで和室を利用、清潔で快適、随所に癒されます。好みの朝食を持ち込み、ロングステイ派にもお勧めです。レンタルサイクル有り。

従業員の感じの良いホテル

和室に宿泊しましたが、なつめ球(オレンジ)への切り替えスイッチが無かったので、電気を消すと真っ暗になってしまい、小さい子ども連れの家族にはちょっと不都合かと思いました。あとは、快適に過ごせました。

It was nice that we could see Fuji Mountain in our room and most of the staff were friendly, but a Japanese female staff with short hair was extremely rude to us. The kitchen is supposed to be open all day 24hours, but while we were cooking she rudely asked us “how much longer”, she made very loud noises as if she was upset with us, she sprayed cleaning solution on the counter and on our food, and she blocked the kitchen entrance. Also the walls between the rooms are very thin, you can hear everything very loud and clear. We had loud neighbors and it was hard to sleep many nights. The doors sound like they are being slammed every time they open and close.

Fairly good stay!

Was a fairly clean, well kept hostel. Most of the staff were nice and accomodating. Located in a more local neighbourhood but has a 7-11 near by! Biggest issue: during the hours of 11am to 3pm, you can't shower at all and they didn't seem to want us to use the lounge area during those times either.

Well maintained and spacious hostel with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji! I had some trouble with the laundry machines in which the dryers weren't working but the staff had fixed the problem the next morning and allowed me to dry my things before checking out. The surrounding area is residential so no restaurants or shopping nearby other than the conbini; most of your shopping and dining is closer to the station. The hostel is a bit of a far walk from the station if you've got luggage but the hostel can arrange a taxi for you if you don't want to walk. If you do walk, just be aware that there are no sidewalks around the Kawaguchiko station and the residential area around the hostel

Charming place! We stayed at a few establishments in Japan and my son proclaimed that it's his favourite. The view of Mt Fuji from the roof top was amazing! My kids really enjoyed going up there. The room was clean and sleeping on the futons was a great experience. The bathrooms were also very clean considering that they were shared. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they recommended dining options and helped us to call a few car rental companies. There is a small seafood shop nearby where we bought fresh sashimi from and they also had oysters for a steal! Really regret not having more... on the whole, it was a wonderful experience. We plan on returning and staying longer the next time!

Good value for money, family friendly

We lived in private room (shared bathroom), the room was spacious and comfortable. Can see Mount Fuji from the room window. The shared bathroom/ shower was very clean. Kitchen was spacious and have all the cooking utensils you need. We drove and parked our car at this hostel, very convenient and easy parking. Lots of reataurants and a convenience store nearby within walking distance.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the double capsule for one night and it was exactly what we needed for our trip. We rented bikes in the evening and rode around the lake.

진짜 여행지의 개스트하우스 느낌입니다
현지인들은 거의 없고 다 여행자들만 있어서 분위기또한 활발합니다
공간이 크고 라운지가 커서 커뮤니케이션이 활발합니다
세탁기건조기 있는데 비용이 300엔이라고 써있긴한데 잘 체크를 안해서 무료로 써도 되는 구조입니다
시설이 깨끗하고 잘 되어있습니다
다 좋은데 아쉬운점은 편의점이 좀 멀리 있다는거 ㅋㅋ
걸어서 10분정도 가야 합니다

The staff were very helpful! The lounge was perfect place, when we brought our own food. For a minimal fee, you can wash and dry clothes. Sleeping on the floor was a great experience! The view of Mt. Fuji outside our window was magical!

One of the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfy, I opted for deluxe single and I have a spacious luggage area inside my bunk bed, which is very very nice. The hostel has a functional kitchen ready with all cooking equipment and utensils, I hope I could have stayed more night in order to utilize the kitchen... The common/dining area is just unbelievably spacious and tastefully designed. There was this French girl who was talking so loudly on phone with her boyfriend's voice blasted on speaker in the middle of the night like 1am for quite a long time. It's not the hostel's fault to have inconsiderate customers though, but it's a pity that none of the staff stay at the hostel at night or else they could have stopped her from disturbing people. Having said that, the view of Mt Fuji is just amazeball! I was so close to Fujisan it felt like I almost can touch it.

Absolutely amazing Hostel! I would definitely stay again. The staff are so nice and helpful! The property is very clean. They have comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, great lounging area, and a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji!

Mt. Fuji

We fully enjoyed our stay at K.'s house. They have a wonderful observation deck for viewing the mountain. You can also see the mountain clearly from the dining/lounging area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the entire location is spotless and the staff was amazing. Our sleeping cubicle was comfortable and we loved our stay. We highly recommend this location.

Best hostel I’ve stayed in!

No faults whatsoever, all positive! The Japanese rooms are traditional and comfortable - really enjoyable to stay in. The best features of the hostel are the cosy communal lounge/kitchen area and Mount Fuji viewing deck on the roof, equipped with hammocks! Staff are also friendly and helpful. It’s the best hostel I’ve stayed in!

Comfortable stay. Very friendly/helpful staff.

Staff were very helpful. There’s a nice common area to lounge. There’s a big kitchen with cooking facilities a microwave and toaster. A big supermarket less than 10 minutes away. Very clean. Dorms were comfortable. Had to make your own bed. Great views of Mount Fuji. Coach station for all the tourists buses within walking distance. The beginning of the hike to Mt Tempo observation point for views of Mount Fuji (instead of taking the Ropeway) is about a 20-30minute walk away.

Brilliant stay. Comfortable beds with chargers and curtains. Lovely clean bathrooms with hot power showers. A dream after our 9 hour hike!
Staff are so lovely and friendly. Great English speaking.
Kitchen was brilliant and supermarket just round the corner.
Observation deck for beautiful views of mount Fuji if he's out!
We loved our stay and would happily stay again.

This was a comfortable hostel with friendly staff. The facilities are adequate. We did stay at K’s House in Hakone on previous trip, and that was better - there was a lovely Onsen there.

Close to Kawaguchicko station & clean but LOUD

The hotel itself and the location are very nice. HOWEVER, my bed shared a wall with not only the door to my room but the next room over. From the hours of 0800 to nearly 2330, there were groups of people checking in, opening and closing doors (loud bangs directly into my bed), and people digging through their suitcases. If the hotel has a quiet time established, it needs to be far more strict on their check in times as well as people moving about the building. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep out of the 9 I was there for. Not happy about that. The place is clean but I would not recommend it to anyone. You're only going to sleep here if you get drunk first then pass out........

Excellent Hostel

Nice place , nice staffs, nice big room for my family four adults and good view of Fuji Mountain in the room. Shower room and toilet and kitchen are public, tea and jam are free. Have a carpark but need to pay ¥500 and reserve. Excellent hostel and must come back again.

睜開眼就能看到富士山超棒的住宿體驗

超棒的民宿，環境非常乾淨，起床睜開眼就能看到富士山，有乾淨的廚房可自己煮東西，鍋具調味料都有，非常適合自助旅行的朋友~有機會會再去的!如果開車停車是要停車費的，記得自備盥洗用品與毛巾喔!

Can't say a negative thing about this place. The staff was incredibly helpful and super friendly. The airport lost my luggage and the staff here were instrumental in coordinating its delivery when found. Simply awesome!
