とても寛げるロケーションにあり落ち着いて過ごせました　時期的にドックランは閉鎖中でしたが周辺を散策する事ができ、その際に他のワンちゃん、飼主さんと何回ともなく出会い交流の機会を得ました　ニセコ宿泊は2度目ですが各地観光のベースとしての立地もあり又利用したいと思います

今回２回目の利用になります。犬OKとは思えないくらい綺麗で清潔なお部屋です。箸、食器、調理器具など調味料以外は全てそろっており、周囲の直売所などで買った食材を調理して食べました。何より犬に優しい施設の対応が嬉しく、リラックスして過ごすことができました。また来たいと思います。

今回予約した部屋は、数日過ごすには狭かった。予約段階で、部屋の写真しかわからず、アパートメントの場合は間取り図もつけてあると広さなどから検討できるので有難い。チェックアウト時は営業時間になってもレセプションに人がおらず閉まっていて指示された手続き通りではなかった。犬も宿泊できる施設で有難いですが、しつけの出来ていない飼い主が、リードをつけず飼い犬を離しており、他の犬に駆け寄ったりしていた。宿泊者間でのトラブルになった場合を考慮すると、室外ではリードで管理しておくことを予め定めておいて欲しい。

5人家族でも快適に滞在できるコンドミニアム形式のアパートメント

設備や寝具も新しく、きれいで快適に過ごせます。調理器具・食器も充実しており、外食に飽きたらセイコーマート（比羅夫のスーパー）で食材を買って調理して、家族で食事できます。お世辞にもあまり美味しいとはいえないニセコのレストランで食傷気味の方々には自炊がお勧めです。
シャワーはユニットのみですが、湯めぐりパスを利用してニセコの色んな温泉に入れたので大きな問題なし。洗濯機・ガスタイプの乾燥機もあるので、毎日洗濯、持っていく衣服も少なくて済みます。

We can not recommend this accom enough, it is so close to a great coffee shop, bus stops, and the slopes. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Very helpful staff.
We used Takyubin service to and from Snow Dog Village and they took care of delivering our snowboard bags into our room when we arrived and also when we left.

We didn't. The staff is fantastic and SnowDog Village, our condo was really nice and the free shuttle to and from Niseko Village was helpful. Without a car, however, it was difficult to get to a market and restaurants. Also, there was a restaurant onsite at one time that was closed when we stayed. Very quiet and close to the slopes.

Excellent customer service. New building and our suite had everything required for a great stay. All in one laundry /dryer a bonus. Absolutely recommend a car for flexibility. Taxi service not reliable during the busy season. Extremely close to niseko village and only impediment to ski in/ski out is the unfortunate, but equally reasonable, ban on road skiing. Thanks snow dog

The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk. Cute little restaurant just around the corner, beautiful Mountain View’s from all windows, and the local bus stop about a block away. Even better, the Takahashi Dairy milk KOBO was only about a ten minute walk and they have THE BEST ice cream we have probably had in our lives, you’ve gotta check it out.

The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really

The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day we needed! They are so accommodating
Not only that, they actually let us store luggage after we checked out for the day until our next rental came up and they even dropped us with our luggage off at our next rental location. Seriously the best experience and service I’ve ever had from a stay facility.
Very fair pricing- probably the best pricing in this town, and I think I will stay here each year now.
Also if you like dogs they have a couple very sweet small dogs in the office. Please help this business thrive everyone; they are really the best.

Good shuttle service to and from the slopes.
We ordered breakfast packs a few days but did not expect it to come as late as it did (after noon) which meant that we did not have any breakfast on the first day of our stay. It would have been nice to know that we should have ordered it a day in advance for it to be available on the next day’s morning.

We loved our stay at SnowDog. The staff was so kind, responsive, and helped us to book ski passes, ski rentals, ski lessons, transportation, and dining during our 5 day stay. It was so nice to have a kitchen set up in our suite, and ski storage and life shuttle service, for such a great price. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic, wonderful staff!! Would love to have an outdoor hot tub, but if it needs/preferred to be solar powered I know it is challenging in the winter. Possibly a welcome beverage in the room and a small selection of tea/coffee for the first day before we had a chance to go shopping?

The room was perfect for my snowboarding trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, and the kitchenette and washer / dryer in unit were perfect. Staff was communicative and very helpful.
There is not much around the area as far as stores or restaurants, and transportation without a car requires some planning.

Amazing stay

This was our last stay on a short trip and it was the best, starting with the young man at reception it got better and better

The apartment was 5 star quality bed facilities and the cleanliness of the bathroom was amazing

The area around the village was beautiful and we were recommended to an amazing restaurant to finish the trip on a high

Snow Dog was the best choice that I made for Niseko. We had a really nice condo having one queen bed room, one bathroom, and one living room with a kichen. They have a free shuttle to Hilton and Hirafu every hour, as well as ski equipment store area! Highly recommended!

Definitely A Yes!

It was a comfortable stay with everything provided for in the apartment. A little tight for 5 but manageable for a short stay. We had 2 bedrooms to fit 4 comfortably and the 5th person was on the sofa bed which took up the entire living room space.

The limited movement space was compensated by the excellent service. We felt very welcomed right from the beginning when we were greeted by Mike and he also popped in on our last day instead of us going to the reception for check out. And we just passed him the keys. Small but thoughtful gesture.

Overall the quality of the accommodation was excellent. We are a family of 4 and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. Shuttle bus was efficient and easy to catch and staff were very friendly. We were on the 3rd floor of block A and a ground floor drying room for our gear would have made it perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation to recommend to family and friends.

Not bad

The apartment is nice and clean, has a good little diner just outside the hotel. However, location was remote and only accessible via a 10 minute shuttle bus journey that runs hourly between Snowdog and hirafu which is a bit inconvenient.

Room is spacious and in tip-top condition and everything inside was brand new. Maybe this was because I was fortunate enough to be allocated a room in a new block which I understand is only in its very first season operationally. Nevertheless, I believe that the rooms in the other blocks would be just as clean and immaculate-looking. Basically, the entire property is very well maintained and managed. Had a very comfortable stay at Snow Dog. All the staff were very friendly, hospitable and accommodating in answering my questions and attending to my requests. Kudos to all the Snow Dog staff!

Great Accommodation

Fantastic accommodation - clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
This accomodation is under Ski Japan and they will get you to Snow Dog on arrival and departure. Our apartment was ready and we were taken to there to check in, really fast and we were able to settle in quickly. Well equipped with oven, microwave, big fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer - just like at home, so much so we decided to buy local fresh produce and cook every night. Really helpful and friendly staff. Only thing is, if you don’t have a car, to get in and out is by Snow Dog shuttle or area buses which is per hour so make sure you plan properly.

Excellent in every respect

Staying at Snow Dog was an excellent experience all around. From being met by SkiJapan staff at every transfer point on the way there to the actual stay and then a ride to the main bus when departing.

The accommodation itself is about a 10 minute bus ride to Hirafu and even less to the Hilton ski area, with a convenient bus running every hour (other than a couple of reasonable breaks). Snow Dog staff and the bus drivers are all friendly and very helpful. Some minor issues (inevitable given my length of stay) were dealt with immediately, reasonably and satisfactorily.

The accommodation itself is, as is typical in Japan, smallish by Western standards, but very livable and comfortable give that it was really just a place to leave my stuff and sleep between skiing!

There is nothing negative I can say about Snow Dog or my stay there, and I will definitely be returning.

Amazing, clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable place to stay. Everything from the kitchen supplies to the beds and washer dryer were superb. Big props to skijapan for the transportation upon arrival, departure, and all times in between.

Idyllic retreat in busy Niseko

We drove into Niseko so can't comment on the shuttle service. The apartment is brand new with modern facilities such as a coffee machine and Apple TV. On one of the nights, our radiator wasn't responding and it took the staff (Alex) just 10 min to pop in to check on it although it was pretty late, around 9pm. The place is a short 7 min drive away from Hirafu and Annupuri, and there is ample parking just at the apartments. The only comment we had, which was also reflected to the staff is the green exit sign above the door can be quite bright for sleeping. Solution offered would be either to fix the exit sign (a fire safety requirement) to be less bright or offer a piece of dark cloth to cover it for those who are sensitive to light. Otherwise really no complaints and would definitely recommend.
