他に誰もいなかったので快適でした。
泊まる分には問題ないと思います。

キッチンなど共用設備がありましたが使いませんでした。
一人しかいなかったからか、複数あるシャワーやトイレ、自販機は一つを除いてメンテナンス中でした。

Wifiは問題なく使えます。
電源も十分にありますがテーブルは小さいので何か作業するには不向きかもしれません。
タオルと歯ブラシがついています。

駅が近く、コンビニが近くにあります。

Great location and nice service hostel.

Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station, clean & comfort. I love the shared dining area with open kitchen. Spaces seating area with great environment.

We could see Mt Fuji from our window, place was quiet and clean, staff were friendly, there is even a small elevator to bring our heavy luggage to the higher level. Only dislike is having to go downstairs to shower. And we were caught without battery power for the aircon remote in the night, but fortunately we swap it with the light remote or else we would have freezed that night.

Very nice Ryokan near Kawaguchiko Station, restaurants, convenience stores and attractions.
I stayed there for two nights in tatami room for two people with my Mother. From our room had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. Comfortable futons, pillows, very clean and spacious room. Toilets, sinks and bathing areas are separate from the tatami rooms, shared with other guests. Also has a coin operated washing machine and dryer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay there. I would highly recommend!

Great location and private unit

Location is between the train station and the Toshogu shrine. The host is very helpful offering a lot of local info and even phoned me on the day to confirm my arrival time. The separate private unit is a definite plus for privacy.

這家旅館最優勝的地方就是它真的非常近河口湖車站，而且周圍都很容易找到很多餐廳。它的設施和房間很乾淨，有足夠的淋浴間和洗手間，還有一個共用客廳和廚房(有餐具廚具借用)，有時候行程緊密便會去附近的便利店買早餐回來在客廳吃，真的非常方便。只是房間的隔音不太好，偶然會聽到隔壁的聲音，而且自己不能太嘈，除此之外沒有太大的問題，如果下次來河口湖的話，也一定會再選這間旅館的。（另外主人還很貼心的給了我們一個餐廳和商店的地圖，所以要找餐廳也很方便，讚！）

Nos sorprendió que estaba muy muy limpio, todo súper organizado y bien explicado. Los futones muy cómodos y ha sido la primera vez que nos hemos comunicado de forma fluida en inglés.

It’s near the train station and very easy to go. Everything was great for staying. We loved and were very warm like our home. It’s clean and new. We could leave our luggage until 5 p.m. for free, but leaving for one night is 300 yens. Thank you very much, the staff.

位置方便，離河口湖車站很近，附近也有7-11跟Lawson。櫃台阿姨態度很好，簡單的英文都可以溝通，只是人常常不在，有什麼需要最好提前告知。廚房餐具都很齊全，只是空間大冬天空調不夠力，幾乎都躲在房間內吃東西。這次睡三人房，其中一人睡壁櫥，但高度很夠起身也不會撞到頭，比想像中好睡很多，只是客房隔音沒有到很好，其他房客走廊說話、刷牙的聲音還是聽的到，整體來說非常值得入住

非常好的位置，離火車站走路3分鐘內可以抵達，員工非常的和善，可以在退房之後寄放行李（不能過夜），公共空間很乾淨，房間也很舒適，推薦推薦！

Would not return

Overall: We were checked in at 5pm and we’re at another hotel by 9pm.

The good: Attendant was helpful and friendly. Location is great. Place was clean.

The Bad: The bed was barebones with one sheet and one blanket. The room was also a bit depressing - it did not feel welcoming or comforting. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything the other guests were doing - including going to the washroom. We paid extra for a view of Fuji, which was a sliver of the mountain and mostly obstructed by other rooftops.

We do understand it is a shared/economy lodging, but for the price we paid - it did not live up. In fact, we found a nearby hotel for only $60 more per night and it is fantastic. We don’t want to leave.

Overall: this place might be ok for some, but the hotel does not match the description.

Highly recommended!

It’s a very nice hostel/cabin. It seems new. Very clean with good facilities. Allow flexibile arrangement. The latest check in time of the orange cabin is 9pm. My flight was delayed and therefore I needed to take a later bus from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko. I called them right away once I landed and let them know my situation and I’ll be arriving late at 12am. They responded quickly and provided me the instruction of how to get in the cabin at late hours and allow me late check in. If not because of their flexible and immediate arrangement, i would have no places to stay for the night. Very appreciated.

Clean, close to station, friendly service!

The owners of this guesthouse are professional and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the shared washroom areas are also very clean and pleasant to use. It is across the street from the train/bus station so you don't need to walk far. Very small town, not much to do though, but very close to the Mt. Fuji area.

Made us feel like a family!

I had the pleasure to take my mother (she is 79) to visit Japan in May of 2017. I arranged on-line our stay at a cabin and planned out our travel itinerary to visit the beautiful Mt. Fuji with my mother. This was our first visit to Japan, and we do not speak Japanese. I wanted to comment on how the staff of the Guesthouse Orange Cabin were so wonderful to us! While the taxi driver took us to a wrong place in a dark raining evening at our first night in Japan, my mom and I were totally lost and fearing where we were, and where our hotel was. Things turned so good and so quick. Very soon, we were taken to the right place – Guesthouse Orange Cabin, by someone else, who is the owner of the cabin (we found out later when we arrived at the cabin). We felt they treated us as honored family and not simply hotel guests. Every part of our stay here was an absolute treasure and pleasure. The staff spoke English; everything in the facility was clean and neat and available in abundance. The owner of the Guesthouse Orange Cabin even helped us resolved an issue by getting our taxi fare returned, because the taxi driver took us to a wrong place and far away from the right place by mistake. They handled problems not related to our stay, and anticipated our every need. I look forward to staying at the Guesthouse Orange Cabin again in the future with my husband. It was a WONDERFUL experience!
