厳島神社の近くの表参道にある旅館です。朝の参拝客の少ない時間の厳島神社を参拝できます。
館内に温泉もあり、また美味しい食事も提供してくれますので、何度も利用したい旅館です

スタッフの方々の細やかな気配り、笑顔のおかげで、気持ちよく滞在できました。
室内は、清潔で、使いやすく工夫されていて、冷蔵庫内には、レモネード、小さいサイズのお茶のペットボトル(これは街歩き用にしました)が冷やされ、紅葉まんじゅうはもちろん、ミネラルウオーター、エスプレッソマシーン、各種お茶、焼き物の素敵なコーヒーカップも用意されていました。
ラウンジでは、アルコールを含む飲み物やおつまみ、アイスクリームが無料で提供されていましたので、お風呂の後、ミニサイズの缶ビールをいただきながら、夕闇に浮かぶ大鳥居を楽しみました。
イチゴ味クッキー入りのスジャータプレミアムアイスクリームは部屋に持ち帰ってゆっくりいただきましたが、大変美味しかったです。
おすすめです。

桟橋から歩いていける距離にあり厳島神社へ行くもよし、表参道通りで買い物するもよしの便利な場所にあるのが魅力で予約しました。夕食と朝食をいただきましたがどのお料理も見ため美しく大変おいしかったです。お料理でお世話になったスタッフさんが感じの良い方で食事の時間が良い旅の思い出になりました。また宮島へ行く機会がありましたら錦水館で宿泊したいと思います。

ちょっとお高めだけど、その価値あり！

７８歳の母との旅行のため、厳島神社から近いこともあり、こちらのお宿にしました。
こちらに宿泊するのは今回で３回目でした。厳島神社から近いので、７８歳の母も楽に厳島神社にお参り出来ると思って、今回もこちらにしたのですが、そうして本当に良かったです。
というのも、厳島神社は、修学旅行の学生さん達で、鮨詰め状態。
昼間、お詣りに行った時、背の低い母は、右も左も人、人、人で、何が何だか分からないまま通り抜けただけとなりました。
それで、朝食前の早朝に、もう一度、お詣りに行ったのですが、今度は、人もおらず、ゆっくりお詣りが出来ました。
お宿が厳島神社に近いお陰で助かりました。

お宿は、文句のつけようがありませんでした。若いスタッフさん達が、にこやかで、丁寧で、母も感激していました。
温泉も心地よく、お部屋も快適でした。

お夕食に出てくる牡蠣の白味噌グラタンは、とっても美味しいです。
グラスで三次ワイナリーの白ワインを頼めますので、ぜひ合わせてみて下さい。
素晴らしいマリアージュが楽しめます。

日本酒の飲み比べセットも良かったです。
ついつい飲み過ぎること、間違いなしです。

施設は全体的にキレイで部屋も良かったです。

夕食は女性には量が多く感じました、でも妻は大変満足していました。
朝食はキレイに飾られていましたが男性(自分)には少し物足りなく思いましたが、その後で観光しながら食べ歩きをしてる時は少し少ないくらいで丁度良かったのだと思いました。

総評は妻がまた来たいと、自分もまた一緒に来たいと……

大満足の宿

従業員方々のきめ細かい気配りのお陰で快適な滞在となりました。
足の悪い両親に何かと気を遣って頂きけた事も有り難かったです。
食事はどれも美味しかったのですが、特に野菜料理がとても気に入り食べ過ぎてしまいました。
大浴場の温泉は気持ち良く、タオルやアメニティもたくさん有るのも良かったです。

厳島神社の満潮、干潮、夜のライトアップされた景色が楽しめました。

両親の金婚祝いで利用させて頂きました。
従業員の方、皆さん丁寧な対応で良かったのですが、新人の方が多かったのか、質問してもすぐに答えれる方は少なかったです。
料理は美味しかったのですが、ホテルに無理言ってお願いしたお祝いのケーキは、あまり美味しくなかったので少し残念でした。

ただ帰り際は、車で桟橋まで送って頂いたり、皆さん笑顔で滞在中は気持ちよかったです。

幅広くオススメできるホテル

高級ホテルと同じ、というわけにはいきませんが、この価格帯にもかかわらずいろいろ工夫してラグジュアリな空間をよく演出できてると思います。恐らく宿主のトニーさんの趣味か？部屋も趣味がよく清潔だし、宿泊者専用のブックカフェも居心地がよかったです。温泉も朝早くから夜遅くまで入れるし、脱衣場の新しいタオルを好きに使えるので、食事の後で部屋に寄らずふらっと温泉に行けるのがとても快適でした。宮島の他のホテルでもやってるのかもしれませんが、チェックアウトした後も当たり前の様に荷物を預かってくれるのも助かりました。

残念だったのは部屋のエアコン。暖房を入れたら音がうるさかったです。広島はまだ暖かかったので暖房を止めても平気でしたが…ただこればかりは、たまたまハズレだっただけかもしれないので。それはさておいても、そんなにお金をかけられない若い人から、それなりに立派な人まで、誰にでも幅広くオススメできるホテルという印象でした。

We had a truly memorable stay at the beautiful Kinsuikan in Miyajima. The property itself is in an incredible location, a very short walk from the ferry with spectacular views. The amenities are excellent and include a complementary streetside coffee bar, as well as a rooftop terrace with free beverages and snacks. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky enough to experience several different rooms and suites. The suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed. It was wonderful to come home to the Kinsuikan after a day exploring the island and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone visiting the area.

The views from our room were spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Lots of free amenities for the guests. The only draw back was that they did not have options for vegetarian. If you have specific dietary restrictions please let them know in advance so they can accommodate. When I booked the hotel there was no option for me to mention’s dietary restrictions.

Walking distance from ferry. Spacious traditional Japanese cedar and wood paneled rooms with panoramic views of the inland sea, tatami mat floors, futons rolled out by staff at bedtime. Popular local restaurant offering fried oysters and grilled eels at rear of hotel building. Gracious, helpful staff. We loved it.

Un Anniversaire Magique

Je m'attendais à passer un agréable moment mais ce séjour fut au-delà de mes espérances.
Les bains qu'ils soient privés ou publics, la chambre et la salle de bains spacieuses avec une vue magnifique, sans oublier le personnel aux petits soins, ont fait que j'y ai passé l'un de mes meilleurs anniversaires. Merci.

A first rate Japanese experience complete with robes, slippers, hot mineral baths, traditional Japanese breakfast, slipping on the floor mats/mattresses. Great rooftop bar with harbor views and free drinks and ice cream. Great location in the center of town on the waterfront.
1) this town has few overnight guests and the bulk of the visitors are day trippers via mainland ferry. The town absolutely closes up by 6:00, not a single bar or separate restaurant remain open. The only places for dinner are the few dining rooms associated with hotels. In this hotel you need to make a reservation during the day so the restaurant can order enough food, if you don’t make a reservation your only other option is a separate less elegant public dining room with a more limited menu.

Wonderful modern Ryokan. Spendy but the service was superb. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Could see Torii from the room.

Le charme et le service japonais en un lieu unique

Magnifique établissement au cœur de Miyajima. Parfait pour y passer quelques jours incroyables hors du temps.
Le service est impeccable. Le restaurant attenant à l’hôtel en passant soit par l’intérieur ou à l’arrière du bâtiment est excellent.
De plus, l’établissement a un Roof top avec une belle vue sur le temple avec accès aux boissons alcoolisées ou non à discrétion.

A little challenging to get to but once you’re there you understand why. Really beautiful location. Tough to get food at night because most of the restaurants cater only to the daytime tourists which was tough and the ferry only runs so late so you can’t get dinner late and head back. Would suggest two nights at most and hotel should be a bit more proactive about suggesting offsite food options. Staff was nice when we got there and accommodating. Loved the daytime adventures. We had two rooms — one was a great temp but the other was very muggy which we couldn’t figure out how to fix. Nice outdoor tub and massage chair in rooms too.

The hotel is very dated. Sink toilet bathroom look depressing. The room we booked did not have the four futon BEDS describes in the Expedia website. There are futons bet not during beds and they have to be arranged every night in the floor by displacing the table that is in the middle of the living room. Food was nicely presented but not at all at par with other Japanese meals we have had in other ryokans, restaurants or hotels.
The location is excellent. The island being small it is close to everything sites. The floating tori is being renovated otherwise the rooms facing the ocean would offer a terrific view of the gate.

Traditionel japansk service og hygge

Kinsuikan var en helt ubeskrivelig god oplevelse, specielt for et yngre nygift ægtepar på bryllupsrejse. Service var helt i top og reservationen kom med en 12-retters menu i hotellets egen restaurant. Vi overnattede i et af de traditionelle japanske rum med udsigt til bugten og den dejligste aftensol. Mens vi var nede til middag blev vores rum sat i stand, så vi kom tilbage og opdagede at der var blevet lagt futoner og sengetøj frem til os, så vi slap for at kæmpe med det. På trods af at man sov på gulvet var det fantastisk blødt med gode puder og dyner, der holdt en varm. Virkelig en unik oplevelse, jeg sagtens kunne betale for igen.

Excellent Ryokan Stay!

Stayed 2 nights. 4th floor overlooking the water. Awesome view. Staff made us feel special. Surrounding area has excellent variety of shops and attractions. Trip to the peak was worth the gondola and hike.

Nice, clean and convenient Ryokan

The hotel is close to everything a tourist may want to go. Rooms are spacious and clean, staffs are friendly. If they have private spa in room and bigger public bath, it will be perfect.

Chambre japonaise avec futons et tatamis, on dirait pas comme ça mais c'est très confortable. Dîners japonais succulents, de petits plats tout plus beaux les uns que les autres, un ravissement aussi bien pour les papilles que pour les yeux. Miyajima est magique, envie d'y revenir!!

Miyajimi hotel stay

Hotel is great. The staff at the hotel is nice and helpful. It started raining when we checked out and they offered to drive us to the ferry. They provide a yukatas and have snacks in our room when we checked in. There is an area for complementary drinks that has a nice view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
