上質な空間に都会にいるのを忘れるひと時を味わえる

YouTuberとしてランニングを中心にもホテルも取り上げていますがここのホテルはデザインアーティストが手掛けたホテルとして有名で快適な空間を過ごせます。
614号室に泊まり、キングサイズのベット、テーブルとディスクワークタイプテーブル、豊富なアメニティ、マイクロバスの入浴と室内で楽しめる時間を味わえました。
よくホテルは外の眺めに視点が行きがちですが、ここは室内の目の行き所が目に優しい光になって居心地良いです。

YouTubeの動画編集に時間を当てながら室内で外から購入したもので乾杯を楽しんだり、入浴ライトに癒されたりと素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。

Nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip.

The hotel had excellent amenities, including a lounge with free beer, wine, and snacks. The modern decor was both stylish and welcoming. Laundry machines were plentiful and easy to use.

Our 1st time staying here. The hotel is off the busy central area of shinsaibashi shopping strip so it was great not to be where its so loud. Lots of dining options and convenient to the subway about 5-7min walk. To get to the busy Dontonbori strip is 10min walk.

Pros:
- Quiet and convenient. Lots of restaurants walking nearby and subway super close
- Hotel room has all the toiletries you need: Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash, Face skincare, cotton/q-tips, body scrub, toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, hairbrush, razor.
- I like how our room has a separate entry way before fully getting into the room. This way our dirty shoes stay separate from our living/bedroom area.
- Linen spray for those days you go for bbq and wagyu food. You can spray your clothes down to make it smell better and air it out
- Laundry station in the top floor. Cost only 500Yen to wash/dry your laundry. No need to carry so many clothes.
- Hotel helps you ship your luggage through Yamato service.

Cons:
- Not enough places to hang towels for 3 people. They have no wall hanger to hang your towels which I found a bit weird. They had hangers in the closet for clothes, but no where to lang your long towel.
- The washroom cabinet had a rod for your face towel, but definitely nothing to hang your shower towel. So if you travelling with family, be prepared that there is no where to hang your towels or not enough hanger for clothes.

Overall, our stay was great and I do recommend this hotel to anyone.

Christmas and New Years Stay at Grandee

I stayed here over Christmas and New Years with my wife and two kids. Hotel was excellent, and family friendly restaurants were found nearby at PARCO and Daimaru.

I loved the decor and the free amenities offered at the hotel Lounge.

I did want to highlight an issue that was resolved. We checked in our luggage to be delivered to Narita Airport on new years day with the hotel. Unfortunately, the Grandee did not ask for all the necessary information and was unable to ship the luggage in time.

We were stressed out as we were not sure how we could handle the baggage with two young kids through the streets and shinkansen ride. This is when the hotel manager, Ryohei-san, came to our hotel room and offered to make it right by personally driving the luggage from Osaka to Narito Airport, a 7 hour drive! He even refused to take any payment for this as he says it was the Grandee's mistake to fix this issue.

Sure enough, we met Ryohei-san at the airport on Jan 1st with all our luggage. Thank you very much Hotel Grandee for the wonderful stay!

Amethyst room was amazing!

The amethyst room was so cool and comfortable. Loved the enormous sofa and the amenities. Staff all friendly and helped to send our luggage onto the next hotel.

Très joli très propre, chambre spacieuse , services super, échantillons ,baignoire géante, tout ce qu’il nous fallait, seule chose à améliorer la chambre calligraphie est très sombre même côté salle d’eau j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à me maquiller.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Grandee! The staff were all amazing and friendly and made my stay feel special. The location is great as you are in the centre of everything. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was very dusty and I could see the dust floating under the pot lights at all times. I think the carpets need to be cleaned better.

The location of this hotel was great! Centrally located.
The rooms were a lot bigger than we expected. Our bathroom was huge! They have a lounge area for snacks that was convenient. Would stay again.

Great location, just 5 min walk to Shinsaibashi shopping district and 8 mins to Dotonburi. Nearby a few different metro stations.
The room was quite spacious, lots of space to open luggage (for 1 person).
The only thing was that I was beside the elevator and it got kinda noisy with people coming and going with luggages.

Second time staying here, very spacious rooms. Some of the room designs are dated but overall a very good place to stay in Osaka near Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi.

No porter service

Hotel was good
However there is no porter service and not even a luggage for us to use

Very comfortable and convenient hotel

It is convenient hotel. Welcoming from the front clerk was very good. The bed is very comfortable and huge size. The both room is very clean and size large. We stayed in a forest room, so the room is beautiful with surrounding green plants. It’s just one thing if the window in the forest room can be opened that we can have some fresh air. We would like to stay again if I visit Osaka again.

Excellent experience in Osaka.

We are happy to stay in here. Hotel nearest shopping centre areas of Osaka. There are a lots of restaurants outside the hotel.Both room very clean and size large. Staffs very friendly and helpful. The bed is very huge, but just a bit soft for us. We have filled live in the garden, because there are many plants surrounding the room. We can get more fresh air, If the window can be opened.

We are staying here three times over a period of a month. Check in second time took 15 minutes. Would have thought they would have been able to bring up all our details from their system and we just sign and take the keys. Had to do all the paper work again. Not what you want when you are hot and tired. They have a fabulous 45th floor bar but it closes at 11pm every night which seems nuts.

Worse experience ever!

Worst experience with this hotel ever! I have never made a bad review like this, but this is the worst experience I ever had with any hotel and hotel staff and organization. Unreasonable, unfair, unhumane, and simply will not recommend to anyone!!

住了兩晚，最喜歡大浴缸！地點距離心齎橋稍遠。
酒店送了每人一張餐飲券，每人有一杯任何洒精類飲品或菓汁，也不錯！
而8/f洗衣設施不用付費，也不多人用，不似其他酒店要排隊等候。但洗衣粉而買，記得自備，便可完全免費！

非常棒，房間很大，沐浴備品全是寶格麗，除了吹風機之外還有提供平板夾，每天晚上也有免費的酒精飲料可以喝，下次一定還會再選擇這一間飯店

Chic boutique hotel with spacious rooms

Super spacious rooms, love the interior and room services, facilities was great with complimentary drinks at the cafe lounge and bar lounge. Good location and surrounded by eateries and shopping. Only feedback: Please have more variety at breakfast! We had almost the exact same food for all 3 days (literally 95% similar).

Beautiful space ! I was shocked at how amazing the layout of the forest room was. The only thing to really look out for is that there are not a lot of outlets for charging by the bed.

Everything else was amazing. I will come back during my next stay !

Comfort Stay but Below Average Service.

We booked a suite room and the room was very spacious, nicely designed with a built-in aquarium and a large bathtub with branded amenities provides. Very less number of staff can speak and understand English, so it was very hard for us to communicate with them, especially regarding the accident that we encountered in our room. We received minimum assistance from the staff and even have to provide suggestions to solve the issue. Overall, it was a great stay at the hotel as it is located near tourist spots and the bed was very comfortable as well.

Hidden pearl

Always love to stay there while in Osaka. Very classy and usually expensive hotel but they have a economic single room which is excellent.
Good breakfast, high grade coffee machine free of use during the day (Matcha Latte and such) and a bar in the evening.

Located at 5-7 minute walk to dotonbori area and shinsaibashi station

房間舒適

今次入住有水晶創意雙人房，房間舒適寬敞，唯房間窗門用畫遮蔽而沒有自然光線透入，可能酒店窗外環境是普通街道，還有浴室洗手盆在房間最入邊，而如廁則在門口旁，即如廁在街頭洗手要到街尾，哈哈。另酒店提供自助早餐（其實應算半自助）地方不算大，食物亦不算太豐富，但亦算美味賣相美觀，員工還比大堂服務員更親切有禮。

位置便利

地點非常便利，離最近的的長堀橋站2分鐘，步行到心齋橋也只需5至8分鐘。飯店周邊有不少食肆，相當方便。
房間不是很大，行李箱只能放在床上才能開啟；清潔程度令人滿意，但是浴室總有一般奇怪的味道。
接待處職員十分有禮，也很幫忙。
