エレベーターがとにかくこない

エレベーターが2機しかなく、しかもコントロールが悪いのか、とにかくエレベーターが来ない。4、5万円台取るホテルの中で、これほどひどいところはない。

スタッフの対応は気持ちがいいくらい最高でした。
ありがとうございました。

ただ、バスタブにお湯をいれたのですがバスタブの中が水垢みたいなのがでてちょっとガッカリでした。

それを差し引いても素敵なホテルでしたので今後も利用させてもらおうと思ってます。

コスパが非常に悪い。値段に見合った価値を提供しているとは思えない。
東京駅にもっと近くてたくさんのサービスやコインランドリーがIC対応だったりするホテルもあるし、わざわざここに泊まらなくてもいい。
買い物も、コンビニは近くのホテルの接続店しかないので、不便だし、メチャクチャ混む。
防音も悪い。チェックアウトは混むし、機械も正常に動作せず長く待たされる。

よくこの値段で宿泊価格を出せるなと思う。インバウンド需要がなければすぐに退廃していく施設だと思う。

The cost performance is very poor. I don't think it offers value worth the price. There are hotels closer to Tokyo Station that offer many services, and some have coin laundries compatible with IC cards, so there's really no need to stay here. As for shopping, there's only the convenience store connected to the nearby hotel, which is inconvenient and gets extremely crowded.

I'm amazed they can charge this much for a stay. I think it's a facility that would quickly decline if it weren't for the inbound demand.

床に広げたスーツケースを閉じたら、前に宿泊した方の使用済みのつけまつ毛がスーツケースにベッタリと付いてきた。床にピアスも落ちていた。ちゃんと床掃除してるのか疑問。ホテルが沢山あるエリアなので、また泊まるかと言われたら泊まらないと思います。

We had a pretty spacious room for the three of us. There were 3 larger twin beds. Loved the cleanliness of the room, the courteous staff and the fabulous breakfast. We stayed for one night. We wanted to sta a few more nights.

객실 관리 상태 깨끗했고 방 크기도 큰 편입니다. 직원들이 입실 수속, 짐 보관 등의 업무를 빠르게 잘 처리 해 주었습니다. 조식도 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌고 음식 종류가 많지는 않지만 음식 하나 하나 좋은 재료로 제대로 요리 된 것이라 미츠이가든 쿄바시에 투숙 하는 분이라면 조식 포함으로 하기를 권합니다. 도쿄역 야에스 중앙 출구에서 도보로 5분 정도 거리이고 야에스 지하 상점가를 통해 날씨가 좋지 않은 날도 도쿄 역까지 쉽게 오갈 수 있습니다. 지하철 쿄바시역 까지 거리도 가깝고 식당이나 편의점도 가까워서 편리합니다. 투숙 객 숫자만큼 생수를 매일 넣어주고 청소를 원하지 않으면 해당 표지판을 걸어두면 수건과 생수만 교체 해 줍니다. 기대하지 않았는데 생일 맞은 투숙객에게 작은 선물도 제공했습니다.

This hotel is ideally located near Tokyo station and with direct access to Haneda airport. Within walking distance to Ginza, it's also great for shopping. Décor could do with a bit of an upgrade, but all very clean and in perfect working order.

This is a great hotel to stay for one night since it’s close to the Tokyo Train Station. Service is great, but personally the room is a bit too small.

The photo of the building can fool you. The room is tiny and outdated. The washroom brought you back in the 80s. But the price is for the cost of 5 stars hotel. No we dont recommend it.

Loved staying at this hotel during our trip to Japan. It is so close to Tokyo station and in a very clean business area. It’s very well maintained. Staff is amazing. Only a 10 min walk to Ginza area. 5 mins walk to Tokyo station. I loved staying here and will stay here again.

The cost of the hotel is exceptionally high for the quality of service, stay, facilities, food, and lobby area. The staff does not understand international courtesy. If anything is out of their checklist, they will not help you or believe you. I have never seen so much or distrust and disrespect in any hotel except this one. I will never recommend anyone, senior or seasoned traveler, to stay in this property at this high cost. Its subpar abd not at all hospitable.

房間很多地方都有塵埃，櫃面、廁紙架、床頭都有很多塵，有時候動作大一點都會令塵埃飛揚。椅子座墊是絨面，發現有污漬。床下有一小片膠袋碎片是我不小心弄掉，但要求清潔房間後仍然在原位出現。最不能接受是多次在床頭發現多隻蚊滋，床頭太多罅縫，恐怕是從罅縫爬出來。酒店要認真處理這個問題，畢竟酒店住宿第一要點就是乾淨整潔。

A very good stay

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly polite and took care of everything. Our room, while small as most Japanese hotel rooms are, was clean & well equipped. Daily water bottles and coffee/tea and other amenities was available to us.
The hotel is in Kyobashi, which was around the corner from an entrance to Tokyo station and was very convenient without being in the middle of a busy area (i.e. Shibuya/Shinjuku).

Absolutely great. The hotel was awesome, the facilities met our needs and it’s in a fantastic location (2 minute walk from the subway station and in front of the main Ginza street). Very happy with our stay and would cane back without a doubt.
