エレベーターがとにかくこない

エレベーターが2機しかなく、しかもコントロールが悪いのか、とにかくエレベーターが来ない。4、5万円台取るホテルの中で、これほどひどいところはない。

スタッフの対応は気持ちがいいくらい最高でした。
ありがとうございました。

ただ、バスタブにお湯をいれたのですがバスタブの中が水垢みたいなのがでてちょっとガッカリでした。

それを差し引いても素敵なホテルでしたので今後も利用させてもらおうと思ってます。

コスパが非常に悪い。値段に見合った価値を提供しているとは思えない。
東京駅にもっと近くてたくさんのサービスやコインランドリーがIC対応だったりするホテルもあるし、わざわざここに泊まらなくてもいい。
買い物も、コンビニは近くのホテルの接続店しかないので、不便だし、メチャクチャ混む。
防音も悪い。チェックアウトは混むし、機械も正常に動作せず長く待たされる。

よくこの値段で宿泊価格を出せるなと思う。インバウンド需要がなければすぐに退廃していく施設だと思う。

The cost performance is very poor. I don't think it offers value worth the price. There are hotels closer to Tokyo Station that offer many services, and some have coin laundries compatible with IC cards, so there's really no need to stay here. As for shopping, there's only the convenience store connected to the nearby hotel, which is inconvenient and gets extremely crowded.

I'm amazed they can charge this much for a stay. I think it's a facility that would quickly decline if it weren't for the inbound demand.

床に広げたスーツケースを閉じたら、前に宿泊した方の使用済みのつけまつ毛がスーツケースにベッタリと付いてきた。床にピアスも落ちていた。ちゃんと床掃除してるのか疑問。ホテルが沢山あるエリアなので、また泊まるかと言われたら泊まらないと思います。

最近、銀座や東京駅周辺で宿泊していますが、とても良かったです。スタッフの対応がまず素晴らしくて、お部屋も清潔。朝食も素材が良くて美味しかったです。たぶんまた泊まらせていただきます。

房間很多地方都有塵埃，櫃面、廁紙架、床頭都有很多塵，有時候動作大一點都會令塵埃飛揚。椅子座墊是絨面，發現有污漬。床下有一小片膠袋碎片是我不小心弄掉，但要求清潔房間後仍然在原位出現。最不能接受是多次在床頭發現多隻蚊滋，床頭太多罅縫，恐怕是從罅縫爬出來。酒店要認真處理這個問題，畢竟酒店住宿第一要點就是乾淨整潔。

A very good stay

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly polite and took care of everything. Our room, while small as most Japanese hotel rooms are, was clean & well equipped. Daily water bottles and coffee/tea and other amenities was available to us.
The hotel is in Kyobashi, which was around the corner from an entrance to Tokyo station and was very convenient without being in the middle of a busy area (i.e. Shibuya/Shinjuku).

Absolutely great. The hotel was awesome, the facilities met our needs and it’s in a fantastic location (2 minute walk from the subway station and in front of the main Ginza street). Very happy with our stay and would cane back without a doubt.

Just what we wanted - walking distance to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace and to the Ginzu line to get back from Shibuya. Lots of dining options in the underground malls close by (Yaechika, and an excellent recommendation for a ramen place). Clean and safe ( but what isn’t here). Room was small for sure, but that was expected. Price was reasonable.

Location is great but hotel is old. Bathtub is yellow (( breakfast at 9.30 nothing to eat. No one adding items to th stable just empty plates. Lotions and toothpaste you need to go on second floor and get by yourself no one provides inside room. For there people only two towels (. And horrible plastic kettle for tea which burned my hand. Tooo expensive for that quality of service not recommend

Good location but not a 4* experience overall

Perfect location, but a very uncomfortable stay. The room was insanely small and when l booked it didn't mention the size of the room. Two people with four suitcases in total, we couldn't fit in the standard room. The pillows very uncomfortable too and in general the room was very basic - it felt like a 3* hotel and not a 4* one. The hotel staff was very polite and eager to help you though. Overall, l wouldn't choose it again.

Good stay

The room was spacious, for Japanese standards and bed very comfy. The common lobby area isn’t the best. Access to coffee and water is limited due to (paid) breakfasts and lunches. The capacity of the breakfast is very limited and nit very comfy. Value for money medium good. We were charged more than in the hotels.com confirmation, will figure out the reason.

The property is within 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station and is in very nice and safe location. There are several restaurants and convenience stores (7-11 stores) in the vicinity so are a couple of metro stops.
The staff is very polite, the breakfast spread was nice.

After having stayed at the Mitsui Garden Premier hotel Jingu-gaien at the beginning of our trip, I was expecting a similarly phenomenal experience. Apparently the word ‘premier’ indicates a different hotel classification, which is completely understandable. Lesson learned.
Positives: The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a friendly, excellent staff working there.
Negatives: The hotel needs to be updated. I’d booked a superior room, so I’m not sure what the basic would be like.The walls in our room were scuffed, and the room had a general feeling of being dated and disheveled. Also, we’d arrived back from Kyoto earlier than check-in time, so we had to access our luggage that we’d had sent earlier to the hotel to pull out clothes and change in the lobby washroom. We continued with our day and when we returned and checked in around 9:30 p.m., we picked up our luggage from the front desk. In Kyoto, the hotel staff had thoughtfully already transferred our luggage to our room.
We asked for a late check out (1 extra hour) as we were heading on a walking tour that morning and wanted to freshen up before our return flight. We were told it would be an additional 2000 yen per hour (up to max. of 2 hours), if we wanted that.
I personally think it would go a long way for the hotel management to make small accommodations for guests when possible, as every small gesture leaves an impact.

The property was great! Walking distance to 2 main train station. Convenient to everything. Staff was friendly and pleasant, breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was a good size thought it would be smaller.
