スタッフの対応が素晴らしい！食事もおいしかったし、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。道路に面しているが、車は少なく、夕方、外を散歩すると海が見えて気持ちがよかった。

アットホームな暖炉のある宿

部屋からは海が良く見えます。ウッディなインテリアで暖炉のあるロビーがあり、いつでもコーヒーが無料です。とてもアットホームな雰囲気で、送迎も快くしていただけました。貸し切り露天風呂もあり、掛け流しでお湯が良かったです。お料理もちょうど良い量で美味しかったです。

一泊しかできなかったものの、快適な時間を過ごせました。
食事もどれも美味し買ったですが、自分で揚げる天ぷらは少し難しいので、違うものか揚げてもらいたかったです。
建物の雰囲気と接客が最高でした。

温泉とお料理

こじんまりとして、アットホームな感じがよかったです。ウトロの街からの送迎もこちらの時間に合せて快く引き受けてもらえます。（歩いても15分位）一番は食事。夕食は自分で揚げて食べる串揚げが珍しくて良かったし、何よりもあまり期待していなかった朝食が、ありきたりの鮭と海苔でなく、小鉢に入った珍しい食材がたくさん並び、心を込めて準備してくれている事が伝わって来て、感激しました。目の前はオホーツクの海、次は冬に行ってみたいかな！大人向けの、静かに滞在したい人にﾋﾟｯﾀﾘです。

最高です。

海岸の道路沿いに位置しており、部屋からの眺めが素晴らしい！
貸し切り露天風呂も熱めだけれど気持ち良い。
食事も連泊だったので2日間、地域の美味しいものを盛り込んで工夫されたメニューでとても美味しかった。
内装がシンプルだけれど自然と調和していてとても居心地よかった。
コロナにしっかり配慮しつつ、温かいおもてなしが心に残る。
流氷の季節にまた訪れたい。

源泉掛け流し温泉宿

滞在中のコーヒー飲み放題や、天然温泉掛け流しは最高でした。朝夕飯は言うまでもなく美味しくご馳走さまでした。価格はそこそこしますが、満足度は高いです。街中からは少し離れているのが難点ですが、散歩がてらに道の駅いけます。また泊まりたいお宿ですね！

The indoor onsen was too small and the outdoor onsen water is too hot and the bathing facilities basic. But the food and service were excellent. We drove so it is not a problem but for those who don't, it will be inconvenient

The real Japan stay

Beautiful location on the coast. An authentic ryokan onsen experience with comfortable futons. Hostess and staff gracious. Meals extensive. We highly recommend.

Nice small hotel with great ocean views. Friendly staffs with great service. Was a little disappointed about dinner. I was hoping to get some great seafood dishes since its location. Otherwise, was a great overnight stay.

This hotel was amazing! It exceeded all expectations. We arrived around 5:30pm and had dinner prepared for us at 6pm, which was a delicious mix of fresh sashimi and tempura. We were then able to book the private outdoor onsen which was truly wonderful and luxurious under the stars.
Our hosts were warm, friendly and professional and clearly passionate about delivering an exceptional stay for all their guests.
The location itself was spectacular! The hotel looked out onto the ocean and we had an incredible view from our room.
I cannot rate this hotel high enough, 10/10 I will definitely be staying here again!

Our Japanese style room was clean, spacious, and quiet. It had a nice ocean view. Breakfast and half board were delicious, very eye-pleasing. the free private onsen (for this onsen, you need to sign up in advance) and free public onsen were great. The host/staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book sightseeing boat cruise and sightseeing bus tour. We loved our stay here so much that we were sad to leave after 3 days.

Excellent family run ryokan/hotel. For non Japanese speakers this presents more of a challenge overcome by going to the mega hotel down the road. Otherwise the onsen is enough and the traditional Japanese meal is off the charts.

High quality elegant and warm-hearting hotel.

This family run elegant hotel is the best, the staff and owners are friendly and warm-hearted, the hotel decoration is unique and elegant, very clean, the food is delicious and fresh. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the bus terminal but they can pick you up for free. All rooms are facing the ocean. The shampoo and body wash is Pola brand. My only tiny complaint is the Onsen water temperature is a bit high that you need to slowly get into the water. I will come back if I visit Shiretoko otoro next time. Btw, there are staffs who can speak English and chinese.

Superb Accommodation in Shiretoko

Hotel Kifu Club has a very homely feel. The staff members were very attentive and friendly. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and each dinner and breakfast was different from the previous day, and the food was truly local and delicious. The room had a fantastic view of the sea! To top it all off, the private onsen is a must-try, but make sure you book early because there are only 2 private onsen.

The end of the earth

Firstly let's get the personal recommendation out of the way, if I can come back to shiretoko again I will stay here. Secondly two important things to note, firstly there is NO COLLECTION from the local train station (shiretoko-shari) this is a 40min bus journey to Utoro Onsen (which they will collect you from). Also despite being advertised on hotels.com as including breakfast only, it actually included breakfast AND dinner. All food served was of a superb standard, the seafood in particular is so fresh and included delicacies such as hairy crab and kinki fish, all ingredients were local and prepared in house. Both breakfast and dinner had approx 10 courses which were different each night, I advise if you have allergies to let the staff know in advance. The owners don't have much English but the staff speak very good English and are wonderfully helpful and the whole establishment feels welcoming and homely. There are both public Onsen and private onsen, the private onsen is outdoors and if you are as fortunate as i was then you get a really good view of the stars in the night sky, lots of shooting stars and satellites seen overhead. The room are Ryokan style with futons which I found comfortable and are kept very clean.
If you arnt visiting shiretoko to hike or see the local wildlife you may struggle for things to do.

Honestly of all the places I have stayed in two decades of travelling this has been my favourite, i do not say so lightly, it was a true pleasure to stay.

Outstanding!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent meals offering much variety. We stayed for four nights and dinner was always different. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice inside Onsen and the option to book a private outside Onsen outside was a fantastic plus.

모든방이 오션뷰, 금연실에 깨끗하게 관리되어있어요. 모든 스탭이 친절했고 조식, 석식모두 일본가정식으로 정갈했어요
위치가 우토로 버스터미널에서 좀 떨어져있지만 호텔에서 픽업해줘서 괜찮았어요
이 호텔에 다시 숙박하고 싶어서 우토로에 다시 방문할 것 같아요

Amazing hotel recommended highly.

This is a fantastic little family run hotel. We enjoyed every minute we stayed here. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were spotless. Wonderful views over the sea particularly at sunset. Dinner was the nicest we have had in Japan. Nice private outdoor onsen which can be booked or there is a public onsen too. This was really a wonderful traditional japanese experience. On site parking was a bonus as we drove. Very close to Shiretoko National Park. Would recommend a stay here. Staff were very helpful and kind

生态游很适合

坐JR到达知床斜里站，要到斜对面坐bus前往utoro温泉站，订房留言到达时间接车，但没来接，拜托bus司机帮助电话联系，酒店来人也很快。在utoro几家大酒店间有免费巡回巴士，在这些酒店会有免费去各市内景点的车，跟店家说明会把你载到知床grand酒店，转巴士前往。要预订各种活动，如知床五湖游，会帮联系知床自然中心的向导（付费），自己走路或打车是不行的，因为那是自然保护区。
地理位置相对偏僻，靠海，非冬季有熊出没，冬季有狐狸和鹿，超市什么的都没有，但有困难可找店家帮忙，非常尽心

We really enjoyed the night we stay here.
The rooms were cleaned, food was tasty and it was great experience to make tempura ourselves. the private out door bath was nice. Will definitely come back again!

Good service and nice food.

Simple comfortable tatami room with great ocean views. The staff were friendly and provided great service. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast and dinner served were different each day and the food were plenty and delicious. The private outdoor hot spring that we could use for an hour each day was great value for money.
