客室は古さが目立つものの綺麗でした。
ユニットバスが狭い、温度調節が自分で蛇口ひねるタイプなのがマイナス点。
アルコール、ラーメン、アイス食べ放題に惹かれてここを予約したのに期待外れすぎ。
カップちっちゃ！トレイもなく…
ラーメンも2種類だけ、アイスもバニラとチョコだけ。しかもカッチカチですくえない…
立地条件と低めの枕があったのはよかったです。

　インパクトある入り口でおもしろかった。

　蛇口やシャワーヘッドが古いホテルのため、お湯の調整を昔ながらにしないといけなくて　不便ではあったけど値段で決めたので　妥当かなと感じました。

古いなりに綺麗には感じました。

15:00〜21:00の無料飲み放題がとても魅力的でした！道頓堀がすごく近いのでよかったし、それもあり仕方ないが近くの駐車場が全て高かった。
行った時1階と地下のトイレ工事中でした。

街のど真ん中にあり夜は少し外の声だったり聞こえますが部屋は充分だしアメニティも充実していて、なんといっても15時からアイスとお酒食べ放題、飲み放題があるのが個人的にとてもいいなと思いました！
次また大阪に遊びに行く時はまた宿泊したいです。

部屋が狭い、部屋でお湯が沸かせない、お茶が飲めない等の不便さはありましたが、それをカバーする以上の、ビール飲み放題や、夜のカップラーメン等のサービスはおもしろかったです。スタッフの方は、よく気が付く、優しい声かけをしていただく等、よく教育されていると感じました。

街中にある分、駅から近いし便利な場所でしたが、夜中にバイクをふかす音がうるさかった。
ロビーにフリードリンクがあり、ソフトドリンクだけでなくアルコールもあるのにはびっくり。
フリーカップラーメンの時間もあり、若い人には良いかも。

チェックインの際のカード支払い用の端末が真っ暗な状態で暗証番号入れる様に言われた。暗くて見えないと言ったらサインしろと言われた。バックライト明るくすれば済む事ではなかってのかな⁇部屋に入ると、スリッパが無くて…テーブルの上とか金庫の上とか埃や小さなゴミがあった。
部屋は広く快適だったが、テーブルなしでちょっと辛かった。

難波駅にはとても近く、便が良い。
アイスやアルコールの無料提供にはびっくりしました。マッサージチェアーがあったのも嬉しい。
部屋はエコノミーツインを利用。エコノミーだから仕方がないが、荷物を置くスペースやバスルームが思ったより狭かったので少し不便でした。

道頓堀に近いホテルを探して見つけました。立地条件はとてもよく、便利でした。ホテルのサービスはとても満足でした。泊まった部屋はシングルベッド2台ある部屋でしたが、もう少し広いとベストでした。トイレの臭いが気になりましたが、それ以外満足でした。

道頓堀観光するならすごく近くて便利です。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるサービスはとても助かりました。大きなスーツケース、お土産を持って観光するのは大変だし、大きなコインロッカーを見つけるのは本当に一苦労。預けた当日までに回収すれば良いとの事で18時まで預かって貰いました。
冷蔵庫の飲み物無料サービスもとても良いと思う。

バスタブの排水溝の髪の毛が掃除されていなかったのか、最初は水捌けが悪かったが、髪の毛を取ったら水がしっかり流れたので、それ以外はサービス・設備とも最高でした。夜のサービスの夜鳴きラーメンとワインもおいしかったです。

松竹座にご観劇される方にオススメのホテル

松竹座にとても近くて、地下鉄も大変便利ですが、混雑してないのもとても良かったです。夜食のラーメンやお酒の飲み放題サービス、部屋の飲み物サービスもあり、係の方もとても親切でした。部屋に備え付けの卓が小さかったに大きな柱があるのは少し不便でした。

良かったです。また利用したいです。

小学生の子供と２人で利用しました。ベッドも広くて、また、カーテンの遮光性が高く、朝までゆっくりと寝ることができました。朝食バイキングも充実しており、子供でも朝食を楽しめる内容だったと思います。
但し、小学生の息子からホテルの朝食の案内の絵に卵掛けごはんが載っていましたが、実際にはゆで卵しかなかったので、不満を言っていました。（我々がみつけられなかっただけかもしれませんが。）

Good location. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Lots of restaurants around. Around 10 min walk to Namba station. Lawson and 7/11 is just steps away.

Older rooms which were clean, there was an in room safe, washrooms were on the smaller side compared to other hotels on our Japan trip, good location, the amenities, massage chairs and free alcohol in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very friendly staff, clean. I didn’t need housekeeping in my room, so they left clean towels every day in a bag, hanging on my doorknob. The only downside was that the block the hotel is in is a bit dirty, but that’s out of the control of the hotel. Bed and pillows are on the hard side. Everything else is wonderful! Room was larger than what I expected in Japan.

Rooms are bit small, but the beds are comfy and clean. The hotel offers great services like bike and Wi-Fi rental. Staff is great and friendly, and their breakfast buffet offers a great way to start the day. Locations is great and puts you within a walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and transportation options. Been here twice already, and fully expect to stay here for all future trips to Osaka

The room was very small there was a huge pole in the middle of the room which made it hard to work around but the bed was very firm which is what I like. The bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom which gave me motion sickness every time I entered the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful I really enjoyed the free drinks and ramen bar they had. This hotel is in the perfect location it is a minute walk to dotonbori and less than a three minute walk to the Namba train station. I enjoyed the different themed entertainment each night. This was an amazing vacation I will definitely be back

The beds were small but comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to the running man sign, lots of restaurants and stores and train stations.

Should we every go back to Osaka, we would be happy to stay here again.

So many good things about this hotel. The amentitie are amazing. Free drinks, free alcohol, free bike rental, free noodles. Just awesome! Also the location is very good and so close to the action in Osaka.

Only problem is that the room I was in was small but that's normal in Japan. The room itself was clean and had everything you needed.

Breakfast is fantastic. Always had an item or two new every day. Free alcohol in the afternoons was amazing. Free soda was amazing. Staff very nice. Hotel is in a very great location, and you can’t hear outside noise even though you are near busy Dotonburi.

The staff was very helpful and the amenities in the lobby were great (massage chairs, skincare products, beverages, etc.). The room itself was very small (as expected for a Japanese economy room) but my big suitcase fit and it had all of the amenities of a standard/bigger room. The location is excellent. Short walk from attractions and subway lines.

Helpful staff, nice touch that they offered free drinks, ice cream, noodle soup in the lobby between certain hours daily and seem to have programming for special events daily as well.Loved the massage chairs too! Small rooms but very clean. Hotel was quiet and very close to the exciting area of Dotonbori with all the shops and restaurants. Comfy beds too.

This is a superb hotel in the Dotonbori district of Osaka. Less than 5 minute walk from the Ebisu bridge and the Shinsaibashi shopping walk.

Also a short walk from Namba station which allows quick metro transit to anywhere in Osaka. We used the metro all the time and found this hotel very convenient!

The breakfast was a treat to look forward to. Western and Japanese selections, including fresh salads.

I would 100% stay at Dotonbori Hotel again next time I am in Osaka. In fact, we stayed there once before we stayed at Universal Studios Japan for a few days, then went back to Dotonbori Hotel after we finished USJ.

Highly recommended.

The room we booked for 2 adults and 2 toddlers was very very small. The bathroom was an installed portable bathroom that is not suitable for someone over 6ft tall. The room was very humid and carpet entrance area soaked. The Ac and humidifier the room had was terrible.

This was an amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very nice atmosphere in the lobby with free drinks and food and activities throughout the evening.

What made the hotel extra special was all the extras such as activities, free ice cream, free beer, free sake, free cocktail station!
The staff were always super upbeat helpful and just so happy to be there!
If you like cultural food and would like to sample Japanese cuisine and the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing!
My kids rated the best buffet breakfast they've ever had!
The room was small and humble but perfectly adequate. The climate control was excellent and such a good idea that they included the dehumidifier.
The location of the hotel was right in the middle of everything but just far enough from the crowds to be quiet in the evening.
Everything considered a solid 10 out of 10 and I would 100% stay here again and recommend it!

The Wi-Fi in the lobby is secured, but the room is not secured and can’t connect. Good that the hotel gave me a hotspot to use. The lobby always full of people sitting there to get internet. Good free drinks and beer from 3 pm to 9 pm. Free ramen only 8:30 to 9 pm but no hot water. The room and the bathroom are small, especially my room had a pole in it that makes the room extra small. The hotel needs some upgrade.

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t great… first of all when we got to the hotel our luggage was simply left in the lobby with no staff in sight. The rooms are especially tiny, the bathroom felt like an airplane toilet! The location is good and they have room for luggage under the beds so that was the only upside. They claimed to have free beverages and stuff and the lobby but whenever we got there it was closed.

We had a wonderful stay at Dotonbori Osaka. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants and subways. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfasts free coffee and beer and ice cream and noodles in the lobby. The room was plenty big and had all we needed .

1 minute walk to Dotonbori, the room is very small, especially the restroom, it will not fit for a person with 6' tall. I am only 5'8, wt. 160lb and barely fit the restroom and my head almost touched the ceiling. There is no room to move around in the restroom. The train station is very close by.
