いいホテル

送迎などもしっかりしているし、部屋もキレイでよかった。
スタッフの対応も良く、強いて言うなら風呂が少し小さいのと、暖房が効きすぎて暑かった。
また泊まりたいホテル

友人達との北海道旅行で利用されて頂きました☆
ニセコには初めて行って、今回は一泊だけでしたが、次回は冬スポーツをしに長めに滞在したいと思います(^^)

ホテルも清潔で快適に過ごせました☆
朝食も美味しく、夜はロビーの暖炉前で珈琲を飲みながらゲームも楽しめました＼(^o^)／
是非また来年に訪れたいと思います(^^)

Enjoyed a nice long stay at Freedom Inn, the staff helped ensure I had a restful stay, and provided transportation to Hanazono for access to the slopes. For a small service fee the staff will pick up a take-out dinner for you if you would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel after a long day on the mountain.

Great staff really make this place

This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place justice. Time for some new photos Cliff! What really makes this place shine though, is the incredible team that makes everything run like clockwork. Jo's team are all so efficient, friendly and knowledgable! Always around for a chat, to help with restaurant and shuttle bookings and they give great tips for snow and dining. We'll be back again!

Niseko Freedom Inn

This hotel has the feel of a nice bed and breakfast. They have limited transportation but free parking. The staff are really nice and try to help accommodate you in every way. Its a decent price while not paying resort ski in/out prices.

Excellent Service. We will be backed every season

We really appreciate the excellent service from Jai /Wife and his team (Joe, Ken etc). Location wise, it is walking distant to Hanazono. The hotel nestle in a lovely residential area where you can enjoy peace and tranquility especially during winter. They provide daily free shuttle service to Onsen at a hotel nearby (onsen entrance fee is only 350yen after 50% discount) and to many Kutchan's restaurants and super market. I am very grateful to Joe who personally sent our stored luggages to Grand Hirafu Welcome center without us coming to collect it.

Cozy Inn near Hanazono 308

Excellent service by the hotel, with regular free shuttles to Hanazono 308 and nearby towns for dinner. Very friendly and are always willing to help out with anything. From finding a sports shop, to food places, to onsens.

Hotel close to Hanazono and amazing services

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to ski/ snowboard in Niseko. The email response prior to my arrival was super quick. Their arrangement in terms of transportation and anything to do around the area was also amazing. They do free pick up service pretty much wherever, and whenever you want to go around the area. I am most surprised by the extra service they offer such as settling gear rental and lesson arrangements, which really simplifies our trip planning. They also have exclusive offer for Grand Hirafu and Hanazono lift pass, which helped me saved up a bit.
The hotel rooms themselves are good. They have everything essential. Not luxurious, but enough to make a very comfortable stay. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy.
The staff are incredibly helpful. They are great in giving recommendations and organizing things during our stay. I would like to thank all your staff, especially Tommy, for making our stay a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Hotel is beautiful, warm and cosy. Owner and staff were helpful with suggestions and ensuring we are comfortable. Surrounding area make us feel like we are living in a private property.! Great getaway from crowds and we were able to enjoy the beauty of winter and powder snow at Niseko Freedom Inn. Recommended for families..

Great Hotel

Unfortunately only had one night here prior to transit to another hotel that was closer to Grand Hirafu ski fields.
In hindsight I would have stayed longer, however I wanted to be closer to the ski fields at the time.
The reality is that they put on a very frequent, personalized mini bus to take you wherever you want to go, so the distance to the ski fields/ town wasn't a problem and is more than made up for by the larger room and great service that was missing in town.

服务太赞

临时约朋友春节后去二世古滑雪，当地酒店要么根本订不上，要么就死贵，终于找到这家，帮朋友一家三口订了房，然后订了我自己的。但是在我自己预订时，日期选错了（应该是二月，选了三月的）。订完之后才发现，与hotels.com联系，回复说因酒店政策无法退款，便直接与酒店联系。该酒店在东京办事处的人立刻回复邮件，表示可以全额退款。然后又帮我重新订了二月的房，而且价格非常优惠。坏事变好事，太感动了！
这个酒店房东、经理都是美国人，客人也大部分是欧美人士（我们住宿期间赶上一个瑞典的团），气氛很好，相比那些已经被嘈杂的中国人占领的大型酒店，我更喜欢这份清净和异国情调。该酒店位于二世古滑雪区域的边缘（花园），但离308缆车非常近，可以从这里一路上到山顶。酒店每天有免费滑雪接送，实际上非常便利。

Not Japanese

Well the hotel is fine if you are only there for the skiing and not to be immersed in the Japanese experience,
more like a youth hostel than a Japanese hotel, overpriced.
It was clean and staff nice but more like a western hotel.
Do not be fooled by the picture of the bath, it is not an onsen, to have an onsen you have to take a shuttle and still have to pay.

Fantastic holidays !

Was in Kutchan for X Mas between 22 to 24 Dec. Location is a bit remoted however the Staffs initiative are "great" to improve this situation. They are very friendly, trying hard to arrange free transportation to and from your destination and very patient to explain and answer our question, obviously, we are stranger in Kutchan. We can feel their cheerful and helpful approaches are truly from their heart, it is very important for hotel industry and they really made the difference. Please keep it up :-)

Pleasant stay, thank you.

Pleasant stay throughout, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Location is quite isolated, except that if you plan to go to Hanazono ski resort, then this hotel is perfect, as the hotel shuttle would send you there in the morning and pick you up about 4pm.
After 4:30pm, the hotel shuttle could bring you to the restaurant or place you like with prior arrangement. It worked out perfectly to us, as the hotel was not too busy during our stay. When the hotel is full of guests, I am not sure it could work to everyone.
As we left during the time in the morning the shuttle was reserved to bring the guests to go to Hanazono ski resort, we took the taxi to the nearby JR station. So, be prepared for it if you are leaving around that time.

숲속의 아늑한 팬션.

호텔보다 팬션이라고 해야 어울릴듯. 주변이 숲으로 둘러싸여 아늑하고 좋다. 세탁실도 있고 건물 실내도 유럽풍 인테리어라서 느낌이 많이 다름. 여름 비성수기라서 그런지 상당히 낮은 가격도 만족스럽다. 하지만 욕실이 너무 작고 실내도 낡아보이는게 단점. 헤어드라이기도 없고 설명에 실내에 온천이 있다고 하는데 없다. 아침 식사는 유럽풍이라는 식빵과 계란, 샐러드가 전부라 좀 부족한 느낌.

Nice spot for a Niseko vacation

The Freedom Inn is not the typical B&B for Japan! For starters, the majority of the staff are non-Japanese and the complimentary breakfast is definitely "western"! The location is good, just a couple minutes drive from the 308 facility (lifts, magic carpets, equipment rental, dining facility). And the staff of the Inn will drive you to the 308 and back morning and late afternoon. If I was being critical, the rooms are a bit small, and a rotating breakfast menu would have been nice. But for the price, it's not bad! Location wise, it's good for hitting the slopes and definitely quiet. But if you want to walk to town, then this is not the place for you (although that's not much of an issue if you are ski/snowboarding all day, and are looking to go to town for dinner.... because the staff will drive you round trip to town every evening to the dining location of your choice). Hard to beat that kind of hospitality...

Home away from home

If I had to choose just one word to describe my experience at the Niseko Freedom Inn, I would seriously be hard pressed between choosing 'brilliant' or 'wonderful'. In essence, I am leaning towards wonderful in every sense. It would be utterly unfair to put it in the same ranks of some of the larger resort establishments in the area. Niseko Freedom Inn sits in its own distinctive and beautifully unique niche. My first encounter began with the sign at the entrance - Old Fashioned Style. This is not just attributed to the aesthetics, but is also to an alluring charm. It is good old fashioned awesomeness.

Any travel experience is enriched by the people you meet. This is especially true with the staff at the Inn. My stay here was unlike anywhere else I have stayed. The staff really welcomed me more like a part of their family, rather than a guest. The warm, personal comfort and familial atmosphere at the Niseko Freedom Inn really does make you feel at home, albeit a surrogate one.

Whilst not located in the hubbub of Hirafu Village or Annupuri, the Inn is just a stone's throw away from the slopes of Hanazono. Complete with its own ski/snowboard school, equipment rental, shuttle buses to Hirafu, F&B options - you really cannot ask for a better and quieter location. After a day in the pow of Niseko Hanazono's glorious powder snow, nothing beats coming "home" to a warm welcome by your surrogate family at Niseko Freedom Inn! That is my idea of a chillaxing holiday. Loved it!

Bra läge om man bara vill åka skidor. Däremot långt bort från restauranger osv. Personalen är ett gäng övervintrade japan-freaks utan nån stenkoll på läget. Dom lovade att fixa massa grejer men det rann bara ut i sanden. Mögel i duschen men förutom det helt ok skick.

Ski resort within 5 mins walk to Hanazono Ski Lift

Wonderful stay Freedom Inn Niseko and the staff are really helpful and nice. They offered some suggested places to dine at and they also offer free shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Not professional

Difficult to find if you go driving a rent-a-car: no indication on the main road, wrong GPS coordinate, when complained the staff said that everybody comes via tourist arrangement from a JR station or from the airport.
No smoking room: strong odor of cigarette in the bath room. When complained, the staff said that the building is smoke free. If the guest used prior to us was smoking, the clearning was bad!
Very minimal breakfast. Room decoration with miniature objects and natural material covered with dust: causing dust allergies as cumulative dust not cleaned thoroughly. This accommodation has Youth Hostel like atmosphere . The staff is friendly but not efficient, probably not hotel business professional.

Good location and friendly staff

Enjoyed our stay at Niseko Freedom Inn, the staff are very friendly and try hard to please, a little disorganised at times but otherwise a good option if you want a ski experience without the big resort prices.

Very awesome

Fantastic place to stay, thoroughly recommended!

- Very accessible to the joint Niseko ski slopes (with the bonus of very limited people on the Hanazono side until 11-12 pm, even on brilliant powder days).
- Hotel is away from the main towns, but the efficient included shuttle service more than makes up for it (taking you to dinners, onsens, bars, night skiing). Particularly great that it makes Kutchan more accessible than if you were in Hirafu. Food is much more genuine in Hirafu, and better value for money.
- All staff are super-friendly and accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, felt like saying goodbye to friends after only a week there! But being in a king/ensuite room, we had our own space when we wanted it.

Don't even consider anything else! Book it in now!

Spring time stay at the Freedom Inn

We stayed at the Freedom Inn very late in the ski season (April 10-19th 2012). Many of the lifts and the local centre at Hanazono (just down the road from the freedom Inn) had just closed for the season, so we were a little apprehensive about what to expect. We needn't have worried. We had a superb service from the staff. Not only did they meet us at the train station but they also: took us for ski and boot hire; ferried us daily to and from the open runs/ slopes at Hirafu; took us to nearby onsens; and every evening took us into nearby Kutchan for our evening meal at some fantastic Japanese restaurants that they had recommended.
Our room was warm and very comfortable with TV, iPod station and ensuite. The inn was very quiet as we were the only people staying there! The weather was generally very good and we were able to ski every day. The pistes were nice and quiet and the quality of the snow was good considering it was spring time. We had a lovely time, thanks to the kindness of the staff at the Freedom Inn.

Best value hotel

Great place! It's an inn, so as long as that what you expect you're fine. The best value for money in the area. Nothing to eat or do during the evenings but the stuff can drive you to/ from the town. The nicest, most accommodating and helpful people you can ask for.
the DVD machine and free Internet in the room truly come in handy.
One thing though: better use the sky bus to get there (over the train) spacially if you are with luggage.

Great hotel, walking distance to Hanazono resort

Hotel folks are all very friendly and passionate to help, and extremely kind to provide free shuttle service to town, onsen, train station, restaurant and Hirafu area. This was my most memorable hotel stay during my trip to Japan. The hotel is walking distance to Hanazono ski resort which has pretty good mix of ski slopes and the hotel offer a special rate for a great value lift pass, so as special discount onsen. Most importantly hotel owner was kind enough to give us a free room upgrade which is way exceeded my expectation. Really grateful that i have chosen this hotel.

Perfect location, limited shower time.

The hotel location is perfect, very close to the Hanazono 308 ski area.

We stayed in the Bunk room, and needed to share the bathroom with others. It is not very easy to take a shower in the morning as the only hot shower started at 7 am and everyone rush there for a morning refreshment before breakfast and outdoor activities. It would be better if the hot shower started 1 or 2 hours earlier.

I fell in love with this Inn when

I fell in love with this Inn when I first stepped in. With 18 cosy rooms, it is a boutique hotel indeed. I felt that I was a guest in someone's home.

We were on our honeymoon and the Inn's staff spared no expense at making it a *special* time for us. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and went out of their way with making dinner recommendations and reservations. It was personalised service - and you'll never find that in a large hotel.

It is located right next to the Hanozono 308 Ski Facility, very convenient for skiers. The hotel also offered free transportation service from the JR railway station. They also provide a free shuttle service in the evenings to and from the nearby towns for dinner.

The deluxe double room was spacious & had modern amenities like a wide flat screen television, DVD player, Hi-fi set and an ipod docking station!

This hotel deserves nothing less than my compliments. 5-stars!
