辛口のコメントですが小さなことですが部屋のトイレのウオシュレットの便座に電気が入っていない様で冷たい信じられない便座でした。テレビのBS放送が受信できない事など驚きました。ただ付いている大浴場は普通にきれいで安心しました。ただもう次は無いと思います。

清潔でそこそこよかったですよ。

施設自体は、少々古そうだが、ロビー、部屋、廊下、特に大浴場、全部掃除が行き届いているのか、清潔なイメージがありました。部屋もそこそこ広かったです。フロントスタッフの対応もすごく親切です。朝食もこの値段であれば特に不満はありませんでした。また富良野に行くことがあったら、宿泊したいと思っております。

大浴場があるのが嬉しかった。

大きなお風呂に入るとやっぱり気持ちがリフレッシュできて良かったです。
朝食をつけなかったのですが、近くの喫茶店、カフェなどは早くから空いているところはなさそうだったので必要な方は朝食付きが良いかもしれません。特にこだわりがなければ近くにセブンイレブンがありました。コインランドリーもすごく近くにあります。オムツと粉ミルクも売店で販売されているそうなので、取り扱っているサイズなどを問い合わせておくと赤ちゃん連れは安心ですね。

スキーシーズンにはリーズナブルで清潔なホテル

年末年始のスキー旅行で2度利用しました。
全体としては満足で、次回の富良野スキーでもここに宿泊してもよいと思います。

【良い点】
・清潔。決して新しいホテルではありませんが、掃除が行き届いていて気持ちがよいです
・バス停とコンビニが近く、富良野駅方面に出るのに便利
・ゲレンデにも比較的近い。ブーツイン＆アウトではありませんが、送迎バスもありますし、苦になりません。もちろん、ゲレンデサイドのプリンスホテルは素敵ですが、室料が低いことを踏まえればこちらで十分満足できます

【悪い点】
・WiFiがまったくといってよいほど繋がらない。メールをチェックするのも一苦労です。早朝などにはやや改善されるので、トラフィック量に大して回線が脆弱なのだと思います。改善を切に願います
・フロントの方のご案内が時々間違っています

ツインルームで予約したが、四ベッドルームに入れられた。ユニットバスがビジネスホテルよりも狭く部屋との段差が三 十センチくらいありつまづいてしまった。浴場も安い銭湯のようだった。

A lot of cafe or restaurant around the hotel were closed.
The hotel is a bit noisy : you can hear kids running when they are in the room above yours, in the corridor. It's not well sound proof.
The hotel staff was excellent.

후기가 잘 없어서 망설였는데 결론적으로는 가격이나 시설, 청결도 면에서 모두 만족하고 스키시즌에 이용하기 좋은 호텔입니다.
키타노미네, 후라노존까지 셔틀버스를 단독 운행해서 스키 인 아웃도 편하고 직원들도 친절합니다.
대욕장도 작지 않은 편이고 관리 잘 되어있습니다.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Our sheets and towels were changed daily and there was an onsen on the property. The 5 min walk to the gondola was also very convenient. The only things I didn’t like was the lack of a laundry service and the buffet was just average. I really enjoyed my stay though and have already recommended it to friends travelling to Japan. I will be back next year!

Value hotel in term of price

Pros
-Free parking
-Receptionist try to understand english by using translator.
-Room cleanliness
-Next to ski equipment rental shop.
-Free open public bath (female & male separate).(This is not onsen suggestion good onsen at the New Princess Hotel $Y2000+/pax).
-Hotel provide shuttle bus to ski area (schedule provide during check in)

Cons
-Location abit far from the ski and kitanomine (New Furano more nearest but $⬆️）
-Hotel abit outdated
-The breakfast serve individual set, small portion of each(1xfish slice,egg,veg,salad,3xbread), the drink, miso soap and some Japanese traditional veg snacks only buffet style)( I personally dont like the foods)
- no laundry

舒適安靜空間大

距離富良野滑雪場、王子飯店都不遠（要開車），但如果要去富良野車站會有點距離。周邊步行有間超商，也有幾間不錯的餐廳。飯店有大浴場，房間內部舒適安靜，空間大，飯店服務也很好。我們當天遇到高校旅行，飯店有事先告知錯開浴場的入浴時間，原本擔心學生吵鬧，結果一整晚都相當安靜，隔音算相當不錯。附帶有停車場，很方便。

There's a big parking lot in front of the hotel. A hot bath is available. It's very close to the skiing trail and gondola. They have very helpful front desk who tried every way to answer all the questions you may have. The hotel is not new, yet well maintained and clean.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything works as they should. However, the toilet, like what others have mentioned, is really tiny! It's comparable to the toilet you would find in a cruise ship's stateroom. So if toilet is a dealbreaker for you, you may wanna look for another hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is free parking onsite. The hotel is located very near town. There's a supermarket and McDonalds just 5 mins drive away. A 24hr convenience store is just 5 mins walk down the road. Overall, the hotel probably needs a refresh. Besides the toilet, I'm happy with my stay here

Good Value in Furano

Hotel is good and reasonably priced for our stay. A lot of newer accommodations in Furano have become pricey. Twin room was comfortable and more space than a double room. Fridge had freezer compartment which was handy for keeping ice (purchase at 7/11 one block away). Had a nice view over the city. Heaps of good restaurants close by. Handy hotel shuttle to the slopes.Most important, the hotel had a good sized and clean onsen. Would have been nice if the open fire was going downstairs more often.

服務很好 但是房間不太好

酒店職員態度服務非常好 我們的問題都很細心地解答 我們早到了還讓我們早check in
但是房間非常一般 浴室非常非常小 沒有冷氣供應 我們需要打開窗
位置有點麻煩 雖然有巴士能到達 但是班次很疏 我們來回富良野駅都要坐計程車, 還好不算太貴(1200円內, 冬季)
優點是離滑雪場約10分鐘路程(上斜)
另外酒店早餐不錯! 很豐富

The hotel staffs are good and very helpful. But the room is not clean. There are bugs flying around the room & toilet. Good thing is the room is big and spacious, BUT the toilet is relatively too small for such a big room. The toilet size is as comparable to a Cruise's internal room's toilet. The hotel look cozy but it's time to do a hotel refurbishment and pest control.

First time earthquake experience when staying in this hotel. Didn't know how to evacuate after the first wave. No one comes to us that we are supposed to evacuate to which place. However, hotel tried its best to provide rice ball & drinking water since most of the restaurants are closed.

Decent hotel marred by tiny bathroom

Our 4 bedder was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable also. Unfortunately, the size of the bathroom was ridiculously small. In fact, this was the smallest bathroom I have encountered in all my travels.

Typically clean, efficient hotel close to slopes

Hotel Edel Warme is a spacious hotel within walking distance from Furano's second slope, Kitanomine. The rooms are spacious and neat, the bathrooms dinky in the way that most Japanese hotels are, as if molded from a single piece of plastic. Other than its location, therefore, there's really nothing that sets Hotel Edel Warme apart from any other hotel in Japan. And given that most hotels in Japan have perfectly good service, are neat as a pin and highly efficient, that earns Hotel Edel Warme excellent, if not outstanding marks.

Ski Holiday Hotel

Awesome location close to the ski fields, with staff that were able to inform us of our travel & ticket options. They were always happy to help deal with us four NZers that were often snowy, wet, tired, excitable and un-educated in Japanese custom (but keen to learn).
Super handy in-house Onsen, great to have brekkies with so much range, rooms were warm and dry (good for ski gear), shuttle bus to ski bases super-handy, pillow options was a plus! Some nice gifts in the small shop, lit up snow sculptures, nice body washes & lotions complimentary, close to some awesome restaurants, ski & weather reports on request, train & bus timetables & help to read them. Very few con's to list - perhaps the shower was a bit hot/lukewarm pulsy if you didn't have the setting just right (but barely used it anyway as we were in the Onsen every day), we couldnt fit our skis or boots in the ski drying room as they were too big (wide and tall), room style was dated - but till perfectly clean, tidy and acceptable.

Great cost effective hotel

Hotel is close to the ski lift but also offers a bus to save carrying everything up hill. This hotel offers excellent value for money, nothing is flash but very clean and tidy. Staff try very hard with their English and breakfast in the restaurant was nice.

만족할 만한 중소 규모 호텔

중소형 규모의 호텔이지만 관리 상태는 우수합니다
후라노 기타노미네 스키장은 걸어서도 접근이 가능하지만 호텔의 셔틀 버스를 이용할 수도 있습니다(다만 정해진 예약 시간 30분 전에 예약 필수/대략 30분-1시간 정도 간격)
와이파이는 다소 끊김과 느림이 있지만 일반적인 사용에는 크게 무리가 되지는 않습니다
스킹 후에는 1층에 있는 온천을 이용해서 피로를 풀 수 있습니다(온천 운영 06:00-09:00/15:00-24:00)
탕의 규모는 작지만 이용자가 많지는 않았습니다(1월 이용/타월은 객실에서 가져가야함)
100m 거리에 편의점이 있어서 간단한 먹거리 및 생필품 구입이 용이합니다

Cozy hotel near the slopes

This was a nice place to stay with a cozy fireplace in the lobby and friendly staff. It's a 10 minute walk (with gear) up a small hill to the slopes so the location is great. Big parking lot and easy drive to town if you have a car. My one complaint would be the walls are quite thin - we heard our neighbors every night.

Great Place To Stay for Skiing at Furano

Hotel is at a great location near both ski slopes in Furano.. Complimentary shuttle bus throughout the day to both slopes. Many restaurants near the hotel to choose from. Public hot bath within the hotel is an added bonus to sooth tired muscles after skiing. The breakfirst selection could be improved as I stayed here for 6 nights with the same breakfirst everyday.

Good value for money

Good location - 10 mins uphill walk to Kitanomine ski region, 4 restaurants and a convenience store within 2 streets radius.

Good service - shuttle bus service to both Kitanomine and Furano ski regions, but at fixed timings only. Very helpful staff, even though they can't speak much English. Good range at buffet breakfast: salad, rice and soup, bread and mix of Japanese and Western main dishes.

Disappointing Room - hard bed plus flat and hard pillow. Windows not advised to be opened because there are swarms of lady bugs just waiting to enter the room. They're all stuck in the window sills, a very alarming sight if you're stupid like us and choose to ignore the warning sign at the window. No air condition in winter, only heating service makes for stuffy rooms. We found that opening the curtains helped to cool down the room because outside air seems to seep in a bit.

Overall not bad alternative to the 3x more expensive New Prince Furano, but that one is a true ski-in, ski-out resort.

Lovely hotel near ski lfits

A sizeable hotel with parking and comfy rooms. Only 2 minute drive to the ski rentals and Kitanomine lifts. The free public bath was great to soothe tired muscles after skiing - male/female separate sections with 2 pools in each. Baths were very clean. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Check out is a little early at 10am. Some cute restaurants only a short walk from the hotel and a 7-11 nearby. Overall, love our stay there albeit only for 1 night.

Won't be back.

When we asked for help with our luggage, there were 2 gentlemen and a lady on duty at the reception but they just directed us to the trolley. The table and mirror are too low for comfort and my toddler can easily reach the table of things. Bathroom is too tiny for comfort.
Only saving grace was our set breakfast served by very lovely wait staff.

Convenient

Hotel staff are nice and allowed early check in..This hotel is by far the nearest to convenient store, and got eateries like tonkatsu..so u can settle ur meals over there. Accessible by bus from Furano station.. a little walking distance is needed after alighting from bus stop, ard 10min. U may take the same bus to Shin Furano Prince hotel and enjoyed the scenery and cafe there.. U may take local bus from same bus stop to Cheese Factory too..But make sure u take note of the timings as frequency is low in Furano..
