C'est un hôtel traditionnel confortable avec un menu kaiseki très bon.
Le onsen est agréable.
Par contre le lieu est trop touristique et du coup cela perd de la magie de vivre une vraie expérience relaxante : accueil et service efficaces mais rapide. C'est relativement cher pour la prestation

這一次東京之旅 最棒的體驗就是去Asafuji體驗了兩天的一泊二食，每天都吃好飽，溫泉好舒服，愜意的看富士山，遇到的每一位服務人員都很棒！還有台灣過去打工渡假的人員，很好聊天，溝通順暢，謝謝你們帶給我們美好的假期！非常推薦訂一泊二食！

河口湖住宿漲到天價，這家一泊二食兩人不到二千港元一晚，乃性價比之選。預訂後旅館一直能有效溝通，不但知道客人生日贈送一瓶白酒，更以合理價3500円就讓我們後加入行程但住另一酒店的朋友可以舆我們一起享用懷石料理。食物也超乎預期。

旅館位於小山坡上享無阻擋開揚河口湖景及側富士山景，小巧整潔，估計翻新不久，只有十多二十間房，滿房也不太多客人，加上所有員工都熱情有禮，讓人感到賓至如歸，放鬆悠閒。

頂樓提供的是真溫泉，雖沒有露天部分，但展望河口湖，空間不大但景觀開揚，也十分乾淨，我們下午4時及早上7時均可獨享溫泉，舒服到不願離開。

十分推薦不求窗外有正富士山景（沿湖步行幾分鐘就有較正中的富士山景）的朋友入住。

Best hotel in kawaguchiko

Amazing hotel - not as fancy from the outside as maybe a few others on the lake but it’s an amazing beautiful hotel with the best staff we had in Japan! And wonderful dinner and breakfast, fantastic prep and great chef!

My partner and I had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Asafuji. The hotel and dining staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, which we really appreciated as it was our first time staying at a ryokan. We especially enjoyed and recommend the dining experience, where we were able to try a wide range of local foods that were carefully and thoughtfully prepared and served. The onsen was a very nice amenity as well and had a great view of Mount Fuji. The hotel shuttle was also convenient for pick up and drop off at Kawaguchiko Station. We would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely loved this ryoken experience with Asafuji from beginning til the end. Staff was super friendly and sweet. They came to pick us up and dropped us off to the bus station. The full board experience with both dinner and breakfast was the most amazing food I’ve had since being in Japan!! It was so convenient to not have to look for food in the area since sunsets at 6pm but to also have such delicious meals was a plus. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was also quite amazing. I truly recommend this Ryoken and will definitely come back!!

Great Hotel with a nice view of the lake and Mount Fuji. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful with any problems occurring. There was a big japanese breakfast which was adjusted to culinary restrictions or preferences. I would highly recommend this hotel! In our opinion it was the most authentic japanese experience we had during our trip.

The staffs are incredibly welcoming, they showed up once we parked our car, guided us to the check-in counter, explained everything very clearly. They always have a smile on their face and we had a very pleasant stay here. The most impressed thing is that they have a lively and welcoming birds which make the environment very friendly. I will recommend your stay here.

Best quality service and food

The staff were excellent explaining everything to us. They went out the extra miles to make sure that we were taken care of. I traveled to Japan many times and stayed in many different hotels, I have to say that Asafuji Hotel has the best breakfast. This hotel doesn’t have the best view of Mount Fuji but they make it up with quality of service and food. Highly recommended.

One of our best experience when we were travelling in Japan for 3 weeks. The tradional dinner is amasing. You never be able to order this kind of food in Japaness restaurant for the foreigner. The stuffs are very kind and make you feel you are back home in Japan. Thank you. We will come back again to the Mt. Fuji since we could not see it due to weather conditions.

視野景色很美，位置佳走幾步就可以到巴士站，餐點品質佳，四樓可以泡溫泉看美景，重點是服務非常非常之好，我們搭火車來回來接，要去坐纜車也載我們去，超過規劃時間也載我們去車站，有兩位會說中文的服務人員，溝通很順暢，真的大推一百分。

I give 100 out of 10 for all staffs. Everyone’s willing to help and service. It’s rare for ryokan’s staff can speak English but they can, even the driver!!!
The view from my room was stunning. Dinner and breakfast were good. I got Japanese sock and picture of Mt. Fuji as souvenirs from hotel.

Pequeño hotel tradicional japonés con personal muy atento y excelente servicio. Bien ubicado frente al lago y El Monte Fuji, y al lado de la parada del autobús turístico. A 2 km de la Estación de Kawaguchiko, te recogen y devuelven en su furgoneta.

Staff were so friendly & welcoming.

We came on a cloudy day and at the time there was no visibility of Mt Fuji. One of the hotel staff said she would pray we see Fuji during our stay and sure enough, later that some day we saw Fuji so clearly. It was a lovely gesture.

Room was adorable & had view of Lake and Fuji.

We loved wearing our Yukata & the Onsen was a nice treat to end the day sight seeing.

We had it to ourselves and watched Fuji disappear into the night.

Bus stop for the sightseeing bus is very close.

Overall, I was so pleased I booked this hotel. Made our trip so special.

A gem

Amazing dinner and breakfast, highly recommended. Hotspring bath is a little small, but sufficient. Room was very clean. The hotel itself is quite aged, but it's kept really clean. The best is the staff that was extremely friendly and helpful.
