シンプルなお部屋でリラックス出来ましたがテレビがないと少し寂しいかな？街中の為…場所がわかりにくく迷ってしまいました！ホテルへの問い合わせが一切出来無いので不安になりましたが着いたらめちゃくちゃホッとしました！色々な体験が出来る外国の方向けの宿泊施設ですね！交通の便はいいのでは？

快適でオススメ！

仕事半分、プライベート半分の一人旅で利用しました。割引率が高いお安い日に宿泊。ここ何回か宿泊代を節約するのに安い宿を探して利用しています。ここはその中でもかなり快適な良宿でした。コンビニも近くにあります。バスをうまく利用するとより良いです。もちろん電車の駅の近くにあります。安い宿にありがちな「布団が硬い、もしくは薄い」ではなく、掛け布団はふかふかで軽く、敷き布団は適度に心地よく、ストレスなく快適に眠ることができました。ちなみに二段ベットの上段の話です。お部屋自体は、先に連泊していた海外からの親子３名がいらしたので、チェック心した時はお部屋に洗濯物がたくさん干してあり、狭く感じましたが、次の日彼らがチェックアウトした後見てみたら結構広かったです、、、笑。二段ベットが２台入っています。お部屋のすぐ横に、鍵がかかる清潔で広いシャワー＆バスがあり、快適です。トイレも清潔です。部屋にはドライヤーもあり便利です。空調もリモコンで調整できます。衣服の消臭スプレーや湯沸かしポットなどもありました。朝早く起きたらぜひ近くにある朝食が美味しいパン屋さんへ。フロントで教えてくれます。少し歩いたこの界隈には素敵なお店がたくさんあります。お茶の一保堂さんの素敵な店舗も。そして夜は美味しいラーメン屋を見つけました。他にも入ってみたい飲食店がちらほら。またここを利用したいです。

場所も良く、サービスも施設も素晴らしかったです。洗濯もでき、ほとんど手ぶらで旅行ができました。

便利で清潔で親切なホテル

とても清潔で対応も良くまた泊まりたいです。多言語サービスも良かったです。チェックインが遅れても嫌な顔をせずに対応してくれ施設、周辺の説明等も丁寧でした。綺麗な部屋で感動しました。必ずまた泊まりたいです！

2016年12月、元印刷工場をリニューアルオープンしたホテルです。
部屋の作りがいかにも「元工場感」 があって独特の雰囲気が面白かったです。
スタッフも日本人以外にドイツ・韓国・中国人の方にお会いしました。
皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーなのでとても気持ちよく滞在出来ました。
子供が話しかけてもにこやかに対応して下さった事に大変感謝しております。
部屋は唯一、トイレが狭いのは諦めれば、シンプルで使い勝手もよく清潔です。
コスパも良いし、スタッフも親切だし、バス停が近くにあり、1日きっぷを購入して2箇所以上観光すれば低コストで移動が可能です。近所の飲食店も多くて食事も充分に楽しめます。以前京都駅前に滞在しましたが、道が混んでいてバスは非効率に感じましたが、ここのエリアから混雑するエリアを避けて移動すれば便利な事を発見しました。
ホテルに電子レンジがあるので近所のオーガニックスーパーやデリのお持ち帰りの食事も素敵な体験でした。
今回は3日の滞在でしたが、とてもたりなかったです。
ゆっくり滞在して観光したいと思わせてくれる、とても良いホテルです。
無料Wi-Fiがあればもっと嬉しかったです。

Good hostel

This place was so clean!
Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t unfortunately, that’s the only bad thing about comfort.
I felt it was in a good location, quiet and not far to the trains.
The lady that checked us in was so lovely & gave us lots of information of the local area & the best places to view the cherry blossoms that were blooming, I wish I Knew her name !
We loved our stay at seibido inn and would stay again with a different pillow :)

Conveniently located. Very friendly and helpful staff who were very willing to advise on trips, sightseeing, transportation etc. Convenient shared kitchen facilities to have your own breakfast or make coffee or tea any time you like. The room with six futons was comfortable for our group of three adults and two children.

Très bien!
Nous avons adoré cette hôtel plein de comfort. Le personnel a été à nos soins pendant tout le séjour.
La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Nous avons pu très bien nous reposer.
L hôtel propose aussi des vélos en location, idéal pour visiter la ville.

Super sympa

De passage à Kyoto pour 4jours. Découvrant le Japon pour la première fois, les personnes de l'hôtel nous ont été d'une grande aide. Serviable et à l'écoute, ils ont su nous conseiller que ce soit pour les endroits où manger mais aussi les endroits à visiter.

The hotel was well situated, clean and had all the comforts needed. My only comments is that I found the pillow uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have some ambient lighting for when I was reading before going to sleep.

Great clean space! Loved how spacious the room was for 5 people and the additional bathrooms downstairs. The staff are super helpful and were able to secure my late check-in. Would come again!

Nice little hotel, centrally located, a short walk to shopping and restaurants. There is a great breakfast cafe about two blocks away. These are traditional tatami mat rooms with mattresses that unfold on the floor. I really liked the traditional Japanese bedding, but some people might not. That's the only reason that I gave "room comfort" a "4" rating, rather than a "5". The staff was really wonderful. The receptionists, Kaoru and Oh, were able to understand what I was interested in and gave me good advice about things to see.

Great service in the great Kinosaki-Onsen! Free ride from the train station, and they delivered our luggage down while we wandered the town for a small fee. Overall a great stay in a traditional place.

Nice and accessible hotel

Clean, spacious hotel with helpful staff. Close to bus and subway stations (but keep in mind the closest JR station is Kyoto if you have a JR pass). There is a charge for towel rental.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Japan. Great staff, the boy in reception help us getting backpack we forgot in the train, there was a good space downstairs for eating and drinking and facilities for the guests. The room was in a good size, very clean and the futtons are confortable. Obrigada de novo, Hiyroshi!

入住民宿第一晚在房間就有一隻小強，即時給我們感覺房間不清潔。如果沒有小強出現，這民宿
是可以接受。周邊環境清靜。民宿步行往巴士站約5分鐘，交通算方便。

The room is big enough for a 4 people family and is very clean.

Superfresh and complete!

A superfresh hostel (installed as such in 2015), with everything you need. Central location, a block away from bus 205 (and others) that will take you Kyoto station in 15 min.

highly recommended

stayed here as family of five with 3 children under 8 for 3 nights. super location a short walking distance of downtown. Very friendly, helpful staff. room had 5 futons which were comfy and an ensuite. there is a common room in which you can bring your own food to eat with microwave. close to convenience stores.

離京都市役所公車站不遠(走路10-15分鐘)，地理位置算不錯，去哲學之道等知名地點搭公車算是很方便，飯店位處巷弄內，依據飯店提供的地圖引導很清楚不容易走錯。不過房間內沒提供電視所以入房就是休息睡覺、也不提供刮鬍刀(男生入住要注意)，以上提供想入住的朋友參考。

Great Hotel!

We had a great experience here. Room was large and clean. There was common kitchen and laundry facilities which made things easy travelling with two little kids. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great experience, highly recommended.

골목에 있어서 조용하긴 하나 밤에 혼자 찾아가시면 무서울수도 있어요, 교토역에서 버스로 15분 정도 가야해요, 위치가 좀 아쉽습니다. 스탭은 친절하고 호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 하지만 날씨가 추웠는데 히터가 안돼서 첨에 많이 추웠어요.

物有所值

交通方便，地鐵巴士都有。
位處京都的市中心，去所有境點，公共交通工具都是1小時內。
靜中帶旺，多間不同形式的食店，懷石、拉麵、鐵板燒都有，還有些是家庭式地道食店。

Ostello economico, pulito e comodo

In gita a Kyoto per 2 giorni, abbiamo preso la stanza superior con bagno privato stile giapponese per provare a dormire sul futon. Pensavamo a una ambientazione più in "stile" ma ci siano ritrovati una stanza piuttosto spoglia e triste con un tavolino, due futon e una rella per i cappotti, e annesso bagnetto minuscolo. Considerato quanto pagato e la media dei prezzi in zona, una dignitosa soluzione economy

Clean, convenient, no frills

Staff prepared to help you make the most out of your stay, including tips on sightseeing and restaurants. Prepare for no frills, as described. Tiny bathroom, but it is convenient to have one in the room. Very clean place. Futons are not very thick, so you end up piling a few. No elevator, but there is one for suitcases only. Close to buses and two subway lines. Great location for sightseeing. And you can rent bicycles on location. This place is perfect for what it is.

Convenient and reasonably priced hotel

Great staff that let us check in after arriving early in Kyoto via expressway bus from Tokyo. Room was spacious while bedding (futon) was comfortable. The room could be stuffy when using the heater so switch on the air conditioner setting tuned to the highest temperature for a more comfortable stay. Do note that there are 3 floors to this property and although there is a lift for luggage, there is NO PASSENGER LIFT, so probably not suitable for those with difficulty walking. Main shopping district in Kyoto is a 15 min walk away while metro station is about 7 minutes away. Overall recommended stay.

ไปถึงเวลาเที่ยงพอดี พนักงานยินดีต้อนรับมาก สามารถฝากกระเป๋า แล้วออกไปเที่ยวได้ ใช้ Facility ของ รร.ได้ถ้าเราเป็นแขกที่เข้าพัก และเค้าจะนำกระเป๋าเข้าไปที่ห้องพักให้เลย พร้อมแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจของเกียวโตให้ สามารถสอบถามการเดินทาง ร้านขนมอบเล็กๆน้อยๆ จากพนักงานได้เลยค่ะ เยี่ยมมาก

方便又有特色的住宿環境

很舒適，很有特色的住宿空間，浴室空間較小，但不影響整體住宿的感覺，體驗現代日式建築設計的獨特魅力，離鬧區不遠，安靜又有方便的巴士交通。
