ホテルの下にコンビニ、横には駅への入り口があり便利でした。車をホテル以外に駐車する場合駐車場は沢山ありますが一方通行が多いため注意が必要です。ホテルの従業員の対応も良かったです。朝食会場は狭かったですが、美味しい朝食を頂けました。9割が外国からのお客様でした。

仕方のないことですが、外国人旅行者が大半を占めており、朝食会場、エレベーターとも混雑してます。
JR馬喰町駅には隣の入り口から入れますが、エレベーター無く重い荷物がある場合は難儀します。
セブンイレブンは1階にあり便利です。

連泊におすすめ

とても快適に過ごせました。問屋街ということもあり、夜はしずかでした。ただ一つ残念だったのは空調が統一されており運転切り替えができなかったことがちょっと残念でした。
それ以外はとても満足してます。

エアコンが集中管理されていることは理解できる。性能上の問題なのか、運用上の方針なのかは明確ではないが、風量は「強」と「弱」以外の設定ができなかった。特に不便を感じたのは、就寝時である。エアコンを停止すると室温が上昇し眠られないし、かと言って、「弱」だと風量が適正には感じられなかった。温度設定に調整でも上手く行かず、残念であった。

客室・食事はよかったですが

客室はとてもきれいで快適でした。朝食も無料提供とは思えないクオリティでとてもよかったです。ただ、駐車場についての説明に足りない部分があり、ホテルと提携している駐車場にとめることができず、駐車料金がとても高くつきました。せっかくホテルの料金を節約したのに、料金的にはあまり意味がなく、提携駐車場についての説明さえあれば、と残念でなりません。それ以外はよかっただけに、印象としてその部分が余計に際立ってしまいました。駐車場がホテルと別会社のものであり、利用時間に制限があるなら、客から聞かれれば答えるという程度の問題ではなく、駐車場を利用している客にはきちんと詳細に説明する必要があると思います。自分以外にも、駐車場の利用時間・料金についておっしゃっている方がいたので、その点は改善していただけるとよろしいかと思いました。客室・食事は悪くないので、駐車場を利用しないなら何の問題もないと思います！

ビジネスユースにオススメ！

部屋が広く、机も広かった。
また、机のすぐ上に白いライトがあり、電気スタンドを借りなくても明るく書類の整理など作業を快適にできた。
部屋の作りもしっかりしていたのでエレベーター近くでもまったく音が気にならなかった。

朝食は、HPの写真にあるものが毎回全部揃ってるのかと思ったらその中の一部しかなかったのが残念だった。

場所も抜群だった。
隣にセブンイレブン、すぐ近くにミニストップがありコンビニにも困らない。
最寄りの馬喰町は徒歩0分で、東京・品川まで1本で行けるし、徒歩4-5分の総武線・浅草橋駅から水道橋へ行け、徒歩2-3分の都営新宿線・馬喰横山を使うと新宿、日本武道館までも1本で行け、さらに徒歩4-5分の都営浅草線の東日本橋からスカイツリーにも1本で行けてすごく便利だった。

東京駅までも近く交通は便利でした。
荷物が多かったので、近くの駅の出口に階段しかなかったのが残念でした。

とても良かった

東京駅から近い駅だし、最寄り駅からは階段登ったらすぐのところで立地も良かった。
朝ごはんと美味しかったし、スタッフの対応も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で、お値段の割にとても良いホテルでした。

唯一の不満点は、エレベーターが来るのが遅いことです。階段は朝しか使えないため、製氷機の階に行くのに時間がかかりました。

しかし、やはり全体的に良かったです。また利用しようと思います。

朝食時は人が多く、席が狭くゆっくりはできませんでした。
部屋からの景色は、最悪で、部屋自体も狭く感じました。

Lift up to hotel was very dirty, carpet stained and worn out. Reception was dark/poorly lit.

Payment taken at check in. Bed sheets were dirty. Complained to reception and asked for linen change. Receptionist apologised stating there were staff shortages and manager offered another room.

Was unable to sleep as from 5am constant noise with people shouting in corridors moving around.

No coffee or sugar in room to make a hot drink in the morning.

Bathroom ceiling very low so anyone more than 6 foot tall will find it difficult.

Outside room, in corridor and lift area bundles of bed linen piled up all over the floor and trolleys just left about by housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was terrible. Small restaurant like a fast food outlet, very noisy/crowded. Breakfast served up to 0930 only. No plates only melamine trays with partitions for food like a school canteen. Food was horrible and mostly finished despite 1 hour of service left. Coffee machine in restaurant poured only half cup of coffee into 4inch size cup. Limited selection of drinks at coffee machine.

Had a booking for 03 nights but checked out after one night. Hotel was not worth the £145 per night charge.

Would not recommend this hotel as it is old, not very clean, noisy and not situated in an area with shops/restaurants. Would not give even 2 star rating.

Fuimos muy felices nos tocó una habitación con vista a Tokyo Skytree que nos encantó, como saben la habitación pequeña pero muy cómoda y si te ordenas no tendrás problema (estamos hospedados en otro hotel y es mil veces más pequeña y encerrada)
El desayuno súper bien, nos hicieron la limpieza 10/10 y el personal muy amable además de que el hotel está ubicado a lado de un seven y estación de metro y si no te queda esa línea del metro ntp hay muchas cercanas a la zona regresaría sin dudarlo

東京自由行

帶孩子的東京自由行，最後幾天住這裡。飯店一樓二樓可以先寄放行李。二樓是櫃檯和餐廳。有提供飲料和咖啡。
我們訂的是雙床房，房間雖然比較小，但床夠大，住在七樓稍微開窗，可以感覺到冬天的東京冷冷的空氣，其實也蠻舒適，視野很好。
早上有提供非常豐富的早餐，是來東京吃過最豐富的早餐了，非常值得推薦。

Convenient location to transportation stations, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with coffee, juices, hot food selection changes daily ( sausage, eggs, potatoes, meatballs, pasta, chicken, rices, soup), yogurt, fruit, salads (mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, bean salad, tomatoes, potato, dressings), cereals, milk, breads.
Staff is particularly helpful. When we missed a connecting flight, our arrival was delayed a day. I emailed them through Expedia reservation and they held our reservation.
They cleaned and changed towels daily. Complimentary bath supplies included soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, Q tips. 7-11 store located next door accepts Suica cards for payment, which is convenient for incidentals, ice cream after a long day or a light snack or drink

Uma boa opção ao lado da estação de metrô e de uma 7eleven, fica em uma posição estratégica para visitar as principais atrações de Tóquio. Apesar do quarto ser pequeno, a cama é confortável, o banheiro atende muito bem e os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Loved that the hotel is located right next to a train station. It was easy to get to and from Narita airport. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is provided to you in the morning. If you workout, there's a gym just 5 minutes away. Super convenient location.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The daily breakfast menu changed daily during our 5 day stay there and was delicious! Worth every penny! I liked the 2 laundry areas in the hotel too! Next time I’d choose a larger room just because, but they do have a self storage luggage area on the ground level which was used alot by the guests.

Prima hotel met kleine maar fijne kamers die handig ingedeeld zijn. Uitgebreide ontbijttijden, wel druk ivm hoeveelheid kamers en kleine ruimte. Dit wordt na ontbijt als mulitifunctionele ruimte gebruikt met gratis koffie, thee en watervoorziening tot 24.00 uur. Ingang trein (JO) naast de hotelingang, welke ook toegang naar de metro (Shinjuku- en Asakusalijn) biedt. Goede 3 verdieping hoge supermarkt 1 oversteek verder rechts tegenover hotel.

This is the second time I stayed here, Staff are always pleasant and lovely.
Breakfast is decent and is enough to get you going in the day.

Close to train stations. Many restaurant choices. Safe. Quiet. Room and neighborhood is clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast. It had a good varieties of food. I appreciate the self service laundry. Everyone was polite and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Everyone working in the hotel is super nice and polite. The hotel has been maintaining the higher than average standard of cleanliness and quality of service. The only thing makes us a bit tired is the breakfast. We stayed in the hotel 12 days and felt a bit awkward of the same breakfast provided.

往返羽田空港、成田空港也很方便都不用轉車。

飯店的地點很好，去哪都方便，如迪士尼樂園、新宿、巨蛋，連往返羽田空港、成田空港也很方便都不用轉車。
飯店樓下就是JR馬食町4號出入口，但有行李不方便，因只有樓梯而且很多層。
這次特別研究了有2個出口有電梯的A4(靠近S新宿線) and B1(靠近A淺草線)
找到這兩個出口，再用Google Map就可以到飯店

A fair price hotel in good location

The hotel is good, room size is not big, but also not too small. Size of the beds are also acceptable.
Staffs are super nice and helpful.
Car park is convenience.
Price include breakfast which is nice even not too much different kind of foods are provided but is acceptable for me.
Location is not bad.

Very pleased

Quiet and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning. Self check in and check outbwere very fast and pleasant.

Location is perfect - literally next door to a 7-11 and to an entrance to underground passage connecting all the local metro and JR stations.

Breakfast wasn't very tasty or varied, and the included coffee was quite bad. There's a very bice but expensive coffee shop 100 meters from the hotel, and no other bteakfast options in walking distance. That was the only downside.

Overall great experience. The staff were patience with my limited Japanese and knew some English. I really like that you can request umbrellas, nail clippers, toothbrushes, etc.

My only dislike was that the AC was not activated for the building yet as it was only Spring. This would be okay if I could leave the window open, but the window has no screen so bugs could easily get in.

Also the bathroom had a constant smell of sewage, as if there were some sort of leak. Our friends in the room beside us had the same complaint.

Only 5 min walk to metro and JR station. Many restaurants by the station. The breakfast is buffet type. It includes western and Japan food. Coffee is excellent. Front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is kind of small. Only Japanese channels on TV. No air conditioning around this time of the year. You can open the window or borrow a fan. They offer free umbrellas on rainy days.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind für Tokyo normal groß aber wirken leider ein wenig älter als vergleichbare Unterkünfte (APA Hotels …). Es wird dafür aber eine großzügige Frühstücksauswahl geboten. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen wenn man vom Narita Airport reist und liegt in der Nähe Akihabaras, welches zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Preis-Leistung stimmt !

Although there is a subway station right next to the hotel, that subway line cannot get to most of the popular tourist attraction. You need to walk for around 10 minutes to get to another subway station.
