部屋の出入りについて

チェックイン後、食事に出るなど部屋を出入りするのにいちいちフロントに連絡をしないと出入りできないのは不便だと感じました。

三連休の初日に宿泊しました。
ロビーで「元々予約の部屋よりグレードをあげた」「金額は元のままでよい」という説明を受け、部屋に向かいました。
部屋は広く、とてもというわけではありませんが、普通に綺麗でした。
3点気になったことがあり、まずは、お風呂。上の階の物音がダイレクトに聞こえてきます。
水を流す音やドタドタと動き回る音がお風呂にいると全部聞こえます。私は気づきませんでしたが、夜中に上の階の方が入浴したようで、その水音等が結構聞こえていたようです。

次に、エアコン。天井に取り付けられたタイプのものでしたが、エアコンのカバー？が外れていました。カカカ…、ガッ…と定期的に音が鳴ります。いつ外れるのかと、少しヒヤヒヤしました。

最後に、リモコン。恐らく電池切れかなとおもったのですが、そもそもデッキ自体も電源を切れないようになっていたのでわかりませんが、ネットフリックスを利用中、途中で再生されなくなり、リモコンが全く効かず、デッキの方をと思い構っても反応しませんでした。

グレードを上げていただいたうえでこのように色々と言ってしまいのはよくない気がしますが上記3点が残念でした。216の部屋だったかと思います。
改善されるようであれば、また利用したいなと思います。

部屋がとても広くきれいで素敵なホテル

アダルトオンリーですが、部屋がとにかくとても広くて、きれいで、冷蔵庫はもちろん、ダイニングテーブルやゆったりとしたソファー、ローテーブル、ウォーターサーバー、コーヒーマシン、電子レンジ、マッサージチェアまであって、清潔で、非常に高級感溢れる素敵なホテルでした。こちらのホテルに直接予約すると結構高額のようですが、Hotels.com からの早期予約で、とてもお得な金額で宿泊する事ができました。しかも、当日、部屋のグレードアップまでしていただけたので、すごく快適で、大満足な滞在をする事ができました。朝食は前日に予約して、翌朝、指定した時刻に部屋まで届けてくれました。和食、洋食、ドリンクメニューなど、有料のものと無料のものがあり、自分達は無料の卵かけご飯を注文しましたが、ご飯の量が多く、鰹節もかかっていて、味噌汁とおしんこもついていたのでなかなか良かったです。アメニティや部屋で飲める飲み物なども豊富にありました。無料の貸し切り露天風呂もあり、本当に素晴らしい宿でした。毎日の清掃も丁寧にしていただきました。ただ、部屋から出る時に、フロントに連絡しないと、部屋のドアが開かないのが、ちょっと不便でした。また連泊でも清算は一日ずつ行うシステムでした。フロントのスタッフの方々は親切でした。京都南インターのすぐ近くです。駐車場もあります。電車だと、竹田駅から徒歩12分くらいでしょうか。今後も、京都に旅行に来る時には、また必ず宿泊したいと思いました。

部屋onlyと言われ、まさか通常泊の時使用できるレンタル等がすべて駄目とは思わなかったので、次は考えるかな。。

アメニティも充実して、サービスもよく、また泊まりたいと思っています。

普通のラブホテルにプラスαサービス

ラブホテルの良い所を残したシティーホテル？ アメニティーやお風呂 無料サービスなどは充実していて、ダイニングテーブルもあるので食事もしやすかったです。マイナス面はチェックインに少し手間取って気まずかった事。お茶菓子２個と 抹茶が置いてあるのは嬉しかったのですが、器が１つしかない事 抹茶粉の保存が悪いのか１ヶ月以上の物なのか、、正直 あれは 茶道としてガッカリしました。

出入りの為に、一々フロントへ電話しないと外出出来ないのは、面倒。

後は全てＯＫです。

でも、敢えて言うなら、ソファーに精液らしい、白い汚れは気になりました。ても、そこに座らなければ大丈夫なので…

従業員の方の対応がとても優しくて安心して宿泊することが出来ました。
お部屋も想像通りでとても気に入りました！が…、所々ホコリがあり掃除が行き届いていないのかな、と思う点と空気清浄機が壊れていたのか全く使えませんでした。
それでも機会があればまた泊まりたいなと思わせてくれるような場所です。

ラブホテルでした

アダルトオンリーでわかってはいたが、いかにもラブホテルで入りづらく、後ろめたい感じで、タクシーで行ったが運転手さんにそのホテルで降りますと言えず、道路を隔てたコンビニの駐車場で降りて歩いた。ビジネス利用の客も取るならもう少し入り口を普通のホテル風にして欲しい。プレミアチャンネルが見られるという条件が予約の時に書いてあったが、全く見れなかった。シーツがラブホテルっぽい臭いがして気持ち悪かった。シャンプーコンディショナーが選べたりバスローブやバスソルトが何種か揃っていたり、コーヒーマシンやフルーツが部屋にサービスされていたりしたのは良かった。ルームサービスのパスタは麺が固まってバサついていかにもお湯で茹でていない感じの麺、電子レンジのかけすぎのような状態でとてもまずかったが、近くの徒歩圏に食事ができる所はない。Wifiは遅く仕事をするには適さない。

和のテイストの、美しい部屋でリラックス。

本当に美しいホテルです。高級ホテルの、スイートルームのような広々とした、お部屋と和のテイストがリラックス＆リフレッシュ出来ました。室内は静かで落ち着けました。マッサージチェアもあり、身心共に癒されました。
係の人々も皆、親切で丁寧な人々でした。

If you need space the only way to go

It’s 15 min daily walk to Takeda station south of Kyoto station
It is out of the way but, the room is 4 times bigger than the typical Japanese hotel room for a reasonable price
Breakfast is its weak spot besides the location but, If you want a big bed a big bathroom, ours had a sauna and steam room a huge tv good internet
It is worth it
This is our 3 rd stay at one of the lotus sister Hotels
Our go to place in Kyoto
If you want to stay near arishiyama
Try hotel Sagano I don’t know if it is a sister hotel but same large amenities

10/10 stay at Hotel & Spa Lotus for Family (Couple

10/10 stay at Hotel & Spa Lotus. This hotel was booked for me and my wife's travel to Kyoto during the golden week. Trust me, this is the best hotel in Kyoto with so many amenities, huge rooms, room facilities for food. The bathroom had a jacuzzi with a television! There was a massage chair, huge TV in the room, in-room match tea experience, water purifier and many more. Although they present the hotel as an adult hotel, but it is very safe, comfortable for any couple. The breakfast options were limited, and the hotel was slighly away from the Kyoto central, but with 2 mins of walking there were many 7-elevens and Lawson shops and even restaurants. Surclassé donc top

Ma chambre initiale lors de mon arrivée avez un problème de téléviseur donc on m'a sur classé avec une très grande chambre de 80m avec 2 jacuzzi intérieur et extérieur, hamam et sauna donc je ne peux pas être déçu c'était royal, personnel très agréable. L'hôtel fait un peu comme ceux de Las Vegas du bling bling tap à l'oeil artificiellement mais ça passe . Situé dans une zone entourée du même genre d'hôtel immense à 10min d'une gare qui désert le centre de Kyoto à 15min, autour pas grand chose mise à part une station service avec boutique qui vous dépanne si nécessaire sinon obligé de prendre les transports pour ce rendre dans le centre

The property is amazing, i was upgraded to royal upon arrival. The room is very large with all aminities u want, (massage chair, jackuzi, sauna, steam, out door hot tub) they provide basic in room breakfast but was not bad.
The only problem i had was that the property is far from city center and transportation was not that easy or the best, but i knew this before and was okay with the idea.

I thought this place was amazing - the room was so beautiful and spacious, the customer service was great and I love how peaceful and tranquil it was being in the hotel. The free amenities were enjoyable and I just overall had the best stay at rhis hotel. Also 7-Eleven is just a short walk around the corner where you can grab your late night snacks as well as get your luggage services done. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff was very friendly. She didnt know much english but she did her best to accommodate us and we did our best to communicate to her as well. We stayed here for the size of the rooms and the outdoor spa. Yes i know it is a love hotel but that was fine for us. It meant the visitors we quite and so was the area. 15 min max. Hotel spa and lotus was a beautiful stay and location.
We didn't realise at the time of booking that it was a "love hotel" but that didn't make it any less special, it is very respectful, clean and relaxing.
There was plenty of toiletries, shamppoo, conditioner, body wash, facial wash, moisturiser, toothbrushes, hairbrush hair clips, razors, cotton pads and cotton buds. There is a beautiful spa bath with bubble bath and salts.
There is a big tv where you can login to your own Netflix or Youtube and in our room there was also a massage chair, perfect after a lot of walking every day.
We havd a complimentary breakfast and beverage every day with a choice of japanese or western breakfast
There was great room service menu with one complimentary drink a day and a fully stocked, reasonably priced mini bar.
The staff were very friendly and acoomodating. You give your key before leaving every day so they can clean the room.
There is a lovely rooftop bath that you can book for personal use, you can use a pool table, darts and karaoke. there are complimentary sweets and bath salts and kimonos you can wear in reception. there is a train station about 10 minutes walk from the hotel with links to Kyoto where you can get trains to everywhere and is a bustling town with lots to see and do. We got taxis occasionally with the GO app which arrives within 5 minutes of booking for rainy days and when we couldnt get our head around the transport links

The team does not speak english, but everyone is very nice if you communicate with a translation application. Their is a lot of services offered since it’s an hotel dedicated to serve japanese couples, but nothing is in english.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. When checking in knock on the staff door to get their attention as they don’t actively stay at the front desk. Overall it was really nice and understand this is a love hotel but still good!

Will absolutely stay again as a couple.

Fantastic for a couple. It was our honeymoon vacation, and we enjoyed this hotel the most out of all of them. It’s a love hotel. This concept means the staff is rarely seen and the idea is to have a “private” spa all to yourselves. These are uniquely a Japanese concept, so the English is so-so to not at all. But they are extremely friendly and google/Apple translate will get you through what you need.

I recommend learning basic ordering vocabulary before you come, just to make it easy though. Don’t forget your phone can translate images too, so that will get you through the menus as well.

Also, sometimes, they don’t notice you standing at the front desk through the camera. A polite knock and a “sumimasen” will get someone to come say hi. The front desk is on the second floor.

Also, don’t worry about the “check out every day part” that’s them deep cleaning all the rooms. Your luggage can stay in the room. Just go sight see or explore, that’s what a vacation is for right? Takeda station is only a 15 minute walk away.

Loved this ADULT ONLY hotel ❤️

Overall the stay at the hotel was amazing, I wish we stayed for more than one night. The price of the basic room was so cheap but huge comfortable bed and jacazzi.

Location is not desirable if wanting to explore the city without car. The subway is a 15 min walk and no buses. The room we got was a bit run down but didnt bother us. It seems like they have a newly renovated area but we were in the old area.

Being tourists using the amenities and check in was a bit difficult but not a problem. I understand this is NOT a place that tourists would normally stay, but if you are a couple its so relaxing and fun.

Huge comfy room that was clean. Great staff

In Japan most accommodation is small. This accommodation was huge size wise in comparison to other places we stayed at and was very cost effective.. It was clean, gave great service, lots of little gifts like facial masks and bubble bath etc. Hot bath pool on roof. What room has a fish tank in the wall…ours did. I will be recommending to all my friends coming to Japan to try the adult only as an option.

This was a great hotel! The rooms have so many amenities and products for you - it’s awesome. The fact it’s a love hotel really didn’t bother us and we’d definitely stay here again. Only a short 10-15 min walk from Takeda station. The staff were super nice too! And there’s 24/7 room service!!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The amenities were amazing; specialty coffees and macha. Also a lot of lotions, soaps, and hair product. It's a little far from the subway but it's a great trade off for a great room. Also, some other reviewer stated that this hotel is used in the "sex trade". That's just not true; they don't understand Japanese culture. Love hotels are places for couples to spend "quality time" when they live together in small apartments with thin walls. It's also a great place for tourists to stay with their partners.

러브호텔에 가까운 호텔이고 가족들보단 애인과함께하는 분위기안것 같네요. 시설은 깔끔하지만 spa시설을 이용하지 못한점이 가장 아쉽네요 시설을 사용하지 못할시에 미리 공지를 해주시면 좋겟습니다.

Comfy environment and a luxury stay

a really good stay in 伏見 when you ignore the hotel nature. Do not have great expectation in the reception services though, they couldn't understand our request in English. The breakfast was poor like its another sister hotel. An excellent choice only if you have car to drive to Kyoto.
