施設は全体的に綺麗でした。

軽食等が無料で食べることもできましたが、冷やしトマトやキュウリを食べていた私の前の塩を何も言わずにもって行ってしまいました。
また、その従業員の方はその場で片付けていた未使用のお椀を床に落としましたが、そのまま元の場所に戻していました。最後に全てのお椀を洗ってまた提供するならいいですが、目の前で見せられると、他もそうなんではないかなと思ってしまいました。

ご近所ひとり旅で伺いました。
エントランスに入った際にカナディアンログの懐かしい香りがしました。
お部屋は古いながらも趣がありゆったり過ごせました。
温泉も貸切、古民家の湯ともにとても癒されました。
さまざまな軽食のサービスも楽しかったです。
スタッフの皆さまが笑顔で親切でした。素敵なお庭の手入れをされているスタッフさんは職人気質を感じました。夕食も味も量も自分の好みで、ベテランの男性のスタッフの方の説明もわかりやすく思いやりを感じました。
次回は白馬飯店にも伺いたいです。

貸切風呂、軽食、ラウンジでの赤白ワイン、コーヒー紅茶、おつまみ、ちまき、饅頭、氷のサービス、数種類のアイスキャンディーなどなどが無料！
おもてなし抜群でした！
同じ値段で翌日伊香保温泉に移動した某旅館では、貸切風呂別料金¥3,300、同じ様に部屋に氷届けてもらって¥550、アイスキャンディー¥350。
不思議な2泊のひとり旅でした。
今度は大勢でシェラリゾート白馬さんにお邪魔します。

とても、気配りがよいホテル

とても、細かいところまでサービスが行き届いていました。子ども向けにお菓子の入ったBOXがあったり、簡単な食事が無料で食べられたりと、快適でした。値段の割にはよいホテルだと思います。後は、フリーWi-Fiがあまりにも弱いので、各部屋にルーターがあるとよいと思います。1人ならよいかもしれませんが、複数ですとフリーズしてしまいます。

最初の写真からはもうこんな高級な所は来れない。ワクワクしてました。実際滞在してガッカリしました。夕食が遅いのはしょうがないのですがくどくほとんどのこしてしまいました。でも天気に恵まれ楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

リゾート気分満喫

前にも何度か利用しています。とにかく緑豊かな広い自然の中、ゆったりリゾート気分を満喫出来て、八方尾根探勝路、栂池自然園のロープウェイ乗り場がすぐ近く！内風呂も露天風呂もゆったりくつろげて、リピーターになった理由です。食事処は豊かな自然を見渡せるガラス張りで本当に満足でき、食事も美味しい。白馬に行ったら宿はここに…決まりなんです。

シーズンオフで、ゆっくり

シーズンオフだったため、温泉やレストラン、ラウンジが空いていて、ゆっくり楽しむことが出来ました。
レストランが１つしかないのが、少し残念でしたが、ホテル外のレストランまで送迎してくれたので、大変助かりました。

基本的に快適に過ごせて満足でした。

１つだけ気になったところを記します。
ホテルの顔である正面玄関で無料の食事を振る舞うのは、外からの見栄え、匂い等を考えるといかがなものかなと思います。
敷地が広いのだから、もっと陰で行うべきかと思います。

こんなに快適なホテルがあるなんて！

全くいうことなしです。スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。ホテル内レストランは味も良くお値段も高くない。朝食も文句なし！！！混雑している時期でなく、しかも平日だったこともあるのか、ラウンジでもいつもリラックスできて最高！ラウンジから見えるお庭も、個人で入れるお風呂も文句なし。Wi-Fiも早い。とにかく最高のホテルだと思いました。今後も頑張ってほしいと思います。

マッタリ感と豪華さが両立した素晴らしいコンセプトのリゾートホテル

オープンラウンジでのマッタリ感、貸切露天風呂、小腹がすいたときのグリーンカレーのおいしさ、朝食のメニューの多さ、古民家風の風呂等新しいコンセプトが素晴らしく久し振りに満足出来た。ただ部屋のソファーの位置が悪く両隣の部屋の視線が気になった。また窓の下の水溜めの水の音が雨の時にうるさかったのが残念です。

敷地も広く、快適に過ごせましたが、隣の部屋だと思うが、そこからの話し声が少し聞こえたため、もっと防音されていれば最高。

夏休み、緑に囲まれたシェラに滞在できるだけで癒されます。古民家のお風呂も最高です。
レストランの食事も素晴らしく、美味しいのですが、玄関で食べることのできる、卵かけごはんやグリーンカレーも大好きです。

景色とサービスが良い大満足なホテル

遊べる芝生の中庭から見える雄大な山々と様々な温泉。プールに室内遊び場。至る所にあるフリードリンクや軽食のサービス。中でもテラスでのんびりしながらワインが飲めた事が凄く良かった。ランドリーも無料で洗剤までおいてくれてるサービスに驚きました。子供達が好きな駄菓子が宝箱から探すみたいに置いてある心配りが素敵だった。お部屋もとても清潔。外食に出かける際は店までバスで送迎をして頂いた。スタッフすべての方がとても丁寧に対応して下さった事がまた来たくなる一番の要素になったと思う。

３年前に初めて宿泊してから、すごく気に入ってしまいました。雰囲気や従業員の方々のおもてなしに心から満足しています。これからも夏と冬の２回は必ずお世話になろうと思っています。

9/10.11.12　と２泊３日で滞在させていただきました。
昨年の冬、スキー旅行で初めて訪れて以来、４回目の宿泊となります。
ホテルの環境や設備、食事など、どれをとっても素晴らしいと感じています。
またスタッフのみなさんの温かいおもてなしに感動し、このホテルに滞在できることに心から感謝しています。

リフレッシュするならシェラリゾート白馬

大きすぎないリゾートホテルのため、大浴場が混雑することがなくのんびりできて良かったです。庭やテラス、ラウンジのようなところなど部屋以外にものんびりできるスペースがあり、飽きることなく過ごせました。スタッフの方々の対応も良く、目的通りリフレッシュできた旅行でした。

古民家風のお風呂は良かった。特に、露天風呂から見る星空は絶景で最高でした。

本格的な美しいホテル

娘と孫と私達夫婦で滞在。美しい建物と庭園。しかしテーマパークのようなフェイクではなく実に素晴らしい設計とメインテナンスでした。玄関先にあるウェルカムの田舎汁や卵かけご飯、漬け物もおいしく、ラウンジでのドリンクサービスも嬉しいものでした。お風呂の温度も大満足。しかし夕食のアラカルトのメニューが少なく、子供連れには向かない。カレーとスパゲティを注文しましたが、すべて味が濃すぎる。豪華な朝食も同様。おいしい食事は滞在を楽しむ目的のひとつなので、その分だけ評価をマイナス。滞在客は大半が熟年でした。次回は夫婦のみで行きたいと思います。

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

Love the Onsens

The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon.

The property is very expensive for the area. The service was lovely except for the last day when we needed to leave the hotel and get to the bus station to leave Hakuba. The front desk staff was unable to find a taxi to pick us up and the hotel shuttle could not be sent to the bus station for an 8 am instead of 9 am run. We were not able to make the departure bus that we hoped to get on. We eventually took the hotel's shuttle van 30 minutes after our hoped for departure and caught a bus out of town and

Aside from the lack of transportation coordination and the fact that the hotel charged me an additional $500 at checkout for my kids lodging and food (which I thought I had paid through the high Expedia price of $1,600 for 2 nights) there was much that was good about the hotel.

We loved our beautiful dinners and breakfast buffets, the room was spacious and comfortable, the complimentary wine at happy hour in the lounge was lovely.

But in the end, the very high price per night for the 4 of us paired with the stress on our departure day (which we began talking with the hotel staff about the afternoon prior) made for a less than perfect experience.

I booked this property for the sole purpose of snow sports in Hakuba.

However, I feel this property is not designed and build for winter season.

To access the rooms from the main building (lobby, restaurants etc), one has to walk through an unheated walkway, expose to the cold and wind. Imagine doing this at -6 degrees temperature.

The snow equipment storage is an after-thought. It is a container situated outside on the driveway. It is not a dry room and to access the snow equipment, one has to be expose to the elements again. (this time, there are no shelters to protect the guest).

We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice resort with 3 (different) private Onsen hotspring baths and 1 public. Breakfast and dinner were all ok, the rooms are spacious, but too few closets. There was a lounge with free drinks, coffee, tea and snacks and an entertainment room with darts and pool table.
The entertainment room, where many guests want to spend some relaxing time after a long day skiing was however closed from 17-22 when people want to enjoy it. We had dinner once at the resort and it was really good,

My partner and I were absolutely blown away when we arrived at this property in the middle of a snow season. I can’t even describe it beauty.
Everything was conveniently, with a light lunch/dinner provided at no charge. It was so nice to come home from a day at the slopes and eat amazing warm food! They also provide afternoon tea with wine, where you can overlook a gorgeous view. Complimentary private onsens was another highlight. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had heated floors. Transport to town and ski resorts was so easy, as was hitting ski gear. We will definitely be back!

A great place to stay. The shuttle to the door, close proximity to the snowfields, onsen when we returned from a day on the snow, welcome drinks each day, a hot soup or curry available on return and friendly staff who were very helpful made our stay outstanding. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic property, quaint feeling, great amenities. The room is a bit dated and pillows and bed is rock solid hard. But the hotel has many other qualities that make up. The view of the natural surroundings is amazing. The Onsen private and non private was great. Staff tried really hard to make the best stay possible. Was nice to have a tea lounge to sit in daily, unlimited natural water and apple juice and some hot wine. They have a light snack canteen, that free until 8pm, at this point what’s the need for a convenience store everything is at your fingertips here. I had a great stay and can’t wait to come back again.

Really loved the incredibly welcoming and hospitable staff at the hotel who went out of their way to make us feel at home and make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Although the rooms are basic, the rest of the hotel has every modern comfort. The big downside is the location - the hotel is miles from the town so you're reliant upon taxis ($40 each way to dinner) and infrequent shuttle buses to the snow fields and town. This really made it very limiting so we mostly dined at the hotel restaurant as it was much easier than trying to wait for infrequent scheduled shuttles. The French fixed menu was excellent every time - with impeccable service. However, surprisingly both the service and quality of the Western a-la-carte menu (at the same restaurant) was much much lower and quite disappointing. Overall I enjoyed the hotel but would likely pick another next time simply due to the inconvenience of the location. If the frequency of the shuttle buses were doubled, that might encourage me to return. Either way, I'd like to pass on my sincere thanks to the staff for being so friendly and making the stay very enjoyable.

Great place to relax. My limited Japanese was not an issue with the English speaking staff. Went without a car but the free shuttle was awesome, was still able to get to town and back with no issues. The private onsens were amazing, and relaxing. The food was amazing! Lastly, the staff was the topping to the cake as I felt they were extremely accommodating and helpful, they made sure it was a stress free getaway.

This place is extremely relaxing. The surrounding is sublime and the onsen is one of the best I’ve seen. They pay kind attention to extras like free wine in the relaxing area and access to free small food items throughout the day for hungry guests.

But it’s expensive. And for the expense I don’t think the room matches. It’s outdated and smells funky. Also the breakfast is okay, but does not vary by a single item on any day.

Would I stay here again? Yes... as I was relaxed upon fully leaving. Would I give it 5?stars? Not unless they upgraded the rooms and breakfast

Enjoyable stay.

Enjoyable stay with good service and amenities. We stayed for the snow season and the shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station on arrival and departure was welcome. The on-site ski gear hire was fantastic and handy. The room was modest, and adequate however, the curtains were thin and left sunlight filtering through early in the morning.

Onsite restaurants were good as well as well as the nearby restaurant recommendations

Wonderful special touches!

Excellent touches: lobby reception wine and simple Japanese afternoon snacks of curry, oden, and miso soup to be enjoyed on the outside patio after a full day of skiiing, lovely picturesque views from main areas of the lobby, fantastic and spacious indoor and outdoor onsen with chilled coffee chocolate milk available after the onsen, convenient storage house for skis and excellent punctual shuttle service. The breakfast selection was good and the private label Sierra jam of two flavors was incredible. Great access to a washer and dryer. The In House Japanese restaurant was delicious. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The only improvement I would mention is that our junior suite furnishings could use a refreshing. Otherwise the hotel is charming and had easy access to all the onsite amenities. The location is not within walking distance to any minimarts but there were enough offerings at the hotel.

Highly recommended! The resort was absolutely beautiful. It was really large with many segregated areas for tea/coffee, fireplaces, onsens, games rooms and the large garden area outside. The staff were so nice and helpful, they even went out of their way to drop us to a few places that weren’t on their included shuttle locations. After 4 nights, we didn’t want to leave!

The front desk workers at the resort tried very hard to accommodate requests to make dining reservations as well as answer the many questions we had. There were so many things that were provided by the resort- a delicious Japanese buffet breakfast, hot soup and food for much of the day, wine & sake in the evening, and ochazuke & cup of noodles at night. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful.

酒店鄰近白馬村內的滑雪場，適合想到白馬滑雪的朋友。
酒店有提供免費穿梭巴士接送住客來往雪場和酒店。雪場纜車票和滑雪裝備都可在酒店購買和租借，十分方便。
雖然酒店位罷比較偏僻，但酒店有提供免費穿梭巴士服務接送住客到區內巴士站、地鐵站和食肆等，令住客不用搶心交通問題。
總括而言，酒店提供優質和貼心的服務。若有機會到白馬旅行，絕對可以一試。
