この度はお世話になりました。
こちらのお宿は料理が美しくとても美味しかったです。受付の女性、中居さん、説明上手で素敵な方でした。建物の設備はちょっと古いですが、お部屋は綺麗でした。お風呂は小さめですが綺麗でとても良いお湯でした。立地もよく高山市内散策にとても便利です。また利用したいと思います。

次も泊まりたい宿でした

部屋はこじんまりとしていて、少し窮屈感がありました。古さもあるため、畳が歪んでいるのがわかるほどでした。
だけど、食事はとても美味しく、部屋でとることができました。揚げたての天ぷら、お鍋料理など、食べる時間や頃合いをみて、順々に出してもらえたため、どの品もとても美味しくいただかことができました。
お風呂はすずめの湯というだけあり、大浴場でも小さめでしたが混雑することはなく、また、近隣にある系列ホテルの大浴場＆露天風呂も入れるということもありよかったです。
観光地もすぐそばだし、正午まで車を預かってもらえるため、大変助かりました。
また泊まりに行きたい宿です。

おいしいお料理に大満足

少し歩い所にある姉妹ホテルの温泉で源泉を経験できた一方、旅館の温泉は狭かったものの、肌がつるつるになったのには驚いた。源泉ではないが、飛騨の湯とのこと。シャンプーも好きな香り、化粧水もよかったし、清潔だった。入浴後のオレンジ、レモンの水のサービスもうれしく、ほっとできた。
夕食は、おいしく、食の細い母もほとんど食べられた。私は元々牛肉が好きではなかったのだが、こちらの飛騨牛のステーキは驚きのおいしさで、すっかり牛が好きになった。飛騨牛のランプステーキはあまりに印象的だった。

よいお宿

子連れファミリーが多い感じだったので安心して滞在できました。
お風呂は小さめですが、時間帯で貸切状態になりました。ベビーソープも置いてあり親切でした。
ただ壁が薄いのか、子供の泣き声がうるさいと苦情が入ったようで気を遣いながらの滞在になりました。お宿は悪くないですが少し残念でした。

リーズナブルだが、フルサービスで清潔でご飯も美味しい旅館

ここへ来るのは2015年3月の港との旅行以来。あの時凄く良かったからリピートしてみました。入ってみると当時より綺麗な印象。そしてフルサービス。こんなきちんとした旅館に泊まるのは久しぶりなので、恐縮してしまう。
ウリの料理は一番安いプランにしていたこともあり、普通だった。しゃぶしゃぶはタレをもう少し美味しくしてもいいかもしれない。ただ全般的に不満はない。朝食は美味しかった。
清潔さも申し分なし。
風呂も狭いが綺麗。

寛げる旅館

高山駅から近く、便利。朝食は体に優しい和食中心で、美味しくいただきました。
ロビーには自由に飲めるコーヒーや水が置いてあり、ゆったりと寛げました。
館内のお風呂は小さかったけれど、湯加減が丁度よく近くの浴場も利用できて、特に不便は感じませんでした。

This was our first experience staying at a Ryoken and using an onsen. We loved the experience. The room was quite small and basic but it was exceptionally clean and met all of our needs. The level of service was top notch. I can safely say that I have never experienced that high level of service in my life. We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast meals they offered. We felt they were good value and an interesting tasty cultural experience.
Takayama itself was a beautiful quiet little town that was a welcome break from the intense hyper urban cities we stayed at in Japan. Takayama and Ryokan Seiryu were highlights of our visit to Japan and we enthusiastically recommend them both.

酒店本身有一個很少的溫泉，然後前枱就説可以去另一家酒店享用大一點的溫泉。早又不說要另外收費，到退房時才知道，雖然金額不多，但就有欺騙的嫌疑。

Excellent Japanese style ryokan

We had an amazing stay at this Ryokan, we loved the tatami Mat floor and the unique culture of a ryokan stay. note you will stay on futons on the floor and they are hard and thin and you will have the bean pillows but we loved all these traditional features. The basic Kaiseki dinner went above and beyond our expectations, so delicious and had some local Hida beef as well as sashimi and all types of other dishes. It was such a great experience, and I loved being served dinner in the room. I can not recommend enough!

Service was excellent. Staff offered drive our car to the parking lot and pick the car up when we check out.
Futon was already prepared for our bedtime, while we had dinner at the dining hall.

Certainly an experience! Staff lovely and friendly and good to experience a more traditional Japanese style Inn. Hard to adjust to such a confined space for dinner and sleeping and the general older decor and style is a bit stark and unwelcoming inside the rooms but perfectly fine for one night. The in room dinner was great and so well presented.

Incredible experience with dinner in the room and Onsen (we used both, there is one smaller one in the hotel and a bigger one in a partner hotel close by). Really recommend it - but more than one night sleeping in the bed on the floor I am not sure if I would do - but once is a must!

This truly is all about the experience. Totally different than a standard western hotel, this Royukan offered a tradituonal Japanese multi course meal for dinner and a great soaking tub. It’s a must see! Very convenient to the tourist bus station and old world markets. Staff speak English and are very accommodating when we do t speak Japanese. Do yourself a favor and GO!

Nice dinner!

Nice lobby with coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff is quick, efficient and very polite. The Oisen of this hotel is clean and tradition but not very large and diversified. So they offered you to enjoy the oisen of another modern hotel for free - that hotel oisen is super large and new, and premium. The booking offered free dinner - traditional Japanese dinner in complete setup! Taste is good, and service is good. I appreciated they always serve nice tea leaf at room with tea table setup. Location is close to station and the traditional shopping streets plus other attraction, very conveneient. Overall is good.

전반적으로 만족

다카야마역에서 료칸까지의 거리도 걸아서 가기에 그리 멀지 않았으며, 료칸에서 에도시대의 거리를 그대로 보존한 후로이 마치나미까지도 적당한 거리에 있어 좋았음.
그리고 류칸 바로 앞쪽에 편의점도 있고, 그 맞은편으로 거리 안쪽으로 1번가 거리가 있어 저녁에 술한잔할 수 있는 괜잖은 식당들도 많았음.
료칸의 직원분들도 상당히 친절했음.
단 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 온천이 크기가 너무 작었다는 점임. 남자는 단랑 샤워기 3개, 여자는 샤워기 4개뿐이 없음. 즉, 온천탕의 정원이 남자는 3명, 여자는 4명뿐이라는 얘기임.

員工非常有禮貌，特別是早餐招待我們的姨姨。但我訂酒店時已經講明2個大人2個小孩，另外加錢早晚餐，結果只有3份餐，這方面Expedia 要留意。

Had a great stay at Ryokan Seiryu. The location was superb, few mins walk to major attractions. Service was impeccable, staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Prijs/kwaliteit : te duur.

Centraal gelegen Ryokan. We boekten een kamer met orivé onsen, maar die was wel zeer klein. Maaltijden zijn OK. Algemeen beschouwd is deze Ryokan veel te duur voor de geboden service. Ik boekte er aan de helft van de prijs die beter waren ....

A nice traditional Japanese style hotel!

The Hotel locates very close to the food market and the morning market and is super convenient.
Staff services are excellent!
The dinner is delicious. I added on a local beef ﹙飛驒牛﹚on grill with a price of JPY5,300. It was the best beef that I had during the trip.
The hot spring bath inside the hotel is a bit small but you can enjoy an outside pool on the top floor of its sister hotel where is just 5 mins on foot. Over there, you can have a fantastic bird's-eye view. I luckily did not miss out this golden chance.
However, the room is very small that I was almost unable to open my two ultra large suitcases. If I knew the size before, I would have reserved a larger size room, of course, at a higher room price.

I have no doubt to recommend this hotel to others.

Ryokan experience, and nice onsen, but rooms dated

This is essentially a hotel, but with ryokan style rooms. The location is very good, within fairly easy walking distance of the bus and train station, and very easy walking from the centre of town and its lovely streets of old wooden houses. Staff all very polite and helpful and speak adequate English.

The room is authentic Japanese, with tatami matts and paper screens, but also equipped with a tiny plastic pod bathroom, TV, and a fridge and kettle hidden behind a screen. A very small wardrobe in the vestibule. We were served a multi-course Japanese meal sitting on the floor in our room which was a highlight: the food was beautifully presented. Staff then come in to move the table and dining chairs to one side, and bring out futon beds for sleeping.

Everything felt quite dated - like the place was stuck in the 1970s, and the public areas of the Ryokan did not feel genuine at all - just like a hotel in need of refurbishment. The exception was the onsen downstairs which was small but very nice with a view of a private Japanese style garden. Behind a screen in our room was a balcony with a view over town to the mountains spoiled by some pigeon-proof netting.

This was just about reasonable value including the meal. I can’t help thinking a more genuine Ryokan might be available.

My husband and I booked the Seiryu Ryukan when we knew were staying in Japan again. They have very friendly and courteous staff. We booked dinner, which was served in our room. The food was tasty and it was a nice experience. Japanese breakfast was good too. Pretty big rooms based on Japanese standards.

Recommended

A very nice Japanese style hotel which provides you a special holiday experience. A Japanese style dinner is served directly in your room. After the dinner, staff helped to prepare the bed. Hot spring is provided at the first floor, which opens until 24:00. Nice location, near to city centre and the train station / bus centre. Overall, the hotel is recommended.
