リビしたい素敵なホテル

ロビーもラウンジもお洒落なインテリアで明るくてよい。宿泊客もスタッフも外国人が多いので、海外のホテルにいるような感覚になる。部屋もモダンで清潔で機能的。チェックアウトも12時までで嬉しい。部屋に靴べらがあったら完璧。

ホテルのせいではないが、前の通りに今どき毎晩暴走族が夜中2時ごろまでうるさいので、静かな部屋がよかったら通りと逆の部屋をリクエストした方がいいかもしれない。

部屋の面積以上に広く感じる。設備が使いやすい。
隣室の話し声や物音もほとんど聞こえてこない。
外に出ればたくさんのお店があったり、ホテルの前がタクシー乗り場だったりと非常に便利である。

もう少し安くなっているタイミングがあればたまに利用したいです

大阪在住者でホカンス目的で滞在しました。
立地はターミナル駅からは距離があり、大きな荷物を持って歩くと遠いかもしれないのでタクシーなどで行った方がいいと感じました。
マイカーで裏手に立体駐車場を利用しました。
1晩2400円で相場か安いくらいではないでしょうか。

フロントは金曜のチェックインで混み合っていました。
エレベーターは３つあり、１３階建ですがだいたいすぐに来るイメージです。

13階のツイン部屋に泊まり、当日の予約で金土の一晩、44000円程度でした。
１つのベッドが足元でくっついているような初めて見る配置でした。
結果的には部屋も広く使うことができ、非常に満足できました。
シャワーブースも広めで高めの椅子もあるため利用しやすいです。
備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはボトルの使い勝手やニオイ、質感含めてやや独特なのであまり好きではありませんが必要十分でした。
換気扇の音が少し大きめに感じたので、寝る時には消しました。
春で外の気候も良かったため空調を消して寝ましたが、機密性が非常に高いためかタオルも乾かないほど乾燥を感じず室温も上がっている感覚がありました。

お水も人数分のペットボトルが支給され、冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。

京セラドーム遠征のために宿泊しましたが、ドームからホテルの目の前にバスが止まるため、非常に便利でした。フロントスタッフも丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。お部屋がとっても綺麗で心地よく過ごせました。

泊まった日ホテルの一階スペースでDJイベントがあった。私は二階の部屋を案内されたが、一階の騒音が激しく、全く落ち着かない。テレビをつけてもテレビよりDJの騒音が勝る。
ビジネスホテル並みの値段だから仕方ないが、二度と利用しない。

全体的に快適です。
部屋も清潔でベッドの寝心地は最高。
ただ、廊下やエレベーター内はもう少し明るいほうがいいかなと思いました。
そして友人とそれぞれ二部屋分をまとめて予約しましたが、フロアが別々でした。
同じフロアにしてくれる配慮をしてくれたらよかったなと思います。

お部屋は清潔で可愛くて、トイレも個室となっており気に入りました。
ロビーは土日は音楽イベントで賑やかなので、私の場合はとても場違いでした…
エレベーターホールも暗く、少し怖かったです。
カップルや友達との旅行にはよいかもしれません。

オシャレでキレイなホテル

ツインの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋のレイアウトが斬新で、施設内含めデザイン性が高かったです。バスルームの脱衣スペースがないので、人によっては抵抗があるかなと感じました。
スタッフの方はみなさんとても親切で、感染症対策もしっかりされているので、安心して滞在できました。

オープンしたてで、部屋もきれいでしたし、朝食もビュッフェ形式で様々楽しむことがで来ました。
部屋のUSBポートもソファやベッド横にあって使いやすかったです。
また利用したいホテルです！

The only complaint would be a blaring alarm at about 7am stating “a few moments ago we stated there might be a fire but there is no fire”. Except they never had an announcement about a possible fire before that and they made the no fire announcement roughly 7 times. Everything else was great and the staff was amazing!

This was a wonderful and modern property, with a well out room plan that used the space efficiently. It was a 10 min walk from Osaka station, and a short walk to other train lines to explore the city.

It was conveniently located near some mini-marts, local restaurants (even a mcdonalds) and there is a bottle shop within walking distance.

We had such a great time staying at Aloft and loved the easy accessibility to taxis and train
The area is well serviced with a laundromat, good coffee, food and its an escape from the busy areas of Osaka

Excellent hotel all the staff are very friendly but we must single out William and his colleague from LA in the bar for their service and the reception staff who sorted everything we needed. The only recommendations Id make would be slightly decreasing the size of the bed in the corner rooms so you can move around it and please add some drawers for traveler's staying more than a few nights!

Nice hotel in Osaka

A great hotel. Ticks all the boxes. My one, and only, gripe was that I was on a low floor facing the street, so had to use earplugs not to hear the many “beeps” from the street crossing directly out front.

This hotel offers exceptional service with storing our luggage due to our early arrival. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The 24 hour service on coffee and tea is wonderful plus a welcome drink coupon per person was great. One of the nicest places that we stayed in at the level of service and accommodation. Well done!

Had a wonderful stay at Aloft Osaka Dojima! The corner room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of comfort after a long day of exploring. Absolutely loved the Drybar products—such a nice touch for hair care! Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless, making it a perfect place to recharge after a busy travel day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Osaka!

A Comfortable Stay with Great Convenience

I had a lovely stay at Aloft Osaka! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The location is also a major plus—there’s a FamilyMart just across the road, the subway station is close by, and Umeda’s shopping malls are within walking distance.

The only minor downside was the noise on a couple of nights due to nearby construction and some loud motorbikes or cars passing by. However, overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back!

청결하고 직원이 친절한 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔

이 호텔은 오사카역에서 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 위치하는 호텔로서 호텔은 대단히 깨끗하고, 호텔 직원들은 대단히 친절하며 주변에는 다양한 식당 및 편의점들이 있다. 특히, 오사카 역이 대단히 분주한 반면에 오사카 역과 떨어져 있어서 여유롭다. 한국어를 조금 하는 일본인 직원이 있기는 하지만, 한국어를 보다 잘하는 한국인 직원이 있다면 여러모로 더 도움이 많이 될 것이라고 조언한다. 다음에도 오사카를 방문하면 이 호텔을 방문할 것이다.

The room was neat, clean, modern. We didn’t stay at a high floor room and it was a bit noisy. It is in an area with high traffic. We are heavy sleepers we don’t hear anything much when we sleep. Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast is really good. They have a microwave in the lobby you can use if you have leftovers or buy something from outside. They don’t have room service.

requested high level floor months before check in but message never got through to check in staff - they (the staff) questioned whether we actuall had requested and had to show the messages to and from the hotel. we had already booked a second stay at the hotel which we would not have used after our experience on the first leg - would not stay here again

Amazing experience staying here. While not directly next to a station (5 min walk) there is a Family Mart located directly across the street for a quick bite/drink.

Rooms are clean and enough elevators to serve all guests. Staff are friendly and helpful to any requests.
Other reviews complain about noise which I didn’t find an issue (especially after staying in New York City hotels).

Would come back again!

Loved the location and proximately to shopping, and the subway access. Also had excellent customer service from the staff there. Everyone one was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent and worth the cost lots of variety hot and cold. Our twin room was great with a nice seating area, fantastic shower and separate toilet area. Nothing negative to say here.

Highly recommend a long stay!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Our room had an amazinf view and plenty of space! We had to seperate toilets and the most wonderful shower/bath setup.

The room was very clean, and the hotel staff gave us fresh sheets and towels everyday.

We stayed 6 nights at Aloft Osaka Dojima and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was neat and tidy with a comfy bed and a great city view. Service from the staff was impeccable. We handed over our luggage for delivery and realised we hadn't let our next hotel know to expect it. The after hours reception staff arranged it all for us without skipping a beat - at 1am! We are so grateful. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Osaka.

The property is located from
walkable distance of Umeda station. The property is very clean and neat. You can walk around, it has plenty of choices from shopping, dining, transit.

We liked how updated and current the property and its room was. Food was pricier than expected from what we saw on the menu but didn't partake because of the prices. However, it was good to know that there were fresh and healthier options if one didn't want to go far or have to search for a meal after a day of sightseeing and a lot of walking!

Not as friendly and not as comfortable.

Lobby and restaurant employees were great. Rooms do not have drawers, so you have to keep all your cloths in your suitcase. Restaurant closes for activities and you are left without a place to eat and if you buy food outside or delivery you cannot eat at the lobby or bar (security thu us out).

I can’t access gym prior to 12:00pm checking-out time on the date of checking out… came down to reception to fix access card to access gym…
Water pressure of shower went very low several times… I thought out of hot water and wait for a while… noisy facing on street especially in very early morning and woke me up…
Restaurant right next of reception served frozen tiramisu….Hmm…

We stayed in 6th floor deluxe room which was spacious. Good shower unit. The bed is up against the wall which is annoying when theres 2 of you. We were on main road side and (especially on Saturday night) it was very noisy traffic wise. I questioned if its double glazed. The Lunch buffet deal was quite good value.

One of the nicest hotels in Osaka. I would highly recommend coming to this hotel, if you’re looking for a place that is outside the craziness of Dotombori. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Additionally the staff are so wonderful, warm, and welcoming.

Bar staff were lovely. Have partner a cake on arrival for birthday. Bed was incredibly comfortable, I want to know where they got them!!
Room is lovely, lots of amenities in the room. Blackout blinds work very well, we didn’t realise how late it was oops!
Thank you for the wonderful stay. One small issue I had booked under my name but my partner paid who is a Marriott gold member but they wouldn’t let us use his benefits sadly so make sure you book under the members name if you wish to use benefits.
