夫婦で1泊させていただきました。海が目の前の広く、清潔なお部屋でした。
スタッフの皆さんは、優しく丁寧、笑顔が素敵です。お宿併設の焼き牡蠣売りのお店を利用しました。美味しい牡蠣をペロリと堪能しました。オススメの飲食店も詳しく教えてもらいました。
また、利用させていただきたいホテルです。

一人でも和室なのでくつろげる。
宮島で泊まるには安い。このホテルは外国の方が多いそうで、私が泊まった時は日本人は私だけでした。

立地の良さと温かいお布団に大満足です！

なんと言っても立地が最高です。フェリー乗り場に降り立ち、景色や鹿の姿にワクワクしながら歩いていたらあっという間に到着！お部屋に荷物を置いて、身軽に観光に出かけられる場所です。ビールと焼きがきの売店と、並びに飲み物やあなご竹輪の食べ歩きできる商店が並んでいるのも魅力的。
お部屋も素朴ながら清潔感があって快適でした。お布団が軽くて暖かくてぐっすり眠れました。
朝に大浴場がオープンしていないのが少し残念でしたが、宮島の街歩きを楽しむにはとても適したお宿です。

お店の方が親切です。チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりも快く受けて頂きました。夕食はないので注意必要です。コロナの影響で周辺のお店が早じまいしてます。朝食は500円であります。

宮島の桟橋から徒歩3分位の近さ、チェックイン前アウト後の荷物を預かってくれて、ストレスなく、宮島散策、錦帯橋へと足を運ぶ事ができました。
スタッフの方もにこやかに応対して下さいました。
食事は、ないですが、近くに飲食店が沢山あるので、朝夕の食事時間を気にせず、食事ができました。
さくらやさんの付近での夕食マップを用意して下さいました。

掃除が行き届いていて、清潔で気分良かったです。宮島に泊まって良かったと思います。一つ残念なのが、大浴場の湯温がぬるすぎた。ゆっくりと浸かれば良いかと考えたけど、長く入っていられないぬるさ。たぶん37度ちょいぐらいだと思う。それだけです。ありがとうございました。

清潔で気持ちの良い滞在ができました。
外国人の家族連れやご夫婦の方が多く滞在されていたようで、皆さんも満足されていたように見受けられました。

ロケーション、コストパフォーマンス良好

島側のフェリー桟橋と厳島神社の間、海に面した道にあり、自分たちの目的にとってベストなロケーションでした。（厳島観光を通じて全体の接客に感じたことでもありますが）フロントなどでもとても感じよくサービスいただき、快適に過ごせました。部屋は旅館の雰囲気も残しつつ（和室）、バスルーム含め数年前にリノベーションされています。バスルームは狭いですが、洗顔、手洗い、歯磨きなどができる洗面が室内・バスルーム外にも備わっていたのは良かったです。また地下のスパも活用しました。また泊まりたいと思いました。

ローコスト、コスパ良し

宮島港から3分、チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物を預かってくれるので身軽に散策可能。最安ルーム利用、歯ブラシ、浴衣、フェイスタオル、バスタオルあり、髭剃りは無し。
室内にユニットバス（コンセント無し）リンスインシャンプー、ウォシュレットでは無い。間接照明外してコンセントは2口。ヘアドライヤーは室内、3口タップ必携。
鏡はユニットバスのみだがコンセント無い為大きめコンパクトミラー必携。
最安和室はドアが内開き、靴が邪魔でドアが閉まらないのが安い理由。靴を持ってドアを閉じ、靴箱にしまえばOK。地下に大浴場、洗い場4人分に大浴槽。女風呂は暗証番号ロックがあり安心。
接客爽やか、必要十分、荷物預かってくれて宮島内で一人から泊まれる数少ない素泊ローコストホテル。次回は海側の部屋にしようかと検討中。

素泊まりでしたが、チェックインの時に翌日の朝食を頼みました。税込500円でした。
朝８時から利用できます。浴衣もありました。靴べらがなかったのが残念でした。

好立地でスタッフが親切なホテル

フェリー乗り場や厳島神社へのアクセスも良く、チェックイン前に荷物預かり出来るか聞いたら部屋の用意が整っているとの事でそのまま早めに部屋に入る事ができた。
チェックアウト後も1日荷物預かり可能でとても助かりました。

気軽に泊まれる

お風呂は別ですが、特に問題はなかったです。
wifiもエアコンも良好。電気ポット、冷蔵庫あり。
掃除が行き届いていて、設備は少々古いものの、清潔さを感じます。
従業員さんは、皆さん親切で感じいいです。
寝具がふかふか布団とかではないので、気にならなければ、気軽に泊まれていいと思います。

コスパ最高

桟橋を渡ったところからすぐです。食事がついていないため、周りで食べることになります。宮島は夜開いている食事処が少ないですが、私が行ったホテル近くの居酒屋は美味しかったです。朝は500円でつけることもできますが、隣に牡蠣カレーパンを売っているので、それを買って食べました。お風呂は高級感はありませんが、誰もいなかったのでのんびり入りました。外国の方が多く、使わないのかもしれません。海沿いの部屋からの眺めはとてもいいですが、建物の陰で鳥居は見えません。コスパは間違いなくいいです。

観光にはとても便利な場所です！

スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで、快適な時間を過ごせました。場所も便利な所にあり、観光にも最適です。ホテルは海の前に位置しており、部屋はオーシャンビューだったのですが、オーシャンフロントではなかったので、景色がイマイチだったのが残念です！

This is a delightful hotel run by very helpful and friendly people, and we had a wonderful stay. We were in one of the Japanese-style rooms with a view of the water, which was amazing. The room was very comfortable. The oysters cooked at the place at the hotel entrance were great.

2 nuits pour

Miyajima est une île ultra-touristique insupportable entre 9h et 17h. Nous avons fait le choix d’y rester 2 nuits pour profiter des matinées et fin de journée calmes. Et d’aller à Hiroshima un après midi en revenant par le dernier ferry. Compter 1h de tram entre l’embarcadère et le centre, 1h20 jusqu’à la gare Shinkansen. Des qu’on s’éloigne du bourg et qu’on prend la peine de marcher (mont Misen des 6h, monastère Daisho-in).

If I could rate this hotel 11/10, I would. Breathtaking views from our gorgeous room with tatami, futon and private bathroom. There's a traditional Japanese shared bath in basement too. It's about 200m from ferry and 300m or so from the shrine. Don't stay anywhere else

Good location. Our only problem is the bathroom is too small. No space to move around especially if you are a tall perso or too big. But the bed are comfy. Check out is 10am and they won't let us extend.

Beautiful ryokan style rooms with lovely warm duvets on comfy futons. Within walking distance of the ferries. Our hosts were very gracious, with lots of suggestions for dining. Next trip I will definitely stay a couple of days at Surakaya.

Vue sur mer

Une auberge charmante, vue sur la mer et le calme de l’ile de miyajima.
La chambre est typique et belle. Le service est excellent avec un accueil des plus gentils.
La nuit, le calme regne sur l’ile.
Le petit dejeuner pourrait gagner en qualite notamment les fruits mais il est probable que ce soit general au pays

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was slightly old but the team has definitely kept the place in excellent condition and our stay here was super comfortable! Amenities and facilities were good. Our room's view was awesome, overlooking the sea. Overall, was a truly positive experience and would love to return to Sakuraya if we ever came back to Miyajima!

De locatie aan het water vlak bij de ferry was ideaal.
Bij aankomst kreeg ik te horen dat de lift maar tot de vierde etage ging. Omdat ik last had van een beenblessure was dit voor mij bezwaarlijk. Er werd niet feprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. "Sorry for the inconvenience".

De traditionele tatami-futon kamer zou ik normaal leuk en prettig gevonden hebben, maar was nu door de blessure problematisch. Maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

Ik ben daarom slechts één nacht gebleven, ook al was voor 2 betaald.

Das Sakuraya ist eine schöne Unterkunft, direkt an der Fußgängerpassage am Meer gelegen. Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Bad im Keller war sehr angenehm, und wir mochten die bereitgestellten Yukata sehr. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Insel war es perfekt.

What a pleasant surprise

Was a bit apprehensive about this as not much info online but really liked it. Very close to everything, lovely receptionist, lots of useful info given, and peaceful at night. Futons were super comfy (my first time).

Tres bel hotel à 150m du débarcadere des ferrys (mais assez loin). Vue mer sublime. Chambre traditionnelle avec futons tres spacieuse. Personnel sympa. Mon seul vrai repproche serait l'étroitesse de la sdb. Le petit dej est très modeste mais pour 500 Y suffisant.

페리에서 내려 짐맡기고 관광하기 좋은 위치였어요. 미야지마에 간다면 하룻밤 숙박 추천드리고 이 사쿠라야호텔도 가성비 추천합니다. 한가지 아쉬운건 이코노미 룸에 거울이 화장실에만 있어서 여자분들은 조금 불편할 수 있어요 방에 거울하나 놔주시면 좋을거같아요~ 편히 잘 쉬다 왔습니다

nous avons fait le choix de rester dormir à Miyajima pour plus en profiter et c'était un très bon choix. ce ryokan est très agréable. nous avons pris la chambre vue sur la mer avec le petit balcon c'était trop beau et agréable. personnel sympathique on a pu laissé nos bagages plusieurs heures avant le check in. on nous a indiqué ce qui restait ouvert le soir. une formule petit déj est proposée à un bon prix. salle de bain très petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Ocean views were gorgeous, I loved eating by the window for sunset and in the quiet morning. Staff was helpful, location close to everything. Room is not very soundproof and you may hear other rooms, so light sleepers may be bothered. AC very comfortable.

Sakaraya was incredibly convenient, within a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Staff were very accommodating,helpful and kind. The room was large and the futon mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Everything you need for a short break away from Hiroshima, in a beautiful, historic area.

A beautiful property with truly lovely staff. It was super clean and the room was a generous size. Do yourself a favour and book an ocean view room. Spending a night on Miyajima is a wonderful way to take in the island. I highly recommennd Sakuraya!

A cute, clean experience in a typical Japanese Ryokan! The onson was lovely even though its in the basement with no view. Oddly, there were very few restaurants on the island open for dinner. We did find an excellent local one. The beat part was the view of the harbour and hike and tram up the mountain!!!

We had the ocean view, beautiful settings, large room, comfortable bed/pillow. only thing is bathroom is extremely small, public bath is very nice. Staff are very helpful and we really enjoyed their hospitality. They'll serve breakfast for 500 yen, worth the price. Definitely recommend.

LOVE Sakuraya!!

We loved this little hotel on Miyajima Island! It was so cozy and had everything we needed. Even the tiny shower had amazing water pressure and was so cozy and nice. Definitely stay here if you're a traveler on a budget visiting Miyajima Island!

The facilities are clean and staff are very courteous and proressional.

It is in a business district so there are many dining options around.

My only issue with the property is it can be a bit of a trek to nearby stations, but it is also a good walk to Minami district.

Overall I am happy with the service, and would recommend.

We had a magnificent view from our room. The rooms were spacious and able to sit and enjoy the view. Very close to the ferry, easy to walk to and from the ferry with our luggage. Also all the major tourist sites are walkable and close to many restaurants. We were early for check in but the staff allowed us to leave the luggage in the hotel, while we explored the island.

Hôtel avec chambre à la façon Ryokan : déco traditionnelle, dormir sur des futon sur sol tatami, bain de type onsen à la cave.
Personnel hyper sympa. Très bien situé entre le Pier et le Torii.
Petit déjeuner possible très simple (œuf, 2 grosses tranches de pain grillées, jus) mais pas mauvais et pour prix démocratique

The staff is the nicest one I ever meet, ready to answer your demands and give you great advices. It’s really great. Rooms are great and calm too. Also, huge plus, they accept tattoos in the public bath! Best bath ever 👌
