Perfect Noboribetsu Stay

Loved every minute of my short stay at this adorable, tattoo-friendly ryokan! Both the indoor and outdoor onsen baths were clean and very relaxing, the kaiseki meals for dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and accommodating. Totally regretted booking just one night! The next time I'm in Noboribetsu, I'll be sure to check to see if
Kashoutei Hanaya is available for several days!

餐點很棒，服務很道地的日式旅館

離公車站很近，但要去溫泉街的話要走10分鐘左右。
溫泉很棒，沒有氯的味道！早晚餐都是和食。食材很新鮮，份量很多，並且每天菜色都有做更換！
服務員很親切，會幫你收鞋拿行李，還有往登別車站的接送服務可預約。
我住的房間有廁所但沒有獨立衛浴，洗澡的話要到泡溫泉的地方，對於比較容易害羞的女生可能要多注意！

こんじんまりしていますが、部屋で朝夜食が食べれてのんびりできました。ボリュームも申し分ないです。

いいお湯、ゆったりとした部屋、美味しい食事

全体的な評価はかなり良いと思います。
建物自体は小さく古いですが。清潔感があり、内装もセンス良くまとまっています。
従業員の方々の対応も良くして頂きました。浴室も小さいながらも露天も有り、かけ流しで泉質は白色の硫黄泉で、個人的にはとても温泉らしいと感じます。
比較的広い部屋での食事は本格的な料理で、味も見目も量もとても満足でした。残念に感じたのは、時期的なものなのか、部屋のエアコンがLOWでもかなり暑く感じました。

１日では勿体ないかも

素泊まりでしたが、対応もよく、お湯もよかった。夕飯頼めば良かった。
少し、中心地とははなれているが、行きは送ってもらい、帰りは下り坂を５分程あるくだけ。
冷蔵庫に冷やした飲料用の温泉がはいっていた。ウェルカムドリンクに抹茶を立ててくれた。

小巧親切

Small but clean, comfortable, well-maintained place with a kind and helpful staff. The bath is wonderful, and the phenomenal meals put this place well above other hotels in the area. Some may find the location a bit far from the shops, but it’s easy walking distance, and I found it nice to not be among the noisy tourists.

The hotel stuff are friendly and helpful while the hot spring pond is quite small. The hotel located at roadside, convenient but not much scene to view. The food is delicious but the size is a bit small.

대체적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다
가이세키 석식이나 조식은 방에서 즐길수 있다는 점이 감성적으로나 편한 분위기여서 매우 좋았지만 리뷰나 다른 여관에서의 경험에서 너무 기대를 했었는지는 모르지만 가격을 생각하면 평범한 재료와 맛이었다고 느꼈습니다. 특별히 나쁜점은 없었습니다.
노후되었지만 방은 굉장히 깔끔했으며 오히려 그부분이 개인적으로는 좋은 느낌이었습니다. 화려한 느낌의 방을 기대하신다면 아쉬울수 있을것 같습니다.
가장 좋았던 부분은 온천이었습니다. 상상하고 있던 일본의 온천 욕실의 모습과 유황향이 느껴지는 훌륭한 온천탕은 제 기대를 충족시켜주었습니다. 다만 전체적인 크기가 작은편이라 느껴 사람이 많다면 조금 불편할수 있겠구나 싶긴 했습니다.
직원분들은 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 어느 사람 할거없이 계속 웃는 얼굴로 대응해주셨던점이 인상에 남습니다. 또한 석조식 시간과 픽업 버스의 운영 및 지원에서 여행객들을 향한 배려를 느끼게 만들었습니다.
노보리베츠를 관광하고 여행에 지친 몸을 달래는데에는 충분히 10점만점을 주기에 아깝지 않은 경험이었습니다.
다만 특별히 시설이 아름답길 기대하시거나 여관에 틀어박혀 여관만을 즐기기에는 규모나 부대시설이 작은편이므로 여관을 메인으로 방문하시는 것보다는 하나의 요소로 보시고 고려하는것이 좋을것 같다는 개인적인 생각입니다.

Superb stay at this ryokan, despite it being a short walk from the main area. We had a room with a view and it was very pleasant. The onsen was great although small. The kaiseki dinner was super delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted the ryokan prior to arrival to inform them that one of my family member does not eat raw food and they took note of that and made sure that they had replaced all raw food with other options. It is very thoughtful of them to do so. I had a good time interacting with the staff at the breakfast service too. There was a large spread served at breakfast, with a buffet corner in addition to the meal served. I would say that this hotel is extremely value for money!

Ryokan Experience Without The Tourist Group

We booked the Junior Suite room as we wanted a non-smoking room. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived late afternoon, stopping our car by the side of the road in front of the hotel. Soon enough, someone came rushing out, unloaded our luggages and directed us to the free car park a block away. Kaseiki dinner in our room was great. The small onsens, both indoor and outdoor were great; as good as having our own private baths. This ryokan stay is definitely much better in terms of food, atmosphere and service compared to the more expensive and over rated Lake Toya Nonokaze Resort that we stayed earlier.

I clicked on book a room tonight on orbits in mid September. The computer made a booking for September 30 which I presume to be the next available. I paid with credit card thinking I booked a room for that night in mid September.

I found out immediately after booking so I called the hotel right away. The staff agreed to cancel. But I got an email from the hotel via orbits that must cancel thru orbits. This is when I found out IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT outbid when I’m overseas, without I pay for international calling from Japan to the USA.

After I returned to the USA, orbits hasn’t been able to cancel my hotel.

If orbits doesn’t resolve this with the Japanese hotel, this will be my last time using orbits (been a loyal customer for years for all hotel car and flights). Because IT IS RIDICULOUS ORBITS DOES NOT OFFER EMAIL communication and requests me to make international phone call to orbits for hotel change!

Cozy, relaxing and amazing hospitality.

One of our best stay in Japan! The inn is pretty small so it's great for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the service, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Besides that, both dinner and breakfast were amazing too. The food was not only tasty but they look so pretty too. The onsen was a little small but since the inn isn't big, the onsen won't be crowded. We even get to enjoy it just to ourselves. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and if you are looking for a quiet and less crowded stay, this is the place.

Relaxation

If you’re looking for a very quiet and traditional place to relax, this is it. I had the whole onsen by myself it’s not crowded except for some local tourist. The location of this place is quite a distance from town but shuttle service provided. We drove there and was provided with free parking. The breakfast was served traditional Japanese. This is an onsen so there is no attached bathroom but only a toilet and a basin. Overall I enjoyed my stay here though it’s abit expensive for 3pax.

료칸은 전통식이 아니라 흉내만 냈으나
내부 시설은 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋음
이곳은 반드시 조식을 드셔야 함.

아담하고 친절한 료칸

노보리베츠 버스 정류장에서 도보로 10분정도 걸리는 숙소. 다른 숙소에 비해서 약간 거리가 먼 느낌은 있지만 다른 숙소가 가까울뿐, 그렇게 멀지도 않다. 하지만 조금이라도 관광지에서 떨어지는것을 안좋아하시는 분께는 비추천. 숙소자체가 아담하지만 깔끔하다. 목욕탕도 샤워시설이 4명정도 밖에 들어갈수 없지만, 그렇게 붐비는 느낌도 없다. 종업원분들도 친절하고, 미리 신청만 하면 아침에 버스정류장과 jr 노보리베츠 역까지 데려다준다. 와이파이는 좀 느리긴 하지만, 그건 일본 어디나 마찬가지일듯. 아침식사도 깔끔해서 맛있었다. 다시 또 노보리베츠 갈일이 있으면 가고 싶다.

The service attitude can be improved. It seems that the staff was unhappy for our early arrival. The dinner and the breadfast were average. Though, the hot spring was excellent and we could enjoy the hot spring at night and in the morning.
PS. The instruction on the paper and on the booklet are totally different, it makes us confused on the using time of the hot spring.

전체적으로편안하고조용한료칸이었습니다
카이세키는육류가없어서조금아쉬웠지만
음식은하나하나맛있었습니다
조식은기대이상으로좋았고..
무엇보다도..한겨울의노천탕은진짜환상이었네요
물이너무좋고..조용한게..여유.그자체였습니다
지옥계곡에선조금떨어졌지만
충분히산책가능한거리이며
호텔요청시..차로데려다줍니다..
좀더일찍예약해서더좋은방에머물렀다면..만족도가훨씬높았으리라생각되네요..

酒店人員很細心，
Check in 入房時會準備日本綠茶及小食來招待，
酒店的溫泉也很不錯，

Traditional Japanese style small hotel

We stayed there in September 2017. Glad that we have bought the breakfast and dinner package, not only the food were very good, and we could experienced the only traditional Japanese authentic meals in our 10 days in sapporo.
The hot springs bath area was not big, but you can have a choice of indoor or outdoor. The outdoor doesn't have magnificent view but you can enjoy the sky and the Japanese landscape with your bath.
The rooms are tatami style and has no bathroom , only has 1 toilet.
Because it is small, their clientele are local Japanese. ..one good thing is, no large crowd of tourists.
