毎年箱根でのんびり休養するため、息子と宿泊させて頂いております。
今回も美味しい食事と部屋の温泉でとても良い旅が出来ました。

昨日も利用させて頂きましたが、部屋の露天風呂でゆったりできて、食事も豪華でとても満足して帰ることが出来ました。また利用させて頂きます。

コロナの中迷いましたが同県内だし、近場を回るくらいにし、家族で楽しみました。
温泉が本当に良かったです。部屋に露天風呂は最高でした。
忘れ物がなかったことが唯一、残念でした…。

酸性湯の大浴場で疲れも抜けて、各部屋に引かれているアルカリ性の露天内湯はいつでも入れてGOOD。食事も美味。バス停からも近いが静かな落ち着いたペンション風も心地良い。

露天風呂ついてはいるけど

部屋も広く、ゆっくり過ごすには快適です。しかし、お風呂の洗い場はとても狭く、また、脱衣所との仕切りのドアには黒カビがあったり、前の宿泊者の落として行ったピーナッツが落ちていたり、掃除が行き届いていないのがよくわかりました。

ただ、小さいながらも露天風呂がついているし、潔癖でないなら良いのではないでしょうか。
小さい子供との2人での宿泊はなかなか受け入れてくれるところがないので、そういう点でも良いと思います(コスパ良いとはいえませんが…)。
また、期待していなかった朝ごはんがちゃんとした和定食で、美味しかったです。

最高でした。

とても静かでゆったり過ごせました。別邸に泊まったのですが、お部屋から見える景色も綺麗でした。ご飯もボリュームがありとても美味しかったです。また機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。

別館の、モダンな雰囲気で広いお部屋でした。
自然の中にあるためか、虫の侵入があったり、また部屋の露天風呂の天井にいくつか蜘蛛の巣が張っていしました。
大浴場は空いている時間には入れたこともあり、大満足です。
布団は寝心地もよく、快眠でした。
宿泊日は他の一の湯温泉にも無料で入れるというサービスが非常に魅力的でしたが、チェックアウトが10:00なのに対し日帰りが13:00以降の受付であり時間があいてしまい、今回は寄ることができず残念でした。

食事がとても良かった。但し、大浴場、食事場所にいくには屋外に一度でなくてはいけないのは、冬場の滞在には不向きと感じました。温泉はあまりお勧めてきないお湯です。

快適！

娘が時計を大浴場に置き忘れたのを、フロントに届けてくださった方ありがとうございます。
お部屋は少し狭かったですが、清潔感もあり、よく眠れました。部屋の外の露天風呂が最高です。
食事はお刺身が大変、おいしかったのですが、女性には少し量が多すぎたかな。

周りは少し歩かないとコンビニなどはありません。部屋は外からしか入れない作り。
部屋は新しく綺麗でしたが、湿気が…。

落ち着いた旅館

こじんまりとした宿で静かに過ごしたい人にお薦めの宿です。
とても良かったてす。
ただ、バルコニーに蜘蛛の巣が張っていたのが残念でした。
それ以外は、お部屋も露天風呂もお食事も満足感で一杯です。

Fint lille onsen

Vi var desværre ikke så heldige med vejret, så det spiller noget ind. Snebyger og omkring tre grader.
Det er et hyggeligt lille sted. Der er meget mørkt træ alle vegne, så når vejret ikke var med en kom det til at virke lidt trist og mørkt. Bruser/bad er udenfor - og det var ikke lige os i den kulde. Man får virkelig prøvet noget japansk mad både morgen og aften, og personalet var meget søde. De kunne dog ikke meget engelsk så selvom menuen stod på engelsk kunne vi ikke altid gennemskue hvad der var hvad.
Hotellet er nemt at komme til med bus fra stationen, og er et godt udgangspunkt til ture rundt i området.

The room was superb, comfy and spacious. Private onsen just made it better. Dinner was sumptuous and breakfast too. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

This is further out from Hakone than I expected but the hotel is lovely. It’s a little run down and could do with sprucing up a bit but we enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and the food was lovely. Buses run regularly to attractions in the area from just outside the hotel

We had an amazing experience staying here. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious and the private onsen was an added bonus. The shabu shabu dinner was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip and the service from staff was great. Overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Hakone!

今次旅行很慶幸能入住品之木兩天一夜，旅館簡單而舒適, 環境幽靜, 能放鬆心情好好休息。房間內有風呂可以隨時浸浴, 亦有公共浴場。人員服務周到，我們第一晚過了晚膳時間才到達旅館，獲安排在房內享用晚餐, 一點不馬虎。第二天的晚餐更加豐富，還有酒類飲品放題，追加食物都不貴。從旅館步行一分鐘便到達巴士站，接駁箱根各大景點, 十分方便。

The Private Bath's Worth It

We stayed one night in a separated room with private open-air bath (non-smoking) for an anniversary trip, and it was an absolute pleasure. The room itself was two floors, spacious, scrupulously clean, with a bedroom area above and a lounge area below. The lounge was equipped with a large pit-style kotatsu that we enjoyed between baths.

The room's private hot spring bath was in a little area behind the room, surrounded by little trees and enclosed by wooden walls. It was very large compared to other private room baths we've had, and easily fit both of us in full recline with plenty of room to spare. The continuously circulated hot spring water itself was cooled to a very pleasant 42 degrees C or so. We took around seven or eight baths. The only small negative point of the bath was that it had a slight chlorine note that covered up the usual sulphur, but the onsen had their required certificate that verified the water as genuinely volcanic and gave its mineral breakdown, so it wasn't like they were covering anything up.

The included six-course dinner and breakfast were delicious, though not the full, elaborate kaiseki style that some other places do (for a much higher price point). In consideration of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all ordering was done via a smartphone website that opened when we scanned a QR code at our table. The website offered both an English and Japanese interface.

English spoken by the front desk was adequate.

Overall, an excellent place!

청결상태.,직원 친절함 기대하지 마세요. 태풍이후로 버스 노선이 바껴서 가는길이 험난하며 오래 걸립니다. 완전히 복구될때까지는 교통이 편리한 료칸을 찾아가세요

Located in a quiet area, we particularly like the large Japanese style rooms and private onsen. The shabu shabu dinner provided was of good quality and substantial but breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The property is a little dated, and most amenities like bedding material smelled musty and worn out. The toilet was a let down as it hasn't been properly cleaned as urine stains and smell is clearly evident. Like most traditional ryokans, yukata robes was provided during our stay, however however the outer warmer/jacket had dirty tissues left in the pockets, evidently these haven't been cleaned or washed, which I find rather disgusting and put paid to us wanting to wear them to dinner. Thankfully the private onsen itself seems recently refurbished and appears clean.

For the price and location, however, this property is unbeatable value as most ryokans with private onsen would be much pricier around this area. It's a shame that they let their housekeeping down. A little more care and attention would have made a huge difference.

하코네등산버스정거장이 바로 앞이라 움직이기 좋았구요
기본적인건 자판기에 판매를 하지만 애들 간식거리를 살려면
숙소 나오셔서 도로가에서 섰을때 오른쪽으로 가시면 편의점이 있어요 패밀리마트^^ 방에 딸려있는 노천탕은 딱 두명이 들어가서 넉넉한 사이즈라 딸과 함께 즐겼구요
대욕장도 온천을 즐길 수 있는데 물이 좀 뜨거워요

직원들도 친절하시고 식사도 맛있어요
돼지고기 샤브샤브는 처음 접해봤는데 괜찮았어요
고기먹는게 불편하다면 고기 다 드시지마시고 뒤에 면을 줍니다 면을 많이 드세요 애들도 잘먹어요

여기에 레몬귤을 300엔에 파는데 정말 맛있어요
전 두봉지나 지내는 동안 먹었는데 지금도 생각이 나네요

令人住得十份舒適的旅館，溫泉亦很舒服，惟一美中不足的地方是晚餐時間太早，要7點前到達才能享用。

We had an amazing experience. The private onsen in the room was absolutely a must and something worth indulging on, it sent us straight to deep relaxation and rest after a tiring week of backpacking. The multi-course dinner and breakfast included were well worth the extra price; they were well prepared and delicious to put it simply and the service was also amazing. As an added bonus, staying here also allows us to use the public onsens at many other ryokans around the area. The only complain we have is that the reception staff were rather unwelcoming to say the least. We called to ask if we could check out 10 minutes late, and were coldly told that we'd be charged an extra 1000 yen, which we accept and understand as punctuality is one of the things we love about Japan, so we rushed out just in the nick of time and had to wait a little over 10 minutes anyways to be able to check out, which didn't quite make sense to us since it seemed like such a pressing issue when we called. Apart from that, everything else was as we had hoped and some were beyond our expectations.

Nice ryokan with pte onsen. Good for those who wanted privacy. Able to experience tradition Japanese breakfast as well as shabu shabu dinner after a soak in onsen.
Down side is their toilet smell, though it looks clean. Maybe is due to lack of ventilation.

Alternativ till Fuji

Pga väderförhållanden kunde vi inte bestiga Fuji som annars var vår plan. I stället tog vi in på detta härliga onsen-spa med ljuvligt bad och fantastisk mat. En härlig upplevelse.

만족. 재방문 의사 있음

방이 생각보다 넓고 깨끗합니다. 방마다 개인 노천탕이 딸린 점이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 욕실과 샤워실이 좁지만 둘이서 이용하기에는 큰 무리가 없었습니다. 가격대비 가장 큰 만족을 얻을 수 있는 곳이라고 생각합니다. 식사도 만족스러웠고 특히 생선 요리와 버섯이 맛있었습니다. 육류는 주로 닭고기와 돼지고기 입니다. 조금만 걸으면 큰 편의점과 마트가 나옵니다. 신주쿠에서 고속버스를 이용해서 갔는데 주변이 캐리어를 끌고 걷기에 쾌적하지 않습니다. 주차장이 꽤 넓으므로 자가용을 추천합니다. 직원분들은 모두 친절하시지만 비용은 현금으로 결제해야하는 점 유의하시길 바랍니다.

Hotel très sympa mais on entend facilement les voisins s'ils parlent fort ou ont le pied lourd. Les certains futons seraient a changer car ils ne sont plus aussi confortable qu'ils devraient l'être. Que deux petits déjeuners différents donc si vous restez plus de deux jours vous remangerez comme au premier jour.

The room is perfect for 2, the private bath is very well placed with good privacy. The food was ok but we only had breakfast so it wouldn’t be fair to judge by that alone. Only thing is the wifi was slightly unstable.

Nice Hotel with hot spring

My sister and I spend one night with full board option .. dinner was ok but the breakfast next morning was amazingly good, it was so yummy.
Bed was very very comfortable, we also love the private hot spring access so we could be nude from our room and jump into the hot spring..
I will say the only thing I did not like is the odor of bathroom, that could use some improvements.

很好的酒店，但同時亦真的很遠

今次我們預訂的是傳"統客房, 非吸煙房, 附屬樓 (with Living and Private Open-air Bath)"

先講交通，酒店本身在巴士站旁邊，所以非常方便，不過要小心巴士既班次，因為好早就會冇車，如果想夜D返酒店真係要計劃好D

而職員方面，一到check in counter既時候職員都好友善，而餐廳既職員更會好用心講解菜式同時常留意你有冇需要協助，其中一幕當我同女朋友check in完打算係酒店門外selfie之際，職員主動出黎問使唔使幫我地影，所以服務態度真係滿分。

而今次我地被安排既係地下既房間

房間門好簡單，只係用鎖匙開門，唔似而家好多酒店用上電子門卡。一行入房就係玄關，而側邊就係洗手間，當行入客廳既時候空間好大而且非常舒適，窗外係園景，而且每幢建築有圍欄確保住客的私隱。而重點既open-air bath亦好乾淨，唯獨浸既時候成日有昆蟲飛過，可能女士會帶D驚。

而第二個重點就係一泊兩食，無論係晚餐或者早餐都非常出色。如果真係食唔飽亦都可以行去仙石，個邊亦都有D食店，步行大約係10分鐘左右，不過夜晚出外就小心D，因為唔多街燈。

정말 좋았던 료칸

가격대비 너무 좋았던 료칸.
조식, 석식이 깔끔하고 맛나게 너무 잘 나왔고
방도 아늑했음.
온천탕도 좋아서 더 비싼 곳을 굳이 갈 필요 있을지 생각 했음.
다음에 다시 찾고 싶은 곳!

有私人風呂的旅館 推薦

酒店容易到達的從箱根湯本坐登山巴士可直接到達. 酒店內環境整潔, 晚餐早餐味道不錯, 可以一試日本的傳統食品. 由於附近沒有餐廳, 需坐巴士找食店, 所以推薦選擇在酒店內食早晚餐. 另外酒店有私人風呂, 適合情侶或不習慣日本公眾溫泉的人

性價比高的風呂

房間大，清潔一般，但房間有私人風呂，加上望向出面景色，值得一住。我是一泊二食，晚餐和早餐都是日式傳統，很美味，又適合想試日本用饍文化的人。

Ca fait peur quand on arrive. On a l'impression d'être perdu au milieu de rien mais on est proche du téléphérique en bus et de certains musées. À 5min a pied d'un village où il y a de bons restaurants (bien cachés pour certains!) et l'expérience du bain de source chaude privé ainsi que du petit déjeuner local avec possibilité d'être habillé en yakusa, est unique!

休閒寧靜的渡假酒店

溫泉旅館位於山上，晚上要是肚子餓的可以去大堂買零食，因為附近沒有便利店，而且店舖都很早關門！不過在這裡住了兩天真的很舒服！可能店舖早早就關門的關係，我們吃過晚餐就回房間休息了，沒有在城市的那種趕忙的感覺！而且酒店斜對面就是玻璃美術館，在旅館大堂可以問職員拿取優惠卷，買門票會便宜一點點！步行五分鐘就到了！可以說是很愉快的住宿體驗！

酒店整體不錯，可是衛生一般

酒店離巴士站約一分鐘，出行方便。房間整體不錯，可是衛生度一般，廁所有尿臭味，花了不少時間清潔。房間設有風呂，感覺很特別，但洗澡卻是在風呂旁邊(也是露天的)，冬天的時候比較難熬，要忍受寒風洗澡。另外，在酒店享用的兩餐也不錯的。
