部屋はキレイで食事は夕食、朝食ともに良くコスパは悪くないのだが、サウナの水風呂が１人用のステンレスの浴槽なこと、露天風呂にととのいスペースが皆無なところがややマイナス。夕食時に明らかにスタッフが足りておらず、予約の時間に行くも飲み物のメニューが無かったり、１杯目のビールを頼んだにも関わらず、ビールより先に食事が運ばれてきたり、締めの冷麺の前にデザートを出したりとかなり混乱していた。

昔ながらのニセコを堪能

全29室のこじんまりとした昔ながらの和風の宿ですが、キッズルームがあり、食事の時にも色々ご配慮頂き、子連れにはありがたい環境でした。
雪降る露天風呂も堪能出来ました。何一つ不満もなく、また絶対に行こうと思います。

館内全体的に古かったですがきれいでした。部屋は完全バリアフリーで、乳児が動き回っても安全でした。

温泉のお湯は掛け流しで、美肌の湯でした。宿泊者用ラウンジのマッサージ機も無料で快適でした。夕食、朝食も食べきれないほどの量と種類でしたが、おいしくいただきました。

大浴場、露天風呂が素晴らしい！

部屋は広くて暖かく心地良い滞在でした。ここのホテルは特に大浴場、露天風呂がとても良いです。

It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around.
Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English.
Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous with young child around.
Since this hotel also has onsen facilities, we got to experience Japanese bath and hot spring water.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Dinner was great with wide variety of food. Breakfast selection could be better.

Nice onsen, ok premises, almost ski in/out.

The hotel was probably top notch 30 years ago, but now feels a bit worn. Common areas are not inviting to hang out socialising with your own group or other guests. The onsen is great though! The restaurants look and feel as school cantines. But the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, but barely spoke English even though at least 70% of the guests were international. Short walk to the slopes is a definite pro.

Great resort on the Annupuri face of Niseko, about a 5min walk to the hill. Breakfast buffet and set dinner are included and delicious with a great variety. Service was top notch and the staff were all very friendly. The onsen was amazing, never too busy, and well kept.

They have a great onsen, outdoor pool looking out through trees and snow, facilities good. No shower in my room, so you _need_ to use the onsen!
Dinner was included in the Lilac dining room and I was surprised with a Japanese dinner of 10 'courses', about 14 different plates/tasters. Really good experience.

有巴士直到酒店門口，滑雪要行5分鐘到滑雪場，室外溫泉配合雪景非常之靚，不過室內水風呂太細，食物質素好食，早餐簡單，過咗日歸溫泉時間，溫泉比較少人

Staff are so helpful , pleasant and friendly especially the manger Shohei and staff Kaori at the restaurant, always welcome you with a big smile and super attentive. The manager and staff and the reception super helpful sorry that I didn’t get their name .will definitely come back to stay here again in the future!

Lovely Onsen, especially the outdoor hot tub. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The dinner was impressive with varied items presented well. The breakfast was slightly disappointing, but on the whole a very nice property with beautiful views.

We booked two 4 people family Mountain View rooms, 4nights for Niseko snowboarding, 5 minutes walking to Annupuri ski field. The stay was literally perfect, rooms were huge and clean, 10/10, can’t believe it is a 3 star hotel? (Correct me if I’m wrong), in my opinion the service and rooms were at least 4-4.5 star standard. The dinner was nice, the onsen was nice too but they let ppl do day visit onsen so it can be a bit packed, it was the only part I didn’t like. Btw the soft cone at the bar was way too good.

Japanese room is convenient, clean, and big. The food is awesome. Kid room and the onsen are great. The hotel is very close to Annupuri ski area, just 5 minutes walking. The hotel bus also go to pickup at Niseko station if inform the arrival time and there is a niseko bus stop in front of the hotel direct to Sapporo.

Lovely ryokan in a quiet area of Niseko Annapuri

This ryokan was wonderful. The service was excellent and location to Niseko Annapuri was a bonus. First the ryokan. Positives were the large onsen, attentive staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The Kaiseki was delicious with a good variety. In comparison to other kaiseki menus we had in Hokkaido, this was tops for us. Only negatives was the rooms were a bit dated. "Shared bathroom" means the room had a toilet and sink, but now shower. But then again there was the great onsen. The website said the hotel was "ski in, ski out", but i think that was slightly misleading as you had to walk about 5 min to get to the gondola station and to the ticket office. You would definitely have to do some creative off piste skiing to find the hotel. Overall, I would easily stay at this lovely ryokan again.

Great spa hotel

The room is roomy, breakfasts and dinners are great. You get to eat sushimi morning and night. The fish are so fresh, it seems it is just out of the water. The service people are great. The spa and showers are great. The heated toilet seat and bidet are so comfortable. We are thinking about installing one in our own bathroom. We will definitely go back to the Iroha if we visit Niseko again.

位置良好，行去安普努利雪埸只是5分鐘。但附近沒有很多餐廳，只有一間燒肉（聴說不太好吃），租用具地方2F有餐廳，但價錢較貴，4人吃午餐，共吃了¥10000（每人一份＋飲料）。建議可在酒店餐廳吃午餐，定食仍¥1000 。酒店房間舒服，衞生好，附帶溫泉，有露天風呂。

This is nice place to stay at Niseko Annupuri, comfort room, good onsen and bath, nice Japanese style dinner and simple breakfast! 5 mins walk and less than a minute drive to the ski field. Would like to come back for visit again! Recommended!

值得一住

酒店不算新，但乾淨。我們訂的是沒有淋浴室的房間，所以洗澡也要去共用澡堂，順便再泡泡溫泉。溫泉有室外有室內。正值冬季，室外氣溫負六度，下著雪，泡著熱湯，感覺非常特別難忘。早餐是自助餐，晚餐是懷石料理，味道不錯。~ 酒店位置就在 Annupuri滑雪場旁邊，走路5分鐘，揸車1-2分鐘，非常方便。如要到hirafu滑雪場，揸車大概20分鐘，也算很方便了。非常適合自駕遊去滑雪的旅客。

Great outdoor onsen, pleasant room, good staff. Very close to ski slopes. Above average breakfast and dinner. The annupuri resort is quieter than Hirafu.

Expensive but great hotel

1:free unlimited coffee and juices for overnight guest 24hours
2:outdoor onsen is good
3:free massage chair
4:very clean room
5:BBQ dinner buffet included but the food taste normal only
6:laundry machine available, perfect for who went to ski and wanna wash their wet clothes
7:staffs are nice and helpful, one of the staff spoke fluent mandarin and that help a lot :)
8:walking distance to ski area
9:plenty of parking and the parking is free

Top notch hotel with delicious food

The two of us enjoy our stay very much at Iroha. We were there for 4 nights. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Bed was very comofortable. Lots of healthy foods for breakfast (buffet style) and dinner was a delicious 12-course Japanese meal every night. It has both indoor and outdoor onsen pools which were great to relax in after a day of skiing. The Niseko area ski shuttle comes right to the door step of the hotel so it's very convenient. It's a 45-min bus ride to get to Grand Hirafu ski resort but much less time to get to Annupuri and Niseko Village. I'll stay at Iroha again the next time I'm in Niseko.
