We had a lovely time at this aparthotel. It was clean, felt modern, and the check in process was easy. The location was also great making getting around Osaka easy. Only downsides were the small pillows and it not being as accessible luggage transfer wise due to there not being a reception.

Such a lovely place to stay. The room had everything you need to make yourself comfortable, including a kitchenette. Walkable distance from the metro station, as well.

This place is great! Its a little further from shopping but quiet at night. Laundry can be done inside the room so thats a plus. Its also big enough for families.

Very close to everything you might want. Didn't use the kitchen but it had basic stuff to make a simple meal. No oil, salt and pepper but that's fine.

담배를 다른 객실(베란다?)에서 피는 것인지.. 에어컨을 켜면 담배 냄새가 섞여서 들어와서 힘들었음

10살 7살 아이와 머물었습니다. 도톤보리 그다지 멀디고 느끼진 못했습니다. 위치는 보통입니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 침기류도 아이들이 쓰기 종아요.지하철역은 닛폰바시역을 이용했습니다. 그리고 좋았건건 구로몬시장안에 24시간 마트가 있습니다. 하루일과 끝나는 시간 10시나 10시30분에 들리면 50% 할인 초밥, 도시락, 치킨 등 일본개별음식 1인가격도 안되는 가격에 3인이 먹을수 있는
양으로 살수 있습니다. 아침식사 대용으로 아주 딱입니다. 만약 회초밥 이나 치킨만 들어있는 도시락이 50%할인이 있다면 다 사세요. 냉장고에 넣어두고 밤에 맥주와 같이 먹으면 좋습니다.이 숙소에는 큰
냉징고 전자렌지가 구비되어 있습니다. 이숙소를 선택한건 아주 좋은 결정이었습니다.다만 다음에 올때는
저렴한 평범한 숙소에 묵어도 될듯합니다. 숙소에 있을 시간이 없어요.

Location is great. Near Dotonbori but far enough from the crowds. Quiet and easy to find. Gave instructions clear how to check in and to get into the facility and room. Multiple stores nearby for food and supplies. Near metro and KuronekoYamato luggage service to send your luggage to different hotels in Japan.

Incrível

Quarto amplo, super espaçoso, cama confortável, ar-condicionado, chuveiro excelente. Precisa caminhar um pouco pra chegar na estações de metrô, mas no caminho é cheio de comércio e também o mercado municipal. Não tem recepção, você recebe a senha da entrada e do quarto por e-mail no dia do check-in, então é importante conferir antes de chegar.

AC didn't work. Our room was 34 C. Very cramped room. Very minimal amenities provided. No reception on site. Located within walking distance to Kuromon Market and Tashikimaya Mall.

Appartement fonctionnel dans une zone calme

L'appartement est conforme aux photos du site. Il est à 7 minutes à pied d'une station de métro, dans une zone plus calme que le centre ville. Il y a plein de supérettes aux alentours et un supermarché LIFE avec des plats préparés de toutes sortes et moins chers, à 10 minutes à pied.
Le check in se fait par internet donc il faut bien avoir un forfait data actif pour recevoir les mails de l'hôtel avec les codes d'entrée et le numéro de chambre puis celui du key lock de la chambre. En cas de questions, vous pouvez utiliser le lien du check in de l'hôtel, on m'a toujours répondu immédiatement.
Même pour les séjours longs, vous pouvez changer vos serviettes de bain car elles sont en libre service.
La kitchenette est opérationnelle même si juste une casserole et une poêle pour la cuisson, le micro ondes suffit souvent pour faire réchauffer des plats traiteur.
La machine à laver est vraiment indispensable et le séchage peut se faire sur le balcon. C'est vraiment un logement pratique et propre.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay here. The room was large by Japanese standards, spotlessly clean and had a hob and a microwave if you wish to cook. The location is perfect, short walk to Dotonbori and Namba and subway and mainline train stations (15 min walk). Lots of supermarkets and convenience stores within 5 - 10 min walk too. The hosts were very responsive too when we had any queries. Highly recommend.

佢距離黑門市場和日本橋站也只需步行大約十分鐘左右。
房間很整潔。冷氣也足夠。有露台可以曬衫。浴室也有抽濕功能。唯一美中不足是熱水差少少，泡浴不大夠熱。

Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful, hard to find and mostly don’t speak English.
Room is old and outdated. Got that feeling as soon as I stepped in.
Had to leave after couple nights and forfeited the rest of the stay.
If ‘0’ star was an option I would have done that. Looks like the least I can rate is ‘1’ atar

Super clean hotel. Easy communication with hotel assistant. Close to convenient stores, market, restautants and an easy 7-15 minute walk to trains stations (depending on which station). Hotel room was quiet. Laundry detergent is provided. Love the clothes washer! Easy clothes drying in the bathroom with warm clothes drying fan function. Kitchenette was clean amd perfect for a quick meal. Refrigerator is larger than most hotel fridges. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

So clean! Safe neighborhood. Book it!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and loved it. Traveled with three children (9, 12 and 14) - all of them enjoyed their stay.

Pros:
- very clean (inside the units, in the shared areas and outside the building)
- everything seemed new (microwave, toilet, hangers, etc.)
- prompt response from hotel assistant
- hotel assistant was easy to work with via app
- supplies were self-serve on an honorary system (towels, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, etc.)
- clean elevators
- close to train stations (about a 7-10 minite walk)
- close to Maru 8 oden rrstaurant that's super delicious
- easy 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven and other convenient stores and market
- large trash bin
- kitchenette was super clean (although small, we managed to comfortably make several meals during oir stay)
- beds are comfortable (pillows not so much- we rolled a towel umder the pillows and it fixed the issue)
- free laundry detergent (has a scent, but very light and tolerable)

Cons:
- the 2-double bed unit we stayed in was a tad small, but just enough for 4 luggages and 4 people
- an extra floor towel would have been great (I was trying to keep the floor dry and clean; when I asked, I got one right away :) Great service!)

We were reticent when we read other reviews about construction noise. We couldnt jear anything, save for some minimal footstep sounds from above. A very quiet stay for us. Blinds blacked out everything. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Safe/clean neighbood to boot! Would recommend.

No help at all when your staying, no Ac in hallways, standing hallways more then 5 minutes you will feel very sick and they force you out check out time 10am.On a long stay they don't restock on towels. Rooms Ac don't work properly.

We had an amazing stay. Really close to Kuromon market 6 minute walk. 2 minute walk to konbini which is really nice. rooms are big enough for family of 4.We love the washer and dryer amenities in our room. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the staff respond very quickly on email if you have any concerns. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Osaka.

4박5일 가족여행중 땀난옷 빨수있는 세탁기도 있고 욕실에서 빨래건조도 되는점 좋았어요. 약간의 층간소음 있었고 건너편 공사중이어서 창문 열면 소음 있었어요. 입실시간 너무 늦고 퇴실시간 너무 빨라요. 상주 직원없으니 입실시 좀 힘들었어요.

Although a bit further from Namba Station than I like, the walk does give you a chance to see Osaka outside of the tourist vision. We had a nice view of downtown Osaka from the 10th floor... The room is an efficient space, quiet and comfortable. The only thing missing: coffee and tea...

Very clean, spacious, safe, and in a great location. The host responded quickly and followed up promptly on all requests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely stay here again. I will also recommend it to others. 10 out of 10. You will absolutely love it.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious. Only thing didn't expect was the construction site right across the hotel. If you can get higher floor or corner room, there won't be a problem but if not, maybe the construction noise would bother you. The self check in maybe complicated for some people, but the staff members replied pretty quickly.
