立地条件がとても良く都内のどこへでも便利に行ける。JR亀戸駅からも徒歩３分くらいで文句なしです。
スタッフはほとんどが外国人ですがみんな日本語が上手でまったく問題ありません。
今回は宿泊料金も手頃でとても満足した滞在ができました。

車で行ってたので、駐車場に止める前に荷物をフロントに預けに行き、快く預かっていただき、車を止め、ホテルに戻ると、荷物をすでに部屋のほうに運んでいただいてました。そんな気遣いをしていただきありがとうございました。
部屋も十分すぎる広さで、ゆっくり過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また、行く時は使わせていただきます。

フロントの男性の方の対応がとても良かったです。到着してからフロントに子供分の枕や、タオル、椅子の追加など連絡してしまいましたが…柔軟に対応していただきました。本当に低コストなのに素晴らしい対応でした。お部屋も綺麗でコンセントも5つあり良かったです！

清潔感のあるホテルで、匂いも無かったです。スタッフの外国の方だと思いますが、日本語も丁寧でした。TV画面も大きくて○。強いて言えば、部屋にレンジがあると嬉しいかったですが、、、良かったです。また宿泊したいと思います。

I don’t like the fact that our reservations were canceled for a location we selected and to this one. There was hair in the bathroom and I am completely grossed out by hair. We were told that rooms are not cleaned while we were there and that’s not fair as paying guests in that paid a fee hundred dollars to stay in a clean environment.

The room is ok however not worth the price. We were given a handicap room which was terrible to shower water everywhere. Second there is no restaurant in the hotel no in room coffee or tea. When I say this hotel offers nothing I mean nothing. I have been to Japan before and the hotels have always stored the bags while waiting for check in time this hotel has lockers that you have to pay for to store your bags. Staff not friendly at all when we arrived. This is a hostile with a hotel price tag. The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room and the train is a short walk, not the best location but at least the train is near by. I do not recommend this hostile for the price stay somewhere else.

Disappointed in the hotel at check in because of overwhelming foul odor in the lobby. Same stench in the elevator, the hallways, and our room. I asked the front desk and they did a vaudeville act of denying they could smell anything weird. Gave me a room deodorizer spray to use. I spoke to the same person a few hours later and asked to change rooms. They changed their story instead—yes there’s a smell, it’s due to construction; it should be gone by 5pm when work ends. I asked to change rooms, but they said it would be pointless because the smell was inescapable. This info came from the exact same person who gave me a room spray after saying she couldn’t smell anything at all.

After learning the hotel smelled awful due to construction (and why would that even be?) we were told the hot water would be shut off for hours during our stay—again due to construction.

The AC in our room was permanently set to 77°F, so to keep us cool enough to sleep, and air out the smells, we kept the windows open at night. But this meant all night we heard the loud sounds of people leaving the nightclub across the street, dogs, sirens, etc.

Hilariously, we met another tourist at a local coin laundry and got to talking about our respective hotels. She said hers was the worst ever—overpriced and uncomfortable. We said good night to her at the laundromat, only to see her again in the elevator—she was staying at the same stinky hotel!

tldr: smelly overpriced hotel lies to guests

整體不錯，但床太小

客房乾淨，但小間，雙人床大小，大約是單人床加大，體型大的可能會不舒服，櫃檯員工接待很好友善，空調強勁，走出去路口就有便利商店，晚上附近很多居酒屋，離車站近

Amazing and very friendly staff. No laundry but there is a 24 hour coin laundromat 2 blocks away. Lots to do in the area, shopping, restaurants, very close to the train station, only a few corners have shady guys standing all day.

Shower water kept getting hot while showering, no baggage hold area u must rent lockers
Received large heavy box and no one offered to help when asked if they had a cart we were told they was using it for work,
No customer service at all!
Desk was left unattended often
No phones or iron in room

It was so humid my fingers were swollen, all my documents wet, I could barely breathe or sleep. Staff was incompetent and would not offer a refund for the nights in the room with the severe humidity. Horrible experience

The room is spacious and the hotel is locate about 5mins walk from Kameido station/ There are many small restaurant and convenient store nearby! One start off because I think my blanket was not changed because there is tiny blood stain I saw

I liked that it was near the metro. What I didn’t like, it’s that from the Expedia platform, it gives you the wrong direction of the hotel. I walked to an other direction with my big luggage. But it’s ok, then I just wrote the hotel directly in my maps and it was ok. I think the hotel was nice, but the smell was strong. It smelled like cigarette and i really didn’t like it. I liked the amenities.

Although it is not a luxury hotel, it is well-suited for my trip. The prices are reasonable. It is close to Kameido station, and I found some nice restaurants nearby. I will be staying at the hotel for a family trip next month, mainly because of its reasonable price and location.
