フロントの男性の方の対応がとても良かったです。到着してからフロントに子供分の枕や、タオル、椅子の追加など連絡してしまいましたが…柔軟に対応していただきました。本当に低コストなのに素晴らしい対応でした。お部屋も綺麗でコンセントも5つあり良かったです！

清潔感のあるホテルで、匂いも無かったです。スタッフの外国の方だと思いますが、日本語も丁寧でした。TV画面も大きくて○。強いて言えば、部屋にレンジがあると嬉しいかったですが、、、良かったです。また宿泊したいと思います。

Although it is not a luxury hotel, it is well-suited for my trip. The prices are reasonable. It is close to Kameido station, and I found some nice restaurants nearby. I will be staying at the hotel for a family trip next month, mainly because of its reasonable price and location.

Staff are very accommodating. Our room is very clean and quiet. The area is near train station, bus station, malls, and restaurants. Very accessible. Thank you!

The property was clean. Staff helped us use the check in machine at the counter. Made checking in easy. Location was very close to public transit. Would stay here again

It’s a great stay if you looking for something between the city and airport or between Tokyo and Disneyland , yo have a metro station in less than 5 min walking. Like 3 convenience stores , McDonald’s etc. Rooms are small as everything in Tokyo but perfect stay.

Petite chambre petit lit petite baignoire mais fonctionnel
Plein de petit endroit pour manger a proximité.
Ca faisait du bien de retrouver ce quartier calme apres une journee dans les rues tŕes animees de la ville .

We stayed there 7 nights, it was a very calm stay. Accessible to different convenient stores, train station walking distance. They had a few complimentary toiletries. Rooms are small but most hotel room are unless you’re paying up for the big rooms. I would stay here again.

도쿄 중심지랑 떨어져있지만 교통 나쁘지 않고, 근처에 쇼핑몰도 있는데 관광객도 별로 없어서 현지 기분내기 괜찮습니다. 방은 도쿄 호텔치곤 넓은 편이나 따로 물을 제공해주지도 않고, 정수기도 없어요. 1층에 어메니티는 자유롭게 챙겨갈 수 있고, 전자레인지도 사용가능합니다. 체크인시 200엔(입욕세) 부과됩니다.

No coffee in the room and only one microwave for the whole hotel but!.... complimentary toiletries, loafers, bathrobes!😊 staff id nice and really helpfull. Location is great as well, lots of dining and shopping nearby. And the best? Really affordable!

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget and don't care about service. Upon arrival twice, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes, speaking through a tablet to try and check in. Other clients were waiting and seemed frustrated. The room was adequate but the washroom smelled of urine.
We had stayed 4 other places and this was by far the worse during our trip.

Muy cerca de estacion Kameido en donde hay un atre y encuentras comida, desayunos, starbucks,uniqlo, cerca tienes family mart, 7, restaurantes. Caminando a unos minutos esta un santuario (santuario kameido) que visitamos por la tarde y tomamos fotos muy lindas. Tambien caminando llegamos al parque (nishi) y estaban muy lindos los cerezos y habia juegos de niños. Enfrente del parque hay una plaza (olinas mall) encontramos muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

La habitación no la limpian diario pero te pones de acuerdo que día, siempre hay personal en recepción y son muy amables,hablan inglés, tienen lockers para tus maletas por si llegas temprano. Te prestan sombrillas.

Pros: Very close to transportation hubs (bus, train), lots of shops and restaurants close by. Cons: Lack of amenities (no tea/ coffee/juice/bread offered); only 1 garbage bin in room; won't hold luggage for you after check-out...must use lockers for a fee. Our luggage needed to pay for 2 lockers because storage was too small.
