大満足です。

京都観光に時間がかかるのでホテルにいる時間は少なく、いろんな設備がついたリゾートホテルではなく、清潔感があればお手頃価格を優先して施設を選ばさせてもらいました。家族4人で宿泊し、みんな大満足でした。何よりも清潔感がありがたかったです。またアクセスの悪い金閣寺にどうやって行くかを悩んでいたのですが、送迎バスがあって本当に助かりました。

長期旅行者に便利なホテル

電子レンジ、食器、冷蔵庫、箸などすべて自炊できるような設備が整っており、長期で観光する人にはとても便利なホテル。なお京都駅からも近い。

家族5人で泊まったので、ちょっぴり狭いかな？と思いましたが落ち着いた雰囲気のお洒落な空間で過ごせました。
建物自体が新しいので部屋もキレイでした！
夜はお惣菜などを買って部屋で食べたのですがノリタケのお皿やバルミューダのレンジなど機器も揃っていて良かったです。
シャンプーやボディソープの香りがとても良い香りで幸せな気分になりました。
まわりが静かなので、ゆっくりと休めました。
周りに駐車場が少ないので少し残念でした。

また利用したいです。

最新の設備

7階に泊まりました。家族4人に十分な広さで設備も整っていて満足でした。ただ、周りに駐車場が少ないのか懸念です。道を挟んである駐車場に停められたのでよかったです。

コンパクトだけど過ごしやすくて最高！

めちゃくちゃよかった！リピート決定です！接客は最小限でしたが、その中でもホスピタリティが感じられる、とっても素敵なホテルでした！こういったスマートホテルにありがちな無愛想感や接客の悪さが全くなく、似たようなコンセプトの別のホテルに前後も滞在したので、ここのホテルの素晴らしさが際立ちました！少し早く到着してしまい、荷物だけでも預かってもらえたら、という気持ちでうかがいましたが、まさかのチェックインまでさせていただけたり、子どものためにサンタさんからのプレゼントが部屋に隠されているという小さなアトラクションがあったり、ベビーベッドの貸出があったり、無料のドリンクセットのプレゼントもとても嬉しかったです！お部屋はミニマルで多少狭くは感じたけれど、かゆいところに手が届く感じで、必要十分でした。なにより掃除が行き届いていてとてもきれいでした。
洗濯乾燥機付きで、フロントで洗剤も無料でいただけるサービスもとてもよかったです！また、ドライヤーがダイソンだったり、食器がノリタケだったり、地味にさりげなく良いものを置いているのも、ポイント高かったです！！

物有所值 前台態度殷勤有禮

一家四口 第一次使用這間酒店 感覺是良好的 前台服務生有禮貌 每次經過主動打招呼招 令住客感到親切的體驗
房間整齊 設備齊全 清潔可打90分 酒店房房間有洗衣機有吸塵機 方便自己打掃房間及把一整天的衣服洗乾淨
本人一家住了特大套房 有兩個廁所 有客廳 有兩張梳化床 最多可住七人 但需要自己鋪床 酒店沒有開床服務
Housekeeping 第四日才為住客清潔房間及掉垃圾 所以如閣下連住數天 需要，每晚把垃圾放在房間外 早上11點前會有人收垃圾 但住了幾天 除第二天有人收垃圾 之後都沒有再收
酒店離京都站步行約15至20分鐘 不算遠，亦不算近 鄰近有京版電鐵 可前往大阪、宇治
及伏見杜荷 都算方便 酒店旁邊 行2分鐘 有一間中型7-Eleven 可補充資源
酒店右手邊 經過7-Eleven 往前行 可經過鴨川 風景明媚 再往前就是京阪電鐵車站 之後有麥當勞 及 幾間食肆 例如拉麵及餃子
前台服務生 再三提醒 如delay Check out 需付每小時3000円日圓 10點前還房間 相對其他酒店11點前check out 這間酒店比較遜色
前台服務生 亦提醒住客 酒店綠色環保政策 需要資源回收 所以膠樽及可循環再造東西 需要分離
建議 如果選擇住兩日一夜 是最好的選擇 如超過兩晚住宿 可以按自己需要才選擇這環保的酒店

The hotel itself is not exactly right near much….but you walk 10 minutes and suddenly you are near everything: Kyoto Station, shopping, restaurants, bars. We liked that….the serenity of the hotel and the immediate area, but quick to everything you could want. The hotel itself is small, but very modern and well maintained. The room was perfect for us 5. Plenty of room, a mini kitchen setup, very comfortable. Also, because Kyoto bus transportation is so solid, and there is a bus stop 1 minute from the hotel, we were easily able to get to temples, further out areas, etc.

Brand new apartment, but too early check-out

Check-out is at 10am. The price is 3,000 yen per extra hour. This is unusual and was a disappointment. Other than that the apartment appears brand new.

This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. Definitely recommend!!

Friendly staff. Location within a 10-15 min walk to Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower. It is also close to another smaller station probably 10 min.
Loved having the in room washer/dryer and kitchenette. The hotel did provide some laundry detergent so that was great. They had an instruction manual that laid out how to use the combo washer/dryer and the other appliances in multiple languages (e.g English and Chinese) . Would stay here again.

I love the Monday aprt chain! This was the second one on our Japan trip. Love the amenities. Love the service of the staff. Absolutely helpful with receiving and holding our bags, as well as the linked service for sending our bags forward.
And the washing machine in the room was a huge selling point for traveling with our family.
Very close to the metro station and konbinis very close as well to this location

Our stay in MONday premium apartments was fantastic. The rooms was immaculately clean and as described. The staff were all so friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay one to remember. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto and can't thank the staff enough for looking after us!

Este apart hotel es excelente. Nuestra experiencia fue espectacular. El personal es demasiado amable, el hotel es muy lindo, tranquilo, extremadamente limpio. Está completamente equipado con absolutamente todo lo que necesitas, incluso cosas que no sabes que vas a necesitar y que están ahí al alcance de tu mano. Sin dudas volvería. Recomiendo 100% esta propiedad

Close to train station

It is a 3- 4 minute walk from the train station. Perfect.
The reception has friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, which made the stay a lot more convenient. The big room can easily accommodate 6-8 people, even though we only have four people.

Good location - close to 2 subway stations and has 7/11 nearby. Clean, good size room. Washing/drying machine in the room - but I would recommend to find out how to use dryer (otherwise it would take 3 hours to dry a wash load). Overall, I think it’s worth it’s price and would recommend.

一早到飯店寄放行李辦理入住手續，櫃檯人員態度很友善親切，晚上回飯店，行李已經在房內了。飯店很新，近七條站，搭公車也方便，走到京都車站也不算太遠。唯一小小的缺點是附近只有7-11，沒有超市。

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 5 adults and 1 child. The hotel is newer, very clean, and the staff was great. Check in and check out we’re very quick and easy. Have the laundry and detergent readily available was very convenient and helpful.

The hotel is by a 711, 2-3 minute walk to the blue line which is one stop to Gion. It is about a 8-10 minute walk from Kyoto station. There aren’t too many restaurants right beside the hotel but many in a still walkable distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
