We stayed two nights and paid 3,000 USD. But it’s not ski-in ski-out. No restaurant, no onsen, no sauna, very tight parking lots. Not mineral water in the room (in fact nothing in the fridge and there is no bar) and when you call the reception they tell you to drink tap water. No room service… ski locker room is also very small and always crowded with other guests trying to get out at the same time. No staff there to help. We wouldn’t go back to this place.

母と息子と3人で宿泊させてもらいました。
素敵なホテルで、もう一泊したいホテルでした。
外国の方もスタッフに居ましたが、
日本語が通じなくてもニコニコ対応してくれて好印象でした。
唯一、日本のスタッフの方におすすめのレストランをあとでお電話しますとの事でしたが来なかったので、⭐︎4です。自分で探して食べました。
朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。
また富良野に行く際は利用します。

The exterior is stunning and beautifully designed.
However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
In three days, housekeeping only came once—and all they did was change the sheets and take out the trash. The floors weren’t even lightly cleaned.
After checking out, I realized I had left something behind. I tried contacting the hotel by phone and email, but received no response.
If you’re currently considering booking this hotel,

Nice modern decor which came with free parking. Could imagine staying here for a while since it was such a comfortable stay and came with common work spaces.

Great service from Nakajima san! We had some problems with the laundry’s washer and needed to call and trouble her after the front desk was closed. She was so willing to help us despite being off duty.

Ms Fu speaks multiple languages and has a good memory. We requested for several items at the front desk and she did not left out anything ! We expected there might be some missing items since this is what we often experienced in other hotels.

Thank you ladies!

It would be wonderful if there are vending machines to sell drinks and food like sandwiches or simple meals. There is a convenience store about 200 metres down the slope but nothing beats the convenience of vending machines without the need to step out of the hotel!

Modern decor. Friendly front desk staff. Just need to take note of the timing when it will be unmanned.

The room was very spacious and new. The location is fantastic if you are driving. Close to many amenities like convenient shops and restaurants (within 15 mins drive or less). Free laundry near lobby area.

However, parking is limited on property.

Rooms were clean with amenities. Service staff (Dorothy) is friendly and helped recommend dining places and things to do around Furano. It’s convenient if you have a car and parking was not an issue as there’s a large parking area about 3-5 mins away by foot if you can’t parked at the smaller carpark beside the hotel. It’s just around a ski slope but we didn’t make use of that since we went in summer.

The property is quiet, convenient and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It is easy to drive to attractions from here. There is a petrol kiosk just around the corner. Coffee and toast downstairs (Ronin) is great to start your day. There are few great dinning options just 5-7min walk from the property. The view of the mountains in the day and the lights of the houses in the night between the mountains and property are fantastic. Drive to Furano townis just 10min away with great food, pharmacy and supermarket.

We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel

Hotel room is clean and pleasant. Dining options are limited, but the room has kitchen amenities for you to cook your own meals (supermarkets and shops within 15-20 minutes walking distance). Polite and friendly staffs that can converse well in English.

Liked that it was spacious and new. We felt very comfortable in the suite. Staff spoke excellent English. But the carpark had very limited lots and the assigned carpark which is a walk away with no shelter, is not convenient if it is raining.

雖然酒店新淨及房間整潔，惟服務台的營業時間是上午9時至下午6時，營業以外時間要自行處理入住及退房，覺得不便，而且車位不足，晚上要在昏暗環境下尋找車位。此外，房間包早餐，店方亦沒有指示到哪間餐進食，要自行摸索。現時很多酒店都借環保之名而不會每日清潔房間，這間酒店亦是，入住兩晚，連浴巾等都沒有補給。

We booked a 3 room suite. Thot it was al3 bedroom in one unit but it turn out to be 3 separate rooms connected with a common main door. Love this hotel thought it is not near amenities. Quite & comfortable.

Fabulous 3 nights stay. The apartment is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. We had breakfast at Ronin cafe (level 1 of the property) The breakfast sets were well thought of. We totally enjoyed the place.

Fabulous Fenix West!

Nisade is the first of the high-end Niseko developers to put a quality project on the ground. It is beautiful, with industrial design softened by a lot of contrasting woodwork.
The design is classically modern understated.
The staff was ultra friendly, from manager Yuko to the front desk, to all of the drivers, who recognized the guests by name after a few days. Walking the short 100 yards from the Kitanomine gondola felt like going home each day.
I would highly recommend Fenix West. I chose it over the larger Fenix and feel like it was the perfect choice. I will definitely stay at Fenix West again and hope to see the same friendly and helpful staff again. My friends who stayed at a large hotel were envious of the concierge level service provided by Fenix West.

Staff friendly, room clean, WiFi good, convenient parking if you can get a spot at the hotel. Good coffee shop downstairs but not included in room rate. It was quite noisy when staff cleaning snow and ice on the exit stairwell outside as the banging on the metal staircase to clean the steps rang like a bell over and over again for hours behind our bed wall. I know the snow clearing must be done, but next time I would make sure my room is not adjacent to the stairwell. Terrible way to wake up.

整體不錯

整體酒店硬件軟件都不錯，員工也非常有禮貌，但美中不足是房間清潔問題，我們住三晚，但他只有第二日來，清理垃圾亦沒有整理房間被鋪，這是我唯一不太滿意的地方。另外，我們租了兩個房間，但他竟然將我們分拆在兩個不同的樓層，極為不便。希望有改善空間。

Yuko made our stay extra special. She took us to the fabulous soba restaurant next door. We came for the Hokkai Heso Matsuri festival held annually for two days. She arranged for the hotel driver to take us into town, and walked us where to find a taxi to return later that night. She even called our room to check if we returned safely. She went out her way to make our stay in Furano super memorable.

很舒適的酒店

設施簇新，房間整潔寬闊，服務員態度很好，極近滑雪場，唯酒店入口對泊車後携行李不太方便，整體仍不錯！如價格能低一點更好！
