20年ぶりに泊まりました。変わらない親切さ、おばちゃんは引退していたけど、会えました。変わらない元気さで、たくさんお話ししてくれました。

京都駅から京都タワーのちょっと行った先なので近くて見つかりやすかったです。
向かいにファミリーマートあるので便利ですが、多少深夜も騒がしい時もありましたが、宿は静かで快適でした。
すぐ近くの東本願寺の鐘で目が覚めましたが早起きして活動する予定でしたのでぐっすり睡眠とれて起きる事が出来ました。
タオルと歯ブラシがついていました。浴衣はなかったです。
廊下にお湯とお水が常備されていました。

京都旅館体験

仕事前の前泊に利用しました。
初めての場所なのに、親戚の家に帰ってきたような、ほっとする感覚。
お風呂も共同冷凍冷蔵庫も、良いと思います。
共同の洗面所も、懐かしい。昭和の匂いがしました。
お部屋は古いですが、お部屋も寝具も清潔です。
親切にしてもらい、ありがとうございました。

チェックアウト後もオーナーより
親切にしていただきました。
京都駅からも近く、周辺のお店も色々あって
困らなかったです。

古い旅館がお好きで
寝るだけであれば良いのかも…

東本願寺が近くにあります(2016年2月まで修復中ですが…)

駅に近い格安なホテル

可もなく不可もないホテル。旅慣れしていれば泊まれるホテルである。ただ、寝ることのみなら、気にならないが旅行をあまり、しない人には、おすすめできない。

対応は最悪でした

宿に到着すると 宿主から オーバーブッキングしてしまってすでに他の方を泊めてしまったから部屋が空いていないと言われ、自分で他の宿を探すよう言われました。
2ヶ月前から予約していたんですけどね。 本来なら宿主が代わりのホテルを手配していただくのが筋だと思います、
この時期はどこも満室で午後3時過ぎから不慣れな土地で宿を探すのは大変でした。
対応は最悪です。

Overbooking, Bad service, and so on

I did not stay at this hotel due to overbooking. The stuff just returned the accomodation fee. She did not search any other empty hotel. According to the expedia's instruction, the reconfirmation of my booking is not needed, but the stuff reuquired me when I arrived at the hotel. Why? I will never go there!

優れた立地

予約していたにもかかわらず宿泊当日に「団体客が入り満室になった」と連絡あり。代わりに近所のビジネスホテルを用意してもらった。

ちょっとヒドイ

部屋の鍵が壊れている。壊れましたと言われる。風呂が水しか出ない。壊れましたと言われる。一番大事なところでしょう。個室鍵付きで風呂があると思って予約したわけで。金返して欲しいところだが、先払い。ひどすぎる。

ダブルブッキングといわれて、他の宿泊施設を紹介されました。
寝るだけだったし、部屋もきれいな旅館でした。
そちらの料金は払ってもらいましたが、
泊まろうとしていたところよりも、安いところです。

Japanese Ryokan

The Ryokan was very clean and the owner was very friendly and it is near Kyoto station. However the room was on the 3rd floor and we had to climb 2 flights of rather narrow stairs. Also, there was no on-suite bath. But the most disturbing thing was that the walls were thin and you could hear people in the next room talking and/or snoring..

Washing area was on the hallway and there wasnt hot water offered when it was cold in the December.
The room was very out dated..
it was close to the station but there were many more other options around that area that could be better than here

Nice location
I stayed at the new building for 4 nights
There is a family mart just opposite the ryokan
Quite a lot of facilities
Room is clean but small
There is a washing and drying machine
Host is able to speak English
Quite location, lots of attractions nearby
5 to 10 mins walk to kyoto station
There are no lift, only stairs hence you need to climb a lot especially when you need to go brush teeth and shower

We stayed in the annex which is just across the street from the main hotel. Our room was basic - 6 tatamis, 2 futons and a tv but it suited our needs. The toilet was on the same floor as our room and always clean while the shower was shared and located on the first floor but always clean as well. The location was convenient, just a 5 min walk from Kyoto station and across a family mart. We enjoyed our stay!

The comfort of the bedding and the hotel staff was excellent. For the amount of guests shared bathrooms were never an issue. Halls were hot during record heat week, but rooms stayed cool with the A/C units. Staff offered us a ride one hot morning when we had our longest morning walk of the trip. Very walkable and near the Kyoto Tower. A great traditional Japanese place to stay.

Pasamos 2 días en este riokan y la experiencia fue increíble especialmente de Tanaka el chico de la recepción, extremadamente amable y aunq no hay lujos el lugar tiene muy buena ubicación. 100% recomendable, económico y cerca de estación Kyoto

상당히 낡은 여관입니다. 다다미 방이었는데 아주 깨끗하진 않았어도 교토에서 이 가격으로 구할수 있는 잠자리면 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 아쉬운건 1층방인데 길 가는 사람들 목소리가 잘 들렸다는것 정도인데 밤 되니 거의 없어져서 별 문제는 없었습니다.

정말정말 친절하십니다 짱이에요
방에서 냄새가 나는데 들어가면 금방적응되는 냄새구요 그냥 방 특유의 냄새에요
정말 기분좋게 묵다 갑니다 ^^
아 샤워실이 2개라 아침엔 조금 불편하네요 화장실도 새로하셔서 그런지 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다
이만큼이나 적었는데 뭘 또 적으라는건질 모르겠네요^^참 그리고 교토역과 거리도 가깝습니다 저는 동네가 조용하고 좋았어요 도보 5분정도 잡으심되고 금방 길도 익숙해지네요 곳곳에 큰 절이 있어서요

物有所值

旅館價格真的很便宜，離京都車站也不遠，位置還不錯，但是這裡可不是俗又大碗的地方，便宜的價格，品質也打折扣，適合找便宜，要求不多的旅客。

Good location and comfortable

strategic location, near to kyoto station especially Higashi Honganji temple. We check in very late and still could find the owner waiting for us. Shared bathroom but so far no queue. The room was wide and comfortable enough for 4 persons.

近馬路，太嘈，住楼下整晚睡不着，楼上又嘈

整體得一個嘈字，住在地下，楼上一楼成晚行走，又近馬路，難而入睡，房間有蚤，地蓆有味，我住過的日式旅館最糟糕的一間，祇得职員熊度頗親切。

5 minutes from the central Kyoto station and metro

Very Well, for the position , central (near central station of Kyoto also metro station ) , is little ryokan style , not western style hotel, very well Tanaka san with is good english and his style friendly and professional , in front of the great temple higashi hoganji (the temple of Shiran ) Budhha Amida school , 3 minutes from the station and the Kyoto Tower , is of course a little ryokan different from western style hotel) , with tatami and japanese bath little personal onsen style , (very well) . Good moreover for position and for the very good english of the kind tanaka san , is rare so good english speaker also in more great hotels(do not underestimate this item in japan !) . Very well not expensive, also this is important

위치 좋고 친절한 할머니 ^^

일본집은 처음이였는데.. 좋았어요 ^^ 할머니도 너무 친절하시고.. 단지 공용 화장실이라는 점과 씻는 곳이 1층이라는 점이 약간 불편하긴 했습니다. 이외에는 역에서도 가깝고 옆에 산책할 수 있는 곳도 있어서 좋았습니다. 할머니 또 뵙고 싶네요 ㅠㅠ

地道體驗

原本對這旅館期望不大，因為看過不同人的評價也表示旅館污糟，我和朋友只求近車站。的確，旅館位置距離京都站十分鐘路程，而街口亦有通往清水寺、祇園的巴士站，交通便利。
旅館內，上層是旅客住的，下層是老闆及其家人住的，所以沒有門禁，出入自便，好像自己的家。公共設施整潔，唯所有客人，不分男女，也是共用一個沖涼室及洗手間。房間分不同大小，我和朋友住的二人房屬於最少的房間，床舖整潔，唯房間塵較多，需經常開窗或冷氣，街景開揚，可能期望不高，最後換來是不錯的住宿體驗。

Amabilidad personificada.

Hotel tranquilo, algo destartalado, habitación al estilo japonés,amplia pero básica. Recepción apenas habla ingles, con una mujer mayor simpatiquísima ( para nosotros lo mejor). Baños compartidos (agua caliente, presión, toallas y jabon correctos). Precio algo elevado por lo que ofrece, pero los precios de la zona son igual o mas caros.
Para pasar la noche al visitar Kioto y nada mas. Espero que mejoren.

교토역에서 아주 가까워요 바로앞에 큰 절도 있습니다. 굉장히 오래된것같은 건물인데 방은 삼인실 배정받았는데 캐리어 펼쳐놓고 쓰기 편했습니다. 주변 조용해서 잠 잘 잤네요

저렴하고 교토역과 가까운여관.

호텔스 닷컴의 예약이 잘못되었음. 4명을 예약 했는데 업소측에는 3명만 예약되었으나 업체에서 추가요금을 요구하지 않음. 여관은 가격대비 괜찮고 무엇보다 친절하며 교토역과 가까워서 편리.

싼 가격에 이용하는 숙소

교토 시내에서 하루 묵으려고 찾아갔는데 정말 싼 가격에 잠만 자기엔 좋습니다. 특별한 편의 시설은 없지만 교토역과 도보로 5분 거리라 다른곳으로 이동하긴 좋습니다.

Good location, very basic and potentially no wifi.

The Ryokan itself smelled of dog as the owner lets their dog roam around. I booked to stay here for a Ryokan experience however my room was actually in a different apartment building a block or two away. The room was someones apartment and was quiet clean another benefit was I had a personal bathroom and kitchen facilities. However no wifi and I had to go back to the main Ryokan to access the internet.
