スタッフの方がとても親切で滞在をより快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も広々としていて快適でした。キッチン、洗濯機も部屋にあり長期滞在でも不便ないと思います。

We absolutely loved this apartment!! Out of the five apartments/hotels we stayed in while in Japan, this was by far the best!
It has two separate bedrooms, both with single beds and doors that close them off from the living areas. Each with air conditioners in them. There was another platform/space if we had additional people that was open to the living area. There was also a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer too.
It was really close to the train station and there were a number of Lawsons/Family Marts/7-11’s nearby. Plus a supermarket with amazing food and such cheap dinner options when you just want to chill at home. Staff were super friendly and so nice. Always checking in to see what we’d done for the day and how it went.
Unlike other people, we didn’t want to stay somewhere that was right in the heart of Tokyo as we wanted to stay somewhere quiet and this property delivered that. We will definitely come back to this property when we return to Tokyo.

The room was spacious and clean for two kids and two adults. There are many dining options walkable distance from the hotel. The prices in the restaurants are reasonable as it is in the residential area. It is a few minutes walk from Morishita train station, and also from the Life grocery store where you can buy cooked and uncooked food and prepare and enjoy in the hotel. The hotel room has utensils, cookware, stove, and laundry machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a great variety of restaurants to choose from within walking distance, the rooms were clean with small but adequate kitchen, the staff were helpful very friendly and looked after all our needs. will defiantly recommend to friends and would stay here again

We booked the 3-bedroom for our 6-night stay in Tokyo and we had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was in clean and perfect condition, the amenities are great, the staff are responsive and communicative. They provided your essentials and had a cleaning service every 2 days, or if your stay was longer they could also change the sheets for you. The location is good, convenience stores and food places nearby, and the subway station is close. We only had one issue which is that on the day we requested cleaning, we came back to our hotel room late and the door had been left open and unlocked. I wasn’t sure if that was on purpose, but everything was fine, we did not take issue with it and did not report it (it was late at night and we just wanted to rest). The area and the hotel are safe. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel.

在住宅區靜巷中，是我們全家在東京住過空間最寬敞最滿意的旅店，乾淨俐落整潔，有洗脫烘洗衣機、簡易廚房刀叉餐盤小冰箱可以簡單處理清潔採購食物。衛浴也非常舒爽，但建議若能提供有掛衣服的掛勾會更方便。洗臉台的木板因潮濕有些黑掉(但整體使用瑕不掩瑜)。真的是非常的舒服，很適合多天的旅行長住，兩個小孩已經是國中生很能行走，走一小段路去搭地鐵享受在地文化真的超棒的。非常享受這次的住宿，滿分絕對實至名歸。很期待再回來 :)

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were extraordinarily kind and welcoming. The location is quiet and residential. Restaurants and konbinis nearby. Subway is a short walk. Though the location is not in one of the popular tourist areas of Tokyo, the extra space in the room makes up for it. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. The fridge and freezer allows you to keep food on hand for longer stays. Overall, an excellent choice for a family or larger group when visiting Tokyo.

We loved East Square. The friendliest staff we’ve ever met (thank you to Yu and Hitomi!).
We were 4 people and loved that we had our own private bedrooms with a living area as well. Very clean, super close to the metro station and lots of convenience stores, groceries, restaurants nearby if you need. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee in the lobby too :)

Location was in quiet residential area, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku and Eoda lines, Similarly close to Lawsons, 7 Eleven and Family Mart; and restaurants and bakery. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Super clean and cozy. Sufficient space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Only suggestion would be to add a shoe shelf in the entry way as it can get crowded with shoes, which blocks toilet entrance.

We absolutely loved East Square from the first second we were greeted by the most friendly and professional team. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and offered a variety of nice little extras (like pyjamas). We really enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome little hotel in the outskirts of central Tokyo.

Can't fault anything about the hotel, clean, quiet and very friendly staff, particularly Yu who always greeted us with his happy and friendly energy!

One issue we had was that the washing machine was broken in the room, but the hotel were quick to take action and provided us with free laundry service as a replacement!

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a quieter area of Tokyo, whilst remaining a stone's throw away from convenience stores, public transport and metro stations.

Great little apartment in a super convenient location for getting around (2 mins walk from metro on the oedin line). Very quiet and comfortable. Spacious by Japanese standards. Very comfy beds, good little kitchen, quality bathroom. Reception workers very super friendly and helpful. Moroshita is a great residential area with local restaurants and a good super market within walking distance. Loved being tucked away from tourist area in a quieter area. Yet able to get to everything we wanted easily and quickly.

This property was wonderful. We stayed with a family of six and it had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and service was fantastic, the went above and beyond to accommodate us all. Train station was close by and easily accessible. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We were a family of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) and had such a lovely stay at East Square. The location was perfect - it was within a 3 min walk to the station and there were many dining options around the area. The apartment was fantastic - it was a decent size for Japanese standards and having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a big plus. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, my kids still say how much they miss them. We'll be definitely staying here again next time we come to Tokyo!

All the staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived (Yu checked us in who was wonderful), the staff we talked to the next day to the staff that checked us out, they were all so amazing. Look forward to future stays here again. It's close to train station so you can pretty much get wherever you need to be!

We like the amenities of the room with kitchenette for our family. We like the room was kept clean in general like the dining table was not oily or dusty to touch and decent size for Japan standards. We like the friendly staff especially Yu san. He was very personable so much so my son loves him. We like that the staff can speak English. We like that the hotel is 5 min walking distance to the nearest train station. We don't like the comforter inside the white sheets were stained (we question if it has been cleaned especially the color is yellow compared to outside sheet cover) and that the outside sheet cover has a large opening to let it slide out as we shift positions during sleeping. We don't like the bathroom countertop is made of wood which cause water seepage and noticeable stains from past usage. We would like to see more wall hooks for our bags and bath towels. Overall a good solid choice.

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful with every question I asked. The location was great and safe to walk around at night to local grocery stores 2 blocks down.Our go to’s were 7/11 and Lawsons.Around the block from subway station which was super convenient! Kitchenette also included pots , plates , cups , mugs and utensils !The washing machine was a good size and detergent was provided. I liked that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. Will definitely be booking again for next trip !

Perfekt lille lejlighed i Tokyo

Dejlig lille og ren lejlighed. Perfekt størrelse til en familie på 5. Der var både mikroovn og vaskemaskine i lejligheden. Alle vi mødte i receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme og havde et godt engelsk. Beliggenheden var rolig og 3 minutter fra en metrostation.

Huge rooms and a quiet hotel. It is really close to public transport, heaps of food options nearby and it's a really nice neighbourhood.

The best bit by far was the service, the people working there were so nice and happy, good genuine people. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

We thought East Square Tokyo was a great find for our family of four adults, especially so as we had plenty of room, it was so clean and quiet, the local area handy for anything you may need AND only a short walk from the train. It is positioned in an area that allows easy access to the whole of Tokyo. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating too!!
My only small complaint would be to suggest an extra towel rack in the bathroom and hand towel in the toilet. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend East Square Tokyo!

Located near Morishita station. Check in and check out is a breeze. Warm and friendly staffs. Free snack (rice cracker, instant coffee) as well as cold and hot water available for guest. Although the washing machine was faulty, staff provided free laundry service via nearby laundromat. Overall, recommended.

East SQUARE Tokyo was an absolutely incredible place to stay as first time travellers to Japan!

The place is new and the rooms are great. It is located super close to a metro station that has trains going in both directions so you can find yourself in the thick of things in absolutely no time at all, but still come home to the quite location with supermarkets and convenience stores on the back door.

Having the kitchen meant we could cook ourselves breakfast each morning, because breakfast can be difficult to find in Japan.

The staff speak incredible english and are happy to help with everything you need.

The only thing I took one star off for was the location (not the hotel itself) and that is only because it was almost impossible for me to eat as a vegetarian. This was a bit a of a stressor but we found ways to work around, and again this is only for "location" not for the hotel itself which was AMAZING!!!!

Great fully stocked service apartment type for a big families. Great customer service and staff speaks English very well. Very near Morishita station (<5min walk), but note that station is far from center of most happening areas in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza). If you want a big space and an affordable rate, this is a good choice. Note that there is no room cleaning services, towels changing / rubbish clearing/ basic toilet cleaning is done once every 2 days.

At check in, we were greeted by a friendly staff who gave us very detailed briefing of the apartment and facilities. The rooms were spotless. Only complaint is that the hot water would turn cold for 1-2 seconds during a shower and lack of hooks or towel rods to hang our clothes and towels. There was only 1 clothes rack that could barely accommodate all our winter jackets. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, located near several convenience shops and eateries, a short walk to the metro station and easy to get to almost everywhere.
