日曜日の為かちょうど良い混み具合で、ラウンジでもゆっくりできました。
お風呂も貸切状態でのんびり利用できました。お部屋は眺めも風情あり、とても静かでぐっすり眠れました。3人での利用だったので、ルームキーが2つあったら便利だったと思います。

とても清潔感があり、アメニティーから、サービスまで素晴らしくて、お風呂上がりに、大浴場にアイスまで用意されていたのは、ビックリしました ~😊
フリードリンクも種類も多くて、旅行に行ってホテルであんなにゆったりと過ごせたのは初めてでした。
スタッフの方も、皆さん笑顔で常に優しく対応してくださり！また、高山に行く時は、このホテルに行こうと思います。友達にもおすすめしたいです。

2019年オープンのシックなホテル

街並みに合ったシックな外観、開放的なロビーでいただく地酒、朝食は老舗料亭から取り寄せたお弁当を美味しくいただきました。近場にレストラン、お土産屋がたくさんあり、何度も行き来するのに便利な立地、でもお宿自体は落ち着いていてロビーでアルコールを頂きながらゆったりと過ごせました。

スタッフの細やかなサービスに大満足

夫婦で宿泊しました。
オープンして一年足らずとのことでしたので、非常にキレイな宿でした。
た23時までオープンしているハリーのバーがあり、地酒を複数種類堪能できました。

スタッフの方々の気遣いも細かく、非常に満足しています。
高山に行った際は、またご利用したいと思いました。

スタイリッシュ和モダンなホテル

ホテルは洗練されたデザインで、とても綺麗でした。立地も最高で、観光名所の真ん中にある感じです。テレビが無いことに耐えられない方には無理かもしれませんが、私たちにとっては、雑音が届かない静かなお部屋で、ゆっくり休むことが出来ました。

駐車場が少し離れていて、坂道を歩かなければいけないので、雪深い日はしんどいかも

また利用させて頂きます。

真新しくて綺麗だけど快適性は部屋に依りけり？

まだ木の香りが残る真新しいホテル。
朝市も飲食店も近く旅の拠点に最適。
朝食は地のもので量もまずまず。
スタッフさんも懇切丁寧に対応してくださりとても雰囲気の良いホテルでした。
残念なのがエントランスに近い部屋だったため、車で乗り付けられた他のお客さんの騒音が筒抜け。
壁も薄め？近い部屋の女性団体客の騒ぎも筒抜け。
新しいホテルだから仕方ないかと思うけど、お値段にしては割高な印象でした。

オープンしてまだ数カ月なので、とても綺麗で、快適でした。
スタッフの方のおもてなしも素晴らしく、ずっと忘れられない良いホテルの思い出になりました。

部屋にはTVは無くトイレには手洗いが無い。部屋内では草履があり草履を履いて寝室もトイレにも移動する。生活様式があまりにも一般的ではないと感じた。洗面器も小さく不便でした。

建物もお部屋もとても素敵で清潔感もありました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で素晴らしかったです。
が、新しいホテルのためなのか不備がたくさん。チェックインがなかなかできず2時間くらい待ちました。
アメニティも部屋になく、頼んで届けてもらいました。
通常は部屋着があったようですが、部屋になく、お風呂に入りに行けませんでした。
部屋に普通置いてある説明書などもなく困りました。
素敵なホテルでしたが、まだプレオープン？っていう感じがしました。

ＯＰＥＮから浅くとても綺麗な宿でした。
しかし浅いためか駐車場の件や朝食時の順番等で不具合がありました。スタッフは親切で良かったのですが私の家族の宿泊スタイルには合わなかった様です。

全体的には心地良い、ただオープンしたばかりで行き届かない面も。

スタッフの皆様がとても親切で丁寧でした。
部屋にはテレビがないので食後はラウンジで利き酒をしながら過ごしました。
お風呂は大変シンプル、朝食も和定食でヘルシーでした。

ただオープンしたばかりで、少し不便な事もありました。それらは今後改善されると思いますが、しばらくは覚悟して行かれることをお薦めします。
①駐車場が遠く、看板もなくわかりにくい。
②部屋に館内説明用のファイルはあるものの、中身が何もなく説明もない。
③部屋着が完全に外国人向けで、日本人の女性にはサイズが大きく、着心地も良くない。

オープンしたばかりなので、とても綺麗でよかったです。ロビーでは、ビールのサービスや利き酒、お茶お水が無料で頂けます。ロビーと客室の机や椅子も飛騨高山にこだわりがありました。朝食も美味しかったです！アメニティはお持ち帰りもでき、客室のお風呂も広かったです。ただ、部屋着のサイズ感がバラバラなので、ご自分のを持っていかれると快適です。オープンしたてということで、スタッフの方もバタバタしており、待つことがありました。外国人宿泊者も多めです。立地はものすごくいいので、観光しやすいです。お車の方は事前にホテルに駐車場予約が要りますので、ご注意を。

ただ照明が使いにくかった。フットライトのスイッチが独立してあるとベター。（気が付かなかったならスミマセン）

Amazing hotel in a great location close to the old town, morning market and Sake shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Hotel also had free drinks from 5pm and breakfast service which was an incredible traditional Japanese breakfast. Hotel had a spa room and also accepts tattoos. Highly recommend and would stay again!

很不錯的住宿經驗

住宿三人房，飯店設計很簡約很舒服，晚上有免費飲料&清酒，幾乎都是外國人住宿，所以英文溝通沒問題，房間沒有電視，空間不算小，29吋行李可以打開.唯一美中不足的是淋浴間太小，飯店有洗衣烘衣機。總之是很舒服的住宿經驗。

不錯的住宿體驗

地理位置需要離車站有一段距離，但離主要景點很近。入夜後酒店附近暗和安靜。
職員服務很好，我遇到的職員英文都很不錯！酒店下午5-11點有飲品無限飲！
不過也有它的缺點，就是隔音不太好！其他一切我都覺得很不錯！

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Yo he echado de menos crema hidratante y en nuestro caso hacía bastante frío en la habitación, el colchón duro y las almohadas horribles. El desayuno fenomenal si te gusta probar cosas diferentes. El personal es muy amabale. Puedes pagar 100 yenes cada hora extra de check out.

事前預約了飯店前的停車位，但到的時候卻告訴我沒有，需要停到遙遠的地方，對於一個孕婦來說真的不方便。且深夜其他房客在走廊大聲聊天，還要打電話去櫃檯前才處理，有待加強。

We loved this hotel! Beautiful! Room was great. Free saki bar at night was fun. Right in the middle of the charming old town. Also, walk over and make reservations at the burger place right behind the hotel - delicious!! We would do a little shopping then swing back to the hotel, then head back out. Family Mart was right next door for snacks and drinks. It was a great stay.

Good location. Rooms a little small and beds raised on a platform...potential danger. Fairly basic but clean and tidy. Breakfasts either Western or Japanese on alternative days. Neither great but provided with great care. Free drinks for a short period in the evening. Staff polite and always helpful.

Great place and location

Very nice and clean. With free flow drinks, sake beer in lounge from 5pm to 10pm every day. Great location in the middle of the town center.Only down side is not many car parks available at the hotel. Off site parking is quite a distance away from the hotel.

An exceptional hotel that ticks all the boxes for me. Wonderful staff and service. Location is very convenient with a Family Mart a stone’s throw away and close to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops. The onsen is a bonus. Free drinks in the evening are very welcome. Love it!

Nice coat hotel stay

The hotel is nicely decorated. Our stay there was comfy and quiet at night. Furniture and room gives a warm and homely feel. Hotel provide Onsen, free drinks and carpark can be arranged. Location is convenient with morning market, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Only negative part of our stay, was that we were made to wait for 25mins to get someone to send us out to get our car which was parked elsewhere. We checked a few times while waiting at reception and finally someone came out from behind the reception and send my husband to pick up our car. Will stay again if we are going back to Takayama.

A beautiful hotel! We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in the middle of the historic area of Takayama. It’s walking distance to everything you’d like to see. The hotel is clean, staff were super kind. They have free drinks each evening in the lounge and offer both western or Japanese breakfast for a fee. The hotel isn’t the most sound proof however it’s a quiet area where shops and restaurants close at a reasonable time so we had no trouble sleeping. Our room was very spacious and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

I felt that the property is over-represented on the site. It was OK, but lack a lot of what the images show.
The beds were also very hard, probably the hardest we had in our 30 days of travel in Japan.

Clean and cosy hotel, seems newly furbished. Their breakfast was super delicious and well plated, not to be missed. Washing machine and dryer were located at the floor near the lift lobby, very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location for the old town, but when you read ‘Zen’, think very hard mattresses, minimal storage / hanging space and a sink in the main room instead of the bathroom. The main communal area where the free beer and sake is served reminded me of my old school canteen - very little atmosphere!

Lovely Hotel with super staff

Excellent hotel for a few nights in Takayama. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast with a choice of Japanese or Western. Free drinks 1700- 2300hrs. Lovely spa. Good location. BE WARNED....when you arrive, you are advised to book restaurants for evening meals, of which the hotel offers you a good choice. However, these are the most EXPENSIVE restaurants in Takayama. There are plenty of cheaper (and superb) restaurants in the town, some of which don't accept reservations and may require a 10-20 minute wait ( but well worth it).

Fantastic hotel, about a 15 minute walk from train & bus station. Right in the heart of Takayama. Walkable to everywhere within 15 mins. Breakfast fantastic, it alternates between Japanese one day and western style the next. Beautifully presented food. There is a free drink every night in the restaurant/bar area where you can have a sake tasting of 3 different sakes. The onsen is lovely and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable, we slept really well. Bathroom small, but great shower and lots of hot water. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel Takayama Wood is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of many places of interest. The hotel had a lovely calm feel to it - and the convenience of washing drying facilities was a bonus. The onsen was also a relaxing, peaceful space.

Great place to stay! Clean, modern, great location and great customer service. Highly recommended! The vegetarian breakfast is in fact not vegetarian (soup is with fish broth). But you can eat everything else. Had a great experience overall.
