RELAX HOTEL 高山ステーション

リノベされたホテルのようで、とても綺麗でした。
部屋もファミリー向けの部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋も想像以上に広くテントやプロジェクターがあり子供たちもとても楽しんでいました！
また高山に行く機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。
今回車で行ったので、駐車場が無いことが使用する人に対して注意点ですが、近くに沢山パーキングはあります。

ホテルのスタッフさん、清潔さ、サービスすごく満足でした。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。一点本当に運が悪かったのかも知れませんが、ベッドの頭側の壁が、隣の部屋と近いのか23時頃からものすごい物音が響き始め、かなり深夜まで続きました。足音なのか、直接壁を叩かれているような不快な音…子供達は早めに就寝していたのですが起きてしまいうんざり…寝ている家族も居たのでフロントに電話する声で起こすかもと迷いに迷っていたら騒音はおさまりました…結局みんなで寝不足に…
騒音問題、何か対策されるといいなと思います。

大人二人子供一人で宿泊。部屋が非常に狭く、ベッドもダブルサイズ一個のみでソファーもなく、3人はきつかった。
テレビもYouTubeとNetflixしか観れず、地デジでローカル番組が観たかった。
ウェルカムドリンクはありがたかった。

サービスがとても良かった。
ウェルカムドリンクで日本酒もあり、
部屋の冷蔵庫にはソフトドリンク・アルコール類・ミネラルウォーターがあり、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテルエントランスまでの階段は荷物を運ぶのが大変でしたが、お部屋の清潔感、広さは大満足でした。浴室も大変広く、ジェットバス付きで旅の疲れも癒されました。
他の方の投稿にもありましたが、ち朝食バイキングでの注文後のパンケーキ、焼鳥は最高でした。バイキング時の席も予め準備されていてとても快適でした。
またバイキングのスタッフの方がとても丁寧でとても嬉しかったです。

部屋のテレビがNetflix、YouTubeのみの視聴で中国語表記となっていて設定を変更するのに少し戸惑いました。

駅から近くてとっても便利。ウェルカムドリンクの白川茶美味しかったです。
お部屋は、扉を開けた途端ニヤニヤしちゃうぐらい、広くて快適！キッチン付きで長期滞在にピッタリです。
お風呂はジェットバス付きで、最高でした！

We were a bit unsure of this hotel but we’re glad we stayed. It was a hostel that is now a hotel, so our room was quite large, set up with a kitchen, and would be perfect for a family. The bathroom was clean and new and it was all very comfortable. Not to mention complimentary sake and beer! It is across the street from Takayama station, so very convenient, yet on a street that isn’t busy.

Hotel located very close to the train, convenient for dining, and a short distance to local sights. Room was clean, fit for purpose and comfortable, a quality breakfast was prepared and served as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from Takayama Station. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a great bathtub. Free breakfast had great options.
The only downside was that there’s no lift from the ground level up to reception, which might be tricky if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

This is a HOSTEL, not hotel. We probably wouldn't have booked here if we would have known before.
The front desk is on the first floor, the staff helps with heavy luggage.
During our stay, breakfast was changed from buffet style to plates (which had to be chosen the day before)

Hotel is a very short distance from train station. Check-in and out staff members were wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. The food was great. The breakfast servers were very professional, friendly, kind to ensure we enjoy the breakfast. We felt very welcome.

房間寬敞舒服，地理位置方便，有小廚房可以料理食材是最大優點，可惜住宿入口只有樓梯，雖然能夠按鈴拜託飯店幫忙提行李，但出入還是比較不方便，另外大廳是住宿吃早餐的地方，覺得烹飪時的油煙味太重，應該要改善味道問題

You can’t do much better than this when staying in Takayama. Right next to the station and walking distance to key attractions. The family suite was amazing and my daughters loved the camping play room and projector. The breakfast was perfect and the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Great value stay!

Clean Hotel With Perks — Just Know There’s NO ELEVATOR/LIFT

While the hotel listing does mention there’s no elevator, it’s not emphasized enough — and it should be. Check-in is on the second floor, and there’s no lift from the ground floor. Many guests, including myself, were surprised and had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. This detail should be made more prominent in the booking information.

The room is clean and spacious, and the hotel offers thoughtful amenities. There’s free use of the washer and dryer (with soap provided), and the dryer works better than most other hotels I’ve stayed at. The fridge in the room is stocked with complimentary drinks — water, juice, soda, and beer — and there are also free personal care items available.

Breakfast is included, but because the dining area is small, guests are assigned scheduled breakfast times. Despite that, the breakfast has a good variety of food to choose from.

The one major downside for me was room security. Although the door has a lock, it didn’t work, and there’s no safety latch. The door also opens outward, which made me feel uneasy.

Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place to stay with generous amenities, but the lack of elevator access and the room security issue are things to be aware of before booking.

Nice and affordable hotel.
It offers plenty of amenities and spacious, fully equipped rooms that provide a sense of security and comfort, with alternative options available if needed.
The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast — with a few fresh touches and small enhancements, it could become truly satisfying and elevate the overall hospitality experience.
Highly recommended. A pleasant stay overall.

This property exceeded our expectations. It’s new, great for children. The breakfast was good. The location superior, I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. Everything is well thought out and the family suites with a backyard are a great addition. Staff is always welcoming and hopeful.

The property is in excellent condition and extremely well maintained! Facility was modern and offered modern conveniences. There is a free to use laundry room on site. Room was large, very clean, bathroom was fabulous with jetted tub and large shower room. Beds were very comfortable. They offer lots of free items such as free Netflix, WiFi cold drinks including beer, complimentary sake, ramen, toiletries, etc. The paid breakfast buffet was excellent with ample options and the staff was absolutely lovely and so friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

My kids loved this hotel and thought it was the best one they have stayed in during this trip around Japan.

Amazing and recommended much beyond its cost!!

Amazing place!! In terms of service it feels like a 5-star hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable beds. We stayed at the family suite which had a tent and a projector so the kids had a movie night and camping every evening :)

We loved our stay here - our room was large and comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect - so close to the station but also walkable distance to all the main sights. Only downside to our room was that there are no windows to open and the one window was frosted. Beware that while there are lifts inside, it’s about 30 steps up to reception which can make for a challenging time with luggage!

附近有很多餐廳,走路就可以到知名的燒肉店,
下次有機會還要住
