客室は快適でした。トイレと浴室は分離され、快適でしたが浴槽は小さく、温水の調整が難しい状態でした。夕食帰りにコンビニに寄りましたが、少し遠かったと感じました。

Zimmer sind super praktisch ausgestattet und Bett war bequem. Aber herausragend ist wirklich das Personal. Die haben mir mit meinen diversen Anliegen prima geholfen.

Friendly staff. Well laid out room with washing machine, kitchenette facilities, and a comfy bed. Tasty but somewhat limited breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, 2 cereals, and coffee etc). Perfect for us but don't expect a massive buffet.

Very nice hotel, in quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to many restaurants and bars. Rooftop deck was a very nice place to relax in the evenings and room balcony was small but awesome for two to share a coffee together in the morning.

Great way to stay in Kyoto

The staff was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Great location. My room was spotless, and the amenities were great. I also appreciate that the door lock method makes it impossible to lock your key inside your room.

An ok stay. Not the best location.

The location is a bit far from everything. We stayed 4 nights and no one even emptied our garbage. The breakfast was pretty bad with almost no choice. Additionally someone spilled something by the elevator downstairs and no one cleaned it up for days. However, the room was comfortable although the ac isnt nearly strong enough to cool down the room. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall it was ok.

There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Reported it to front. They claimed to have cleaned it, but no difference. It was really off putting and permeated the whole room.

We enjoyed our visit to Kyoto and the accommodations provided by the Hiyori Stay Kyoto Kamogawa. The hotel is located on a quiet street but not far from local attractions. It is somewhat centrally situated between the main train station and the Gion district, which worked out well for us as we used this property as our hub while exploring Kyoto and also taking day trips. The room was a decent size and well equipped with everything we needed. It had a small kitchen that we didn't use, but also a refrigerator and washer/dryer that we did use. The drying feature in the shower area worked surprisingly well and it was nice to have clean clothes before moving on in our journey. The staff was also very friendly and helped us in many ways, including with dinner reservations. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when I am in Kyoto.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il primo giorno Jo, il ragazzo di turno dal pomeriggio alla sera, è stato molto gentile perché avevamo un problema con il condizionatore della camera e ci ha assegnato una stanza più bella. È vero che stavamo 6 notti ma abbiamo apprezzato. L’aparthotel è molto carino e anche vicino alla metropolitana. Il personale molto gentile. La colazione è ok. Non c’è molta varietà ma abbiamo apprezzato.

Great stay! Safe and quiet area. Close to Shichijo station. Popiscles and soba available for guests daily. Only critique would be relatively difficult to get to Kyoto station, as no connecting subway near hotel so have to cab it or walk a fair distance

This is our favorite hotel in Japan. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - they bend over backwards to provide the very best customer service. The hotel is new and has so many luxurious and thoughtful amenities. Everything is incredibly clean, in excellent condition and just like the photos online. Furthermore, the hotel has a beautiful view of the river with many windows and a private patio (at least for our room) to enjoy the view.

The floorplan is excellent and very well suited for families or groups. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and the location so quiet, we were so well rested. There are many thoughtful amenities from the free juice, ice cream, and noodle station in the afternoon, to the roof deck, to the free bikes to borrow and explore Kyoto with, to the wonderful breakfast. All sorts of toiletries are available (and free) in the lobby in case you forgot your toothbrush or need an extra bathrobe or Q-tips. There are dimmable reading lights next to the bed, and a very useful kitchenette.

The hotel is well located and close to many public transportation options and convenience stores, while being in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. One can easily walk to downtown Kyoto and other wonderful areas to explore. We only wish we had spent more time at this hotel as it excellent. We could not recommend it more and were truly impressed by the hotel and the excellent staff. Thank you for making our stay in Kyoto so memorable - we truly felt pampered!

My husband and I really appreciated the hospitality of the front desk staff, who were knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel had bicycles that we could borrow for 2 hours at a time and that ended up being so much fun and a great way to explore and see the city like the locals. The complimentary soba noodles and coffee were great, too! The room was the most spacious out of the 5 hotels we stayed at on this trip (also very clean), and we will never forget the memories we made here.
Tip: Sending your luggage ahead of time to your next hotel is worth it! The front desk can help you with that.

It was so impressive for us when we arrived. This is a very clean and gorgeous hotel with a nice view. This hotel is located at the heart of Kyoto where we could walk to every place that we wanted to visit in Kyoto. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

La habitación es muy cómoda para las 3 personas que viajamos, con excelentes amenidades. La ubicación es buena cerca del metro y algunas estaciones del bus. Lo único que no nos gusto mucho fue el desayuno, no estamos acostumbrados al tipo de comida que ofrecen.

Japanese-western fusion property: rooms are equipped similar to Japanese apartments - compact but everything you need is available. Breakfast however is western style only (sadly): eggs, sausages, cereals, toast, croissants, pancakes plus tea/coffee and juices.

Overall a good experience though.

Great, large room that is a converted apartment. Washing machine and drying system in room was fantastic. Only thing that we disliked was little access to mass transit near hotel…long walks anywhere you go. So we did more Uber Taxi’s than we had planned, but those were nice. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, very quiet area, Joe was fantastically welcoming, professional and friendly.
Close to a metro station and 15 minutes walk to the Geisha district.
Family mart and seven eleven 5 minutes walk away.
The decor and design throughout the hotel were a perfect blend of traditional and modern.

Our room was very spacious. I shared the room with my mom and we got the room with a double bed and a twin bed on a bunk. There was lots of room for us to hang out. Loved the included breakfast although I wish there was a little more variety thru the week. It can get old. Free afternoon drinks and popsicles were a plus. Joe was amazing. His customer service is top notch. I dealt with a few other staff and they did not meet his standard. He was incredibly helpful.

I wish there was were some more hooks by the door as well as in the bathroom. For hanging coats and towels.

Convenient location walkable to Kyoto station, many tourist attractions. The kitchenette and in room laundry made our extended stay easy, and, though there is no Onsen, inroom soaking tub was a good substitute.
The breakfast was the only thing that was not up to the excellent standards, with very generic cereal, scrambled eggs and toast.
We particularly appreciated Joe's friendly and efficient service.

Vi havde nogle skønne dage i Kyoto. Hiyori Stay gjorde det ekstra behageligt. Alt fungerede, og var der noget der drillede så kunne vi bare spørge. Sengene er hårde og vi sov godt. Der er gode vejledninger til at bruge vaskemaskine, tørre funktion, bruser/bad mm.
