家族４人3泊4日で利用させていただきました。
清掃が行き届いていて、とても清潔でした。洗濯機とハンガー、小さめのピンチハンガーがあったので、洗濯物を浴室乾燥で乾かすことができて良かったです。他の方も書かれていましたが、浴室用の清掃用具があるとより良いのかなと思います。
立地的には、JR野田駅と大阪メトロ玉川駅が徒歩2〜3分なのでUSJや道頓堀まで行きやすかったです。近くに線路があるので電車の音は聞こえましたが、泊まらせていただいた８階はそんなに気になりませんでした。

泊数に見合った、ごみ袋、洗剤、ティッシュペーパーの予備がない。
空気孔のせいか、近くの鉄道列車通過音が大きく何度もで、せっかくの綺麗な部屋も台無し。

ホテルというよりマンションです。
家のような感じなので、泊まっていて特別感はないですが、かなりおすすめできます。
ユニバに行く人にはおすすめです。
また、泊まりたいと思います！

Clean rooms, and the addition of a laundry machine was great. The apartment building is close to convenience stores, a grocery store and many places to eat.

amazing apartment for a long term stay for vacation! property provides utensils, pots, pans everything including a kitchen to make food etc rather than going out to eat! comfortable, clean and located in a nice area. it’s slightly noise due to the JR station Noda located down the street that travels besides the apartment! it stops after 11:30pm! i’d recommend bringing your own pillows and such because the ones provided are very flat, hard and slightly uncomfortable! an extra plus is it has a washer and a drying room that also is the shower/bath area. i really loved this saved the hassle of dirty clothes and having clean ones on hand everyday. i absolutely love my stay here at bon osaka west, next time
i visit osaka i’d definitely be staying here again. if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay i’d highly recommend!! another good thing to note is there are many grocery/ convenience stores nearby either my walking distance or by train!

The sheets had a yellow stain. The floor was dirty since we need to remove our shoes at the entrance of the room, both my feet and socks were very dirty after walking around the room.

Location is perfect as it’s just next to metro station and just 2 to 3 mins to JR.
Though traffic sound is inevitable, night time is getting better and silent. It’s not any problem to us indeed.
In house facilities is adequate, even clothes detergent is well prepared.

El cuarto está muy bien, tiene un buen espacio, está limpio y cómodo, solo que hay mucho ruido, pues el tren pasa muy cerca y todo el tiempo se está escuchando y por las noches se escucha el tráfico, otra cosa que necesitarían mejorar son sus almohadas, ya que son súper delgadas y no se puede dormir bien.

Started a bit roughly as i didn’t receive mail for entering into the building and checkin procedures… took almost 30-40 minutes to connect to helpline and getting checked in.. room was quite good size with kitchen washing machine and the inbuilt clothes dryer in the bathing area.
All in all it was a good experience

Around the hotel a lot of places don’t like foreigners so limited restaurants, kind of far of everything but there is a lot of transportation options. Horrible to find the hotel the gate is hidden behind a lawson they definitely need to have better communication about how to get there, we also never received the code and it was a self service so get inside the hotel was a nightmare, they also don’t answer the costumer service phone

The property is new and clean. Located right next to the station. The train noises through the night is very loud, but you kinda get accustomed to it by the fourth night. We didn’t get our email with the check in codes the day before arrival, but it was good the communication was very fast upon emailing.

This is such a great way to live like a local! There are convenience stores (I actually sent my carry-on suitcase to the airport via the Family Mart across the street), grocery stores, and restaurants (including a yummy bento place) nearby, along with 2 convenient train stations. You’re actually very close to Osaka Station (2 stops away), so if you plan to go to Kyoto for the day, it’s pretty convenient. The room itself is spacious. You have your own kitchen and a nice tub, and I got a room with a balcony. You’re right by the train station, so if you’re sensitive to noise, make sure to request a room that’s located further away from the side of the building, facing the train station. I found check-in and check out to be very easy, and whenever I had a question, they got back to me pretty quickly. Also, I stored my luggage using their locks and didn’t have any issues. I would definitely stay here again for the location, space, and price point.

First time staying at a hotel where there's no front desk and I was a bit nervous. I had not received a confirmation number but as soon as I reached out to Expedia, it was taken care of. The check-in process was easy and I had no issues.

It’s very conveniently located. 2 minutes walk to Sennichimae Subway Station and 4 minutes walk to JR Osaka Loop Station. There are three convenient stores and a supermarket all within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are also a lot of dining options nearby.

Great location, easy instructions to get in, close to trains, restaurants, konbinis. Everything is well taken care of and laundry is very easy.
I would def stay here again in Osaka

SELF ACCESS SMALL APT.

Very uncomfortable beds everything was very small but i am 6'7" tall so woke up with soar back every day. Felt like a small place for a family. Very dusty. Walking distance places to eat and access to train. Train station had many places to eat and shop..

Great location. I wish they have a desk or table in the room. My husband is 6'3" and over 300 lb. We could not sleep comfortably on the double bed they provided us, but the sofa bed in the room was very comfortable.

Such a great little apartment. Very comfortable in size for my family of 4, however the fold down couch wouldnt have been able to accomdate my kids of they were much bigger (10&11yo).
The couch and beds were quite hard, and we found the pillows very thin and uncomfortable (however we noticed this about the pillows at nearly everywhere we stayed in Japan).
The bathroom was great and loved the bonus of having a washing machine.
Close to the train station and several convenience stores. We didnt find it too noisy over our 3 night stay. The walls were thin but the neighbours werent too bad and we tried our best to keep noise down too.
Would stay again.

Overall, Bon osaka west exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a clean, accessible, and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Spacious and comfortable room in Osaka

Spacious and clean apartment in Osaka. The apartment is really big by Japanese standards, and allows for a comfortable stay. Around the apartment are a metro station and a train station (which is very noisy from 7am) which takes you to the center of Osaka within 20 minutes. There are a lot of cheap and good dining options around, and a supermarket.

This was a very nice space in a great neighbourhood, close to transportation that connected to everywhere we wanted to go. Management was very responsive. 10/10 would stay there again. We were, in fact, sad to leave

The property itself was clean, neat and tidy as the property is almost brand new. The space was adequate for 4 adults and for our 10 days stay. Overlooking the railway station so noise is to be expected but if you're a deep sleeper then you'd probably wouldn't notice it. The only negative about the apartment is that there was no cloak hooks for our coats/jackets, or even hooks in the bathroom for our towels, (luckily I brought my own as I had come across a review about this issue). There was also a lack of storage space for our clothes. The kitchen could also do with a shelf or two for storage perhaps above the microwave. Asides from that, we had a positive experience staying in Bon Osaka West. Would probably likely to recommend this place.

very satisfied with BON Osaka West, easy to check in, only took us less than 2 minutes, and decent room size for us family of 4, very easy access to Osaka Metro & 20 meters to Sen-nichimae, pretty much just in front of the building. will stay in this property again when I visit Osaka again. thank! -M from Perth, AU-

새 건물이라 청결이나 시설은 보통이상이지만 환풍기가 닫히지 않는 높은 위치에 두개나 설치돼 있어 첫날은 찬바람이 들어오는 상태에서 난방을 최대로 틀어도 추워서 콧물이 줄줄 날 정도였습니다. 아동 두명을 데리고 있었는데 온가족이 기침과 콧물이 나는 상태에서 관리인 아무도 전화를 받지 않는 무인 시설에 타블렛 터치도 먹지 않아 비싼 예약이 있었던 곳 시간도 30분 지체되어서 손해가 컸던 곳이라 다시는 가지 않을것 같아요.

I like the fact that the property was across the the street from the train station, making it an easy walk with all our luggage. If we wanted or needed anything quickly, there was a convenience store around the corner.

Comodidad y ubicacion para nuestras necesidades.

Excelente estancia en una habitacion comoda y moderna, el elevador del metro esta justo enfrente entonces la ubicacion fue insuperable con Universal city a 3 estaciones lo cual agradecimos. Mi familia estuvo muy comoda.

This is superb. Location is literally steps away from the subway station. Family mart and Seria grocery stores are easily accessible. Brand new apartment style units with washer and sweeper vacuum. We also arrived early and we were pleased to see racks outside the hotel with combination locks so you can leave your suitcase until check in time. The only thing to note is that some may find the location noisy. You can see the trains go by from the balcony and they start as early as 5 am the morning till just about midnight. You can also hear cars and people all hours. But it’s no bother to me. Also for 4 nights, no housekeeping came by to clean. We unfortunately filled the trash bins and on our last day it was starting to smell. Yikes. I wish they would at least pick up the trash every couple of days even without cleaning the room. But I would gladly book this place again in the future.
