　奥隣り部屋のドタバタやトイレ引戸、洗面室のドアの閉める音が気になりました。
　初日の部屋着の上着は狭い伸びないで着たり脱いだり大変、襟ものデザイン可能性最悪、下のパンツはゴムがゆるやる、紐は滑りやすく全く機能していないと思いました、2日目以降のパンツのゴムは大丈夫でした、上着のかぶり物は不便でしかないと思います、選定した責任者は、お客の利便性に関心がない人のように感じました。でも部屋は広くゆったりして気に入りました、又京都へ行く時は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

客室も綺麗で、最上階には温泉もあり、非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。

ただ一点気になることがありました。それは、ロビーにあるトイレです。手洗い場にお客のゴミと思われるアイスのカップ等が大量に放置されていました。

海外からのゲストも非常に多かったため、仕方ないとは思いますが、ゴミ箱の設置等の対策を期待したいです。

中国観光団体客が多く、とくに大浴場マナーの悪さで嫌な思いした。
ビチョビチョのまま脱衣室に出入り床濡れる。
大声で喋るなど。使用マナー注意書きなど徹底しないと、他の客が嫌な思いする。

とても快適でよかったです。
10階の大浴場、露天風呂は広々して清潔で良かったです。背伸びをすると目隠しの向こうに京都タワーや京都の盆地を囲む山々も見えました。
朝食も和洋バラエティに富み良かったです。生卵で卵かけご飯があればもっと良かったです。

比較的新しいホテルのようで、全体的に設備は新しく、清潔感がありました。大浴場もきれいで、湯船2種類+サウナもありました。部屋もきれいで使い勝手よく纏まっています。部屋の作りの関係か、完全には真っ暗にはならず、早朝に朝日が入って目が覚めてしまったのは残念でした。

このホテルは初めての宿泊でしたが、最高でした♪
探していたのはトイレとバスは別であること、京都駅から近いこと（5分は歩きますが）だけでした。しかしスパもあり、ホテルも部屋もスパも綺麗で、3泊の連泊でしたが、毎日快適に過ごせました。またぜひ泊まりたいです。

ここ最近で宿泊したホテル、旅館の中でも上位です。
まず清潔、フロントスタッフもよく教育されているほうだと思います。
新しいのもあると思いますが、部屋の清掃が出来ており、満足です。
客室の間取りは無駄がなく、かと言って不便じゃない。
また利用したいですね。

両親が宿泊しました。大変喜んでくれました。足が悪くエレベーター近くのリクエストもきちんと対応して頂き助かりました。
お風呂も朝食も大変満足しておりました。京都宿泊の折にはまた利用したいです。

京都駅からすぐで立地もよく、綺麗なホテルでした。チェックイン前に荷物を預けることも出来て助かりました。
部屋のお風呂も綺麗だし、大浴場も綺麗でした。露天風呂もありました。快適な宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

フロントや各フロア廊下も綺麗で、ホテルマンの方々も本当に親切丁寧に対応して頂きました。
バースデーケーキをフロントで預かってもらった（冷蔵）のですが、受取りの際にお皿とナイフとフォークまでサービスで付けて頂き心遣いが最高でした。
少しだけ残念たったのが、大浴場での外国人客が風呂マナー違反の方が多く、そのあたりをホテルスタッフな方からこまめに是正して貰えたら嬉しいです。
とりあえず、また京都に来たらここに泊まりたいです！

Ala Kyoto hotel is very near the Kyoto station. Makes it very accessible by bus or train. Bus is the main mode of transportation within the city.

What a beautiful hotel! The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to Kyoto station and great restaurants and izakayas. The staff was exceptional and took our bags to our room so we could jet off on a tour we were running late for. My son enjoyed the onsen/public bath while I enjoyed the nice deep tub in the room. The breakfast buffet was seriously over the top with everything you could desire, including fresh baked bread and pastries to omelet bar, and every Japanese entre to try soft serve ice cream, espresso, etc

Room is small, compacted, no window , so confusing Ned. No iron in the room. Need to deposit some money in the reception for an iron. reception is not friendly. Not with for money.
Breakfast buffet is ok, good to have onsen.

My partner and I visited Japan recently and this was our favorite hotel stay. The property is about a 7 minute walk from the train station, and a 15ish minute walk to the main shopping areas. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and locally owned shops as well. While they charge an extra fee for early check in, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and explore the town until the check in time began. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The room is gorgeous and while a little on the smaller side, it was extremely cozy, clean and quiet. Would 100% stay here again and take advantage of the on-site restaurant.

The room was very nice and clean. It was great to return to our rooms after a long day to a clean and tidy space. It was disappointing that there was but one small window in the room so it was not a bright room. There was nothing to see. The tub and shower was in one room and the sink and vanity was very narrow. Having access to Netflix was a big plus since we couldn’t understand Japanese. The one annoying thing was that the bgm-background music would always turn on as soon as you entered the room. It wasn’t a setting that you could leave off! Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful. Location close to Kyoto station was a big plus and having 7-11 across the street for late night snacks was convenient.

Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds! Loved the shower and bathtub :) only downside was the large amount of tour groups the hotel seemed to host, but not the worst thing! Great location by the train station :)

It’s great but the room had a very funny musty smell. The onsen is open only till 11, which is unusual. Better places around, like the one next door with an onsen that is open all night long, and a very Japanese feel.

Brilliant hotel with a lovely onsen upstairs. There was good access to the station, a convenience store nearby. The rooms were very spacious and the bath/shower room was very helpful after a long day on exploring. Friendly staff.

Relaxing and secure place

We didn’t take breakfast but used the laundry which was ok but dryers took a long time. The iron and ironing board was somewhat difficult a full size ironing board would be better. The staff were excellent in appearance and manner. Room was very clean but two pillows per person would be bette. Staff happily provided extra pillows on request. Would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Kyoto.

Great location (so close to Kyoto station), beautiful hotel with spacious accommodations, especially for Japan standards. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Just make sure if you decide to do laundry there make sure you buy enough detergent and when you dry make sure you do it for two cycles for regular loads. It does get busy in the laundry room. If you’re jet lagged best to do it in the middle of the night to beat the crowds 👌 but other than that, this has been my fav stay of my Japan trip (out of 3 hotels)

牙刷牙膏等備品是自助式取用放在一樓大廳，房間內備有免費卸妝油、洗面乳、化妝水、乳液，以及洗髮潤髮沐浴乳，相當女性友善。房間走道可容納26吋行李箱全開，空間在日本旅館而言算是大，床鋪也舒適整潔不會太軟，隔音佳，睡了3晚沒有覺得聽到外頭的聲音，下次到京都會考慮再次入住。

호텔 전반적으로 컨디션이 매우 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 어머니 모시고 간 여행이었는데, 일본 호텔인데 룸도 넓어서 매우 만족하셨어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 역에서도 정말 가까워서 다음에도 교토에 온다면 머무르고 싶네요.

Nice place to stay. Clean but the walls are pretty thin. Requested extra pillows but they wouldn’t let me get more than 1 extra pillow per person. Otherwise I would stay here again

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The public onsen for guests upstairs was very convenient, along with umbrellas for guests to use if it was wet outside. We were able to send our luggage to our next hotel in the lobby. Laundry in the hotel was free, but there are only 4 small washing machines. The hotel instructions tell you to dry your load in half. It was very busy at night and people were fighting for machines. The dryers are slow at drying so take that into account. Overall great stay.

Staff and room was amazing. Really great location, not too loud, and good walking distance from Kyoto station. There were lots of food options nearby, including a great ramen restaurant that we frequented.

The only point of criticism is the fitness center lacks weights, even basic ones.

Modern hotel with good facilities other than the WiFi that is more than often not working. Room is a little small by western standards but very clean and comfy. Nice location near Kyoto train station and a short bus ride from Nishiki market

A Great Hotel - Highly Recommended

Located 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station, the ALA Hotel is a great place to stay. Its proximity to the Station offers great train, metro and bus links to all the surrounding sights and attractions. As well as to the hugh range of shops and restaurants etc. around the Station area.

The ALA Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough for me.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a nice size room (620) overlooking the front of the hotel. With a very comfortable bed. I used the free fitness room (running machine, cross trainer, abdominal trainer & exercise area) a couple of times during my stay. I also used the hotel Onsen, which was very clean and not crowded.

I didn’t use the restaurant, but the menu looked nice.

I highly recommend the ALA Hotel, Kyoto and look forward to staying there again.
