客室も綺麗で、最上階には温泉もあり、非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。

ただ一点気になることがありました。それは、ロビーにあるトイレです。手洗い場にお客のゴミと思われるアイスのカップ等が大量に放置されていました。

海外からのゲストも非常に多かったため、仕方ないとは思いますが、ゴミ箱の設置等の対策を期待したいです。

中国観光団体客が多く、とくに大浴場マナーの悪さで嫌な思いした。
ビチョビチョのまま脱衣室に出入り床濡れる。
大声で喋るなど。使用マナー注意書きなど徹底しないと、他の客が嫌な思いする。

とても快適でよかったです。
10階の大浴場、露天風呂は広々して清潔で良かったです。背伸びをすると目隠しの向こうに京都タワーや京都の盆地を囲む山々も見えました。
朝食も和洋バラエティに富み良かったです。生卵で卵かけご飯があればもっと良かったです。

比較的新しいホテルのようで、全体的に設備は新しく、清潔感がありました。大浴場もきれいで、湯船2種類+サウナもありました。部屋もきれいで使い勝手よく纏まっています。部屋の作りの関係か、完全には真っ暗にはならず、早朝に朝日が入って目が覚めてしまったのは残念でした。

このホテルは初めての宿泊でしたが、最高でした♪
探していたのはトイレとバスは別であること、京都駅から近いこと（5分は歩きますが）だけでした。しかしスパもあり、ホテルも部屋もスパも綺麗で、3泊の連泊でしたが、毎日快適に過ごせました。またぜひ泊まりたいです。

ここ最近で宿泊したホテル、旅館の中でも上位です。
まず清潔、フロントスタッフもよく教育されているほうだと思います。
新しいのもあると思いますが、部屋の清掃が出来ており、満足です。
客室の間取りは無駄がなく、かと言って不便じゃない。
また利用したいですね。

両親が宿泊しました。大変喜んでくれました。足が悪くエレベーター近くのリクエストもきちんと対応して頂き助かりました。
お風呂も朝食も大変満足しておりました。京都宿泊の折にはまた利用したいです。

綺麗で快適

京都駅からすぐで立地もよく、綺麗なホテルでした。チェックイン前に荷物を預けることも出来て助かりました。
部屋のお風呂も綺麗だし、大浴場も綺麗でした。露天風呂もありました。快適な宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

フロントや各フロア廊下も綺麗で、ホテルマンの方々も本当に親切丁寧に対応して頂きました。
バースデーケーキをフロントで預かってもらった（冷蔵）のですが、受取りの際にお皿とナイフとフォークまでサービスで付けて頂き心遣いが最高でした。
少しだけ残念たったのが、大浴場での外国人客が風呂マナー違反の方が多く、そのあたりをホテルスタッフな方からこまめに是正して貰えたら嬉しいです。
とりあえず、また京都に来たらここに泊まりたいです！

牙刷牙膏等備品是自助式取用放在一樓大廳，房間內備有免費卸妝油、洗面乳、化妝水、乳液，以及洗髮潤髮沐浴乳，相當女性友善。房間走道可容納26吋行李箱全開，空間在日本旅館而言算是大，床鋪也舒適整潔不會太軟，隔音佳，睡了3晚沒有覺得聽到外頭的聲音，下次到京都會考慮再次入住。

호텔 전반적으로 컨디션이 매우 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 어머니 모시고 간 여행이었는데, 일본 호텔인데 룸도 넓어서 매우 만족하셨어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 역에서도 정말 가까워서 다음에도 교토에 온다면 머무르고 싶네요.

Nice place to stay. Clean but the walls are pretty thin. Requested extra pillows but they wouldn’t let me get more than 1 extra pillow per person. Otherwise I would stay here again

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The public onsen for guests upstairs was very convenient, along with umbrellas for guests to use if it was wet outside. We were able to send our luggage to our next hotel in the lobby. Laundry in the hotel was free, but there are only 4 small washing machines. The hotel instructions tell you to dry your load in half. It was very busy at night and people were fighting for machines. The dryers are slow at drying so take that into account. Overall great stay.

Staff and room was amazing. Really great location, not too loud, and good walking distance from Kyoto station. There were lots of food options nearby, including a great ramen restaurant that we frequented.

The only point of criticism is the fitness center lacks weights, even basic ones.

Modern hotel with good facilities other than the WiFi that is more than often not working. Room is a little small by western standards but very clean and comfy. Nice location near Kyoto train station and a short bus ride from Nishiki market

A Great Hotel - Highly Recommended

Located 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station, the ALA Hotel is a great place to stay. Its proximity to the Station offers great train, metro and bus links to all the surrounding sights and attractions. As well as to the hugh range of shops and restaurants etc. around the Station area.

The ALA Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough for me.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a nice size room (620) overlooking the front of the hotel. With a very comfortable bed. I used the free fitness room (running machine, cross trainer, abdominal trainer & exercise area) a couple of times during my stay. I also used the hotel Onsen, which was very clean and not crowded.

I didn’t use the restaurant, but the menu looked nice.

I highly recommend the ALA Hotel, Kyoto and look forward to staying there again.

Thank you for the hospitality especially Alina! Clean and great location right by Kyoto tower! Everyone was very kind and helpful and the location is easy access to transportation and shopping centers. Breakfast was great with different varieties and onsen was wonderful! 深夜服務人員對應也快速非常值得讚美！前幾日住宿有一深夜住在隔壁的中國遊客男男女女開party,快到凌晨三點還是鬧哄哄，還會敲牆壁（靠近我床頭側），受不了去點櫃檯協助處理，不到5分鐘立馬安靜下來，我也能立馬睡著。
謝謝服務人員迅速對應，讓我能趕上隔日一早的會議。這些工作人員非常棒。

Hotel with a great location but too much happened

Hotel had a great location, close to the train station. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. However, it is not as good as it could be since on the last night, at midnight, we had the fire alarm ringing and had to evacuate through the tiniest stairwell where the hotel would store garbage. Thankfully there was no fire, but showed how much of a safety hazard those stairs can be. A few hours later, before 6 am, a song started playing in our room, what we assume to be was a wake up call. However, we didn't request any. Because of that, on the last night we barely slept.

Its good, but …just basic

Pros: so close to Kyoto station, has hot spring Ofuro, lots of shops, clean, nice service.
Cons: the room is so bright, cannot sleep! One of windows from the bathroom n don't hav proper curtain that its so bright in the morning, bad design. This hotel do not want you to be around so there is no lounge area, no cafe or restaurant open, no chairs except this vertical sitting bench in photo. My friends stop by and we literally sat on this uncomfortable bench n to chat or when you come early n wait for check in time, no decent place for your family to sit and wait. So as hotel, clean and helpful but if you need some other basic, they dont have it. Be aware

L'hôtel est chic et très beau. Tout est très propre. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Notre chambre était très bien, propre et assez grande pour le Japon. Il est assez bien situé, pas trop loin du métro. Par contre il ny a pas grand hose aux alentours immédiats.

This is my second visit to ALA Hotel Kyoto.
The experience was extraordinary, and the service was great. The public bath is another reason for coming back to ALA.
Besides, it only takes around 8 min walk from Kyoto JR station, which is super convenient.

Hotel was clean for the most part. When I entered room it smelled of cigarette smoke. It’s a no smoking hotel so it shouldn’t have. I didn’t complain as I suspect they are all similar.
The room was big enough for me too with a large bed and a bath tub big enough for my lanky frame. The tv was rubbish and there was nothing in there to watch so I watched a movie on my laptop when getting back at the end of the day.
The onsen was good too seemingly clean and well maintained. There were no ice machines in the hotel. There was a vending machine on each floor and I used the laundry too.
The staff were helpful when required. I would stay here again if I came back to Kyoto.

A great place, very well located near Kyoto station. All you can eat BBQ across the road is a winner. My only comment would be the guest laundry. It needs ventilation. Our clothes did not get dry in the permanently moist room

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Within a 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station.
Staff are very polite, guests were polite and respectful.
There’s was a spa onsite which you can use even with tattoos. The hot water worked wonders on my sore limbs after venturing around the city.
Great amenities in the room. Loved the cleansing milk, it worked wonders!!
Overall great hotel. Wish I stayed longer now.
Definitely will be coming back on my next trip to Kyoto

We really enjoyed our stay at Ala. The hotel is very modern and centrally located - we specifically chose it because of its close proximity to the train station. Our favourite facility was their onsen, which was clean and well maintained. I would love to come and stay again
