スタッフさんの感じが良く、質問がしやすかったのでありがたかったです。フードコートで21時まで好きな飲み物を飲んで良いとのことで食べ物を持ち込んでも良いか聞いたところOKでした。お茶の種類がすごく豊富でした。そのかわりなのか部屋にあるお茶とコーヒーはちょっと残念でした笑
部屋でもYouTubeなどがテレビで見れたり、1階で借りてきた本が読めたり、家のように過ごせました。
あとロビーでもらえるアメニティにスキンケアや入浴剤もあったので嬉しかったです。

とても快適に過ごすことができました。
ありがとうございました。
ただ、チェックアウト時はかなりの雨。敷地内に1台分の駐車スペースがあり、ロビーからそこに出入りできそうだなぁと思いながら、結局前夜駐車した近隣のコインパーキングで荷物の積み込みをしました。幸い傘をお借りできたので余り濡れずに済みましたが、入り口に置かれた駐車禁止の赤いコーンを眺めながら、傘の貸し出しをお願いした時点でそこの利用の不可をお聞きすればよかったと後悔しました。
近くに手頃な値段のコインパーキングはありますが、ホテルが交差点の角地なので荷物の多い方はその積み下ろしの間の停車にも悩むかもしれません。車で行かれる場合は事前の問い合わせをお勧めします。

地點搭公車比較方便，鐵道大概都要走10到15分鐘，飯店因為是翻新的，所以是中央空調系統，是由飯店設定冷氣或是暖氣，住宿的時候飯店是設定冷氣，因為外面晩上氣溫只有17度以下，所以房間內就算自己調到25度以上，也不會有暖氣，太冷了。房間比一般的APAHotel大,早餐1800日幣，七點才開始，不好吃。

多少中心から外れますが、バスをうまく利用すれば観光には支障がありません。
その分、静かに過ごせます。

全体的に非常に良かった。
ただ、3月20日朝食時のコーヒーの味だけが、美味しくなかったです。朝食は特にパンが美味しかったです。
交通の便はイマイチ。近くに夕食ができる施設も少なかった気はします。

とても快適に過ごすことができました。
サイトに陶器露天風呂の写真があり、そういう施設がありのかと誤解してしまい予約しましたが、お風呂施設はないと案内いただき少し残念でした。ただ徒歩2分のところに快適なスーパー銭湯があり、そちらは良かったです。

出張からの観光利用

交通便良し。
部屋も綺麗です。
シングルルーム✖️３人予約でしたが、３名共ツインルームにアップグレードしていただきました、有難かったです。
建物・設備も綺麗で申し分無いですが、10時ではなく11時チェックアウトであれば尚嬉しいです。

丹波口駅から10分、京都駅からバスで20分くらい、便利ですが繁華街からは少し離れているので、歩いてちょこちょこ買い物や食事に出る、と言った使い方には向きません。
しかし、13-21時に宿泊者用リビングでゆっくりできたり、コンビニ食かラーメンでよければあるので、周りも静かですし、バスもそこそこあるので不便はないです。
地下鉄五条駅からは歩いて16分、エレベーターのない陸橋経由ですので荷物がある場合は避けましょう。
2泊しましたが、スタッフの方も親切でした。お部屋に加湿器兼空気清浄機もついています。

駅からは離れているがバス停が直ぐそばにあり便利。コンビも近く、必要なものは買える。京都駅からもあまり離れていないので、バスやタクシーを使うなら、食事に出掛けたり観光の拠点にも使える。

設備も清潔で新しく使いやすかったのですが、トイレの流れがいまいちで、海外旅行をしている気分になってしまいました。日本のトイレであんなに流れがよくないホテルは初めてでした。水道管の問題でホテルは関係ないかもしれませんが、他が良いだけに残念でした。

A great stay overall. Great location, and great customer service. However, I was a bit shocked about the cleanliness—specifically the carpet. Being in Japan, I had higher expectations, however, this was some of the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. My room’s carpet was bad as well as the carpet in the lobby and throughout the building.

The staff and rooms were great. One downside to the APA hotels that I have noticed is that their beds are hard as well as their pillows. But they have great locations and the staff are wonderful. They also have great amenities.

Nice hotel 12 minutes walking distance from train station and very accessible to buses all around.
Rooms a bit tight but impecable on cleaning and re-supplying towels, robes and toiletries daily
I would stay here again. Also some attractions about 15-20 waking minutes away.

satisfied with stay other than front desk that was very unfriendly and not willing to help with accommodation issue. they have cancelled our initial reservation, sold us new room for significantly higher price claiming that they are busy now and they dont have a discount we were given on expedia, for the price we paid, we could have had much better experience. very poor english spoken at the front desk

This is a very affordable hotel in central Kyoto. There are several bus options between 1min and 5min from the front door, and a 12min walk to the subway or other bus lines. It was such a relief to walk around this neighbourhood compared to the insanity of the Kawarmachi area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect except the fans that were dirty, I asked twice for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it the day before I left. Besides that everything was spot on, nice bed, spacy room, spacy shower, I enjoyed my stay and would pick up the same hotel a second time

Close to bus stop. Easy to get around. Nice room with all amenities. No housekeeping unless requested. Bag of supplies attached to room door with additional towels and other items. Free breakfast was good. Great place to stay.

Tres pratique et efficace globalement. Seul détails negatifs : la propreté de la chambre ( tache sur le sol à mon arrivée ) et la facilité de dialogue avec le staff. J'ai demander de l'aide pour un envoi de bagages vers un autre APA hotel et ont ma donné le bordereau en me disant que c'étaient OK en anglais. Il y as 3 mot en anglais et pas de notice pour remplir le bon donc... J'ai pas insisté et j'ai gardé mes bagages.

Overall pretty good for the price! The room was very nice, and the staff kept our room really clean and replaced our amenities daily. The breakfast bar was also really good! The biggest downside was that there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers, and they were constantly in use so we had to wait a long time to even start any laundry. Also the dryers don’t work very well so it ended up taking forever and it was expensive to get the clothes dry. It was also a bit inconvenient that there was no microwave in our room.

Not to bad of a place but the location of the hotel was inconvenient. About 10-15 minute walk to train station. Few selection of dining within the area but not too bad. Overall clean facilities just a little further than anticipated.

The carpet in my hotel room was full of small particles and lots of dust. Also had some left over coffee wrappers from the previous guests. The tub also had some hair that wasn’t mine. Honestly had to wipe everything down to feel more safe. The area around was mediocore, mainly buses around. The hotel breakfast was good, staff was nice. But would not book again because cleanliness is comfort. But this hotel was not able to achieve that.

Great location, out of the main part of Kyoto but still with good transport options. Room was a good size and clean. We had breakfast included in our stay which was good to start the day, quite small selection. We used the washing machines on site which were easy. Value for money was excellent, recommend if you are wanting to stick to a budget but not compromise on the important things.

Location is prime, we checked in late and loved how the TV in our room displayed our check in/out dates, the day our room was to cleaned, the weather and other pertinent details. It was helpful as soon as you enter the TV comes on when you place your card in the switch to have lights and electricity. Lap it was good and the beds were comfy which is important to weary travellers!

We had dinner across the street once at the yakitori place which was incredible and at the ramen place which was OK. Family mart is across the street for drinks and snacks and we even used the microwave and laundry machines in the ground floor. We found it easier to hang dry most of our items in our room since we stayed 4 nights. We also enjoyed the close proximity to coffee shops and the bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. Would stay here again.

Hotel incrível, fiquei em outros Apa durante a viagem e esse me parecia muito novo, quarto mais espaçoso e banheiro melhor também. Ótimo staff, cortesia de bebidas como suco de laranja e café, o hotel também tem microondas e máquina de bebidas no lobby. Transporte proximo para qualquer ponto turístico, adoramos ficar mais longe do foco dos turistas porque era bem calmo para sair e voltar do hotel. Além disso tem mercado proximo com otimos produtos inclusive para jantar, bastante restaurantes e cafés locais e fica super perto da Maruki, a melhor padaria de Kyoto. Amei a cidade e quando voltar pretendo ficar nesse mesmo hotel.
