総合的には良い

周辺には飲食店は無いので夕食はどこかで済ませてから来るか買ってくるかが必須。
貸切風呂は湯温が低くぬるいからこれからのシーズンは風邪ひかない様に注意。
カップラーメンなどの軽食は置いてあるが高い。
朝食は和食と洋食の選択制。
スタッフは外国の方で日本人スタッフは居ないが、特に何の支障もない。

「落ち着いた環境だがサービスに不満あり」

ゲストハウスのような宿泊施設でした。静かな環境ではありましたが、残念に思う点が多かったです。

大浴場はシャワーのみで湿気がこもっており、快適とは言いづらい状況でした。貸切風呂も利用しましたが、洗い場の通気が悪く、備品の管理状態に不安を感じました。

特に納得がいかなかったのは浴衣についてです。事前の案内や他の方の写真で用意されているものだと思っていたのに、部屋にはなく、尋ねても代わりの簡易的な羽織しか渡されませんでした。寝間着を持参していなかったため不便で、後になって古びた浴衣を一着だけ出していただきましたが、非常に残念でした。

周囲にお店がないため事前に買い物を済ませる必要があります。施設内でも飲食は可能ですが、内容に対して価格が高く感じられました。

スタッフの方は丁寧でしたが、対応に不一致や不明確さがあり、安心して利用できるとは言えませんでした。

全体的に、静かに過ごせる環境ではあるものの、設備やサービスに期待して行くと落胆する部分があるかと思います。

とてもモダンでおしゃれな空間で、広くて開放感があり、満足しました。従業員の方々も笑顔で接してくれて、嬉しい気持ちになりました。お庭も手入れされていて、椅子などを置いてあって遊び心がありました。露天風呂は、時間で予約制になっていて、気を使うことなく入ることができました。作りもとても素敵でした。良心的な値段でおすすめのホテルです。

要日本人スタッフ

日本語の細かいことはあまり通じない。
例えばシャトルバスと公共バスの違いが分からない。ルームサービスも部屋で食べれませんでした。

部屋やホテル自体はキレイでした。

ホテルのレストランは微妙で場所が不便なところにあるため、周辺に飲食店も無かった為、バスで少し移動したところの飲食店へ行きました。

英語しか話せないスタッフもおり、完全に外国の方向けのホテルでした。
スタッフの方はいい方でしたが、日本人には少し物足りないと思います。

英語表記では温泉とありますが、
お風呂は温泉では無かったと思います。

泊まるところだけと割り切ればよいかもしれません。

せっかくの箱根なのに、お風呂の自由があまりきかなかった。家族風呂を使用する1回のみしか温泉につかれず、何度も入りたかったので不満です。
部屋もそんなに大きくなく、人数押し込まれた感があります。
建物自体も古く、掃除も行き届いているわけではない。
従業員さんが外国の方なので、日本人向けではないんだろうと推察できる旅館でした。食器の使い方、案内表示、サービス内容、日本人がテコ入れを全くしてない感じがしました。

ただ、外国の方ではありましたが、従業員さんはとても心を砕いてくださってるのがわかり、食事もとても柔軟に対応していただいた。それはとても感謝です。

でも申し訳ないけど、抹茶と煎茶は全く違うものなんです～！食後は煎茶が飲みたかった…

全体的にきれいな施設で、ペットも宿泊可能で価格もお手頃な点は良いと思います。予約制の露天風呂ですが、温泉ではないと思います。確かに日本語で温泉の文字はなく、露天風呂、英語でonsenと記載されていたので嘘ではないのかもしれませんが。。
箱根の温泉に入りたかったので、ちょっと残念でした。
あと、部屋のテレビが地上波が映りませんでした。YouTubeなどは見れましたので、まあ良かったです。

スタッフの方達はとても丁寧に接客して下さりました。お風呂も毎回貸切でゆっくり入る事が出来ました。
部屋も広くゆっくり出来たのですがテレビが映ったり映らなかったりでした。まぁ場所的に電波は悪いのでしょうね。
子供達は大喜びで次回もまたこちらでお願いしたいです。

The room was very nice, has a balcony, television, some smaller closets, tatami matress, a middle size table with floor chairs and futons. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers us, was our entry room door, it was very loud while opening, we think it needs some oiling, but besides that, everything was very pleasent.

Room very clean. Failities are not new but well preserved. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is a 20 min walk from the lake. Easy access with bus.

Lovely place, but be prepared

Great staff and very nice place overall, especially the onsen was great. But the food was bad. And there’s nowhere else to eat at this location after 16.00 afaik. If you go here, bring your own food. You’re better off with 7-eleven snacks than with the overpriced tiny TV meals that the “restaurant” offers.

Also the room had no working ac. Temperature was fine but humidity was 100.

Pricing was not that transparent either, our +1 additional guest cost us more than the room itself but hotels app couldn’t tell to us. So it would’ve been cheaper for us to get two rooms than accommodate whole group in same room.

Don’t get me wrong, the staff and place is lovely and exactly what the images tell, but be prepared with your own catering.

I was assisted many times by very friendly and helpful staff who helped bail me out of a couple of very challenging situations. I felt very comfortable and had my best ever sleep in my month long trip to Japan here at YuYu. I would come again! There was an odd smell in one of the rooms which pushed me to change rooms. But this is fixable and I was sleep deprived. Easy fix. Besides that I had a very peaceful stay. Thank you again!

Décevant

Malgré un service impeccable et un personnel tres accueillant, le sejour reste assez decevant. L'ambiance generale correspond plus a celle d'une auberge de jeunesse qu'a un hotel.
On ne peut avoir acces a un onsen qu'en le reservant et le bain est tres limité ( et pas toujours vraiment propre!). Le prix pratiqué a cette periode de l'annee ( o bon) est excessif.

As of July 2025 the private onsen are BRAND NEW, the staff told me they just redid them . Do not different than the photos online, but still extremely comfortable. This place is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and so quiet. Very good value

Typisk japansk hotel med tynde madrasser på gulvet, lavt bord og stole uden ben - ikke beregnet til høje eller kraftige mennesker. Ingen bad på værelset, men nede i kælderen. Onsen-badet er dejligt. Maden - aftensmad og morgenmad er meget kedeligt, og aftensmaden i meget små portioner. Personalet er meget venligt og servicemindet.

Very quiet area. Take a bus down to the lake to go for a hike or chill. Not much at the nearest marina but you can walk to Main Marina where all the ships and people visit for great pictures.

The hotel Is un the middle of nowhere and the options to eat there was too expensive. the Onsen was amazing but one use of 50 minutes per day

Excelent staff, going above and beyond to help and provide everything guests need. Super friendly and approachable. The facility is on the bus line to the lake and to the topelines so it is very convenient as well. Plus private daily onsen. You cant beat that!
