家族で利用しました。綺麗でアメニティも充実していました。無人チェックインは初めてでしたがとてもスムーズに出来ました。
ミネラルウォーターを追加したかったのですが、専用のフォームに入力するとすぐに届けてくれたのには驚きました。

ホテル周辺は綺麗なかんじはないがホテルはとても綺麗。24時間換気がうるさく冬は空気カラカラですが寒くなく快適でした。駅も近くとても便利。

全体的にとても良かったです。家族4人で利用しましたが洗濯、乾燥が翌日の朝までにでき便利でした。要望としては洗面台と浴室に鏡がありましたが部屋にもあると便利だと思いました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious rooms! Wonderful staff at the sister site namba 3. They recieved our luggage and also helped us to transfer our luggage over to the next hotel. Hotel is well located, 8-10 minute walk from most stations. Beds comfortable. Good wifi. Great amenities. Kids and adults loved the gotchapon in the lobby lol. Will use this chain again when we return and certainly try namba 3 as well.

The accomodation was close to airport train station, clean and convenient to get to major tourist spots and shopping.

We didn't really interact with any staff at this hotel so it's hard to review, but the room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. The location was close enough to the train station that it made traveling around fairly straightforward and with young kids it was invaluable to have a laundry machine in the actual room. If you're looking for a self-serve experience over a traditional hotel, this is a great option!

Great fast check in. Great luggage storage. Our futon bed had bedding a pad that was super stained and there is no one to ask to get a different set. The rest of the place was great!

10/10 recommend especially for families with kids . Super quiet area , close to stores and tourist spots . Did not beed the subway to get where we planned to go . Would love to stay there again !!

Quiet place but accessible to many locations

10 minutes walking to several subway stations, shops and restaurants. But environment is quiet. Be ready to keep quiet if you stay. I will go back again for a family trip.

Overall, the location is great. The hotel feels old and outdated and there aren't enough hooks for you to hang towels, etc.

This feels like a two-star or a three-star hotel.

住宿提供的設施足夠及清潔，3人床房夠大，唯獨開啟冷氣機後有較大聲的運行震動聲，不過我地有帶耳塞睡眠習慣，所以未算太影響睡眠。

Room was modern, clean and well equipped. The area is quiet, central and pretty close to different train stations (10 minute walk or less). The only problems were that it was somewhat small, with limited space for our luggage, and the insufficient curtains. The sun rises very early in Japan in spring and summer and this room faces east, so it needs much better curtains or external blinds to block the early morning light.

Awesome stay! Umbrellas and scooters were onsite, towels provided, and the beds were super comfy. The location was close to everything you could want, with phenomenal food options all around. Highly recommend!

Hotel was perfect for our trip. Walking distance to tons of resturants, shopping, the metro. Was a great stay for our 2 week visit to Osaka and the world expo.

無人式管理系統，提供旅客零接觸服務，系統介面友善；提供旅客相關設施多樣化，如雨傘、旅行箱暫放鎖、毛巾量足且厚度、乾淨度佳。
建議房舍間走道有許多雨傘，似乎是廢棄的？建議巡邏後丟棄⋯
垃圾在房內有分類，但垃圾場卻沒有，丟棄時易混淆⋯

We liked the location of this apartment and found it very convenient to trains. The washing machine and drying room worked great. It was a surprise to find out that unlike other Eslead properties, there was no cleaning service provided. 2 weeks without cleaning was too much for us. They did bring fresh towels every other day.

We stayed at this hotel in Osaka. This is a self-service hotel with electronic check in and little to no staff. We arrived late and using our code to gain access to the hotel lobby, elevator, and suite was a breeze. We were nervous about our code not working but those fears were unfounded. We had the suite for 2 weeks as we explored japan. There was towel service every other day.... we'd leave the old ones outside the door and a fresh bag of towels would appear in the morning. We'd empty out our own garbage at the ground level garage. Toothpaste and laundry detergent was made available with the fresh towels. We were out and about every day and we essentially used the room for mainly sleep. The shower was tight, the toilet was also tight, but having them seperate was handy with 2 arguing kids. The washer was very handy, easy to use, and convenient. There was a vacuum in the suite which was awesome. The stove top was used a few times to reheat food with no issues. We were about 10 min walk from the station. Osaka isn't as congested as Tokyo..you will have to walk more to get to your destination. We had a fantastic time and we recommend this hotel.

A few blocks away from the subway. Room was big enough for 4 people. Communication was excellent even though there’s no front desk. Check in and out were simple. Convenient with laundry in suite. Separate toilet and shower is a plus. Have microwave, stove, small fridge and freezer. Bathroom with drying function for after you wash your clothes in the washer worked well. Area was not as nice we expected. This hotel doesn’t forward luggage, but the sister hotel namba south 3 was able to assist and were very helpful!
