綺麗にいつもされてるので気にしてなかったですが
疲れてたのでバスタブにお湯を張ったら
水垢が浮いて気持ち悪かったです。
他は言う事ないホテルです

客室カバンを広げる台がない
収納の棚がないのでうわぎやバッグ、スーツケースなど整頓が大変だった。
朝食は、場所も狭いから仕方ないですが、清潔感にかけました。食事の出し方や、盛り付けなど、綺麗に見えるともっと良かった
綺麗に清掃してくれて、アメニティも充実していて、ホテルの方の対応も大変良く、手続きもしていただいて感謝してます。そこに関しては素晴らしいサービスでした。

部屋は綺麗で清潔感もあり満足ですが、階段が無くエレベーターだけなので、急いでる時には不便を感じる。
秋葉原駅からは信号に引っ掛らなくても7〜８分は掛かる。

場所は良い。
朝食は7:00からと言うのは少し遅いが、内容は悪くない。
大きいスーツケースを広げるのが難しいぐらい部屋は狭い。
新しいし、清潔感もある。

チェックインの画面に、光が反映して文字が確認しにくかったのと、窓を開けてもすぐビルの壁しかないのが、マイナス点です。

ちょっとマイナス

前回は全てが良かったが、今回は2点ほどマイナスがあった。
1.浴槽に毛と汚れが複数残っていた。
2.フロントに荷物ラックを借りようとした際に確認もせずに無いと言われた。(少なくとも昨年11月宿泊時は借りることが出来た)

アキバに用があるならベストな選択になると思う。

部屋も清潔で、対応も良い。
周辺もアキバど真ん中ということもあり、買い物には事欠かない。
欠点を上げるなら、フロントの人員が足りないのか荷物預け入れ、受取り、チェックイン時に待たされることと新人が多いのか対応に個人差があることくらい。
総合的には素晴らしいホテルだと思う。

サイトの使い方がよくわからなかったせいか、朝食があるのかないのかはっきりしませんでした。
ベッドが、セミダブルでとても寝心地がよかったです。
バスのシャワーを間違って出してしまってもへびしょびしょにならないような工夫がされていて、とても良いと思いました。
飲食店が周りにたくさんあるので、この次行くときには、そこを利用してみようかと思っています

Staff was excellent, same with amenities. Room was small but that was as expected.

What wasn't expected or an area users ought to know is: the soundproofing wasn't the best. You can hear loud motorcycles and ambulances that pass (you can't hear normal cars but when something loud is on the street, you can).
You can also hear loud noises (i.e. sneezes) from neighboring units.

There's nothing that can be improved upon here but just wanted people to be aware. Now this could just be normal for APA hotels, but I stayed elsewhere before and couldn't hear a thing.

The room was clean and well kept. The location is convenient. The staff was friendly. It was awkward when we checked in at the front desk that they asked us to go to a kiosk near the front desk to enter our checkin information. It was nice that breakfast was Included with the stay. The service was quick and the food was tasty.

This is more like a business hotel. Rooms are rather on the small size, but very well equipped. The hotel is in a very good place, in the middle of Akihabara. There’s a lot of shopping and dining options in this area. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. They have extremely fast check-in and check-out procedures. Highly recommended.

Despite the busy area around the hotel, the rooms were soundproof! Only an occasional ambulance siren could be heard. Staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with all requests and inquiries. The rooms, while small, were very cozy and filled with amenities which were restocked every day; along with a very comfortable bed which made rest after a long day a very welcome and satisfactory delight.

Overall, if you're looking for a place to store everything you've bought and have a place just to rest with a bathroom, I cannot recommend APA Hotel Akihabara Suehirocho Ekimae enough.

So I never had the breakfast buffet, while I stayed at the APA hotel in Akihabara. Cleanliness a solid 5

Convenience for Shopping, freedom to hop on trains and really discover Japan, and food
Fantastic 10 out of 10.
My only compliant is that the room was a solid 3 at best. Yes the room got cleaned and that was great. But the lack of drawers for clothing was really really bad, the bed was completely worn out, when I asked the front desk for maybe another room, I was told that I could check out with no penality. That was the extent of the customer service I received from the hotel front desk personnel. So I would say this, If you are going to stay at a APA hotel be prepared for small rooms, and make sure you travel light. Good hotel for the location, Ok-ish hotel for long haul stay.

Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. They also arrange the forwarding of my suitcase to the next hotel. Lots of shops in the area and close to the Ginnza subway.

Room was sufficient and clean. The location worked well for me to travel to other areas in the city and find easy dining options. I didn’t interact much with staff aside from the initial check-in but they were helpful there. It is a shame I hadn’t learned about the company president’s political views and distribution of right-wing reading materials in the hotels until after I booked as I will now avoid the Apa chain in the future, despite my pleasant stay.

Loved this property, such an easy location to find, right in the heart of electric town. Loved how clean it was , the size of the room was quite spacious to. Iv never been so content with my room. Loved it. Would definitely come back. They also held my luggage before and after my check in which made my solo travel a peice of cake. The prices are very affordable to especially for what the offer. Made my birthday travel experience fun

Great hotel in a central location

Great hotel right in the middle of electric city, comfy beds, cold A/C and opposite a family mart for snacks. Tube station 200 yards away

Rooms are small but that is expected in central Tokyo, 2 in a room is max, we had 2 rooms between 3 people (1 child, 2 Adults)
