場所は良い。
朝食は7:00からと言うのは少し遅いが、内容は悪くない。
大きいスーツケースを広げるのが難しいぐらい部屋は狭い。
新しいし、清潔感もある。
外に喫煙ルームが完備されている。

チェックインの画面に、光が反映して文字が確認しにくかったのと、窓を開けてもすぐビルの壁しかないのが、マイナス点です。
お部屋は綺麗で、コンパクトな造りの中に、一通り揃っているので、とても快適でした。

ちょっとマイナス

前回は全てが良かったが、今回は2点ほどマイナスがあった。
1.浴槽に毛と汚れが複数残っていた。
2.フロントに荷物ラックを借りようとした際に確認もせずに無いと言われた。(少なくとも昨年11月宿泊時は借りることが出来た)

アキバに用があるならベストな選択になると思う。

部屋も清潔で、対応も良い。
周辺もアキバど真ん中ということもあり、買い物には事欠かない。
欠点を上げるなら、フロントの人員が足りないのか荷物預け入れ、受取り、チェックイン時に待たされることと新人が多いのか対応に個人差があることくらい。
総合的には素晴らしいホテルだと思う。

サイトの使い方がよくわからなかったせいか、朝食があるのかないのかはっきりしませんでした。
ベッドが、セミダブルでとても寝心地がよかったです。
バスのシャワーを間違って出してしまってもへびしょびしょにならないような工夫がされていて、とても良いと思いました。
飲食店が周りにたくさんあるので、この次行くときには、そこを利用してみようかと思っています

Despite the busy area around the hotel, the rooms were soundproof! Only an occasional ambulance siren could be heard. Staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with all requests and inquiries. The rooms, while small, were very cozy and filled with amenities which were restocked every day; along with a very comfortable bed which made rest after a long day a very welcome and satisfactory delight.

Overall, if you're looking for a place to store everything you've bought and have a place just to rest with a bathroom, I cannot recommend APA Hotel Akihabara Suehirocho Ekimae enough.

So I never had the breakfast buffet, while I stayed at the APA hotel in Akihabara. Cleanliness a solid 5
Hospitality a solid 4
Convenience for Shopping, freedom to hop on trains and really discover Japan, and food
Fantastic 10 out of 10.
My only compliant is that the room was a solid 3 at best. Yes the room got cleaned and that was great. But the lack of drawers for clothing was really really bad, the bed was completely worn out, when I asked the front desk for maybe another room, I was told that I could check out with no penality. That was the extent of the customer service I received from the hotel front desk personnel. So I would say this, If you are going to stay at a APA hotel be prepared for small rooms, and make sure you travel light. Good hotel for the location, Ok-ish hotel for long haul stay.

Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. They also arrange the forwarding of my suitcase to the next hotel. Lots of shops in the area and close to the Ginnza subway.
The room was small but comfortable enough for a solo traveller.

Room was sufficient and clean. The location worked well for me to travel to other areas in the city and find easy dining options. I didn’t interact much with staff aside from the initial check-in but they were helpful there. It is a shame I hadn’t learned about the company president’s political views and distribution of right-wing reading materials in the hotels until after I booked as I will now avoid the Apa chain in the future, despite my pleasant stay.

Loved this property, such an easy location to find, right in the heart of electric town. Loved how clean it was , the size of the room was quite spacious to. Iv never been so content with my room. Loved it. Would definitely come back. They also held my luggage before and after my check in which made my solo travel a peice of cake. The prices are very affordable to especially for what the offer. Made my birthday travel experience fun

想去check in 時 front desk要求我等一部還在被使用中的那一部，第2部當時是沒有人在用

Great hotel in a central location

Great hotel right in the middle of electric city, comfy beds, cold A/C and opposite a family mart for snacks. Tube station 200 yards away

Rooms are small but that is expected in central Tokyo, 2 in a room is max, we had 2 rooms between 3 people (1 child, 2 Adults)

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y están bien equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, considerando que todo el día estarás fuera conociendo Japón.

Aunque las habitaciones individuales pueden sentirse algo estrechas, si reservas una habitación doble, incluso si viajas solo, tendrás más espacio por un precio bastante razonable.

La relación calidad-precio me pareció muy buena, es un hotel económico considerando su ubicación a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de Akihabara, lo que facilita moverse a otras zonas y también está rodeado de tiendas, cafés y opciones para comer, cerca de ahí recomiendo el restaurante de ramen Tsujita muy económico, con excelente atención y grandes porciones.

El personal del hotel siempre fue muy atento, amable y honestamente volvería a reservar con ellos.

Always enjoy the APA Hotel

Always enjoy staying at the APA Hotel. Inexpensive and with the necessary amenities. Room was small as expected but sufficient especially since we were out and about most of the day.

The only things I think can be done better or added are:
1) The shower curtain need to be replaced and washed more frequently. They smelled like sour towels on Day 1 even before initial use.
2) A normal blanket in the bed would be a nice touch. The down blanket is great because it’s thick but it works too good where you ended sweating in your sleep.
3) The carpet could use some deep cleaning as they were pretty dusty.

The location of this APA Hotel is pretty good as well. You’re about 8 minutes away from the JR Lines (Akihabara Station) and a few minutes away from the Metro Ginza Line (Suehirocho Station).

Close to a couple of metro stations that made getting around really easy. Room is very small (practically no storage except to put luggage under bed) but we knew this beforehand so we were prepared to adapt. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic experience for my first time trip to Japan. The staff and service was excellent! Good communication too, even in English. If you don’t want to spend money on a fancy hotel and looking for just a good place to stay then I’d recommend. Especially if you’re looking to stay in Akihabara!

I would rate it 3.5 stars if I can. Very basic hotel, was staying at level 2 next to he microwave which added to food stench in the room.
