The hotel is in a great location but sometimes we can hear loud outside noise due to the night life. Especially after midnight sometimes really early morning also. Minutes from the Dotombori strip. Love the shampoo and conditioner in the room. Made my hair so soft and smooth. No frizz. lol.

有廚房和冰箱，甚至有冷凍的部份，對於喜歡買超市東西回來料理的族群很棒！離心齋橋不會很遠，唯一比較可惜的是離車站稍遠一點。

성인 세 가족이 머물기에는 조금 좁았지만 청소 상태도 좋고 가볍게 음식을 해 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다

Highly Recommend

customer service very responsive guide me to the hotel.
Check in time is 4pm but you can store your belonging inside the lobby. The room got washing machine, microwave oven, etc.
Walkable to many tourist spot.
Highly recommended will stay again.

The area is near Dotonbori, it is walkable to train station and the shopping district..the only thing I did not like is that you need to transfer to a local/metro train from Kansai airport train in order to reach the hotel, so you need to ride 2 different train and the room is small for 3 people and you can hardly move around, there is a kitchen but you can’t cook because the space is small and can’t eat properly since the table is so small for 3 but overall is just fine, anyway, we don’t stay in the hotel, we were out most of the time.

First time I do self check in. I loved how close it is to Dotonbi and Namba station.
Guy took me a few minutes to figure out how to get into the building.

I kept in entering the 4 digits to get into the building but needed to include the asterisk sign as well. The instructions had it all along.

However, as there was only one elevator available. When we checked out at around 9:30 to 10:30am, we had to wait for 7 rounds of door openings to finally get into the elevator. Hence, living at 13 floor was a big trouble in using the elevator.

My partner and I were shocked upon entering our room. It was stunning. Leaps and bounds above the other rooms we had rented while in Japan. We have already decided we will be staying there again for a much longer stay next trip. We were on the 11th floor and enjoyed the quiet reprieve from the street noise. The place felt very secure and safe. Our only potential con was there was nowhere to properly hang out towels. Other than that small con it was a perfect place to stay. The convenience of the location allowed us to fully explore the food and shopping options of Osaka with ease. 10/10. We cannot wait to stay here again!

The location with Dotonbori is good, but it's a busy street, so it's a bit noisy until late at night, such as bars, but I'm generally satisfied with the accommodation. I think I should think about being with young children.

It was good. The building itself was good for families and clean, good security features. The area that the hotel is in was the party area. Lots of bars/clubs. But on the flip side it was also very walkable to Dotonburi and all the great food and shops. Because I was with kids we didn't go out late at night so the partying didn't bother us, and we could hear nothing in the unit. It was very quiet. There was a smell of mildew coming from the kitchen sink and/or shower drain though. And I liked how there was in suite laundry machine.

It was my 1st time to book an apartment hotel because my family and I are keen on the hotel cleaning services and concierge. Made an exception to try this to maximize space for 4 pax. The check-in was a bit stressful because of misunderstanding due to new experience for us, but the property is prompt in responding. The confusion was because of the later updating of the keybox code and access to internet was not available anymore. After a bit of difficulty finding the property and the code to the keybox, all smoothsailing from there.

The room was enough for 4 pax and our luggage, it was comfortable and very near shopping and dining areas. We did not cook, but laundry after visiting other district was welcome.

No cleaning services as expected, but fresh towels were always available. The spread between check out and check in is quite large, so we had to leave early although our flight is later. At any rate, we were able to leave our luggage within the property and nothing was lost.

Value for money, and will surely book again when we return

Just about everything about our stay at this property was great. The one thing that was somewhere lacking was the lack of hooks to hang up clothing and bath linens. We didn't everyone any issues with safety, privacy, noise, etc. Of course, the price and value were excellent. We'd definitely stay at this property again

Location was in close proximity to Dotonbori which is very convenient, including being 7-12 minutes walk from multiple train stations which is also very nice. However, the area around Kishu-Kaido street is quite dirty in comparison to National Route 25 (on the west side of Dotonbori) which is significantly cleaner.

구글에 검색이 잘 되지 않고 우편번호로 넣었더니 다른곳이 나와 처음 엔 좀 헤맸어요~ 낮엔 괜찮은데 밤이 되면 유흥가쪽이라 걱정했는데 저희 아이들은 일본어를 아직 몰라서 크게 상관은 없었네요. 그 외엔 위치도 역과 도톤보리가 가까워서 너무 좋았고 숙소도 깔끔하니 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 좋았어요~채팅으로 문의하면 24시간 이내에 답변도 받을 수 있어 편했어요. 가성비 훌륭했던 숙소라 추천합니다.

Clean and near Tondombori area. However not sure if appropriate area to stay with children as the area is surrounded by inappropriate places who offers inappropriate atmosphere for children and forced to go through there to arrive to property.

I like this hotel. Close to places of interest and 6-8 mins walk to 日本桥 Station and 道顿掘 and 心斋桥。2 double beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Very fordable price but if you are more than 120 KG, probably not recommended as the toilet is like 0.8M wide. My friend’s husband is a big build Aussie and he found the toilet is quite squishy for him but doable. Check in was a bit complex but ok at the end. In general very good service apartment and would recommend to others.
