バスルーム、トイレも清潔、ご飯がおいしい、24時間のラウンジもとても雰囲気がいい。
スタッフもとても話しやすい。
アメニティの質はいまいちだけど、無料なので自分で持っていけば問題なし。
女性専用の部屋と女性専用のバスルームなのに、フロアが男女共有なのでそこだけちょっと気になるかも。
駅から思ったより離れてるけど、逆に小さなお店が周りにたくさんあって静かに過ごせてよい。
全体的にとてもとても気に入ったので、次回は連泊したい。

I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room.

The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good!

The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan.

After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time.

Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!

Modern hotel with various room type, booked a room with shared bathroom for 4 nights for me and my son but the room was really small. Had to put the luggage on the bed to open it up. I had to upgrade to a bigger room with a bathroom and that was great. Plenty of room. I did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked great. The top floor was a pool table and they provided refreshments which was appreciated. Would stay here again with a bigger room

It was a 16 minute walk to shibuya crossing. Quiet vibe, rooftop with pool table and great view. Service and staff were super nice.

Quite spot within walking distance to Shibuya. New building built in 2024. Great breakfast option. Rooftop patio is nice, but not enough seating.

If you want to sleep don't stay here

If you end up with good dorm mates I imagine this place would be okay, I however didn't. There are rules stating to keep noise to a minimum in the room, and while there is always going to be some noise in a dorm room, coming in late and continuing talking loudly is just annoying, which is what continually happened to me, on my last night when they came back drunk around 11pm one of them even vomited all over the room and proceeded to fall asleep, while his friends went back out. I went down to reception and asked if I could be moved rooms due to the smell and also not wanting to get sick myself. I was told I could move rooms (to a room where the culprits other travel mates were staying) but I would have to pay as I "had already slept in my bed" and the same was said about a refund if I wanted to check out early. They said they would clean up the mess in the room. But knowing it would still smell (as half of it was over the culprits clothes) and not wanting to get woken again when the rest returned, or risk having the same in another dorm, I opted to check out early and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Super nice hotel with comfortable beds

Extremely well trained personell with a good attitude, impressively good english and of great help. First impression was very good. Rooms super small, so don’t expect much here. But very comfortable bed, and well functioning air condition in the room. Shared bathroom, but it was good standard and super clean. Food in the restaurant was high end. It was very very good food. The area just outside the hotel is not the best, but it’s not too far to walk to for example Ebisu where you have everything you need. Just a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel. And we will be back.

First stay in Shibuya-ku.

Completely exceeded expectations. For many the accommodations will be tiny. But you do not need the room to be more than a place to sleep and unwind.

Had a wonderful 7-day stay here! Excellent service, amazingly clean bathrooms and bedroom. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it. I traveled alone and stayed in an all female room.

I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly!
Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!

The location was a bit out of the way, but not too far, so still pretty convenient to walk places. The room was small, not surprising. It was fine! Nothing special. I'm glad the room had black out curtains, as our room faced a bus parking lot with bright lights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Love how there were multiple bathrooms on all the floors so you dont need to time your shower. The staff were helpful and kept it as clean as possible, but there were some loud, messy guest staying.

Most aspects of this place are great but I think the only real fault is the price. It cost about 14500 yen when I booked and I’ve just stayed in a place that cost only 4500 yen and is very much on par.

Overall a very nice stay though and I understand sometimes things have to be more expensive to cover unseen costs!

Bra läge!

Bra läge ca. 10 min från Shibuya crossing. Hotellet är nytt och har både sovsalar och vanliga hotellrum. Rummen är ganska små men tillräckliga. Bra frukost och bra var . Gratis öl en timme om dagen och en drinkbiljett per dag. Personalen talade god engelska.

The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but it is Japan and the bathrooms are separate from the room itself its not complaining just a heads up, will book again if I head to Shibuya

Amazing location! About 12 min walk from Shibuya Station or Ebisu Station, both with great transfer options. They give you free drink ticketsfor every night you're there and the options for the drinks are really good. They offer towels, pjs, cream, toothbrush, every toiletry you can think of as well as free umbrella rental. There's also a lounge on the top floor with a coffee and water machine and various teas. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The rooms were quiet and offered great soundful sleep with the ear plugs and eye mask given. The only downside would be the size of the lockers as they on the smaller side.
