客室は清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。スタッフのみなさんも感じが良く、温泉もあるのでしばらく滞在したいと思いました。
でも近くに食事できるお店が無く、せめてコンビニが欲しかったです。
雨が続いて残念でしたが、のんびり過ごせて良かったです。

静かで快適なホテル

新しいホテルのため、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。
ルームサービスはないですが、1階にあるレストランで客室からの事前オーダーでのテイクアウトができるため、それほど不便を感じませんでした。
小さな売店があり、飲み物やお菓子、地元のワインなども売っています。
15時チェックインでしたが、お部屋の用意が間に合っておらず1時間ほど待つことになりましたが、その間は温泉(サウナあり)に入って過ごすことができたので、のんびりと待つことができました。
HANAZONエリアは、これからホテルなども増える予定なのかな。お陰様で静かに過ごすことができました。

Super expérience

La chambre était incroyable. Moderne et propre. Le personnel était aussi très bien. Notamment la femme qui gérait le petit déjeuner, parlant parfaitement anglais.

Nice location, among the woods and mountains of Hanazono. Located close to all sports activities. A car is necessary to move around, it is not walkable to shops nor restaurants.

New Hotel, Near many outdoor activities

We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is new , clean and near door to the outdoor activities like gondola, zipline, tree walk etc. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and Kitchen staff. We are vegetarians and while they have some vegetarian food in menu, they also went the extra mile to customize to our requirements.

Hotel was very clean. Had a ski in ski out location. Easy transport to the airport with a shuttle to Grand Hirafu Welcome Center. Property is really modern and clean. Love love love their onsen. I stayed at Park Hyatt next door too, and their onsen at Nikko Style was on par.

New and very modern hotel with a zen onsen and spa. It is true ski in and ski out with ski lockers.
The rooms were amazing and have a view of the ski slopes. Very relaxing and quiet!

The entire staff was so helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay very special. They booked us cabs and dinner reservations and helped arrange for activities. The club was a highlight and so nice for breakfast and apres ski. The hotel is brand new and so chic and clean. The onsen was incredible too. Highly recommend this brand new hotel!!

CP值很高激推

飯店服務人員服務很好很親切
環境非常乾淨，早餐選擇不多但很精巧（只可惜菜色都一樣），飯店還有免費接駁巴士可以隨時去不同景點走走，超方便。
飯店出去直接就是滑雪場，熱愛滑雪人士千萬別錯過！！

Amazing buffet breakfast, great bar and easy enough access to Hirafu while getting to be in slightly quieter area. Staff was super friendly, onsen was amazing, hotel in general was super clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Rooms Do Not Accommodate What is Represented

Although the hotel was good, Hotels.com wrongfully shows that the rooms would accommodate 10 people. We were traveling with only five adults and a child so I assumed it would be fine. It was not. It was absolutely impossible to fit six of us. We got a second room for $696.39 a night! A total of $3,481.95 for the stay. We had no choice. Terrible result.

If we can give 10 stars we would. Absolute perfection for a basically ski in-ski out hotel. Easy shuttle system to and from Hirafu. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Don't worry about the bad reviews. We were a little skeptical, but this hotel has gotten their stuff together and I'm thinking the negative reviews may have been early on in their opening (or just complainers or competitors submitting reviews). My wife and I stayed here for four nights at the end of our trip (stayed in Hirafu for 9 nights prior to this hotel). This place was wonderful. All stays in Niseko are expensive in Winter but this one was one of the more affordable options in any of the four ski areas for two people. And it was perfect! The hotel is very nice and high-end, the staff are friendly and helpful as possible. Harry at the front desk was super helpful scheduling us a ride to a train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the onsen was clean and has everything you need (indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, and cold plunge). The proximity to the lifts gives this hotel everything you need for a nice visit to Niseko. The Hanazono area is definitely the most luxurious and not too busy of lift lines. Highly recommend this hotel.

Obviously, the proximity to the ski lifts is unbeatable.
For a $600/night hotel, the amenities were just average. The continental breakfast was average, they only cleaned the rooms every 3 days and didn't even tidy the rooms on the other days due to "environmental reasons".
Just expected more from the hotel other than just the proximity to the lifts.

We spent seven days at Nikko Style in HANAZONO for a ski trip, and it surpassed our expectations—especially considering the negative reviews we had read beforehand. We decided to keep our expectations low, but the experience turned out to be fantastic. The hotel is ultra-modern, conveniently located next to the slopes and bus stop, and offers excellent service and cleanliness. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay again. It’s home away from home!

Loved the 4 night stay here. The location across the street from the Hanazono lifts is perfect. The breakfast buffet was great but a bit expensive. The room was good soft pillows and two large double beds pushed together. I used the Onsen 3 times and it was nice after a long day skiing. The front desk was super helpful in shipping luggage to Sapporo.
