それ以外は本当に素晴らしい施設と景色でした。

景色もきれいで温泉も気持ちよく、全体的にきれいでしたが、床に埃がたまっていた箇所があったことが残念でした。
スタッフ対応がないことは不便に感じなかったのですが、上の階の宿泊者が夜中までドタバタ騒いでいた時に注意していただけないのは不便だと思いました。

少し残念だったのはチェックアウトを、
二、三分過ぎただけで思いっきりドアを清掃の外国の方に叩かれて現実にすぐ戻ってしまったことです。

今までに泊まった宿の中でもかなり上位に位置する宿泊体験ができました。
徹底したデジタル化によって人件費を下げたことにより宿泊費は押さえつつも、部屋の作りや設備、かゆいところに手が届く品々が備わっていることなど家族全員が納得のホリデーを過ごすことができました。
静かに過ごしたい家族には圧倒的におすすめな宿です。

ロケーションが最高でした。お風呂は窓を前回にして露天風呂になり、外には足湯。ペット同伴でとても快適でした。少し残念なのは調理器具が綺麗に洗浄されてなかった。

El apartamento es espectacular. Súper bonito, moderno y ubicado en un enclave inmejorable, veíamos el Tori de la Paz en frente cuando se disipaba la niebla.... Impresionantemente bonito. Para ver el Monte Fuji hay que tener suerte 😅.
El Onsen en la propia habitación es todo un lujo!!!!

Beautiful and romantic with views of Fuji if the weather is right (almost never, such is life). Excellent personal onsen (mini mineral bath), very romantic. Slippers, pyjamas, soaps provided. Even a telescope and star projector! The place is very spacious for a family with two kids. Big kitchen and dining and living room. Big balcony with private foot bath. Big projector screen and you can stream video to it from your phone.

Not much dining in the area. In fact, all of Hakone hasn't much dining but here is even less. Big 7-11 nearby and you can get many breakfast items there.

The two beds are in the same room so if you are with your children then after they go to sleep you will need to be creative. However, the apartment is big and the opportunities are plenty. No problem.

Great property with view to Mount Fuji from the private onsen. The room is large and has a good sized kitchen and a washing machine. Location is close to 7 Eleven and bus stop. Kids loved the projector and telescope.

Excellent stay. Clean and confortable. Loved all the amenities. The onsen and foot soak were so relaxing snd the view was stunning from the patio. My kids loved the telescope and the galaxy night light. Loved the drinks in the fridge. Would highly reccomend. We were aware of the luggage storage issue, so we did the loop with our bags, a little annoying. But it was worth it, we loved this stay.

사실 아무리 구글링을 해도 가보지 않은 곳에 호텔을 예약하기는 모험이지요. 리셉션이 없어서 걱정을 많이 했는데 체크인 프로세스 전혀 어렵지 않았어요. 인생샷 찍는다는 하코네신사와는 걸어서 10분, 해적선 타는곳도 바로옆, 그리고 방에서 바라보는 뷰는 정말 기차에서 내려서 하코네유모토에서 버스로 한 40분 들어와야 하는 거리상 불편함을 충분히 잊게 해주었어요. 강력 추천입니다.

Lovely Stay

Hotel was easy to locate, right beside a relatively big 7-11, major bus stops leading to various scenic spots, a lovely bakery and just a 2 min walk to Hakone Pirate shi port.
The indoor onsen was a huge plus with spring water overlooking a tiny Mt Fuji if u happen to have a clear day. The electric grill at the balcony was a bonus too, but rem to bring your own meat fr outside Hakone, cos 7-11 or shops in vicinity doesnt sell any raw meat for grilling, other than microwaveable food. Space was huge, great for a family of 5, the mega projector screen was my kids' fav part of the house. Foot bath at balcony is perfect for kids who cant get used to soaking fully in an onsen.
Only gripe was the balcony gets all wet during a rain, loads of moth around the balcony lights at night, especially on a rainy day, which may scare some kids.

We have traveled extensively around the world, and can honestly say this is one of (if not the best) accommodations we have experienced.

The expansive layout and breathtaking views were nothing short of spectacular.

We were pleasantly surprised with the high-quality snacks and drinks as well as conveniences that are not common place in other locations.

We appreciated the security of the building as well as its proximity to locations we were intending to visit.

We were initially concerned about the check-in procedure, however it was quite easy and the process was quick with the instructions provided.

We can't recommend these accommodations high enough.

We stayed in room 201, second floor with a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I felt very lucky as I think other rooms on this floor would have an obstructed view due to the trees in front of the property.

The apartment was well equipped but I would have appreciated English instructions for the washing machine and oven; if they were there, I didn’t see them.

The onsen was lovely.

I have marked the property down as it needs some tlc. The wallpaper in the loo is peeling off, and there is dust on the dining light fitting that must have been building for many months. An hour or two of someone’s time would have the room looking good again.

When I booked the place, it said I wouldn’t get a view of Mt. Fuji. When we arrived, we were in awe! The room we got had an amazing view of the mountain and hakone shrine. The only thing that we had an issue with was checking in. We had the online check in and had to do the check in on the tablet in the stay. We had trouble finishing the check in process due to the video call, but checking out was very easy!

amazing stay! We had our own private on and dry sauna. When we arrive, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks.
I agree that a little bit more noise proofing would be good perhaps putting some pads on the bottom of the heavy chairs.

Beyond expectations

What a wonderful place! It had everything we needed and more. It was so cool to have a telescope on the balcony! The hosts really thought of everything: a starlight lamp in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric barbecue, and an onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji – we could just sit there and stare. The hotel is about 200 meters from the bus stop for Odawara, and there’s a Seven‑Eleven right across the street. I would definitely return without hesitation.

Amazing retreat, with postcard view of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashinoko. One caveat is that the residence is unmanned, meaning that you can’t access to property, let alone drop luggage, until check-in time.

Absolutely stay here!!!

This was absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It is beautiful. Clean. Spacious. We booked a double room up on the third floor. We spent hours enjoy in the footpath, soaking in the hot spring bath, and relaxing in the sauna. I had a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 11. We wish we took more advantages of the extra amenities like for food. The toiletries, coffee and free items were amazing extras. I know when we come back we will book this place again. And definitely stay longer. This place was worth every penny. We got so lucky to have clear sky’s up until the day we left. We were also a very short walk to the bus depot and boat rides. A 15 walk to the Torii Gate and 15 minutes or so to the Hakone Check Point. Many places to get food within walking distance.

Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side of building,

The private onsen was a godsend! Lovely view of Mt Fuji and Hakone Shrine from the apartment. Outdoor foot bath was fantastic too. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dishwasher was a welcomed bonus for us. Even though the property was unmanned, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful when we had problems accessing the projector. We would definitely stay here again!

The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front.

There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.

Took the lake view room and the view was breathtaking.

Hotel was luxuriously equipped with everything we needed and more (we could hardly believe a telescope was provided to admire the scenary and stars!)

Complimentary welcome sweets (white Mont Blanc cake), cheese, and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge made the stay additionally memorable!

This room has a gorgeous view of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji. The view beats any other view of Mount Fuji including fuse from Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako. Simply stunning and one of the most gorgeous view of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I will definitely go back someday.

The view was amazing. Onsen was amazing. Wake up to view of Mt Fuji almost every other day, when it is not cloudy. 7eleven and Lawson is just a walk away. Bus stop is right next door.

Only downside is the cleaning service was not provided on daily basis. Maybe we need to call them but we didnt bother to.

A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. It could fit two people, and we loved how the doors opened up to look at the view.
We were on level 2 and if you can I would suggest trying to get a room level 3 or higher as we did have some maple trees which partially obstructed our view. It was still lovely but you would have a clear view of the lake and beyond from the floors above.
It was easy walking across the road to 7-11, or to the couple of restaurants in the area. The complimentary drinks and snacks was a lovely touch.
We appreciated the in-room washing machine, and the big projector tv was great.
A very relaxing place to stay in the middle of our Japan trip.

Very nice accomodation with your own private onson. Every mod con you can think of in the room including projector and screen. Great views from balcony.
Restaurants close early in the area (like 6pm) so stock up grocery’s.

This place was the highlight of our trip to Japan. We had 4 adults and 4 children with us. It was amazing! Very close to the bus stop and 7/11 was 24hrs. Would definitely come back in the future.
Received email 24hra hours before with the code to get into the building and room. We had no issues.
