とても快適、チェックインのみ少し手間取りました

とても快適でしたが、チェックイン番号のメールが来ておらず、チェックイン時のみは困りました。幸い清掃時間で、スタッフの方がいてくださいましたが、無人だと手間取っただろうなと思いました。その他は立地もよく、気持ちよく清掃もしてくださっており、とても快適でした。

お風呂とトイレが独立していて快適
レンジとポットと冷蔵庫はとても便利でした。ただちゃんとしたキッチンがあるのに、台所用品が何もなかったのが残念でした
ドリップのコーヒー、粉茶も毎日4つずつあり、アメニティは揃ってました
紙コップも4つあったけれど、洗面所にもコップが欲しかったです
部屋はきれいで清潔だったので、ゆっくりできました

今どきの非対面ホテル。必要なものは全て整っていましたし、1K（バストイレセパレート）マンションのような作りで快適でした。また、近くに旅行時は利用したいと思います。

子供が体調を崩してシーツを汚してしまったのにも関わらず「大丈夫？元気になってね？多めにタオル置いていきますね」っと嫌な顔を一切せず親切に対応してもらいました。

客室内の設備については大変満足しました。ただ、皆さんの口コミにもあるように、チェックイン関係が結構大変です。そのあたりを詳しく記載します。
①ホテル入口
→マンションと同じくオートロックです。テンキーは2種類あり、右側1つは宿泊者を呼び出すもの、左側1つがホテル内に入るためのものです（こちらを使います）。パスワードは、左上にあるラミネートの用紙に記載がありますが、そこに記載の赤字の数字をそのまま入れるだけで自動ドアが開きます。
②チェックイン
→予約時の電話番号か予約番号が必要。私の場合は何故か全く覚えのない電話番号が登録されていたため、電話番号では検索できず。予約番号は、予約時にバックされるメールに記載があります（Expediaサイトのマイページからは確認できませんでした）。そのあとは、署名→電話番号や住所などの入力があります（予約時に全て入れていますが再度記載する必要あり）。未支払いの場合はここでカードの読み取りなどがあるようです（私は事前支払い済みだったの精算額0円でした）。チェックインを済ませると、レシートのようなものが発券され、そこに部屋番号と暗証番号の記載があります。
③エレベーター
→宿泊階数に行くには、1階エレベーター横にあるテンキーに先程の暗証番号を入れると、エレベーターを呼ぶボタンが押せるようになります。
④部屋のドア
→入室には、ドアについているテンキー（デジタルのため手の平でふわっと触れると番号が表示されます）に先程の暗証番号を入れれば鍵が開きます。オートロック「ではない」ので、中に入ったら鍵を2箇所かけた方が良いです。
　ちなみに、部屋を出る時はドアを閉めた後、またテンキーにふわっと触れて何かボタンを押せばロックされます。リアルな鍵はありません。
⑤客室内
・アレクサが壁についていて、照明やカーテンの開け閉めなどの指示ができます。お風呂のお湯も溜められますが、自動で止まらないようなので自分で止める必要があるようです（溢れそうだった）。
・テレビはなくプロジェクタで壁面に投影する形です。スマホでも操作できますが設定が面倒なので、アレクサの下に置いてあるコントローラーを使えば良いです。
・トイレバスは完全分離、洗濯機もレンジもあります。お風呂も広いです。アメニティも大体の物はありますし、タオルは2枚、バスローブは大きめの薄いものなのでそのまま寝られました。コーヒーとお茶も飲めるようになっています。
⑥チェックアウト
→手続は特に必要ありません。そのままホテルを出ればOKです。時間になると暗証番号が使えなくなります。

総合的には設備も新しくきれいでとても良いホテルだと思います。また泊まりたいなと素直に思えました。最初の1回だけ色々と戸惑うと思いますので参考になればと記載させていただきました。

コンフォートトリプルルームに三人で宿泊したのですが、ゆったりとしていて全然窮屈に感じず快適でした。
トイレ、洗面、バスルームと独立しているし、キッチンもあり長期滞在にも最適だと思います。
パスコードで入館できるのもカギをなくす心配もなくとても便利に感じました。
大阪に来るときはまたここに宿泊したいです。

お部屋の中は、凄く綺麗でプロジェクターで壁に映してテレビなどが見れます。アレクサが設置されていて、カーテンの開け閉めや電灯をつけたり消したりなどが音声で指示できます。シャンプーリンスなども、質の良い物を使われていました。部屋の中は、靴を玄関口で脱ぐので荷物も床に置けて良かったです。お風呂上がりはスリッパを履いて過ごしました。アメニティも充実しています。家族全員が、連泊したかったと言っていました。ただ、無人のため施設に入る所で、戸惑っている方が多く見られました。後、ネットフリックスやAmazonプライムは会員ログインが必要で、宿泊者が契約していないと見れません。ログインした方は、退室時に登録削除した方が良いです。私が宿泊した部屋は、前の方のアカウントでログインが出来るようになっていました。私も、契約しているので、使用しませんでしたが、知らず知らずのうちに、誰かに使用されているかも…。履歴で、身に覚えのない視聴があったら、要注意です。それ以外は、近くに土日祝は安い駐車場もあって、良いとこづくしでした。また、是非宿泊したいです。

チェックインの方法は若干分かりにくいものの、端末の指示通りに進んでいけば大丈夫です。
部屋はそこそこ広くて、清潔さもほぼ問題ありません。トイレ、バスも分かれておりキレイです。
施設の駐車場はないものの、近くに駐車場があるので、困りません。
今回は、ホテル周辺の散策は出来ませんでしたが、飲食店等がたくさんあるみたいなので、次の機会には、もう少し早くチェックインして、そういったことも楽しみたいと思います。
総じて満足で、また利用したいです。

設備は申し分ないです。1Kのマンションのような間取りでプライベート空間を確保して快適に過ごせました。
照明を兼ねたプロジェクターは不具合が多いようで、ネットにつながらなくて何も見れないトラブルがありました。
再起動すれば簡単に直りましたが、再起動の仕方について案内が入っていれば迷わずにできたと思います。
チェックインは改善してほしいです。
予約した時にエントランスの解錠キーは届くのでそれで入れますが、エントランスでのチェックイン操作で、予約番号や個人情報など入力させられます。
予約番号はHotels.comなどもあって、その場でスマホから探すことになりました。
どの番号が必要か事前に教えてもらえれば予め準備もできてスムーズにチェックインできたのに残念でした。
非対面チェックインで非常に期待が大きかったのでその分残念でした。

Veldig fin, praktisk, ren leilighet i et forretningsstrøk nært det meste. Frokoststeder, restauranter, butikker rett ved. Togstasjon ligger innen 5 min gåavstand og tar deg kjapt til f.eks. Namba og alle andre steder. Prisvennlig! Vi likte alt med dette oppholdet og kan anbefales videre!

The hotel was nice and had a good location. I loved that there was a washing machine.

It would have been nice if there were dishes or pots/pans to actually use the provided stove and microwave. Also, the light sensors were really annoying because of how sensitive they were. Just turning in your bed would cause the lights to turn on.

Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

Very clean, and check in was very easy. The room is very high tech, which is cool, but better instructions on how to use the washing machine and the bathtub would have been helpful. Also, the motion light in the hallway is pretty obnoxious at night for the others that are sleeping.

The property is in modern design and has almost everything we needed. The property manager is very helpful. Only one thing I would like to bring out was the slippers. It is not suitable wearing in the bathroom. My wife fell down one time in the bathroom as the slippers are very slippery. Overall, we like the hotel and will stay again if we visit Osaka next time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Una parada de metro cerca que comunicaba muy bien y el resto del hotel muy bien también. Si volvemos a Osaka miraríamos este hotel como una opción muy buena .

Small but comfortable even for a family of 4. My only issue was the lights on a sensor so if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the hallway lights come on possibly waking up thise still sleeping. The room was well equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, clothes washer and even a stove. Checkin was all by kiosk as was check out, no staff was there but we didnt need them. Not really sure what would happen if you have an issue and need to contact management, but luckily we did not have that issue. Great stay overall! By the way, try the Udon place next door. He doeant open until 11am but the udon was excellent!

I wish we had control over the Light fixtures. It was would automatically turn on by sensor and it going to the bathroom was a nuisance at night. I have a 2 year old that's sensitive to light and will wake up whe turned on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The location is pretty central. It's not too close to the crowds of Dotonbori, but we are able to walk the location fine.

Es war alles sehr modern und funktional…dabei sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind halt klein, das ist in japanischen Großstädten aber nicht selten. Es gibt keine Rezeption, also auch keine Personen, die man ansprechen kann.

Despite a slow start due to using touch pad for checking in process where I had to WRITE on screen instead of typing in details, the room was spacious compared with other hotels in Japan and very clean. Great amenities inside the room including the projector and nice bath. Will be more than happy to stay there again on our next visit to Osaka!

Good value for money highly recommend

The room we stayed was triple sharing and the three single bed are comfortable. The room is very clean the interior is brand new. The best is having a washing machine in the shower room where we can wash our clothes conveniently and able to dry all our clothes in the shower area where's warmer/dryer function for the whole shower room. The hotel is also prompt in response when we request certain things through email, even though there is no physical front desk. Is within walking distance to subway and many restaurants around the hotel area to explore. We even walk to Osaka Castle and stop along many cafe and shops on the way. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and although check in was by computer it was easy. Clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. 1 bdrm was separate so that was nice. Separation of bathroom areas made it convenient for all. Shower, sink and toilet could be used individually. 25 min walk to Dontiburi area and 25 min walk to Osaka castle.

Une expérience géniale à refaire!!!

Une arrivée facile pour déposer nos bagages avec un système très simple. Une fois le checkin fait, la découverte de la chambre a été une agréable surprise, encore mieux que le descriptif. Une petite cuisine avec un plateau de bienvenue (café, the, tasse...), des rangements et un grand frigo, une entrée avec grand rangement pour les chaussures et des chaussons neufs à disposition. Un placard avec un fer à repasser et une table, ainsi qu'une penderie. La salle de bain était géniale, type japonaise, avec d'un côté une piece avec douche et baignoire et surtout les produits à disposition et de l'autre un lavabo avec un set de produits d'urgence( brosse à dents, brosse à cheveux, coton...) et surtout une machine à laver ! La chambre avec les 3 lits était spacieuse, avec le balcon en plus. La chambre a été faite tous les jours avec le changement des serviettes et les lits faits, ainsi que le plateau de thé et café aussi.
. Même si il n'y a pas de réception, l'utilisation de l'hôtel avec un code personnel pour toutes les ouvertures de portes été très bien car pas de perte de clé 😅. Les parties communes étaient très propres.
Envie de revenir et de rester plus longtemps. Je recommande fortement.

Great place to stay if you’re in and out. Although there is a kitchen, you will need to supply your own utensils, plates, etc so it was pointless. Other than that, it was still great.

Love this place ! It was the perfect distance away from the crowd but yet easy to get to the main areas like Dotombori, Osaka castle, and other shopping eateries nearby. The place had a washing machine, rooms were clean almost everyday. Definitely will be staying at this place on our next visit to Osaka.

Everything worked beautifully and it is such a cozy place. We still need to be able to talk to a human being in case we need small things or ask for something. Highly recommended. You should allow a texting messaging system to talk to someone on site or who is close from the property.

Moderno e tecnológico com excelente localização

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, bem como a qualidade da acomodação. O checkin é checkout foram rápidos, ambos de forma eletrônica, pois não há recepcionistas na entrada. O quarto é bem moderno e tecnológico, tendo ponto alto o projetor que forma uma tela gigante na parede. Único ponto a ressaltar é que não existe nenhum utensílio na cozinha, tornando-a quase inútil para quem está realizando uma viagem de férias. Mesmo assim, super recomendo este hotel.

這次住宿 刻意選民宿 可以自己煮東西 空間也比較大 結果訂到半自動化的民宿 從進大樓開始 電梯 入住登記 進房間 就密碼搞定 無卡無紙（只有一張登記後的列印收據） 入房後也沒看到電視 直接投影機投屏 免治馬桶只是基本配備 廁所分兩間 乾濕分離 可依需求使用 重點是有可自動出水的泡澡浴缸 設定溫度 水量後 就可以了 不用擔心放水過滿或過熱 超級享受 真想把自家浴室改裝成這樣。重點是房價超優惠 四人房 價格卻不到台幣三千元 而且附的拋棄式拖鞋很優質 備品全提供 一天梳子四人份 刮鬍刀四人份 還有洗澡巾 耳掛式咖啡都是一天四人份 唯一缺點 沒有鍋具，刀具和碗盤 要自備 若以衛生考量 這樣安排也合理。
下次還是會想安排住這裡（離地鐵站約步行約六分鐘）。

You cannot go wrong with this wonderful apartment. It is large even by Australian standards. It had very comfortable beds and a seperate toilet and bathroom so both could be used at the same time. There is no front desk but this is not an issue. Check in is via touch screen in the foyer and was very easy. Location is wonderful- safe and I think a classy part of Osaka. Transport options are about a 7 min walk and the hustle and bustle of Osaka is approximately about 5 minutes train or 20 minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel ( ps- the bakery on the corner make the most incredible croissants and bagels!!) I wish all my hotels in Japan were like this!

This self service hotel is definitely a bang for your buck. The location is walking distance fr Hommachi station (10 mins) and just 2 stations fr Dotonbori. We enjoyed staying here as this is a smart hotel room with projectors. My teenagers loved it. They were so generous with the toiletries and linen and cleans the room daily as requested.

I just loved this hotel! Very comfy beds, the room came with so many amenities and it had the best shower experience!
I have to say... the acoustics in the bathroom were amazing for bathroom singing!!!! I did an amazing duet with my husband hahahah
The room is spacious, the room was very clean too.
The hotel is close to many modes of transportation. I loved that I chose to stay there!

附近有超商，也有一間價格很划算的超市。
距離御筋堂車站走路大約5分鐘。
房間內附有洗衣機，也有陽台供晾衣服。

The hotel is located in a business district, with several nearby restaurants that stay open late. Check-in is fully self-service through a machine, as there’s no front desk staff, which was straightforward and quick.

The triple-bed room was a bit snug—opening three suitcases at once left little room to move around. However, the room was equipped with a washer and a drying function in the bathroom, which made laundry easy and convenient during our stay.
