全体的におしゃれな空間多いに楽しみました。窓からの眺めが最高
窓際で女4人寛ぎながら別世界を楽しみました。
お部屋は狭いながらも良くできていて使い勝手はまあまあコスパ的には良かったと思う。
朝食のおにぎりとバイキングのサラダヨーグルト等無駄が無くあれぐらいがちょうどよく感じた。それぞれの素材への拘りもあるからなのか種類は少なかったけど満足いくものになった。
お皿の分別まで自分たちでやるのね。とちょっと戸惑わなくも無かったがそこは主婦問題は無かったがこういう所で人件費削減になるかもと感心。
その分女性ならではのクレンジング、洗顔などのアメニティは置いて欲しかった気がする。
館内をもっと有効に利用する方法があった様なので今度利用する時は試してみたいと思った。

工夫に富んだ新しいホテル

畳のような柔らかい床。綺麗で工夫に富んだ新しいホテルです。窓から箱根と富士山が見えました。14階の受付の外には庭園があり、夜にはきれいなイルミネーション。

16階のお部屋で天気も良く富士山が綺麗に見えました。部屋の床が畳でスリッパもなく凄くくつろげてストレスがなかったです。他のお部屋の音もあまり聞こえなくて凄く静かでお風呂も洗い場があるタイプでトイレも綺麗でフロントで必要なアメニティを自分で選ぶスタイルなので無駄が無いと思いました。富士山を見ながらちょうど良い量の美味しい朝ごはんをゆっくり食べることが出来ました。フードロスが無いと思いました。おにぎりを丸々１つ残している人がいたから2個選ぶというスタイルだけど予め聞いて人により１つにしても良いのでは無いかと思いました。私はとても気に入ったのでまた東京へ行く時はここに泊まりたいです。

このホテルのコンセプトが不明のまま予約宿泊して初めての体験に戸惑った。あまり部屋への関わりはしないサービスだとあとで聞く。

ただし、こちらが若干質問しての帰り際の対応は見事であった。

Rooms were great for one person or a couple. I was there in my own room, so plenty of space. First time in Japan, so it took a while to get used to the shower room (whole room is a shower) and loved the Japanese toilets. The lobby is on the 14th floor and then they have five floors of rooms above. All amenities were available. The common areas were well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the street level, there is a full food court and coffee places, so you don’t have to leave the building if it is raining or you don’t want to. I would recommmend this as a great option to anyone coming to Japan. The trains were a five minute walk and there was ample convenience stores on almost every corner. Very convenient while being a location outside of the hustle that is the main areas of Tokyo.

Amazing stay

Great Hospitality and Views, Average Amenities

While the hotel offers limited food options and only very basic amenities for the price, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the entire facility was exceptionally clean. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the room, which truly made the stay memorable.

Sentral base for besøk i Tokyo. Nær togstasjon/ bane som var lett å finne frem på.
Fine rom, lite treningsrom som fungerte helt greit.
Vaskemaskiner og styrkerom var tilgjengelig.
Rent og fint over alt .
Fin utsikt over byen. Vi bodde både i 18. og 20. etg.

Our family of 5 stayed here during our last night in Tokyo. The room had plenty of space, a beautiful view of the city and a fantastic shower. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

General good stay even for business trip

Stay in general was good. Only the standard of housekeeping can be better - not very consistent.
I stayed for a good two weeks and experienced housekeeping services by different staff.
There was once - instead of the usual duvet being open and spread out covering the whole bed, my duvet was folded into quarters ON the bed like how you fold your blankets at home.

Also, the window blinds do not cover the window fully so there is light seeping through the sides so this might affect light sleepers.

I stayed here for 10 days with my husband and two daughters. The property is amazing a brand new hotel with beautiful views of the city. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with two twin beds and two day beds. The breakfast was delicious too. The area is quiet but there are many dining options and stores. I hope to stay here anytime Im in Tokyo.

The views from the room were incredible. My only complaint is that the master “bed” was a wooden platform covered with stiff pillows. As we tried to figure out how we were going to sleep, we discovered some futon bedding and pillows in bags in the closet. Unfortunately these didn’t do much to add comfort to the wooden platform.

I recently stayed at OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda by Hoshino Resorts, and it was a fantastic experience that balanced comfort, convenience, and style. Just minutes on foot from either station, it’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The surrounding Gotanda area is a hidden gem for food lovers, boasting a wide array of eateries—from traditional Japanese izakayas and ramen shops to trendy cafés and international options. There's no shortage of late-night dining or quick bites, and the neighborhood retains a local, laid-back charm despite being well-connected.

The hotel itself is sleek and modern, with rooms that are compact but cleverly designed, featuring warm wood accents and large windows. I was lucky enough to get a room with a view of Mount Fuji, which was an unforgettable highlight of my stay. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to transit and a 15-20 minute metro ride to all major areas of the city. Friendly staff, clean hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Tokyo.

Unique set up for theee adults in Dandan room. Accommodates people and thier luggage- which is sometimes a challenge in Tokyo. Night views were great. The beds weren’t great- especially the window bed was very hard.

Very nice hotel very clean. People were great , room size for Japan was really good, great view, you can get breakfast included, a great location in Tokyo very close to transportation, and good restaurants.

Perfect sto

Incredible views and comfortable rooms. As a young family of four we had more than enough space in a twin room with toddler on the sofa (albeit with limited luggage and co-sleeping baby). Pyjamas provided for adults up to UK size 16ish.

5min walk to Gotanda station which gives easy access to lots of Tokyo sites. Reception team v friendly and helpful with luggage forwarding.

This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was incredible, the location was great and the hotel itself was amazing. The hotel is located near a food court so if you just want to head back to the hotel and rest you have options right on the first floor. This hotel also allows dogs which made the stay even better seeing the adorable dogs every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay.

The Hotel is beautiful and in a pretty good spot. Close to the train station. We absolutely lived everything about it except i was surprised with getting charged extra fees because "my kids were not considered children" when i added their ages when initially booking. I had to pay an extra $400 something, then they came up to my toom saying they over charged me, refunded the $400 and still charged $300 something. Super dissapointed. But other than that the hotel is GREAT!
