評判通り素晴らしいホテルでした。場所も良くスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしいですし、リクエストをお願いしておいたらスカイツリーの見えるお部屋にアサインして下さいました。朝食も海鮮丼をはじめ美味しかったです。ただ、セキュリティボックスがなく少しだけ不便をかんじました。

友人とホカンスで利用しました！

まずロビーから綺麗！チェックインチェックアウトは機械でスムーズ！
初めての夜鳴きそばにこの価格帯で大浴場、お風呂上がりのアイスも最高。デラックスルーム広いしテレビも大きいお部屋の飾りもかわいいしアメニティもばっちりドライヤーきぬじょ？！！朝食バイキングもフルーツ食べ放題海鮮丼にいくら？！！

観光地なので外国人も多いだろうしとあまり期待していなかったのに、へたな旅館よりスタッフの皆さんもホスピタリティ高くて本当に大大大満足でした！
また訪れたいしオススメです！！！

土曜日の宿泊で外は観光客が多く、どこの飲食店もウェイティング。今回は朝食付きで正解でした。
予想以上に種類も多く、朝から朝食難民になることもなく、また部屋も広くて使い易かったです。ゆっくり滞在出来ました。浅草の再滞在はまたここでと思いました。

スタッフのご対応が素晴らしかったです。
個人的に和風な旅館の雰囲気が好きなので、お部屋が和室で、作務衣風の館内着も気に入りました。特に大浴場が素晴らしくて朝晩利用しました。清潔感もありました。
朝食も美味しくて食べ過ぎてしまうほどでした。
ただ、一点気になる箇所が…。お部屋のお掃除がちょっとだけ雑というと失礼ですが、前のお客さんの髪の毛が数本落ちていたり、部屋のお風呂にも髪の毛が落ちていたりしたのでそこを改善していただけるとと嬉しいです。なので星4とさせて頂きました。

ライブ参戦で利用しました。

駅から近い、飲食店街やコンビニがすぐ傍にある、浅草寺まで徒歩1分程といった好立地でした。
お食事も美味しいですし、ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。
大浴場も数種類の湯船とサウナ、選べるシャンプーバーなどで大満足でした。
唯一、部屋のシャワー室の角が少し緑っぽくなっていましたが、気になるほどではなかったです。

ホームページの写真を見て想像していたより狭く感じました。
朝食も値段の割に種類が少ないです。
館内で会った宿泊客は全員海外の方でした。
温泉、夜鳴きそばのサービス、床が畳なのは良かったです。

館内すべてが畳敷きで、靴を脱ぐ事ができるのでとてもくつろげます。
客室も同様、床に座れるのは嬉しいです。　
まだ新しいのもありますが、温泉も綺麗でゆっくりと疲れを癒せます。
それに、やはり朝食は種類も多く、新鮮な海鮮丼もいただける上、食事スペースにはテレビもあり、朝のニュースを見ながらいただけました。
また是非お邪魔したいです。

妻と2人での素泊まり。まず、部屋の綺麗さと設備に満足。食事処も綺麗で広く、夜鳴きそばの美味しさに感動。あの美味しさで無料は信じられませんでした。大浴場も広く綺麗で、シャワーノズルもファインバブル式で驚きました。湯上がり後のガリガリ君アイスのサービスや、アイス枕サービスなども良かったです。文句なしでした。

素晴らしい宿です。

また、泊まりたいと思う宿です。
ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。
温泉も、天然のお湯で、旅の疲れを取ってくれました。
館内も清潔で、お風呂用の籠には、細やかな心配りが感じられました。　
夜泣きそばや朝食は、美味しいのですが、もう少し朝食メニューが、多いといいですね。

센소지에서 도보 3분이지만 조용한 곳이라 좋았음. 천연온천욕장은 아주 크진 않지만 붐비지 않았음. 조식은 한번 정도 꼭 맛보길 추천(맛있으나 주변에 먹을 것이 많다..) 청결상태 굿굿, 직원분들 모두 친절함!! 함께 간 어머니가 마음이 편하다며 또 오고 싶다고 얘기함.

You are in the heart of Asakusa in this hotel! Walk out the door and you are able to eat and sight-see immediately.

From our window we could see the Asakusa amusement park, which was fun, and it shut down at a reasonable at night so we were not disturbed when sleeping.

Wonderful place, which we would definitely go to again.

We stayed here for one night before our flight home. It was in a nice quiet location but close to lots of food and sights to see. We enjoyed the Onsen and the late night ramen and ice cream that was offered. We liked the tatami style floors throughout the building. They also offered luggage storage after checkout which was convenient.

A couple more pillows in the bedroom would have been nice, but the bed was fairly comfortable despite this.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. The front desk was exceptional. Upon arrival my friend left her phone in the taxi. Iwasaki was so helpful in helping us get it back. She made all the phone calls and had it returned to us so quickly. We are forever grateful for that! The young man at front desk was also so kind and helpful with our questions. 10 stars for their friendliness and efficiency! The hotel itself is very clean and we loved how you could wear your pyjamas around and feel comfortable. The incredible onsen was a bonus after long days of walking. Just wished the breakfast included a few more western items. Hotel location was super convenient right next to Senso-ji temple and within close walking distance of Don Q, Hoppy Street, Lawsons, etc. Highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely clean, well kept, and comfortable hotel with cool amenities like a public bath and a manga library. We speak little to no Japanese but every member of the staff was kind and acommodating. I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!

Very friendly staff, very well maintained hotel. I liked the breakfast. More Japanese traditional buffet. Evening free ramen for dinner. For the price of the hotel with so much of local foods near by in asakusa. This is my preferred hotel.

Incredible stay

Overall we had a fantastic stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, all amenities were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The only unfortunate thing is that the baths/hot springs prohibited tattoos so we didn't get to enjoy that part of our stay.
The breakfast was amazing, so many options and everything was delicious.

Loved this place. Definitely more on the traditional side with tatami everywhere and Japanese decor. Great breakfast, great service, super-clean. The onsen with natural spring water was a great bonus. The Asakusa area is one of our favourite places in Tokyo as well.

I enjoyed the wonderful onsen with many bath type choices. The breakfast was good with ample options but not much changed day to day. The ice cream and yocult were wonderful after the onsen. Free massage chairs not to be missed. The late night ramen was fantastic and appreciated. Area was walkable with lots to offer for food and shopping and trains. The room was very clean and roomy with everything we needed. I think I booked a superior. Staff helpful with baggage transfer paperwork as well. Will stay there again every chance I get. I didn't mind paying more for the wonderful amenities and onsen.

The customer service was excellent. Not a good location. Super crowded during the day but deserted in the evening and did not feel comfortable walking alone at night. Hotel was far from the train station and it's not a major train station so inconvenient to go places. No elevators in the train station. There were up escalators but no down escalators so hard to carry luggage.

I would recommend staying here! Not only is there so much to do in this area the hotel was great. The breakfast is yummy, the rooms are clean, check in was easy. Onsens are clean and they provide you with shampoos and other amenities. Anytime we went there was never more than 2 or 3 people at a time. For Americans the no clothing wasn’t really weird. You can cover up with a towel and go to the more private baths in the back. They provide ramen and popsicles in the being which is nice. We loved staying here. Senso Ji temple is really close. If you want culture and shopping without all the hustle and bustle of being in main city Tokyo, Asakusa is a great place to be.

Highly recommend. This hotel has turned me onto the Dormy Inn brands as a whole. The room size is very generous, price fantastic considering we were right in Asakusa and the amenity offering is unmatched especially at this price point . I will be prioritizing Dormy Inn’s on my next Japan trip.

Love love love this hotel! It’s a traditional Japanese style. Love the public hot tub inside it! But it doesnt allow people with tattoos to go in. We are very glad that we purchased the breakfasts! Their breakfast selection is really good! Very very close to senso ji temple! I love it! I will stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo.

Very clean and located in a great area of the city with plenty to explore nearby. We visited during the heat of summer, and it was always such a pleasant and comfortable place to come back to. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and shopping areas, easy access, close to all subway stations, and airports. Room is Clean, quiet and spacious enough, the tatami mat theme is very Japanese traditional. The hot springs and sauna are perfect after long time walking. We love the complimentary ice cream and noodles. The corner of comics and massage chairs are not bad. The laundry is a bit small, but it is free, can’t complain at all, dryer only cost 100yen per 30 minutes. Highly recommended, definitely will book this hotel again.

We loved it so much we changed our plans to stay longer. From the breakfast buffet to onsen and nightly ramen, everything was perfect. Staff was friendly. Amenities convenient. Neighborhood so walkable and safe. We can’t wait to come back.
