スマホひとつで完結するのでスムーズです。
設備は、バルミューダのトースターがあったり、連泊する人にはいいかも。
全体的に綺麗で良い感じだった。
アメニティがない分価格もリーズナブルで良い。
洗面所に物を置くスペースが小さいのが少し不便なくらいであとは特に問題はないです。
京都の宿泊の選択としてはありだと思います。

とても綺麗で、設備もとても良かったです。
洗濯機もあり、洗剤も用意して下さっていたので、乾燥まで出来、荷物も少なくてすみました！
冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、加湿器まであり、連泊する際は再度利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

ソファーの後ろにティッシュが落ちていたり、床に髪の毛のついたシールがあったりと清潔さという点では不満でした。
それ以外はよかったと思います。

とても綺麗なホテルでした！
洗濯機もあり、洗剤もあり、とてもよかったです。柔軟剤はありませんでしたが、満足です。
地下に防音室があり、たくさんのヨギボーがあら、最高でした！

清水寺まで徒歩5分

清水寺に近くコインパーキングもたくさんある。
トイレとお風呂が別れていて別々に利用出来るし、トイレットペーパーも2重のいいヤツでした。
快適でした。

スタッフがいるフロントがあるわけでは無いのでコミュニケーションは3にしましたが全く問題なかったです。

快適な滞在でした。

清潔感があって快適で、広さも十分でした。
キッチンとテーブルがついていたので、夜、部屋で飲みなおすことができて嬉しかったです。

チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも柔軟に対応いただきありがとうございました。

コインランドリーは現金のみだったので、カードがつかえるとなお良いと思いました。

The address on Expedia is wrong … we thought we booked Gion one. But Kiyomizu Gojo was booked. So the map on Expedia need to be changed !
It was such a wonderful stay there !

非常不錯的空間，一個人人均900台幣，有烤箱、微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、相關的鍋具等等，真的太方便，鄰近清水寺走路約10分鐘距離，適合想在一早沒什麼人就去清水寺看看的人入住。

We had such a great experience staying at Minn Kiyomizu Gojo! The place was spotless — super clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how much extra space there was, and the amenities were excellent. Having a washer and dryer right in the room was a huge bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making everything so easy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect — close to many of Kyoto’s main attractions, yet in a quiet and safe area where we felt completely at ease.

Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again and would gladly book any of the Minn hotels or resorts in the future. Highly recommend!

1. Check-in & Information
The self-service system was extremely convenient and easy to use. All the necessary information was clearly provided, and both check-in and check-out were very fast. The instructions on how to get to the hotel and how everything works in the room were excellent.

2. Room
The room was huge by Japanese standards — modern, beautifully designed, and completely new. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a dryer, which was very convenient.

3. Beds
The beds were comfortable and placed side by side, which suited us perfectly.

4. Kitchen
The small kitchen was well equipped and very handy for preparing simple meals.

5. Location
The hotel is a little far from the train station (not actually a metro), and you need to walk a bit to reach the city center, but overall the location was still good.

Overall Impression
We were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment has everything that you need. It's clean e well organised.
There is a wash machine that washes and dries clothes and it doesn't make noise. That helped us a lot in this hot weather.
One observation:: I just missed an iron.
I definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you very much for this wonderful place!!

We loved the very spacious and clean room. It was very convenient to have washer in the room since we traveled as a family. Kids enjoyed the Karaoke in common area. It was a nice stay and we would definitely stay here again if we have a chance.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in while in Japan. Highly recommended to anyone traveling in Kyoto. It’s in a great location with good food spots, great views, and easy access to local attractions and transportation. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was nice. I will definitely book again when I return.

Our family really enjoyed the Minn apartment. It was in a great spot with an excellent hotel restaurant right next door. The beds were nice, as was having a small kitchen and laundry. The shower was great. The sofa beds were really not comfortable and the tatami mats weren’t either. However, it was clean, affordable, and quiet even with traffic right outside.

Estuvimos en el apartamento mas grande, estuvimos muy cómodos y con mucho espacio.
Dormi en el tatami super cómoda y mi marido en la cama también.
La ducha tenia buen caudal y elmaugua estaba muy caliente, el gel y champu se sentia muy buenos.

Cocina bastante completa pero sin condimentos , solo se echo de menos una cafetera.
Ubicación muy comveniente de todo.
Repetiría sin dudarlo.

The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. It was a plus to have a mini kitchen to prepare our own meals, and washer/drier machine which really helped in raining days. The location is excellent for public transportation as well as touristic sites. It was a great experience. Arigato gozimasu!

Honestly it was better than we could have imagined. Area was walkable to everything. We chose a suite and that helped to save some money on eating out all the time - worth the upgrade for 3 people. Self check in self checkout, left a note when our room is going to get cleaned.
Had all the necessities for cooking and cleaning and laundry. No coffee but that wasn’t tragic tbh. It might have been the best hotel/suite I’ve ever stayed. AC in every room and humidifier/air purifier.

Awesome rooms with everything you need. Clean and very spacious. Having a kitchen and washing machine with kids is very helpful. Beds are stiff but this is common in Japan it seems. A great place to stay.

Cozy stay for families or group of friends

I had a wonderful stay in Kyoto! The location was perfect, the studio modern with plenty of eateries, shrines, and kimono rental shops nearby. Kyoto Station was just a short car ride away. The place was cozy, with high-quality futons that were great for accommodating larger groups.

Poor customer service upon check in. We were 20 minutes early for a 3pm check in time and were not permitted in. Crazy when previous hotel allowed check in three hours earlier. Even respecting the 3pm check in time, it was the rudeness of staff that set a bad tone for the stay. Staff remained unfriendly the full duration, never saying hello or goodbye as you enter and exit the building. Very different experience to our precious hotels in Japan.
Positives - nice, spacious room with great amenities including your own washing machine/dryer. Location easily accessible to public transport and Gion district.

Easy check-in, clean and spacious room, great location. Nothing to complain about. Was a little concerned with no on-site staff or a front desk, but it was never needed. Even keeping our bags in storage at the end until our flight was simple with a lock and key process.

This was a nice little apartment in Kyoto, close to bus and train station. No coffee or tea in the kitchen. But right next to the Nohga Hotel which has a great coffee bar and bakery.

Minn properties are so cute and clean. They have a fully functioning kitchen with lots of amenities. It’s just steps away from a beautiful temple that’s a must see. The rooms themselves are well kept and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it!

Kyoto fam trip

The place is very clean and comfortable for the a family of 5. Check in and out was a breeze. Locations is about 5-10 mins walk to Keihan Line. 3 convenient stores nearby.

I’m a bit of a hotel snob and I can honestly say that this was one of my best accommodation experiences. We stayed in one of the larger apartments and it was perfect for my family of 4. The space felt clean and modern. The kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks. The electric pot was great for coffee and tea. The washing machine/dryer was super convenient and made it so we could do a few loads of clothes. It was in perfect walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera and multiple konbinis. The self check in and out were simple and I can really appreciate the fact that they prioritize sustainability. Even the body wash had a pleasant smell. I would definitely stay here again.

Great layout and walking distance to great shrines and restaurants. Downsize was the noise, every night we heard the appartment above us and to the side. The pillows and mattress werent comfortable either.

We had a basement room so couldn't open a window and there was hardly any natural light and it's winter here so it was dark/gloomy. Under the bed and along the top of the bed were so dusty/unclean. There was also a toothbrush under the bed that wasn't ours, my partner noticed it as he was down on an extra mattress on the floor. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy hard to sleep on. Bed was ok. Mattress provided for extra person was fairly thin. Good location but definitely wouldn't stay again. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were very friendly.
