友人6人で宿泊しました。
必要なものはほぼ揃っており、アミニティの歯ブラシなどは事前に承知していたので持参しました。食事は持ち込みしたのですが、アルミホイルやラップがなくてそれが困ったかな？他の備品は充実していました。フロントには常駐されておらず、初めての利用でタブレットでのコンタクトがわかりにくかったです。
その他はプライベートスパも良かったですし、グループで本当にのんびりできました。ぜひ、リピートしたいです。

初めて利用させていただきました。
家族4人での滞在でしたが、全体的にお部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。
アメニティも良質だったので、ホテルのシャンプー合わないなぁ、て事にはならなかったです。炊飯器が常設されていなくて、使用希望だったら申請しないといけなかったのだけが気になりました。ゆっくりと過ごせたたので大満足です。また機会があったら利用したいです。

宿泊先で一番重視するのが清潔さです。
水廻りも非常に清掃が行き届いていました。
また、シーツもタオルも新品のようにキレイで、とても気持ち良く滞在できました。

泊まることに特化し、フロントなど人の配置を最小限にしていましたが、特に不便や問題はありませんでした。部屋に洗濯機があるのは、使いたい人にとっては嬉しい設備でした。洗剤もあり、とても助かりました。

前回快適でしたのでか今回もこのホテルを選びました。
今回も広々とした部屋でとも快適に過ごしました。
でも残念だったのが、生ゴミがそのまま放置させていたこと、お風呂の排水ネットの交換されていなかったのでないかと思われることです。
次の宿泊までに改善してほしいです。

三条京阪駅からは歩いて2、3分、三時駅からも近く交通至便。コンビニも三条京阪駅に行く途中にファミリーマートとデイリーヤマザキがあります。
電子レンジ、、冷蔵庫、トースター、洗濯機(洗剤も置いてくれている)、キッチンや調理器具、食器もあるので、材料、調味料があれば調理もできる
お風呂の排水溝が詰まりやすいというか、流れにくかった。
とにかく、この値段でこの立地に泊まれて、設備も良いので、また泊まりたいと思う。

Loved the location, near the Sanjo metro was nice. The AC in the room was disastrously cold and couldn’t be adjusted to a temperature. So it was either on or off. And in the bedroom the air blew directly on your face. The cold felt good at 5pm when we came back to the hotel, but not so much shortly later.

From check in, spacious room (triple beds), washing machine in side the room, balcony, additional tatami space, locked up storage (before checkin till 17.00) to checkout via barcode, everything is highly efficient and very very bery easy. No human intervention needed at all. The only thing is road noise since our room is facing the road. You can literally hear some passerby's conversation and all the vehicle noise. But will definitely come back again. We love it!!!

Beautiful, clean, spacious room with comfy beds. Great water pressure in bath/ shower. Loved having washer/dryer in our room with laundry detergent included. Great location, 5 minute walk to Sanjo Keihan Subway station, walking distance to Gion and next to Lawson convenience store. Would definitely stay here again.

Minn was a great apartment hotel for our family of 3 with a 6 year old. Our family suite was spacious, very clean, and modern with a kitchen and appliances. We enjoyed reserving the private onsen with our family. No food or snacks available, but it was near a Lawson and FamilyMart. The location was also in a great walkable area with a few excellent restaurants within a few blocks, and away from the chaotic downtown. My only suggestion would be to have a full-time front desk receptionist; many times there was no one at the front desk and they preferred that you call/text them from the iPad. 100% would stay here again.

This property was traditional Japanese so if that’s what you’re looking for it is a great option. This location is also close to the subway and the downtown district putting it in a really good location. It is more of a townhouse type of a thing than a hotel since there is no restaurant or anything like that. The stove and washing machine was really confusing so I would recommend bringing a translator.

Great location, great amenities and having access to a hot tub, cold plunge and sauna is just what is needed after a long day of exploring and walking 12+ miles. Staff is very nice and helpful. Stay here don’t over think it.

They don’t have anyone at the front desk. You have to do a virtual check in. Very annoying after traveling for hours. You have to log in and scan QR codes. The room was nice. Private baths were extra.

You won’t regret staying here! All the amenities and prompt service they provide is excellent and it’s very close to train station and shopping area! I would stay here again if I visit Japan again! Highly recommended!

Everthing you need is either in the room or a few steps away. They have easy check in and out procedures in place and a nice 11 AM check out time. They also have a baggage holding room if you arrive early. The train station is only half a block away as well. If we come back this is where we'll be.

The property was great. I loved that everything was automated. I could check in myself and didn't need a hotel key card (a pin was issued to me which I input into the doorkey of the room). The room was clean and spacious. The shower area was great with very hot water. Hotel was located in a superb location for all activities in Kyoto. I would stay here again.

The location was amazing - the rooms were fine - I think expensive for what they were, but fine overall.

I would suggest not booking rooms ending in 1 or 2 as these face the main street and we did not sleep very well at all.

They also only provide a very small single pillow for each person.

Der Aufenthalt im Minn Gion Sanjo war grossartig - die Grösse und das separate Schlafzimmer waren topp. Auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt: Waschmaschine, Küche mit allem was man benötigt, TV (wer diesen braucht auf Reisen ;-)). Das Ein- und Auschecken war super easy und hat perfekt geklappt!

Great, clean property. We liked that it was a 5-10 minute walk from tourist areas. It is located on a Main Street so our room could hear some traffic, but with so much walking, it certainly didn’t affect our sleep!

Reasonable Stay

The apartment was in good condition. The only room I didn't want was a basement room. This is what I got, despite not booking one and asking for a light room. The bedroom had no window at all. I was disappointed.

Accueil completement automatisé. Faire le pre-checkin en ligne, les instructions sont reçues quelques jours avant.
Dans le quartier Gion de Kyoto, à 10mn/15mn à pied des rues commerçantes. Metro à 300m.
Grand appartement, cuisine équipée, tout neuf.

Excellent stay in GION

This place was top notch and the best accommodation during our 2.5 weeks in Japan. Centrally located and close to the train station and bus terminal for local busses. It was immaculately clean and extremely spacious. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully. And the feel of an apartment was a welcome change compared to the smaller typical accommodations in Japan. The person at the desk was very helpful and if they were not around, used the tablet provided to phone in for help.

Absolutely love this place. It was our first time in Kyoto and we stumbled upon this place and booked because we wanted the convenience of a washer/dryer after 5 days of travel in Tokyo, and it was a plus that it was cutely decorated. We were so surprised upon arrival to find the place was basically like a one bedroom apartment (so much room!) equipped with everything you’d possibly need to make yourself comfortable. We enjoyed all of the room we had with separate spaces for toilet, shower/bath, laundry, kitchen/dining, living room (couches tv) and also bedroom! Theres also a private onsen to reserve but we unfortunately did not have the time to book. Although the place is mostly self-served, including check-in, we were greeted by staff during check-in and check-out and we were completely blown away by the customer service. I also wanted to add that although these rooms may accommodate multiple travelers, it is important to ensure you’re booking with the correct number of travelers in your party as the base rate may differ a tiny bit.

Kyoto now holds a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be booking this place again when we do! Thank you so much for helping make this trip a memorable one.

Great Hotel for access to Kyoto

There are two primary reasons I picked this hotel, and the hotel satisfied my needs very well.

1. I needed to be close to Rohm Theater Kyoto for a J-pop concert I was attending.
2. I needed a laundry machine in the unit for the Kyoto leg of our trip.

The location was about a 10 minute walk to Rohm Theater as well as the Heian Shrine, so it was great for that. There was easy access to the Kyoto subway, a 5-ish minute walk to a bus station, and a short walk to the Keihan Railway that can take you all the way to Osaka, so access around Kyoto and the Kansai region was great. The location was also a just little bit away from any center of touristy things, so it was nice and quiet whenever we went back to the hotel or in the mornings when leaving. One minor weakness for this hotel is that it is not walking distance to a JR station that I know of in Kyoto, so if you have a JR Rail Pass, I wouldn't recommend this necessarily if you want to maximize the value of your pass, but otherwise, if you just use an IC card like we did, the busses and trains are easy to use.

The hotel itself was nice. Self Check in and Checkout was easy. We had asked the staff for extra towels during our 6 night stay, and they gave them to us no problem. The suite was roomy, and we had space to organize our souvenirs before we left. They had a washer/dryer combo unit which worked enough for our use case.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for a Kyoto stay.

This hotel is self service hotel from the moment you check in with keyless room and rarely anyone will be around to help you.

When we check in, no one welcomed you or explained about anything. He just told us to check in from the pad.

If you are lucky you will find someone but they speak very minimal English or no English.

Also this hotel does not accept luggages transfer since obviously cause no one will be there. If we knew we probably would choose other place instead.

The Apt was pretty spacious compare to others, and provided air purifier/ humidifier. Water pressure was excellent.
But somehow flooding happened when we showered since something was stuck, since it’s late we could not get help so my husband try to clean it and found poop stuck underneath causing the flooding.

We were so upset and went downstairs to complain and call from a tablet and she said she will go to out room.
A girl showed up at our door so we told her about the situation. Also we complain about the smoke smell in the room.

The girl only told us she would tell the manger about the flooding but unclear and what to do about it.
Also for the smoke she said most likely from the lower floor (our room was 3rd floor).

After she left, we try to investigate the smoke smell actually coming from outside window, so we closed it and turn on the air purifier, we could not sleep that night since the smoke smell was pretty bad.

The next day, we did not see the manager and act like nothing happened.

適合親子旅遊

房間很大且舒適，非常適合親子旅遊時住宿，附近有超市與蔬果肉品店，方便採買食物料理，洗脫烘洗衣機非常方便。美中不足的是連住兩晚房間垃圾無人清掃，不知道是此類型飯店的習慣嗎？

The check in and check out was extremely simple. Room setup and shower were both great. Having the laundry in the room was very convenient. Good location with highly rated restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The negatives:
- Being on the first floor and near the street is very loud. Could constantly hear sirens and people talking
- There was a sewer smell of the window was open and the bathroom was used
- The front desk is typically empty. You can get in touch with staff if you need but it feels less available
- If you stay less than 7 days there is no room cleaning and no information for what to do with trash or getting extra towels, soap, etc.

Good place in Northern Gion, you can easily walk to most of the temples. Roomy space with good amenities. You can strore your luggages before check in. Check in/out ok even though we had to ask several times for the codes. Good point :a clerk was available.
