こじんまりとした居心地のいい宿です。お部屋も清潔で、温泉もとても綺麗です。全体的にセンスがよく、快適な滞在ができました。またスタッフの方もとても丁寧に対応してくださって好感がもてました。大平台の駅まで近いですが、道を渡る時にやや車が多く渡るタイミングを待たないといけないところはネックですが大きな問題ではないと思います。

紅葉シーズンに合わせて1泊2日で家族利用させていただきました。
温泉に加えて足湯もあり、家族でのんびりしながら時間を過ごすことができ満足でした。
施設内もキレイで快適に滞在することが出来ました。

Wonderful hotel tucked away with gorgeous views! Close walk to bus stop and the train, you’ll just have to prepare to walk uphill a lot lol the onsen is amazing, we used the outdoor one every night. There aren’t many people so both hubby and I had the onsen to ourselves each time! It’s such a peaceful place, it’s where we ended our Japan trip. Just know that restaurants and shops close early (like 5-7pm!) and the busses also stop around 10 so eat early. We got the executive suite, so so worth it I promise!! Oh and we absolutely loved the provided yukatas, wish we could buy them!

Petit hôtel typiquement japonais. Un peu difficile de s’y rendre car on doit marcher 5 minutes sur le bord de la route mais une fois rendu, on n’est pas déçu. Bains thermiques japonais intérieurs et extérieurs vraiment plaisant. Bon petit déjeuner composé de bonnes pâtisseries, soupe, jus, café, thé. Expérience vraiment enrichissante de dormir dans un ryokan. Complément parfait de notre séjour incroyable à Hakone.

This feels like a true retreat in the middle of a busy trip. The onsen experience is relaxing and the staff is friendly. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room and it was a calm and serene environment with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Absolutely loved our stay. They were so accommodating with our 12 month old and even had a snack bag, a Yokuta, and baby bath for him. Best part of our trip so far. So beautiful.

The property was very clean but a bit of a walk from the bus stop nearby. The facility has nice amenities such as vending machines and lounge room.

Wonderful hotel!!! Very clean and calm. Nice traditional rooms. 3 Minute walk to the next bus station. The only downside is that you can’t eat dinner there and their breakfast is very small, so plan on eating before returning to the hotel. Besides that a 10/10, also the location is a dream.

It was very clean and friendly staff but because of location and no dinner service you are limited to what you can eat during your stay. Recommend bringing your own dinner from the market. Overall amazing experience, would have been better if it were closer to restaurants or had dining service.

Peaceful stay

Beautiful quiet secluded property. Very friendly staff. Not many restaurants nearby. Property does offer some frozen meals should you not want go out. No in room shower.

As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted by the staff. Everyone was amazing. The view from our room and from the foot bath was absolutely stunning. The kids enjoyed the play area in the lobby lounge. We can’t wait to go back!

I really appreciate the staff's help with my special requests, professionalism and friendliness. The cherry blossom tree above at least the men's part of the outdoor bath was a nice touch, as was the free breakfast. The hotel facilities look quite new too. My nitpick is that there were no nearby restaurants open for dinner at the time of my trip, so I ate at other places before returning here.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft um Hakone und die Hakone-Schleife zu bereisen. Wir waren hier zwei Nächte um Hakone zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war super, das Zimmer traditionell japanisch und der Onsen (Indoor, Outdoor und ein extra Fußbad-Onsen für Gäste, die sich möglicherweise die richtig Onsen-Erfahrung „nicht zutrauen“) einfach klasse. Es wird morgens ein kostenfreies kleines Frühstück serviert mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Außerdem kann man tagsüber die Küche nutzen um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Nicht zuletzt war das Personal einfach spitze und konnte uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen problemlos weiterhelfen!!

I had an amazing overnight stay at Hakone Suisen. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was very clean and welcoming, and the indoor onsen was incredible. Bonus for the room with an amazing view!

Beautiful, quiet, restorative

Comfy, quiet, beautiful, welcoming place. My family enjoyed our one night stay. It was the perfect thing in the midst of our vacation. The staff were very helpful, the rooms and facilities excellent. The surroundings so beautiful.

First stay at an Onsen

This was an amazing experience for my first onsen. Traditional but yet innovative.
The check in and check out was easy, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole stay wonderful. Always willing to accommodate.

This place is the best! My husband and I wanted to visit Hakone for an day and I’m so glad I found this spot—close to the train station (we walked)—and a gorgeous view from our room. It was so peaceful and the outdoor baths are lovely! Yummy pastries in the morning and the staff are very kind and helpful.

This is a lovely and beautiful ryokan located in a natural setting in a less crowded and touristic part of Hakone. The proximity to the Tozan Railway station and bus stops makes it practical. A few shops are located nearby. A classy establishment at decent prices. The rooms are beautiful with wonderful views on the valley. Nice little onsen on the property. Most staffs aren’t bilingual but there is one clerk fluent enough to handle most of your needs. Friendly and useful employees. This hotel is truly a hidden gem of Hakone.

J’ai beaucoup appréciée l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté de la chambre, et, également le personnel était absolument fantastique ! La seule chose à redire ce serait que le soir lorsque le vent souffle c’est assez bruyant et je pense que ça manque un peu d’isolation, mais ça ne m’a pas du tout empêché de passer un bon séjour, je vous le recommande !
