近くには通天閣もあり観光 はもちろん、交通の面も不自由しなかった。
室内も居心地良く、子連れでも安心した宿だった。

家族4人で宿泊させてました。広さもちょうど良く新しい建物で、設備もきちんとされていました。水圧も高く気持ち良かったです。周辺に駐車場もコンビニもあり便利でさした。

Almost perfect hotel with generous setup

Great: The hotel location is great, 2-3 doors away from the Ebisucho train station entrance. Secure front entrance with locked luggage storage downstairs. Generous self-service replenishment for consumables such as toothbrushes, detergent, slippers, etc. (hopefully this doesn't get abused by greedy customers). Great communications with QR code and online form clearly displayed in the room, quick responses to our requests for towel replacement and rubbsih collection. Shower room that doubles as a laundry drying room is a godsend, plus there is a balcony to hang clothes and simple top loader washing machine. Clean and quiet hotel. Perfect setup for a multi-day stay. This was the best hotel for our family trip to Japan !

Not so great: The Family Twin Room is marked as for 6 people, but it was tight for our group of 5, with the sofa turned into a bed there was no seating area nor seats left.

位在地鐵站旁邊地點絕佳，房間乾淨整齊，備品齊全，使用方便，雖是自助旅館，但有需求時聯繫旅館人員都能快速獲得協助，住宿期間身體不適，在半夜聯繫服務人員，迅速獲得回應並協助送醫，真心非常感謝旅館人員。

第一次選擇公寓式酒店，原先有點擔心，但入住後一整個大滿意！

地點：惠美須站1B出口，有電梯 ，出一樓後右轉，還來不及反應，飯店就到了，真的超方便；附近有薩利亞、sukiya、玉出超市等⋯⋯。到通天閣和唐吉柯德，也在步行可達的距離。

房間：乾淨舒適空間大，還有洗衣機，浴室還有乾燥功能，衣服以後很快就乾了。

聯絡人員都能即時回覆訊息，非常盡責，真的是間寶藏飯店。

It’s very close to metro station, only 2 minutes walk to property. The apartment is clean, well equipped with amenities and a good sized room for 3 adults. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Osaka 8 day stay

1. convenient located next to metro
2. clean and room adequate though was a squeeze for 5 adults especially the twin beds as too small
3. useful that it provided washing machine and dryer
4 amenities was provided eg tissue paper, washing capsules etc
5. checking in and out smooth and place to leave luggages

Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time.

不錯的體驗

地點離車站出口很近，而且出口有電梯，但車站出口似乎有跟其他飯店共構，回程要去機場看到電梯排了很多人都是有行李箱的，我們最後是直接走樓梯。如果有趕時間的話要注意一下時間。
房間裡面什麼都有，某些備品不夠還可以到一樓去拿，check in check out是全自助，這次並沒有遇到什麼問題，無法得知若苚遇到問題大概要多久回應。整體的感覺非常不錯!

Well maintained self service hotel

A well maintained self service hotel. sufficient instruction for easy check-in. The staff would help when you have problem and message them even it’s a no staffed hotel. Good location, Close to everything.

Absolutely loved the apartment like style to this hotel. Was able to comfortably fit 4 adults. Self check in/out and services were very prompt and easy to understand. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or emails, taking almost an hour to sort out at the Kyoto hotel front desk, but everyone was very understanding and did their best.

This hotel was next to a subway so it was easy to get home and go about... Walking distance to dotonburi and kuromon market... Love that there is a washing machine and inside the bathroom is a dryer. They have hangers and a dry option that heats up and dry your clothes.... Definitely will stay here again

Spacious, comfortable suite. Big shower/bathroom. Excellent A/C & Humidifier. Comes with fridge, stove and washer. I would definitely live in that room if i lived in Osaka.

We were able to do laundry in the room but it was rainy day so we took the clothes to the laundry around the corner to get them dry. The hotel is conveniently close to transportation. The staff at a sister hotel received our luggage from Tokyo and helped us forward one suitcase to the Haneda Airport. Check in and out was easy and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four.

住宿地點離地鉄站很近, 步行僅須2分鐘; 離木津市場步行也不遠, 10分鐘內可到達.

住宿舒適度很好, 每天可以洗衣服, 也可以至超市買東西回來煮, 體驗當地生活, 唯一美中不足是地板的清洁度還可以再加強, 光腳踩地板略有灰塵

再來就是飯店沒有每天主動提供瓶娤水(1天1人1頩), 但我有發信跟飯店索取, 回家就看到巳掛在門口.. :-)

整體來說,很不錯, 下次去大阪我還會再造訪...

It was so clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very near the train station. There are nearby convenience stores, restos, souvenir shops. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended. It would be nice though if there is an English instruction on how to use the washing machine. And also nice to have s flat iron. Overall, we are so happy with our stay.

房間相當乾淨且新，床及棉被軟硬適中＇相當好助眠。浴室在日本而言算大，洗衣機之外還供應日包型的洗衣精，晾衣服（獨立陽台）也方便廚房的廚具也一應俱全，每兩天都會送上二日份的毛巾浴巾及牙刷牙膏小用品，還可以自行使用吸塵器，垃圾回收只要透過信件聯絡，隔天就會來收。即使是自助型飯店＇服務也非常地好，為旅行加分非常多，值得再訪及推薦！

地鐵出口右轉就到飯店，附件生活機能超級方便，房間乾淨，空間大，又有洗烘衣機，第一次到日本就住到我超滿意的飯店，明天2月還要再入住....超愛這飯店

房間設備齊全、乾淨，床及枕頭都好睡，近地鐵惠美須町1-B出入口(走路不到1分鐘)，且有電梯(不用扛行李)及樓梯，住宿斜對面是惠美須町1-A出入口，旁邊有水果店，附近很多餐廳及便利商店，很方便
最棒的是有洗衣機，不用帶那麼多衣服，晚上衣服洗好晾浴室內，浴室有晾衣桿可移至中間，門右上方設定“乾燥”，早上衣服及浴室都乾了！但住6晚只拿到4小包洗衣精，同伴住另一間也是拿到4小包洗衣精，建議改善會更好，其他都很滿意，大推～

沒有"客服人員‘’在飯店，Check in/out都花了很多時間！
現場也沒有提供電話可以直撥客服，旅客要連絡客服只能打國際電話。

入住後，按照說明寄信給客服協助丟棄垃圾，但住了4天都沒有人來清理。

The place is small and tight. No communication or access to anyone for assistance during check in and stay. Housekeeping only shows up on the last day at check out. They waste no time to get you out. Difficulty in turning on the air conditioning and took a long time to cool down room. Felt suffocating until AC start working right. No instructions on using the AC and everything in Japanese. The door to the room was very every hard to open and air suction door and fire hazard. You will have to push very hard with all your strengths to open. It was a nightmare at the beginning until we figure out everything on our own. No one available to assist or call for help. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s listed as 4 stars hotel and and that is not accurate.

酒店位置方便，惠美須站1b出口不到1分鐘就到。樓下有藥妝、すき家、吉野家、便利店等。步行到通天閣都很近。房間乾淨，有洗衣機（有洗衣液提供），晚上洗完衣服後，可放在浴室風乾，或放陽台曬乾。可用email 跟reception聯絡，很快有人回覆。

친구들이랑 왔어요. 깔끔하고 좋아요.
에비스초역 바로 근처라서 편했어요.
조리시설과 세탁기가 있어서 편리했습니다.
한국어를 할 수 있는 직원이 없어서 불편했고
생각지도 못한 숙박세가 나와서 당황했습니다.
시설은 편리하고 조용하고 좋았습니다.
