エアコンのコントロールに関して。風量の調整は液晶部分のコントロールでできているが、温度設定に関しては設定表示温度とは関係なく、建物の方で送り出される冷気で固定されているように感じる。28°風量弱でもしばらく付けていると寒くなり、結局エアコンは入れるか　切るかしか利用者がコントロールできるものはないと感じた。
エアコンを入れたまま寝るが、途中起きて切ったり入れたりを行った。
ともかくよく冷えます。

最寄りの駅からも近く、アメニティも揃っていてまぁ満足かな。枕も硬すぎず良かった。ただ泊まるだけにこの値段は無いかな。

今回3階に宿泊しました。カーテンを開けると外は見えなかったです。朝食会場は、とてもコンパクトで相席でいただきました。気になったのはこの2点ですが、東京駅からタクシーで6分程度で着くなど移動に便利でした。お値段も8000円代でしたので助かりました。

Never stay again(２度と泊まらない）

Becaues they increase the hotel too many,
their services lever never catch up it.
The stuff is not for hotel but staff of the convenience store of something.

most impressive story is bellow,

I ordered something from online shop,
and I missed adrees to the hotel very near from my hotel, because they are so confusing that there are around 5 subsidairy around there.
I went to the plase but stuff just say, no
because you put wrong number, we refuse it.
and her face was wirriten that
we have not time for you, do not talk to me.

I never say they should check the other hotel list of stay but just keep one day or something is none of thier work,
even that thier attedutde is not professional or stuff on accomodation

八丁堀駅からは非常に近く便利。コンビニも多い。
スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧適切です。
施設自体は、新しいので清潔感はあった。
ただ、清掃がいまいち。部屋のトイレの蓋に汚れが残っていて、気持ち悪くて不快。ベッド下がスーツケースの収納場所となっていて、そのようにしたら、スーツケースが埃っぽくなって、がっかり。コインランドリーのマシン内部も掃除ができてなくて、綿埃がたくさん。
清掃スタップさんの、指導を再度するべき。

Fiz a reserva pelo Hotéis.com com um mês de antecedência e tudo correu bem! Eles nos mandam um e-mail de boas vindas assim que a reserva é confirmada! Atendimento impecável online e também na recepção! Hotel novo é muito bem equipado! Amenities de primeira qualidade e variedade como cotonetes, toca de banho, algodão, elástico, escova e pasta dental , lâmina de barbear, pente, toalha para lavar as costas no banho.
Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável! Tem secador de cabelo, chaleira elétrica, uma TV enorme e camas extremamente confortáveis. Tem uma mesinha de canto com duas poltronas confortáveis. Recomendo fortemente a reserva neste hotel! Ótima localização!
Ah!!! O Café da manhã nos contratamos na reserva e foi uma surpresa muito agradável!! Café da manhã japonês e ocidental… só não tinha frutas mas o resto nos surpreeendeu!! Maravilhoso!

A compact and convenient property that I would definitely stay at again however I did have a small incident with the front desk and my luggage sending. The hotel recommends a different company to Yamato / Black Cat and was strongly pushing the use of this other service but as I had already sent bags to the airport via Yamato I didn’t want to have to go to different companies to pick my bags up at Narita, I wanted them all in once place. A male staff member through Google translate told me Yamato no longer offered this service which is was not true and another attempt to try to get me to use the other service (which is also dearer) so it wasn’t until I insisted that they agreed and assisted me with using Yamato.

Klein aber ausreichend

Extrem kleine Zimmer, aber richtig günstig. Von den ...01 er Zimmern rate ich ab. Sie haben kein Tageslicht, da das Fenster zu einem Schacht raus geht. Fazit: da man kaum im Zimmer ist, ist es völlig OK. Müsste ich zwischendrin arbeiten, würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das wäre dann natürlich wesentlich teurer.

Nice cozy and comfortable hoyel

Well maintained and comfortable place to stay. Although a little tight, the room was cozy and conveniently designed. The bathtub was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight. Friendly and professional staff, the restaurant staff are specifically courteous and considerate. The only thing I wish they had was multiple elevators, Overall, this hotel is on my list and will definitely return.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property- I love how restaurants and konbinis are close by. Tokyo train station is also a walkable distance.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Although rooms are small, they are clean!

The property shows a large foyer on their website but it is misleading, as it is small. The room really is for one person. Bed for two pushed into wall, one person climbing over another. Under bed storage hard for me at 73. No service daily but a bag of items. This is ok. Intricate bathroom taps not explained. No cupboards. No individual conditioning, It did not work. Fridge did not work. Unable to store medicines affected by heat. Bed uncomfortable. Overall a poor stay

I used APA as a solo female traveler and loved it. Safe, comfortable, right next to the subway. Luggage store available, and breakfast was tasty! At this price point you could even book a group and everyone has their own room and space (and bathroom).
I will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

The hotel staff had no flexibility for customers arriving before 3 pm. They asked for a pretty hefty penalty for quecking in early. I asked the staff to travel to Europe to understand and appreciate what customer service means.

A nice location close to the metro and JR line. Facilities are clean and easily accessed. I would note that the area around the hotel is pretty noisy into the night with emergency vehicles, people, traffic... so if thats not something you are used to or you have small children needing to sleep then you may want to book elsewhere. However, I didnt mind the noise and was able to sleep alright.

Great stay

Great location, very friendly staff, the check in staff only spoke a little english but there were not issues with check in. They gave us a gift of japanese curry to bring home when we checked in. The lobby is small, only one elevator but we never had to wait long. There are washing machines in the lobby. Yes the rooms are cozy, we had to open the luggage by the front door and when you do that you can't get in/out of the bathroom but it was fine for a few days. The bed was actually the comfiest bed we slept in our entire 3 weeks in Japan. Close to a train station, about a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station but it actually wasn't that bad (wide sidewalks and fairly flat). On the train line direct to Dinsey. Lawson's just around the corner. Close walk to Ginza. We would recommend this and would stay here again. Fridge in the room, head board shelf was nice instead of a night stand, fabric spary provided, slippers, hair drier, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, teas and kettle. No daily room service, frequency dependent on length of stay. Fresh towels provided daily.
